Convenient democracy
We vote for convenient democracy
Prefer to live in condition with low frequency
No rule to prevail and no more rights to avail
Anarchy rule to stay and any good governance must fail
Is it really untrue democratic republic?
Where mob burn property meant for public?
Where thousand die for adulterated drink?
Over loaded boats swim but at midway sink
Scammers rule, flout rules and amass wealth
Masses suffer with malnutrition and endanger health
Onion, vegetables and medicines disappear
Loaded with all duties again reappear
I shall still praise the best managers
Who sit on top and add more scavengers
Let public suffer, loot property in anger
Let food grain rot but millions die in hunger
Markets and commodities stand manipulated
Impact not understood and totally diluted
Common men suffer for the want of daily bread
His concern is unheard and no attempt is made to read
Buffer stock is raised only to rot
Essential things are lost even without bring brought
Prizes soar as scarcity is created artificially
No one regrets it heartily or miss it really
We solemnly swear to be true democratic
Commit ever more to be unrealistic and erratic
No love for rule of land and freedom for laundering
The concept is loudly appreciated and everyone is wondering
The casters vote is for open sale
It is sordid affair and different tale
We send only cheaters and corrupt
Only to look at our apathy and act inept
The true representatives may pound on our flash
Some new schemes for grab and to be offered fresh
Ready made explanations to convince public with oratory
Rest all function only as rituals and simply to look obligatory
National flag may fly and go high up in sky
Lot many questions may remain unanswered, why?
Lot many promises may be made just to fool for another year
We are used to forget such promises as if not heard by ears
We have made no earnest attempt for it to understand
The true democracy is only option for us as new brand
The authoritarian rule has been witnessed by all
To invite it here will prove to be a fatal call
Let them not prove we are mother of all ills
We have sent them in parliament for all wanton kills
They are representatives and acting as per our aspirations
There life is like open book devoid of any revelations
Nation may suffer as well as we as people
Who will decide about the act to be simple or culpable?
Will this go on unabated or halted somewhere?
If allowed unchecked then we have place to go no where

Nation awakes
Total seizure and encroachment of human rights
Without shedding blood or offering fights
Easy walk over under the disguise
Of parliament supremacy and voter’s franchise
Once a leader always a leader
Public failed to read them as reader
All laws and rules meant for public
That has been impetrated as republic
Murderers and mafias can attack at will
Parliament is refuge for thieves to kill
Two birds with one stones
Protection on one side and seat as throne
Without shedding blood or offering fights
Easy walk over under the disguise
Of parliament supremacy and voter’s franchise
Weak judiciary amounting delay in justice
Kept strength at low and not fulfilling the promises
Natural wealth is stolen in day light
Where are the human rights activists to fight?
Beggars rule the national front
Daily corruption comes to light and confront
Right minded people think about real democracy
Who has the real power in hand with supremacy?
Can we not recall people’s representatives?
Can we not decide the fate of natives?
Why wolves are allowed free roam in the streets?
Why can we not amend the rules for expectations to meet?
It is firm resolve not to allow total eclipse
It will meet stiff resistance and response
No one can take it granted where people rule
Not a single or powerful man must try to make them fool
It is awareness and aspirations
Where so many things pose questions
Nation can not progress with empty belly
All measures may stand useless and silly
Poor must find place and say
They can’t be denied rights and pushed away
Entire nation may burn
And turn in rubbles and ruins

Fundamental of Liar Chapter XXXV: Rules part 2
What’s the rule, when money could buy
What’s the rule, when power is absolute
What’s the rule, when feeling involved
What’s the rule, when pride is important
What’s the rule, when look affects
What’s the rule, when victory is a must
What’s the rule, when worlds are vain
What’s the rule, people don’t change
What’s the rule, when good is not always right
What’s the rule, freedom is misunderstood
What’s the rule, anger conquers
What’s the rule, past neglected
What’s the rule, crime that committed

No Law In Hand
Politics has become cheap game
Only country gets bad name
Unfair practice goes on
Fair name is always blown
How to share dais with their presence?
Why do we hate them at once?
Why do have they thick skin?
What is the motto behind political win?
Why poor not rise in rebellion?
Why do they watch merely from pavilion?
They have made it democratic field
Where only means available is to yield
Political means to amass wealth
Nation suffers poor financial health
Big or small countries suffer a lot
Poor nationals are simply in between caught
What all tricks do they employ to win election?
Dirty game is involved for shady selection
Religion is pitched and cast lines are clearly drawn
Money plays part and rest people are withdrawn
This can still be understood
Even if they promise you free food
Promise stars in day time
But it is to secure dynasty rule for life time
They will install any one they like
Prices may soar and any time hiked
Who cares even if you die or live in misery?
Their luxurious life is must and necessary
Believe me precious food grain is rotting in open
Poor has nothing to eat and for belly to fill in
Prices are sky rocketing and beyond reach
Only influential can survive to become rich
How can you name parliament as an institution?
Where open flight can be seen with continuation
Large numbers of representatives are law offenders
We are the culprit who act as medium for such grabbers
Still time is there to behave and act
Take no law in hand but react
Show them way towards door
Let sovereign state work for the down trodden and poor

