Finally a liberation

Finally Arab world has heaved a sigh
All eyes were upon them expecting very high
It was going to great human tragedy
The same was not wished by almighty

It is not less than miracle
It has changed whole vitiated circle
World never dreamed of a bloodless revolution
The dictator was forced, make the decision to flee or run

The largest democracies of world too had to pass long ordeal
The Arab revolution was never expected to be easy or real
Long march to palace was blocked by anti people for road to seal
Not a single soul moved out from their position and sat without meal

Continuous staging in trusting only in almighty paved the way
The hostile reaction of public forced him retrace the steps and fled away
History has repeated same cycle of drama for forceful eviction
Even though that has not come off without any friction

How many martyrs have laid down lives?
Can any one think of such revolution or believe?
Not a single shot being fired at mobs and causing casualties
It was fine example of tolerance and resolution of fine qualities

Arab people are generally believed to be of high temper
But this time they proved whole theory wrong to prove as cool temper
See the way they stuck on to the last without loosing the goal sight
To the world they were going to present as if their path was completely right

Have we not witnessed bloodiest revolutions?
Still there has remained no key to the solutions
The earth has become red with so much flow of blood on ground
They have yet to find the bright sun after silencing the gun sound

Hats off to the heroic people of grand origin
You have guided us how the bloodless war to win
Not single dropp of blood on ground yet smooth transformation
What a unique way of rejoicing by people through out the nation?

Rules may come and go but history may reveal
How much people faced hardships or ordeal?
Whether anything entered into as special deal
The future may speak itself and not conceal

Let us rejoice this historic event
Let there be no bitterness or any adverse comment
The path lay ahead is full of thorns
Let some good leadership take over and sworn

This is just beginning opening of new road
Country may have to face problems with unforeseen load
Yet fruits of freedom are sweet and very dear
Country can afford any amount of sacrifice to bear

Enough of turmoil

The country has witnessed enough of turmoil
The public anger is on rise and mood boils
No one feels secure in present day leadership
The sea is not rough but threatening the ships

How to cope up with immoral forces?
They are roaming with honor without any remorse?
This is the scene of today’s politics
No morality, no principles and ethics

Who will bell the cat and save?
What country has not done for them and gave?
Poor are still poor and face with cruel misery
Who can think of little respite which is essential and necessary?

Don't be disheartened with recent happenings
It is good omen and nice beginning
The big heads are exposed for wrong doings
They will be shamed their human being

No notes may save from public ire
They will provide examples for satire
Country can not be bartered or traded
Punishment for wrong acts is now really dreaded

They will be on run and we may rejoice
People have no good option or choice
Students, industrialists and woman are not secured
Country’s future is not at all assured

When revolution takes many heads may roll on surface
They may have to reply to people and certainly face
The coming days may prove very crucial
The movement can not be called prejudicial or racial

It has backing of popular will and support
They can’t suppress their voice and resort to
Such action may prove their waterloo on ground
Such outrage and public defraud is never found

The country can be put on top of everything
No person is allowed to do contrary or something
People can tolerate it to a certain level
They have given them enough time to perform and excel

Anna! Anna

Anna! Anna! This was our Tamanna (wish)
It was a battle for fight to finish
Millions raised a banner of dissent
Nationalism in ruling circle was felt absent

In thousand of years you find only figure
Comes to our rescue for securing future
“Whenever there is excess of everything
I shall come on earth for delivering something”

Anna, you cam e as an apostle of peace
Life was becoming hell and not at all at ease
Human values were at stake and life unstable
No one was able to hold ground well and able

You had no army or backing of muscle power
Hardly could be seen people and counted as fewer
You emerged from no where and held a key
Nothing could stand on the way not even power or money

Nationalism is such a powerful thing
It can’t be purchased for offer of something
When there is awakening at large scale
Politicians may run from scene with faces turning pale

