Let Them Ban

Let them ban me from community
For praising the single almighty
I shall not fall in their trap
Even if they bash me and slap

Let them parade me naked in open
Offer lashes and wounds reopen
Let the blood flow and come out
I shall not stop to talk about

I shall profess for what I feel proper
I shall work hard and prosper
I shall silently pray and whisper
About his greatness and remember

Who can be great without his blessings?
Why all these has gone now missing?
Why people want to cordon him and mislead?
Where can we go now and properly read?

'You got to believe' he is one and only our lord
'You can't deceive' ours is only one and one god
I look here and there with fear and look at the cross
God you are witness and due to this we suffered a loss

Lord Mahavir* was poked through ears with long nails
Only fault that he could take no care of bullocks and failed
Like these many examples of our folly exist
I revolt openly and refuse to fall in line and resist

I shall stay among poor and suffer
I shall not mind if I have nothing to offer
I shall share dry bread and eat with their company
I shall never be condemned by powerful o, almighty

Leave me alone and force for no contempt
I shall never oblige and allow you to attempt
I shall believe one and only one
Not by either name or disliked by someone

Lord Mahavir was 24th incarnation of God… Jainism

Races and colors

According to Hindu mythology
Dark color represents almighty
Lord Krishna himself was dark and blue
Millions today starve for glimpses of him to view

It is still a hard feeling in minds
We dislike the black color wherever we find
Express freely against it and tease
Let us not do it for God's sake please

Color, cast and religion
Should never be our concern
Wherever we are and whatever we profess
Just bow head before him and confess

"O God, take me out from this world"
The moment you feel that I am untrue and turning cold
I shall forget not what is revealed in your teachings
Let not a single word go as missing"

Who are we on earth to paint anyone as evil?
It is his creation and no one has power or will
I shall cry at any kind of ill treatment
Curse my ills and openly resent

Person suffers due to his own act
No one has any right to offer comment or act
If bad weather or region is meant to suffer
Let come forward and gracefully offer

Almighty is ocean of mercy
He conveys it through regular frequency
We fail to grab the message
Only to witness dark history on page

Can't we see with our own naked eyes?
Why nature is against us even if whole mankind try?
The wrath and nature's fury is seen
Yet we are blind and not very much keen

O lord, give little sense to all those
Who are bent upon and deliberately choose
The way of annihilating particular race
Now they themselves will face worst kind of chase

Let us be tolerant to all races and colors
White is peace and black is tolerance
We need both in our day to day deal
We need to express solidarity and not to conceal

I Am What I Am

My life has become what it is by God's Grace and His Grace all alone,
For God chose me and sought me out, to make me one of His very own.

He provided in my life a witness through my wife of what I could be,
Though they were once darkened, through my eyes, His Grace I can see.

Because I never read it, I knew not the Truths in the Bible at all,
And that I was a sinner destined for Hell because of Adam's fall.

I was taught to believe that there was a God in the heavens up above,
But never was I told about God's Grace, Mercy and His Abundant Love.

I thought that my living a good life down on earth was simply enough,
For me to go into heaven when I died, to be with The Lord up above.

When I realized it was not me at all but only the Blood of The Cross,
The Lord filled me with His desire to share the Gospel with the lost.

When I began, the one thing that I lacked was the boldness to share,
The Eternal Truth of how The Lord loved me and how much He did care.

As I read the Bible, my first example was John the Baptist for sure,
When speaking of Jesus, he said, “I must be less so He can be more.”

This then filled me with The Lord's boldness and a new Eternal sight,
And with my eyes now on Eternity, Jesus became the center of my life.

I can truly say as the Apostle Paul did and with the same humble nod,
Today I am what I am, truly and only by the Grace of Almighty God.

Once More Into the Fire

Once more into the fire, my Lord, once more into the fire
Another one calling to be saved, Lord, what shall I do?
Therefore to offer help I go once more into the fire

Once more into the fire, my Lord, once more into the fire
I can't save her with my own two hands, Lord, what shall I do?
To offer her your strong arms, Lord, once more into the fire

Once more into the fire, my Lord, once more into the fire
What of the others who won't call out, Lord, what shall I do?
Pray for them and call to them, Lord, once more into the fire

One last time into the fire, Lord, once more into the fire
I see You reaching now out to me, Lord, what shall I do?
Take your hand to climb out, Lord, nevermore into the fire

God's messangers

I witnessed many bright stars in the sky
I tried to pick their numbers but could not try
They were countless in numbers and in depth hidden by vastness
With permanent existence and hung on solid base

Who came first on this earth as god's messenger?
Why was almighty in need to send them or eager?
I thought of their greatness as they were all named in sky
No one from earth can reach them even if divinely fly