Appeal and Honest Promises
It can't be imported from outside
It is serious matter for us to decide
It is matter of honor and pride
How long we may shy off and hide?
Why some one should approach you?
Why do they need to lecture you to be true?
Have we no responsibility to think of nation?
When three quarter of the population remains on government ration?
Why must it rot in open go down?
Why some of grains fall in private hands to own?
What matters most when farmers commit suicide?
We have not woken up yet ignore how to discuss and confide?
You may amass millions out of our hunger
Yet we may express no anger
Because we live under democratic system
Our hands fall short to catch them
So far you were raising slogans against foreign rule
Now you have your own system and people
No threat from inside or from any quarter
Yet you nothing to think and more to barter
Who corrupts system for own benefit and later on prevail?
Who comes clean out of it and avail?
The spoil is shared by all our learned brethrens
Yet we keep quiet and don't bother or express concern
'People may accept or reject' when we go for election
They may know well about our intention and action
Politicians may shout from the roof top
Who else than us can dare and try to stop?
So we, the people of sovereign state, must decide and declare
Will never allow any one who is likely to subverts our interest and dare
Let democracy thrive under the watchful eyes of people
It is not right approach to underestimate the struggle
We may have set rules and guiding principles
We may have protection under constitution rules
Yet intentional injury to sentiment is punishable by natural justice
Where no hollow words but rules the appeal and honest promises

A Firing A Mob
Tear gas shells are fired at mob
They have blocked the road not to kill or rob
Still complete force is ready with shells to lob
May be in their opinion it is fine job
They are outdated laws and needs to be scraped
Whole machinery is to overhauled and revamped
Is there any Government who fire on unarmed citizens?
Are they not true subject whom you charge with batons?
Do they have no rights to differ with your opinion?
Are you the Government only custodian to represent the Union?
How does it matter if some resentment is expressed in some quarters?
Is there no enough bad blood flown in rives as waters?
What are we trying to prove to the free world?
Why peoples verdict be disregarded and pushed to cold?
Who represents the public and who are the true representatives?
We are the people, true representative and natives
We may die in thousands and still be called unruly/
The bread winner may be lost permanently by the family
It may look as if nothing has happened really
All policies seem unreal and completely silly
Let public be educated about what you plan to pursue
What are the burning problems and issues?
Plan in advance to settle the legitimate dues
How can then there be the bad news?
We are not authoritarian system of Government
It has been installed by popular movement
No one can claim real credit for freedom
It is due to sacrifice, struggle and wisdom
Tear gas shells may bring tears
Who will suffer and mostly bear?
Some one may loose life and face incapacitation?
What are we going to prove as nation with citation?
We may have burden of proving our selves as innocents
There may be criticism in news with adverse comments
How can we ruthless o our own brethren?
This should be our main worry and concern
No dictator has lasted for long
H has paid in his coins for committing wrong
They have never ruled silently and stayed along
They have been executed and hanged among
Is the surfacing of intolerance that is responsible?
Is there any law that has to be made forcible?
Nothing can be extracted from unwilling soul?
Even if good measures may be considered as fault and foul
Let us rule the people with good administration
Let us bring them together from any alleviation
To protect them from any trouble is duty of good nation
It has got direct bearing on the good relation

Born To Rule
Lay down your arms this night
Surrender to the power
Embracing your metal heart
On your final walk through the snow
A hammer made of steel
From the river of blood
With magic, forged in flames
Delusions, a curse of the damned
What do you see?
Imaginary visions or reality
When you're free
Then you'll see that you are bound to rule
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever more
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever
The revolution forced us all to heed the final call
And if tomorrow never comes
Then we will strike the hammer down
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever more
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever
Forever, forever Rule!