Youth today sees the divine figure in him
Every single citizen sees a sun beam
The light may spread all over and darkness may disappear
Millions hungry may have hope for smiles to wear

Can you imagine not a dropp of blood?
Revolutions have taken places for shelter and food
This ordinary man has shown bloodless transformation
What a magic for lifting of moral and elevation

Not a single consideration for self but only for nation
Where people can live without fear and burning questions
Salute to you O, noble man from our country men
This is starting of new era with good omen

Sunday,28th of august month in the year 2011
India, along with world, may experience heaven
All high hopes and bright sun rays in life
Still some more battle is to waged and walk on edge of knife

Innocents Shed Lives

'The days of divine rights of kings' have gone
Their monopoly to rule also has been undone
Lot many countries have adopted world charter
Where equal rights for all have proved as good starter

Weak political system has given the room for dictators to rise
The whole system has been pushed aside and resulted in breach of promises
Promises given to people of the land to rule as per their wishes
Alas! That has remained distant dream and all hopes remain dashed

Entire globe is divided into two systems
Yet it does not suit to their design and ill will stem
Dictators seize powers and pirates rule the sea
Very pathetic condition all over world to see

How many innocents shed lives per day?
How many soldiers loose their precious lives on the way?
Their vehicles are blasted and road is blocked
In friction of seconds many lives are smoked

Terrorists strike at their will and keep humans as shield
They have sway over limited land yet find open field
Not all efforts are paying any dividend for world peace
Life is very difficult for poor people to live at ease

There may be many people like me feeling helpless
Yet we cry over liberty and bring smile on face
Many activists rot in jails for no fault or crime
What next should be our goal or aim as prime?

Let there be system if any country chooses?
World should not bother as no threat it poses
Let there be no violation of human rights
Rest all can be avoided to fuel the fight

If need be lawlessness can be curbed with heavy hand
This beautiful world belongs to all and must prove as heavenly land
It is not the role of any class or country
We are here as special missionary of the almighty

Let doves fly all over globe with message
Small branch in mouth to speak nothing
Let world witness real message behind
Search the soul earnestly and find

Unity One

A single heartbeat reveals the whole state,
A single entity effects the whole system;
A voice can make millions move,
A single revolution can renew the whole world;

Freedom from corruption
Freedom from war
Freedom from discrimination
Freedom from all that is anti-human

If you love your freedom,
You will respect others' freedom too;
If you enjoy your rights,
You will want others to enjoy theirs;

If you want others to be right,
Get yourself right first;
Stand up for what's right,
And the whole world will join you.

A freedom is not in a day

Freedom is not attained in single day
It has proved difficult and in tortuous way
How many precious lives are lost in process?
Do we have any words for criticism to face?

Whoever has laid down life may not go in waste
It requires sacrifice and untiring efforts to stand test
We may be able to core it out right or gain the freedom
If the path so chose is non-violence then it is really wisdom

No wars have been won with continued hostility and bloodshed
The revolution may be written as history of shame with no watershed
There may be holocaust and human misery to be swallowed later
The result may have been there but many may come to be known as traitor

Freedom fighters are termed as dacoits or law breakers
They will make enough propaganda for ready takers
It may help them for little times to come and regroup
This can be called as popular uprising and not as military coup

The mighty power has witness sudden downfall
They have bow under tremendous pressure and international call
They have fear of losing the out side support
No out side help can come through the busy ports

Freedom can be won through non-violence means too
It may minimize human loss and this is equally true
We have witnessed many prolonged and bloody revolutions
It has not helped to prove misery but only lead to power devolution

What even if freedom is gained in total sense?
Has that got any relevance in its presence?
Have we attained whatever was desired or expected from?
The truth is bitter but to be explained to whom?

Who will never accept our own theory of deception?
How we remained under subjugation from inception?
Why did we not rise in revolt and tried for solution?
Did we try for it honestly and went for its dissolution?