God sent them one by one in different regions
They professed well and created liens
Followers swelled in strength and became large group
They all later became disciples and witnessed great jump

Who can claim any of the messengers as best?
Why was then need arose by him to send them for test?
What did we do to them when they roamed among us?
Poked on body, blinded and hung on cross with distrust

Yet we claim true followers of only one creator
Nothing wrong in it even if we pray and remember
He may rush to followers in any form they worship
Whether he has asked for help in desert, at sea or on the ship

You will find countless faiths yet they claim almighty is one
They bow the head to his honor an d believe none
I shall go by their verdict and stand alone
Ready to exist as long as he wises and then gone

No religion preaches violence and hatred
Sometimes they carried away or mislead
Human beings are slaughtered for no fault of their own
Wars are fought in red earth soil with what ever causes to disown

It gives me tremendous joy when hear the churches bell ring
It equally rejoices me when in early morning someone remembers and sings
His holy name either in verses or through recitals
I bow my head in his glory and offer rose petals

When I Pray

Now I lay me down to sleep
Im praying lord my soul to keep
If I die before I wake
Somebody make a big mistake
Im only just one little man
Just usin up the air
Still Im askin anyway
Lord when I pray, please be there
Lord when I pray, please be there
Singin om om my god, please be there
You know Im just like all my kind
I got a weak and confused mind
When I feel a little pain
You know how I love to complain
But I try to be strong
I try hard to lift my share
I dont expect for nothing
But lord when I pray, please be there
Now I sing for you

Sonnet: The Holy Cross

O, Let me carry Thine Cross in some way!
Though weary yet, O Let me help Thee, Lord;
O, Let me share the weight of sins, I pray;
And let me show the world, Love’s Cross and word.

Thine Cross is life to sinners world-over;
Thine Cross is Light to ones blinded sans faith;
I want to live God as Thine Cross-lover!
To follow Thee, my Lord, if Thou sayeth.

O how, I wish my soles could tread Thine path;
O how, I wish my shoulders bear Thine weight!
O Let my soul be cleansed by Thine blood-bath!
Usher me Lord, before it could grow late!

O Let me Lord, prevent Thee from one fall!
O answer me Lord, hasten to my call!

His name

I hear a loud voice in morning "Allah Akbar"
It is heard across the town and even very far
I come out from the bed and look at the bright star
Same glittering and light even placed among small stars

What a pleasant morning to feel with his name!
One may wonder with the little thought "from where he came"
It is time to bow head and offer earnest prayers
Then to prepare for other activities as players

Why other religious places too lag behind?
Same meaning but with different slogan to find
Remember almighty for his graceful act
Owe everything to him for this known fact

O lord Ram or Allah Akbar I honestly swear
I am not afraid from life but have only one fear
Never subject us to feel pain and shed the tears
Only bless us each morning for your name to hear

Even if we are fast asleep you repeat the same cycle
Come out from your vault and make the full circle
Da

y and night take place and make beautiful round
Where on earth human beings find it around!

Kindness emerge all of sudden whenever I see at the cross
Force me to think twice whether life was not at total loss
Did I perform any act that can be detrimental to my faith?
What will I answer when I shall see thou after the death?

I open the eyes gracefully and thank almighty
What a day to enjoy and feel with simple beauty!
Everywhere to see colorful birds and enjoy melody
Endeavour to feel "he belongs to all and not to somebody"

It is time to start with day's routine
Duties and rights both combine
It may be only option to feel fine
As his presence is very much divine

Today... 'The Fear of Isaac

The temple shook and it was filled with smoke
and all went silent as the Lord God spoke.
Woe was me filled with dread and all undone
I had seen the Lord, The Almighty One.

In the most holiest of places dwells He
unapproachable by the likes of me.
None may stand before Him or dare draw near
He is Omnipotent and His name is Fear.

To stand before His awful judgement throne
completely naked and all on my own.
My soul lit up under the light of God
all my deeds displayed and the paths I've trod.

My life exposed to His all seeing eyes
the truth made known about my life of lies.
Each deed displayed for all others to see
would be so dreadful and shameful for me.

Can anyone pass this great test of holiness?
One sin would condemn to unworthiness.
Is there any hope for the someone like me?
Oh where can I go or where can I flee?

Then I heard the tender voice of Jesus say
'Come to me for I am the only Way.'
'I've paid the price, God's law is satisfied'
'When upon the cross in your place I died.'

It's fearful to fall into the hands of God
but deliverance can come from the Lord.
But the fear God is the greatest of wisdom
for through Christ we enter into His kingdom.