What Democracy?
Is democracy a dream?
The human race aspires to
such things are seldom as they seem.
Although the people have a choice.
They seldom think their choices through
and so the wishes which they voice.
Can be ignored and flagrantly
by those who hold the power reins
which they acquired dishonestly.
The voting system is unfair.
Votes do not carry equal weight.
The major parties do not care.
They are content to wait their turn
To ride upon the gravy train
enjoying perks they do not earn.
If every vote was made to count
Then that would be democracy
Hold politicians to account
for promises they make then break.
Perhaps it’s time to rectify
the present system: Which would take.
a social revolution
to institute democracy.
Instead of the confusion.
The rule of many by the few
who claim they have the peoples vote
A statement patently untrue.
The vote I cast has no value
in this so called democracy
Its very sad but very true.

War Cry and After
No country wants its dismemberment!
Wrong misadventure brings bad moment
It leads to humiliation and shame
Whole country stands along and subjected to blame
No one may go into actual cause
Whether it was imposed or forced
Mighty may rule and manage the scene
The tragedy and plight may only be seen
As beggars have no choice
So is the terms and condition with no promises
The country may be plundered and subjected to loot
Simple passers by may suffer and simply shoot at
People go war hungry and loose the common sense
Fall in with false propaganda and situation is made tense
Third party gets benefit out of it and reaps the harvest
The countries suffer due to their own follies and stand the acid test
Population may suffer most and under go agony and plight
The children may get no medicine and women may loose rights
Their honor may be at stake and position may turn tight
The war is lost without firing and shot or going into fight
In current age it looks all useless
The dragon stands there with ugly face
Who suffers most and benefits and at what cost?
Humanity has suffered and war has been lost
All greedy eyes are on natural wealth
Many countries suffer most on ground of health
Paucity of funds and corruption is taking heavy toll
The mistrust and apprehensions erects its own wall
Let each country shape its own development
Live within boundary and with free movement
Build the relation with neighboring countries and progress
Why at all there should be war cry and mad race?

John Cabanis
Neither spite, fellow citizens,
Nor forgetfulness of the shiftlessness,
And the lawlessness and waste
Under democracy's rule in Spoon River
Made me desert the party of law and order
And lead the liberal party.
Fellow citizens! I saw as one with second sight
That every man of the millions of men
Who give themselves to Freedom,
And fail while Freedom fails,
Enduring waste and lawlessness,
And the rule of the weak and the blind,
Dies in the hope of building earth,
Like the coral insect, for the temple
To stand on at the last.
And I swear that Freedom will wage to the end
The war for making every soul
Wise and strong and as fit to rule
As Plato's lofty guardians
In a world republic girdled!

Still the rule
We wanted and asked for
The democracy was unsuitable and called for
The slavery and bondage made permanent home
Free air and liberty was never welcome
Stick is still the rule
Corruption is taught from school
Parents line up to throw the chits
You find new product of cheats
No field is left out to maneuver
There is now difficulty for beginner
He inhales the corrupt air and learns
Public is not her worry or concern
We have more breeding grounds
Corrupt and harmful mosquitoes are always found
They bite and spread the quality when go round
The whole system is spoiled and not remained sound
No one can free the system
The evil has grown from stem
The roots are so deep and within
They will always triumph and win
We want no such rule for the day
It has taken everything away
They rule the scene and hold the sway
We find no such hope and ray
One in a million chances there will emerge some possibility
Country may face disintegration and loose the stability
It will be broken into pieces under heavy odds
The poor and downtrodden may suffer heavily under load
We wanted peaceful life but not at such personal cost
It was never realized or thought over by most
The democracy has some advantage but values are lost
The apprehensions are more and much loss of trust
Not a single field is free from blame
We have no regret and feel for shame
We take it as routine and nonsense act
There is no let up in our approach for this fact

Surfers Rule
Its a genuine fact that the surfers rule
Its plastered on the walls all around the school now
(surfers rule, surfers rule)
Becoming just as common as a golden rule now
(surfers rule, surfers rule)
Take it or leave it but you better believe it
Surfers rule
They burnt it in the grass on the football field now
(surfers rule, surfers rule)
Just try to make them cool it and theyll never yield now
(surfers rule, surfers rule)
Take what youve heard now and go pass the word now
Surfers rule
Its a genuine fact that the surfers rule
A woody full of surfers pullin long side a wagon
(surfers rule, surfers rule)
The hodaddies sittin while the surfers are draggin
The surfers are winnin and they say as theyre grinnin
Surfers rule
Surfers rule
(four seasons you better believe it)
Surfers rule
(four seasons you better believe it)
Surfers rule
(four seasons you better believe it)
Surfers rule
(four seasons you better believe it)
Surfers rule
(four seasons you better believe it)