Will story be rewritten when brought facts in open?
If so when it will find the light of the day and reopen?
Who will shed the light and appreciate the sacrifice?
The fact will be forgotten when people occupy the office

It is hard won struggle and must be preserved at all cost
The power should be shared and utilized for the most
Who knows it may prove acid test for days to come?
Why not celebrate it with fun fare and welcome?

It is unforgettable that freedom has cost us so much
We can’t afford to loose it again in a manner as such
Who will pardon us if we fail to cherish and protect
It has to be defended at all costs in fact

Madame Tosad

Little thought crept in mind to crave a good name,
Some one suggested Tosad by name so contact Madame,
Had all the information on table and search begun,
Found it interesting and amusing but full of fun,

Criteria are laid down and place for only celebrities,
Should have high position with all noble qualities,
World should have known or taken note of contribution,
Was not merely a show by simple way of contribution?

It was proving difficult as mind raced,
So many questions raised and faced,
Desire was strong and had surfaced,
Mentally strong and self to be braced,

When compared the noble conditions,
Did not find with comfortable position,
Apart from having clean track record,
One should be in position to afford,

I had plenty but earned through disrepute,
Had never offered single rupee to contribute,
What all I did was to corner it for own,
Blame to others and responsibilities disown,

These criteria were no where to be seen,
Temper was running high, making me keen,
Why did not they think of mafias and gangsters?
We had contributed not less than others,

Not a single condition made me eligible,
I only wanted to make entry forcible,
Neither had I found any situation favourable,
Nor was the wax statue durable,

Wax may melt with heat strong,
What use to find place among,
Chase not easy and march very long,
Not so easy but very difficult song

I shelved the idea to find place,
Already had a place in palace,
It was just hard try or solace,
But was it not worth try for race?

On Threshold

Are we on threshold of second revolution?
Millions heart already felt its elation'
Few steps away to root out corruption
If things go with support without interruption

People can tolerate maximum
They have zero power tolerance and can bear to minimum
The elasticity can loose its sensitivity
If compromised with its quality

No tyranny can last long ever
People may not forget it forever
When chance come to strike
Tyrants has to flee and take firs flight

One voice is sufficient
To raise the banner and message be sent
It may create the ripples in enemy circle
They might now have sensed the trouble

This is how revolution takes place
It is for survival and not for any race
Popular will is against the misrule
They can’t make everybody fool

Country must come first above everything
Its unique stand and pride is meant for something
No matter how much sacrifice we have to give?
Else our future generation may not forgive

The holy soil always wants sacrifice
A stable stand and with full of promises
That land may remain sacred and for all
The poor and deprived ones must receive attention and call

We can do even without meals
But they should not make move to steal
On our freedom and hard won liberty
At the cost of our inability and poverty

We may die for honor
But not for corruption and dishonor
They must get warning signal
That there may be unpleasant situation on arrival

Let there be good sense and prevail
All systems may not work and fail
We stand together for it not to succeed
They must pay the respect and heed

Peace march to square

Does the silent peace march take us to square?
Do we know how to gain freedom and it lies where?
Is it in the buildings or in the palace where king lives?
Or is it the symbolic resistance or signal to which they believe?

How far the bullets may travel and pierce through?
Do they believe it right thing to do or very true?
I feel it is damaging complete confidence built so far
Indiscriminate firing can disperse the mob but can’t win the war

There is stretchable limit for any substance
It can be pulled to certain extent at once
Beyond it will result in breakage or disaster
The whole foundation can be raged to ground faster

The people’s aspirations can wait even longer
They know the reality and are no strangers
The freedom and land mother land is holier than heaven
They are prepared to lead difficult life for it even

The freedom does not come in hand over night
So much blood is shed in determined fight
No one can argue in favor or against with its course
It hardly matters if it thrust upon by peace or force

When time has come to rejoice its fruit
No one can take it away by any kind of loot
The national wealth is public property
It is powerful asset to remove the poverty

The merchant of death may not leave the path easily
They will not show any kind of willingness readily
There are silent ways to force on the perpetuators
The public rage and outburst can be seen as indicator

How many more may be lynched to death for uncertain future?
Who will promise them freedom in land and secure?
Why people are forced to resort to non violent means?
Is it seen as victory on evils by good as clear win?

