According to Hindu mythology
Dark color represents almighty
Lord Krishna himself was dark and blue
Millions today starve for glimpses of him to view
It is still a hard feeling in minds
We dislike the black color wherever we find
Express freely against it and tease
Let us not do it for God's sake please
Color, cast and religion
Should never be our concern
Wherever we are and whatever we profess
Just bow head before him and confess
"O God, take me out from this world"
The moment you feel that I am untrue and turning cold
I shall forget not what is revealed in your teachings
Let not a single word go as missing"
Who are we on earth to paint anyone as evil?
It is his creation and no one has power or will
I shall cry at any kind of ill treatment
Curse my ills and openly resent
Person suffers due to his own act
No one has any right to offer comment or act
If bad weather or region is meant to suffer
Let come forward and gracefully offer
Almighty is ocean of mercy
He conveys it through regular frequency
We fail to grab the message
Only to witness dark history on page
Can't we see with our own naked eyes?
Why nature is against us even if whole mankind try?
The wrath and nature's fury is seen
Yet we are blind and not very much keen
O lord, give little sense to all those
Who are bent upon and deliberately choose
The way of annihilating particular race
Now they themselves will face worst kind of chase
Let us be tolerant to all races and colors
White is peace and black is tolerance
We need both in our day to day deal
We need to express solidarity and not to conceal

Death of Dusk
The sun resigns,
bleeds out the vestiges –
remnants of the day.
Exsanguination edges into twilight:
red-brown hangs;
upwards darkens:
blue-brown,
blue-black,
death-black,
disquiet – furtive,
like ghoul-ridden fog.
A sombre moon assumes its role,
gushing silver-white lymph upon the muted scape –
a prequel of supernatural undertones
to chill the scene,
ice the spine,
kill the brain –
we have unnerved the very firmament.
But now a shadow closing down the globe:
dinosaurian cloud shrouds the moon glaze,
claims the late hour –
declared in a dying crow caw.
I, the hidden owl
– nemesis of claustrophobic minds –
awake! for mammal flesh –
fresh, jerking out its warmth in dance of death.
Rock-still I perch in sculptured oneness
with my crooked night-tree,
emanating nocturnal allure.
Together we scowl
together we play the dark
upon the land and sky
and mind
while you lie as dead in your box.

Wicked and cruel king Kansa
put your parents in prison.
You released them from jail
appeared as Vishnu's incarnation.

As child you led cow herds
had great love for your mother
Grown with magic of your flute
as hero loved by peers and others

Kansa sent sinful Putana to kill you

The Dark Lord
The Dark Lord
Only where the summer fails
With wilderness around
Only where the shadow sails
And the wind there makes no sound
Only where the light of day
Pierced seldom from the sky
Is where you find a grey faced man
Whose age deceives the eye
His image is not young or old
He looks up to the sky
He tells you of dark stories told
Dark lands which howl and cry

As Fighter And Fought - Lord Krishna
[A scene from the hindu epic Mahabharatham
where both duryodhan and arjun come to lord
krishna for favors to sopport them in the war
KURUKSHETRA WAR]
Arjun sat near foot
duryodhan sat near his head
god in deep slumber
a war approaching
with a request both waited
god in deep slumber
Krishna wakes to see
arjun first and with a smile
'what is your request'?
he came before me
ask his request first then me
arjuna told god
turning his head to see.......
'duryodhan here too
may i know your request too'
krishna waits to hear
we need your support
you should help us in the war
duryodhan's request
krishna to duryodhan......
you may have come first
i asked arjun's request first
i shall help you both
thinking for a moment......
'duryodhan' he said
'you can have all my soldiers
whole of my army'
to arjun he said
you and your brother's have me
not as warrior
further krishna went on
i will not handle weapon
not as warrior
will be there for you
to take you around war field
as charioteer
duryodhan content
thought army was big asset
thought he got best deal
arjun content too
to have god as charoiteer
thought he got good deal
though god pleased them both
it was a war where he was
both fighter and fought
as charioteer