War Memorial
Memorial to be raised in memory of war heroes
Homage and tribute by everybody who goes
Soldier's sacrifice shall never go in vain
Blood might have spilled on earth but shall never go in drain
Nation remains ever grateful
As democracy stands successful
When other countries fail honesty trial
Who can afford to neglect soldiers and their survival?
Not only in service but there after too
Families of war heroes suffer and that is true
Large amount meant for them also make exit
Yet solders never complain but greet
Name any one who can jump in for nation's cause?
Name any individual who can prefer to sacrifice?
What are we offering them to assure their dependants?
Mere paltry sum with pension and insult!
Shame on those who grab the entire fund
Erect illegal sky rocket building on reserve land
Open loot by high officials and no action
People also remain mere spectator with no reaction
Give twenty four gun salutes to departed soldiers
Nation may pay homage and remember
No death is as sacred as laying down for mother land
But make this fact known to our dear friends
What image we have created today?
Have we bartered the national interest away?
Do our conscience allow for purchase of inferior weapons?
Make soldiers to die for no cause and loose the war already won
Make soldiers to strive for national integration
Assure them not to think about deteriorating condition
Nation is committed for their welfare and well being
Let all solders praise their mother land and sing

You are forgotten
Gandhiji* you are forgotten
Your ideology is hijacked and stolen
Seldom have we remembered you even
By and large you are completely gone
You are stranger in your own land
You are lone figure without any friend
You are remembered for going on strike
Demonstrations against pay rise or on price hike
"We follow Ghandhian principles" remains popular slogan
We are true followers and disciples
Only we grab in millions
Still we wear your cap and keep affiliation
Millions rot in streets and die hungry
Population is accustomed to and never go angry
We have money power to purchase votes and remain in power
Tones of grain go in waste as they await rainy showers
Grain must rot but should not go to needy
We will spend billions and still ready
To waste more on plans and developments
With all the care that poor get nothing and resent
You advocated that parties should disband
Power centre should be based at village land
We preferred old slave symbol and maintained status
So in name we are democratic but capitalist as such
Let farmers commit suicide and public properties burn
Let accidents take place and thousands die in turn
We are only interested in amassing wealth
Let public go to hell with their poor health
Gandhiji* we never miss you but in fact garland
Your statue is erected and carved out on sand
You are gone forever but we have monopolized
Gandhian pattern as only excuse to wash ills and stay obliged
Don't shed tears even by mistake as we are committed people
Whole nation lives on borrowed economy and face any trouble
Our national wealth is safe in foreign land as black money
We are the nation next to only few corrupt countries yet hold the key
* Gandhiji… father of Indian nation and popularly known as Gandhiji

In Democracy People Are Supreme
In democracy people are supreme
People elected their representatives
And sent to parliament to make laws
On behalf of them.
To make democracy a success
Endemic protest is necessary
To make the representatives in order
They should cautioned.
People are the soul of parliament
Parliament can change but not people
People are the root parliament is foot.
Come to the people O parliamentarian
O representatives of people
People are your master
You are there in different posts to
Serve the people and to do all welfare works.
Democratic institutions are for the people
Without people the state is a big zero
In democracy people are supreme
Do not handle the people in whim.

Let Love Rule
Love is gentle as a rose
And love can conquer any war
It's time to take a stand
Brothers and sisters join hands
We got to let love rule
Let love rule
We got to let love rule
Let love rule
Love transcends all space and time
And love can make a little child smile
Oh can't you see
This won't go wrong
But we got to be strong
We can't do it alone
We got to let love rule
Let love rule
We got to let love rule
Let love rule
Let love rule
You got to got to got to
Let love rule
You got to got to got to

Give me blood
'Give me blood, I will give you freedom'
The great son and patriot gave invitation with slogan
I shall take you to the shore of liberty
You deserve it by right and not by charity
Was it vision, love for country or pure wisdom?
These words can be heard seldom
Have we not bartered our freedom to few members?
Hardly few may find place now to remember
Country has become house hold of few
They have little time spare or no time or view
It is forced dynastic rule with no future for people
Praise the dynasty, have blessings and rule
Whom do we blame for such down fall?
The self rule for people without dashing against wall
Was it calculated move to pass on the helm of affairs?
Still to term it as great struggle and very fair
Country passing in turmoil and hungry foxes cry foul
Not responding to conscience and searching soul
Who else can rise from the grave and lead us to dreamland
Where our forefathers promised us a free land
Why did they all sacrifice life for nothing?
Was it the only aim to gain something?
They may be watching helplessly from heaven
In which way our heroic struggle has been proven?
Why all tall promises are made everyday?
The poor have nothing to fill in belly for a day
Life has become cheap and no means to lead a way
What are they all talking of subway, highway or motor way?
We shall be true republic and in every sense secular
We shall have not only peace and security in particular
But will power to quench the thrust of millions of hungry
All these only after firing at restless mob turning angry
We have nothing to offer poor a shelter
We have no planning to see welfare and cater
We can swallow not in millions but only in billions
One corrupt player watches another to enter on stage from pavilion
The freedom has become joke and an instrument
To establish rule of scoundrels with money and muscle movement
Where from all these countless money are poured in
What is there to rejoice on any republic day for win?
Let us not shed any tears or feel sad for departed souls?
They were not scammers, statute politicians but idiots and fools?
Why no father advised them what will be fate of their freedom struggle?
The country will be turned in wrestling ground and free for grab in jungles