People may have final say when tyrants have gone
Meanwhile enough damage might have been done
Young and old alike might have lost their precious lives
This can be termed as cowardice act in which they firmly believe

One bloodier encounter may result in heavy blood bath
No one may come forward to force them leave such path
No external but internal pressure can force them to flee
So the innocent country men can feel secure and free

It is commendable approach to adhere to non violence
The eyes of whole world is upon them and attracted hence
Whatever be outcome, there will be respite after turmoil is over
World must live up to expectation and prove humanitarian cover

Tye

I was once a great queen of Egypt,
Though I ‘am just a lifeless mummy now,
I was once at the heart of Egyptian life,
I became first queen of real power,
I helped shape history through my actions,
My name still lives on today,
People still carry my name after all these years,
I have become as close to immortal as any human can,
History still remembers who I was,
The Tye name lives on across the world,
People still us my name with pride,
Though I died so long ago I still live on,
Showing the world what I achieved,
I was the first woman to become an equal to men,
People respected me for my wisdom and intellect,
I paved the way for all those who followed me,
I was the first of many great queens though-out history,
I ‘am a sign of what could be achieved by one person.

Joy To Egypt, Joy To The World

The honorable People are excited and jubilant.
Finally, the grumpy octogenarian tyrant
Has stepped down.
Long live Egypt! Down, down
Down with the thirty year old dictatorship!
The country is hopefully embarked on the ship
Of Democracy, Justice, and Fairness.
God’s willing, this is the end of the ugliness
Of corruption, nepotism and arbitrary arrest.
With all my heart, I wish the best,
Not only to Egypt, but also to the entire region.
Facebook, Twitter, Blackberry and the Internet played
A phenomenal role in this revolution.
The people were resilient, they could not be swayed
To change their focus, which was to dethrone the dictator.
For eighteen hard and grueling days, they were willing
To either live free or die standing.
At times, death, the ultimate sacrifice and horror,
Is the only way to obtain liberty and freedom
From brutal and oppressive kingdom.
The people have spoken and they had reached their goal.
Let’s pray that the military understand the toll,
The courage and sacrifices that the protesters had to endure,
In order to liberatate, to force or even to lure
The roaring lion into giving up.
When the honorable People stand up,
For the goodness and the future of their country,
Great leaders or sincere patriots must listen.
The Tunisian and Egyptian revolutions should serve as a lesson
For the others in the Mediterranean Sea,
And for the rest of the world.
This is not the end of the struggle, we have to wait and see
What tomorrow will bring to this swirled,
Unpredictable and volatile environment.
The good People are joyous, excited and jubilant.
Long live freedom, long live democracy!
Our world deserves peace, justice, liberty,
Compassion, honesty, equality
Greater sensitivity and prosperity.
It is time for the old regimes to set sail,
Good judgment and youth will always prevail.

A Firing A Mob

Tear gas shells are fired at mob
They have blocked the road not to kill or rob
Still complete force is ready with shells to lob
May be in their opinion it is fine job

They are outdated laws and needs to be scraped
Whole machinery is to overhauled and revamped
Is there any Government who fire on unarmed citizens?
Are they not true subject whom you charge with batons?

Do they have no rights to differ with your opinion?
Are you the Government only custodian to represent the Union?
How does it matter if some resentment is expressed in some quarters?
Is there no enough bad blood flown in rives as waters?

What are we trying to prove to the free world?
Why peoples verdict be disregarded and pushed to cold?
Who represents the public and who are the true representatives?
We are the people, true representative and natives

We may die in thousands and still be called unruly/
The bread winner may be lost permanently by the family
It may look as if nothing has happened really
All policies seem unreal and completely silly

Let public be educated about what you plan to pursue
What are the burning problems and issues?
Plan in advance to settle the legitimate dues
How can then there be the bad news?

