Bhaji-(Chain Verse-6-5-6-5 syllables
With linking rhyme only)
I found a guava plant
Silent in a nook
Along my garden stroll
On a rainy day
Day was cool in showers
No wonder taste hyped
Picked some fresh guava leaves
Wishing for bhajis
Bhajis are many types
Of veggies and leaves
Can make tasty bhajis
Guava leaves too used
Used are gram and rice flours
With salt and chilli
Mixed in are leafy bits
And soda a dash
Dashing batter ready
When mixed with water
The center line Strung out
Dipped leaves get coated
Coated leaves then deep fried
Out from deep hot oil
Season's snack was ready
Why wait, munch said I

Grumble
Empty mind mine sounds only hush
Lonely bewildered in silence
I am to fill it with words lush
My musings are hunting for thoughts
Albeit heart yearns for poetry
Empty mind mine sounds only hush
I pat my brain quite brisk
So that floods of words lot in gush
Time does not seem to wait then rush
Brain is working fast-yet
Empty mind mine sounds only hush
Thought-hunt is busy running on
I don't like a random scribble
Perfect theme, proper words should push
That my poem is set right-still
Empty mind mine sounds only hush

For sugar
Watch firstly how he just slips out
To the kitchen snouted, we doubt
Sugary
Watch more as he goes out for 'walk'-
Daily halt for a sweet shoptalk
High sugared
Then at a wedding, just don't miss
He gobbles the way all with' issssss'
Sugar tongued
Sugar and spice'-his only hymn
Tell me, who can stop and change him
Sugar free

rhymed, rhyme scheme of aabb ccdd eeff.
A flash of memory in fills-
There the pupils
Of my old school
Quite bored and cool-
It was the day's last period
Pupils were tired
Just third class kids
With shut eye lids-
One naughty boy of higher class
Slipped out from class
Like a bad thief
Did the mischief
Rang the bell before closing time
Stirred school in rhyme
Dispersed early
Hurry-scurry

Sail O'Soul Sail
Once boarded why you fear o' soul
Just be watching where sails your mind
Aspiring to horizon-goal
All set on a smooth float by wind
All set on a smooth float by wind
On gentle waves across your sea
As you sail assailed by your mind
How those desires hit your heart free
How those desires hit your heart free
As of a choice in heaven's trade
That your mind is on aiming spree
In illumed dreamings in fate's shade
In illumed dreamings in fate's shade
While your sail is mid way caught up
How your sea baits in storming grade
And shocked you struggle to catch up
And shocked you struggle to catch up
For not yours but your mind's misdeed
Helpless you are jailed in lockup
Your vessel too shattered indeed
Your vessel too shattered indeed
Such is your sea of greed and lust
Such is the fate of your sea's heed
Wind too is feeling difficult
Wind too is feeling difficult
Now that the sea somewhat calms still
Wind settles in silenced cool mute
Atlast your vessel too nihil
Atlast your vessel too nihil
And sea gone in presence of Nought
You are freed atlast to your will
To board the next the way you're caught
sea-life, wind-breath, vessel-body.

'Woes have done intolerable
O'Lord please descend
Thee alone is responsible
This fate you to mend
Mend our lives o'divine mender
Our lives at your feet
Come o'lord ' pleaded man slender
Then spoke a voice sweet
Sweet from Nought, 'tell me o'my child
Which form you want me
Man or animal, mild or wild
Elements any? '
'Any form? ' man thought for a while
Knowing their foul tone
Chose not living beings hostile
But wished for stone
Stone, he carved hard created God
Thence forms more sculpted
Valorous with weapons to guard
Lighted life trusted
Trusted, God would sure come to bless
And that he be freed
Of slaying woes and killing stress
That way he waited
Waited lord too again asked man
From the Nought 'o' child
Tell, to what shall I hold on than
To conceal and hide'
'Hide not my Lord, here are my makes
Your choice my pleasure
Choose to be but in all my makes
Thee I shall treasure'
Treasured powers cloaked the idol
Thereon by prayers
Matins, litanies rose tidal
Joined all obeyers
Obeyers' way thus was one found
Gods and names many
Bathed with decor many profound
Bound He by any

How The Heart Approaches What It Yearns
In the blue light
Of the belvedere motel
Wondering as the television burns
How the heart approaches what it yearns
In a fever
I distinctly hear your voice
Emerging from a dream, the dream returns
How the heart approaches what it yearns
After the rain on the interstate
The headlights slide past the moon
A bone-weary traveler
Waits by the side of the road
Wheres he goin?
I dream we are lying on the top of a hill
And headlights slide past the moon
I fold in your arms
And your voice is the heat of the night
Im on fire
In a phone booth
In some local bar and grill
Rehearsing what Ill say, my coin returns
How the heart approaches what it yearns
How the heart approaches what it yearns

Pacific Trash Vortex (Triple Tetractys)
The rules for writing a tetractys are as follows:
Line 1 is one syllable syllable
Segment of speech usually consisting of a vowel with or without accompanying
consonant sounds (e.g., a, I, out, too, cap, snap, check) . A syllabic consonant,
like the final n sound in button and widen, also constitutes a syllable.
line 2 is two syllables; line 3 is three syllables; line 4 is four syllables;
and line 5, is ten syllables.
The fourth and fifth lines may rhyme or rime, the most prominent of the
literary artifices used in versification. Although it was used in ancient East
Asian poetry, rhyme was practically unknown to the ancient Greeks and Romans.
But this is not mandatory.
Waste
Sea green
Wavering
In slimy traps
In woozy circles
Gushing at the deep water horizon
Melody still rooting in bluesy rock
Gloppy red icing
Crooked letters
Violet
Colored
Dream
Fish
Yellow
Flimsy boats
Lanky white man
Muzzy from the work
Cloudy indigo sky hanging round all.

