With a paean heart
Through the invisible trod
Through golden streets

As the invisible walk continues
With an angel
Niceties change

Crystal Pools
As I gazed into large
glowing eyes
clear as crystal
shining like diamonds.
I was caught off guard
my protective shield
was down
for a time I was lost
in their beauty
swallowed up in the
moment.
Opaque pools of water
inticed me
I wanted to wade in
feel splashing
around my ankles.
Get wet, be taught to
swim in those waters
know all of their
mysteries
become familiar with
them.
We stood in silence
not a word was uttered

Well I woke up this morning - theres a girl in my bed.
How did she get there? was it something I said?
I dont understand it but somehow it seems
She visits me in invisible dreams.
Over and over I try to explain
How did that girl get into my veins?
Did somebody send her - was it my velvet wings?
And how does she touch my invisible strings?

The rain makes me invisible
It invisible
The wind blows and thunder roars
Everything is more noticeable today
Except for me, invisible in the rain
Why did you make my heart cry
How did you make a strong man a weak one
I guess these feelings I can’t fight
Although made invisible by the rain
It has been an hour or two since you left
And yet I miss you immensely
It’s due to the thoughts running through
When will I see you again

Those animals who are so badly abused,
Please everyone, let's protect them;
For those scared puppies and kittens confused,
Let's all agree, and really protect them.
For those poor whales swimming and are caught,
Let's please, stick with me to protect them;
To stop the cruelty to them, for their bodies are they bought,

For those seals so far away, of whom are killed,
Please everyone do try with me to protect them;
To stop the cruelty of how their blood is spilt,

Why is having a baby today,
Out of wedlock such a bombshell?
People are sleeping and living on city streets.
Poverty is experienced by those living in urban centers.
There is racism.
Bigotry and blatant hate.
There are those who deny others a right to live their lives!
Apartheid exists all over the place.
Wars are created based on lies!
Sex and the act of it is sold on prime time TV.

Have you heard the language coming out of the mouths,
Of these disrespecting children?
Why is having a baby today,