We are not authoritarian system of Government
It has been installed by popular movement
No one can claim real credit for freedom
It is due to sacrifice, struggle and wisdom

Tear gas shells may bring tears
Who will suffer and mostly bear?
Some one may loose life and face incapacitation?
What are we going to prove as nation with citation?

We may have burden of proving our selves as innocents
There may be criticism in news with adverse comments
How can we ruthless o our own brethren?
This should be our main worry and concern

No dictator has lasted for long
H has paid in his coins for committing wrong
They have never ruled silently and stayed along
They have been executed and hanged among

Is the surfacing of intolerance that is responsible?
Is there any law that has to be made forcible?
Nothing can be extracted from unwilling soul?
Even if good measures may be considered as fault and foul

Let us rule the people with good administration
Let us bring them together from any alleviation
To protect them from any trouble is duty of good nation
It has got direct bearing on the good relation

Aftermath

After the Arab Spring, what?
The death count all but recorded
But none of the expected aftermath
Where is the freedom that was expected?

Nations that had them still in chaos
Just a political label?
Of vague directions, what a lost cause!
Options absent, all's not well.

So gone are the aged dictatorships
Multiplied are the conflicts and deaths
Governments changed but there's no leadership
Such a scenario add to global debts.

Eight hundred million dollars to feed Arab Spring?
Money cannot water a people's hunger
Love for country must always be birth within
And values must be changed for each other.

For Freedom is not just an empty word
It's respect for every child, woman, or man
Upholding the good, negotiation - not discord
And unity, not greed, will make them stand.

The Arab world needs a modern version of the old transnational media so citizens can be informed about global events. More important, we need to provide a platform for Arab voices. We suffer from poverty, mismanagement and poor education. Through the creation of an independent international forum, isolated from the influence of nationalist governments spreading hate through propaganda, ordinary people in the Arab world would be able to address the structural problems their societies face.

Tell Me Why...

Why do people fight?
Why can’t they just unite?
Why is the world a mess?
Why can’t people confess?
Why are people faultily tough?
When they pretend to be friends but intend to bluff
Why is the world on a string and ready to fire up?
When you know that it’s drinking each step through every sup
Why can’t the world be single flagged?
Instead of its occupation like a being plagued
Why can’t our people assist and be kind?
Why is the call for equality amongst humans hard to find?
When people unite and hinder the fall
People can reside together, in which in every state
There is no country too great
And no nation too small.

A murder without weapon

A wound is inflicted but still can’t be seen
This crime we daily commit and are often the scene
It is easy means to inflict and remain unseen
Many people are experts in this and very keen

It will not dropp a single dropp of blood on ground
The person will not raise alarm and it doesn’t sound
The person will die of anguish and pain
His out cry for help may go in vain

He will find himself in fixed position
There may not be realignment or composition
It is totally different situation and causing disturbance
You may die of dishonor and try to live in exile hence

The character assassination is such weapon to cause enormous injury
No judicial system can help you or in that matter not even jury
It may add to lot of tension and worry
You may want to die after feeling so much sorry

What good people always prefer?
Why do they insist for right things and refer?
There is preference over bad things
They have lot more to gain from something

They may employ different methods if you can’t be side lined
They may design such things that may bring shame and you are fined
Your whole life comes in to jeopardy
You are helpless to find any remedy

You may bleed to death without being stabbed
Your property may be destroyed without bomb being lobbed
You stand cheated and completely robbed
The culprits will go Scot free and without being nabbed

It is safest mode without being noticed
The adversary remains exposed and victimized
He is circumstantially lynched and way laid
Not a word is murmured or said

Though it has remained age old weapon
It has sharpness and effectiveness that of a pen
You can cook the story and make it to happen
You can lay a seized without weapons being sharpened