An Earnest Prayer to God
God, rule my tongue, my works, my thought;
God, rule my mind, body, and heart;
God, rule all gifts from You I got;
God, rule my will, forget-me-not.
God, rule all things, my every part;
God, rule my actions from the start;
God, rule my soul, guide it with art;
God, rule my life till I depart!

You are gone
Dare me and you are gone
Right thing for you to be undone
I am queen and can tolerate none
I am in class itself alone
I have enough of grace
Lovely figure and beautiful face
Everybody loves me and find them in race
I would not fall for it in any case
What others should read in me?
Lovely bird wishing always to be free
With only the sky should be the limit
Jumping happily on beautiful and lovely feet
Still you may find little bit of arrogance
If you properly examine or glance
It is challenge to whole world
Do not try to subdue me to bring in fold
I am free bird and would not want
Some of the things I hate or can’t
I belong to all and can not afford
This is final wish from lord
I shall suffer at cruel hands
Still I may take them as friends
Who know where can be awaited tragic end?
I shall wish them all the best with same trend
Mistake me not for any attachment
I can’t be any fortunate moment
I am wind and has no particular direction
My love and hate may speak the action
I shall rule the world in my own way
The happy moments may disappear any way
This is way of life and we are no exception
The concept is very clear from the inception
I am the world ambassador and love symbol
To love and to be loved is the simple call
I hope the message to reach to all
I shall help them to escape future fall
Love me for not what I look
Hate me not for what I print in book
They may be illusory things not for digestion
There are lot many unanswered questions
I may look rude and appear so
Let those moments pass by and go
Let gentle air flow in one direction
I must find the love without any reaction
I know beauty made fade
This is purely a show or trade
Flowers boom in garden
Not sure how much to last even!
Leave not me alone but hold in esteem
The situation may not be same or may seem
I may go away for ever when time comes
Still I shall rule and find the welcome
Do you listen to me all?
Respond to me and my call
I am here to rule and stay
So think over it and be away

Gone were the days
Gone were the days of high standard
National sentiments only to look forward
Not a word to be said in dishonor
It was love for motherland and called for
Now no more nations but only ration
Cast, creed and religion only equation
More crowds and more weight
Individual is taken to new height
No qualification but only criteria
The hatred and intolerance prevail like bacteria
Land grabbers, mafias and dishonest rule
Public suffer and voice to ruffle
This present day of context
Hereditary rule is only best
Thousands of new rulers in form of misters
They prove to be known as dishonest and sinister
At the time of taking oath or as beginner
They were just an ordinary man or commoner
The fortune start swinging in no time or sooner
It serves as lucrative business for the opener
Money start changing hand
Known enemies or adversaries become friends
All find prosperous future at the end
Gather as much as you can with new trend
Deny the hand and offer argument
Avoid public appearance and offer no comment
Law will take its own course and punish the guilty
The skillful show with mastery, oratory and ability
The rulers are know criminals now
The public still loves them and no one knows how?
What is going to be fate for coming generation?
No one comes forward with startling revelations?
I may not weep along with others
I shall blame the self and bother
What can be fault on my part?
I have known politics as an art
Only faces change but not the scene
Same people come with new theme and seen
Indulging in same practice with lot more indemnity
It goes on with same intensity and continuity
I will have to accept it as incurable disease
Number of restrictions may not let or ease
The fortune is taken away from the land
And deposited secretly in foreign land
Who will raise the banner of revolt?
It may receive only set back or jolt?
You may be wiped out from the face of earth
You will be eliminated or face the death
Democracy was never a question
It was to b served as powerful institution
Nothing can be compared as best solution
Power is rested in hands of people with resolution
If you can not match with bullet
Use at least conscience and ballet
Do not allow grabbers and looters?
A free will to send shooters