So like Job let's fear God and shun evil.
Flee from the temptations of the devil
and then we sin in repentance we cry
'Lord wash us in Your blood or we shall die.'

A Thanksgiving Prayer to God

Almighty God, to Thee I pray,
And thank Thee for all things this day,
I had received in ample way;
Let glory be to Thee, Aye! Aye!

I am a human being mere;
I sin often and always err;
Forgive me Lord, my God, I plead,
A better life, may I still lead.

This day is almost over, Lord!
I’m sorry if I broke accord;
Without Thine mercy, love O God,
My life gets thrown into discord.

My every want, Thou providest;
My praises, thanks, I offer best;
Ignore my iniquities Lord;
Afill my heart, mind with Thine word.

O let my lips utter good words,
And let my tongue not turn like swords,
And let me labor for Thine sake,
And dispel ignorance and ache.

The good I did all came from Thee
The bad surfaced from within me;
O help me do my duty well,
And always toll the success bell!

O fill this vessel, Lord, I pray,
With gifts that I can share today,
With downtrodden brethren around,
And men and women, poor, unsound.

O bless my solitude always;
Let devils not invade my days;
So bless my deeds and mundane ways,
Miraculously most, in case.

O take away my pride, O Lord;
I long to live in Thine accord;
Rescue me from each temptation
That takes me nearer Damnation.

Provide me Lord, with Thine insight;
Thou art my only way, truth, light;
Let love for Thee burn always bright,
From dawn till dusk, and through the night.

My fallacies are not just mine;
O keep me off women and wine;
This bread will do; my health is fine;
My soul with grace must always shine.

O Lord, now bless this bread I eat;
And keep my body, heart, soul, neat,
And walking in heavenly grace,
With wisdom, piety-filled face.

If I Ever Needed Someone

Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
To see me through the daytime
And through the long lonely night
To lead me through the darkness
And on into the light
To stand with me when Im troubled
And help me through my strife
When times get so uncertain to turn to
To you in my young life
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Someone to hold onto
And keep me from all fear
Someone to be my guiding light
And keep me ever dear
To keep me from my selfishness
To keep me from my sorrow
To lead me on to givingness
So I can see a new tomorrow
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Someone to walk with
Someone to hold by the hand
Someone to talk with
Someone to understand
To call on when I need you
And I need you very much
To open up my arms to you
And feel your tender touch
To feel it and to keep it
Just right here in my soul
And care for it and keep it with me
Never to grow old
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Lord if I ever needed someone I need you
Etc.

Sometimes I Pray

Sometimes I pray before I sleep;
Sometimes I pray, the lord; my soul to keep,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray in the morning;
Sometimes I pray for those in mourning,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray for rain;
Sometimes I pray for nomore pain,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray before i eat;
Sometimes I pray for good bread and meat,
Sometimes I pray.....

Sometimes I pray, my baby; that you'll stay;
But only sometimes for these things do I pray,
For I talk to my Lord everyday...

Countless deaths

Free to feel and easy to live
O, god in your land and believe
That you are only one and alone
Let our mistakes and past be bye gone

We would love to suffer
Prayers and peace may always offer
Take us to safety and grant peace
Small land if you can give us please

It was with us and belonged
Our forefathers struggled and longed
Some documents faked and forged
We are driven away and refused

Can it be not the same again?
At what cost may be the gain?
Our children bath with blood
Shortage of everything even with food

We ask only freedom
That has been denied seldom
What can be way out with wisdom?
How many more graveyards may come up as doms?

"Here lay our future generation"
They never knew what can be sacred relationship
They suffered onslaught and lay dead
We may look at them and read

Holy wars are fought on countless deaths
There may be left no space for laying wreath
Yet that has to be attained with supreme sacrifice
Land may ask fulfillment of promise

Grant us O. lord your blessings and mercy
We can only pray you almighty
You are sole observer of the play
Show us the reasonable and honorable way

We may owe and remain indebted
Even though our course now is ill fated
Our sacrifice can't be equated
As it is blood soaked and down rated

Give the command for Your war

Never in the time that I exist
did You declared human secrets
like now to me, things intertwined so deep,
given to me with illustrious meaning

enable me to become aware of the true facts
of mighty people threatening me and my nation
and there are pain and sorrow everywhere
give the command for Your war, as I have to reveal Your will.

Everyone wants a bit of happiness, an own little place
and now the smudging clouds are rolling away like fog
and without any fear You want me to go
with big and sincere pity

to them that are the enemies of me and my nation,
in spite of resistance, to go to them
to warn them, to spell your sentence out,
give the command for Your war, as I have to reveal Your will.