(line 1)
Dear Lord, please have mercy on me,
You're always near my painful soul,
You are my focus and my goal,
In the falling rain I'm your tree.
Help me for I am a sinner.
Dear Lord, please have mercy on me.
'Cause I'm Your humble devotee,
Asking Christ to come for dinner.
Guard Thou with light this pain of mine.
I'm no longer blind I can see.
Dear Lord, please have mercy on me.
Your words through me will always shine.
Save me by Your grace, set me free.
Keep my way, truth and life in Christ.
And so I'll know that Thou exist.
Dear Lord, please have mercy on me.

Dancing the invisible line
Some like to sit on fences, admire the view in safety;
some are born hurdlers; .
draw a line, and some minds shrink back;
others can’t wait to compete, first over wins…
poets, said the sage, should always
walk on the edge of madness…
ah, remember when you were a child,
walking down the path one foot within,
one foot beyond?
‘a line of poetry’…every line, a line,
one foot beyond, one foot within –
prose, verse; rhymed, unrhymed;
metered, unmetered; actual, fantasy;
elevated, jokey; personal, impersonal;
tragic, comic; a road taken, or not taken..
oh, so many lines
that others painted on the road –
dance down that road,
one foot beyond, one foot within..

Transistors and Tubes
now women are like transistors
and men are just like tubes
and women can be like sisters
and men will act like boobs
men are simple, women complex
women see men as big red necks
men are simple
men are simple
men see women as sex objects
so now women are transistors
girls are multitasking
being smarter than the misters
thank you just for asking
women are true and love their man
loving him, as much as she can
women are true
women are true
it’s been this way since time began
here’s the reason, men are like tubes
they will forget her mind
talk to her heart but watch her boobs
thinking of her behind
men can’t devote their heart to one
they’ll run around and just have fun
men can’t devote
men can’t devote
I still love that son of a gun

These Walls
In your heart there are oceans
In your heart there are flowering trees
Look inside and live inside these walls
Your body yearns
In your dreams, youve seen castles
In your dreams youve been kings and queens
Youve ridden white horses past these walls
Your body yearns
Im not one to say I know what you go through
I only wanna open wide the window and let sunlight through
For you
In your face, I see longing
In your face, I see hopes and fears
Youve been locked for too long behind these walls
Your body yearns
Im not one to say I know what you go through
I only wanna open wide the window and let sunlight through
For you
Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me
What youre feeling
Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me
What you need
Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me
Everything
Take my hand and Ill lead you
Take my word that Ill not deceive you
I only want to carry you on beyond these walls
Your body yearns
Im not one to say I know what you go through
I only wanna open wide the window and let sunlight through
For you

Why Do You Remember Me?
Why do you remember me?
when your heart weeps,
when your heart breaks.
You do not know if
my heart yearns for love,
if it weeps from your abandoned,
do you not know that my heart belongs
to you? and you keep stabbing it with
knives and flavors of you,
do you not know how many months, years I
have spend in journeys searching for the flavor of
your lips, for the fragrance of your skin.
Do you not know my body is
dead till you bring it back with your touch? .
Do you not know?
Why do you remember me?
if you don't even yearn for my yearns,
if you don't even taste the essences of me,
when you touch me or kiss me. If you
could only taste me with all of your senses,
you will know then all
of my secrets of lust, all of my nights of desires,
only the twilight of my evenings and mornings,
only the time that follows my path day and night,
they know why and how my skin screams for you.
Why do you remember me my love?
I have nothing to give you
but my heart filled
with ardent and aches.
I have no more to offer you but this,
my love, my heart, theres no more then this.
No beauty, no youth,
only me what you see, what is there.
But what is there is all me, truth
unconditional, simple, humble,
honest, and all of the pharses
I've written today in this significant prose.
And of all meanings and reasons, I ask you!
why do you remember me? .

Heart On The Line (Skeletal)
Win some lose some
that's the way I play the hand I get no sense in getting sore.
it comes easy or it never comes at all
and I get somethng off a lesson that's a lesson to us all
Call a teacher, let him answer if he can
what am I gonna do if I can't take it like a man.
What do they want a boy to do if he's done no wrong
the only thing he did was lay his heart out on the line.
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
<
Inside, outside
doesn't matter where you're standing 'cause you always a marked man
Thou a crazy in a lazy kind of way
If I don't get up this morning well what difference does it make.
Call a preacher let him save a drowning man
how can he ever sleep at night with evil all around
So ring a bell for Brother Al, he never did no wrong
The only thing he did was lay his heart out on the line
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
His heart out on the line
<
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
<
Ooohhhhhhh, Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
Ooohhhhhhh, Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
Ooohhhhhhh, Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
Ooohhhhhhh, Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
When it's good, it's oh so good
When it's bad it's better.
There is no pain then there's no gain
when you stand at the centre of it all.
So could a healer come on down to this great land
I really don't know what to do I just don't understand
Let's ring a bell for Brother man, he never meant no harm
All he had to do was lay his heart out on the line
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
His heart out on the line
<
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
{It's up to me, it's up to me)