You can damn person without shot being fired at
He will crawl on ground when you finally get
He may repent for not following your line
He may think it would have been very fine

The world doesn’t move well with nice persons
They suffer rough weather or all odds in any season
The world has no room for complaints with solid reasons
It is good that they are not blamed and tried for treasons

Simple murder may give chance to critics
The character assignation may invite sarcastic
In both the cases the death is imminent
In such cases it is physical and prominent

Everyone Everywhere

At the end of the day,
there's no food on our plate.
So we beg and we steal,
for we know love is real.
And if we don't take a chance,
in a spare sideways glance.
These are all the chains I wanted,
to justify the things I do.
And when we kiss we speak as one,
and in a single breath this world is gone.
And when we kiss we speak as one.
With a single breath this world is gone.
It's a crisis I know,
at the end of the show.
People change but we don't falter,
'cause we know love is real.
This is no place to shiver,
so get up off the grass.
You were once the main attraction,
but all that's in the past.
How much is free,
for me and you?
I'm on my knees,
I am a fool.
But when we kiss we speak as one.
With a single breath this world is gone.
(this world is gone).
How could I fail to give her,
when she cried such a lot.
People change but we don't falter,
'cause we use what we've got.
And when we kiss we speak as one.
With a single breath this world is gone.
And when we kiss we speak as one.
With a single breath this world is gone.
(this world is gone)
(this world is gone)

Long Live Anna and Indian Democracy!

‘The passing of the bill
will prove that people’s will
Can make the nation ill
To climb corruption’s hill! ’

Anna has won through his marathon fast
A spectacular victory for all;
His Lokpal Bill has finally been passed;
Fast will be off; He set rolling the ball!

All MP’s also performed well their part;
They showed the world that Parliament’s supreme;
The people’s needs were paramount in heart;
They worked to realise the people’s dream!

The Anna Team had done too fine a job;
They helped Hazare all ways through his fast;
They were well encouraged by huge a mob;
They worked in harmony until the last!

The Resolution Anna asked had come;
The Anti-corruption bill will make it;
The happy end’’s more than hearty welcome;
The fast had become terrific a hit!

The war on Corruption is just begun;
’Tis the beginning of a struggle long;
The struggle long ought to always go on;
The country men can sing a happy song!

Long live the sacrifice of Hazare!
The aged man is hero without doubt;
The Anna Team has become bright thare;
On day twelve, they managed to win the bout!

The support ends the battle just for now;
A lot of things are to be done henceforth;
All showed their unity and country’s love;
The Bill will change the future giving mirth!

Long live Anna Hazare! Long live Indian Democracy!

It is people

It is people’s victory
No one should feel sorry
It was writing on wall
Demand of the day and call

Mahatma Gandhi did it to gain freedom
Such movement was witnessed seldom
Today it is happening once again
Glory to motherland and power to regain

No bloodshed or single loss of life
Amidst uncertainty, with growing concern and strife
Whole country has witnessed a non violent struggle
With free will drive for looters, grabbers in populated jungle

Why country and poor can not be placed at top?
Why does our spirit and conscience not stop?
What is reason for putting country into shame?
Is the liberal democracy only causing to blame?

Politicians and bureaucrats have done immense damage
The country’s affair is in shamble and unable to manage
The precious national wealth is taken away from people
God only knows when we can do it or be able?

Even the mighty can be brought down to knee
This is movement for calling a country really free
The system is not used to the advantages for few
People are in street to compel the culprits review

Only one man has done the miracle
Whole of country is proud of and entered the circle
The time zeroed in and changes are offered
The conception may be odd but opinion never differed

The country has to be freed from the slavery
From the organized loot and corruption mystery
Who can lead the nation and bring the result?
The country has faced enough of it with insult

Mahatma faced bullet for telling truth
This lone man may loose battle and face the death
Yet whole country is behind mass movement
We can only offer tribute and no other comments