Lord these people do not fear You,
they are caught up in modern knowledge,
believe that You do not exist, are only a myth
but now I will put it straightforward with all inherent meaning:

I have irrefutable prescience that destruction waits
and this is not something that I allege
and the coming disaster is unknown in world history
give the command for Your war, as I have to reveal Your will.

l’Envoi
Lord God, if these oppressors do not come to repentance,
then let Your judgement fall, if they do not pray to You.
Almighty Lord, loosen Your winds to destroy,
give the command for Your war, as I have to reveal Your will.

Great And Mighty

Great and mighty is The Lord, while loved by many and adored,
For all that He’s done for us, our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus;
When in Him we put our trust, sinners destined to return to dust,
He granted to us a New Birth, providing to us our Eternal Worth.

Now seated in Heaven above, He’s so deserving of all our love,
Reigning from a Throne on high, Lord and Creator, of you and I;
Of all life Christ is the Creator, and to many Christ is our Savior,
This when we’re moved by Grace, to accept God’s love by faith.

Ruling over every single nation, is the Author of man’s salvation,
Aware of everything down here; believers haven’t a need to fear;
For the plan, which God’s begun, will be completed by His Son,
Who, purchased us on Calvary, now is preparing us for Eternity.

“It is finished” Christ did cry, finishing redemption, for you and I,
As all work to cleanse us from sin, was fully completed by Him;
By Christ’s work we’re forgiven, on a cross as nails were driven,
Into His feet, hands and side, when on the cross for us He died.

Now risen to Glory, is Jesus Christ, to offer all men Eternal Life,
A new life, anyone can receive, if in The Lord, they only believe;
And Great and Mighty you’ll proclaim, lifting praise to His name,
As a member of God’s Family, with a home provided in Eternity.

Psalm 106

You can have what you will have
But have leanness of your soul
You can rebel against the Lord
And you will fall into a hole

O give thanks unto the Lord
For His mercy endures forever
If you trust in the Lord your God
You will surely cross the river

If you grumble and complain
And have eyes that cannot see
You will wander in the desert
And you never shall be free

If you praise Him in your trials
When He feeds you bu His hand
You will cross the mighty river
Into the promised land

But if you worship other gods
And fall down before their feet
God's wrath will come upon you
And you will suffer great defeat

Not all cross the river
Not all enter in
A precious few will worship Him
The rest are lost to sin

Love thee neighbor

Love thee neighbor
Who is very poor?
Do not show the door
Keep little affection in store

Put the confidence in all
It is not said by me but it is by holy call
Keep heart clean and prevent the fall
Lord may help you in scaling the wall

Trust is the precious jewel
You may do always well
God may guide you to rush for helpless
He is there to help but seek your kind face

What good is served if we mistrust woman folk?
With whom we go freely, confide and talk
If whole world is not trusted to go along
Then certainly there is something wrong

If we mean to say that God did mistake
There was no enough thought for intake
Whole world was brought up for no purpose
Then it goes in flame for the want of only suppose

When you say you have trust in God
Let there be faith in his word
His creations, nature and environment
Let us not commit sin by adverse comment

He hears and feels you in every moment
Your prayers and need for blessings are definitely sent
He will not reject it merely on wrong ground
You should be in right place and correctly found

There flows the river with all the sins
Everyone picks up water and as if with great win
Wise and devotee may think twice before action
As it is apparent very painful from the reaction

Let us behave responsibly without any disregard
Every word written or spoken by Him must be taken forward
Let us remain brethren and contribute toward peace
Lord wants us to leave with harmony and at very ease

No one is licensed to kill
No one has right to impose will
It is your inner strength that may guide you
You must prove yourself honest and very true

We are not here to show even little discourtesy
As Lord is always kind and keen to show mercy
We must live happily and need not worry
Any disrespect may cause us to feel sorry

Can we justify why did he suffer cruelty?
Was he not that powerful as almighty?
What did he say at the end of torture?
Lord forgive them for they are blind for future

I may not be true disciple
I may not be even good pupil
But I am true believer and ardent supporter
My stature may go up and not fall shorter

Today... 'The Almighty

Petrified in the boat they were panicking
as the waves of the sea came cascading in.
You awoke Lord and commanded the sea
'Be still, ' You said with great authority.

'What manner of man is this' they cried
amazed as they saw the wind and sea subside.
The storm was quelled and the wind did cease
The Almighty obeyed, they were left in peace.

Mightier than the raging and tempestuous sea.
Mightier than the clashing thunderstorm is He.
The Almighty One is The Sovereign Lord.
and wind and wave have to obey His word.

You were there Almighty God before life began
as the creator of heaven, of earth and man.
The Alpha and Omega Whose work is done.
The Son of God and the Almighty One.
