Appeal and Honest Promises
It can't be imported from outside
It is serious matter for us to decide
It is matter of honor and pride
How long we may shy off and hide?
Why some one should approach you?
Why do they need to lecture you to be true?
Have we no responsibility to think of nation?
When three quarter of the population remains on government ration?
Why must it rot in open go down?
Why some of grains fall in private hands to own?
What matters most when farmers commit suicide?
We have not woken up yet ignore how to discuss and confide?
You may amass millions out of our hunger
Yet we may express no anger
Because we live under democratic system
Our hands fall short to catch them
So far you were raising slogans against foreign rule
Now you have your own system and people
No threat from inside or from any quarter
Yet you nothing to think and more to barter
Who corrupts system for own benefit and later on prevail?
Who comes clean out of it and avail?
The spoil is shared by all our learned brethrens
Yet we keep quiet and don't bother or express concern
'People may accept or reject' when we go for election
They may know well about our intention and action
Politicians may shout from the roof top
Who else than us can dare and try to stop?
So we, the people of sovereign state, must decide and declare
Will never allow any one who is likely to subverts our interest and dare
Let democracy thrive under the watchful eyes of people
It is not right approach to underestimate the struggle
We may have set rules and guiding principles
We may have protection under constitution rules
Yet intentional injury to sentiment is punishable by natural justice
Where no hollow words but rules the appeal and honest promises

System Of Life
Now its time to look in your eyes
Youre so much better its no surprise
Its like a mirror is watching you
Maybe the words been broken - dont be no fool
Following the lights you see like a rolling train
Yesterday is gone - tomorrows in your hands
Something youve had is gone - dont wish it back
Let it go - dont run away - its nothing youll forget
You know the rules dont need no warning
Theres only one way to find the clue
Inside you so let it go
System of life - be the hunted or the hunter
System of life
System of life - its always by your side
System of life - the one and only way to live in harmony
Dont paint a picture full of love and hate
Paradise is here - but exceptions prove the rules
Sometimes it feels just like a dream becoming true
Close your eyes - look inside - it will never be the same
cause for your life there aint no warning
So stand up and fight to find the clue
So watch out you live and learn
Its the
System of life - be the broken or the breaker
System of life
Its the
System of life - its always real and true
System of life - the one and only way to live in harmony
Yeah - yeah
Oh, its the
System of life - be the hunted or the hunter
System of life
Its the
System of life - its always by your side
System of life - the one and only way to live in harmony
Its the
System of life - be the taken or the taker

People are afraid
The people are not afraid when they resume routine
As they have left all worries to the power divine
Worship the God and he may provide the means to dine
Rest all will be looked after when time turns fine
The poor must stay where they are supposed
The doors must remain as it is and almost closed
The system we talk about is for all those
Who live under constant fear to be deposed?
Does any one not know that justice is purchased?
Do we not know democracy is hijacked and chased?
We all know but have the patience to witness
We have turned coward and remained brut on face
Why at all we need delayed justice?
Did we not give pledge and promises?
To uphold the sanctity and decorum of the institution
Breach the rules and still uphold the constitution?
We need action packed program
Safe travel in rail, bus or tram
All essential items within reach
We need no hollow words to teach
We are governed by the laws
But has many flaws
Justice is delayed
Even death sentence is stayed
It has been eclipsed
Opportunity is missed
Country must be given first priority
Nothing should be taken away as charity
Let it be governed for the people
Poor, rich have taken part in struggle
Let it be shared with honor and peace
Life must be lived with joy and at ease

Pray
Turn the night into a glory day
Stand up for the rules and pray
Refrain:
We can make it a better place
When we pray for freedom
It doesnt matter what kind of race
When we pray for freedom
So lets live for the promised land
Living in harmony
So lets live with a helping hand
Dreams of a new generation
And we pray
1.
What has happened to paradise
In motion or paralysed
Isolation, immigration
Frustration all over the nation
Weve been waisting most of our time
just talking about things and thats no sign
Recognize - the advice
It is more than only an exercise
Remember of the world so far away
Where people stay and pray every day
They have their hopes they have their chance
They pray for peace and tolerance
Remember of past time paradise
A system without any compromise
Let me say, we can find a way
Stand up for the rules and pray
2.
What has happened to paradise
Is it turned into a world of sorrow and lies
So many people dont care about rules
Honest people seem to be the fools
Time to wise up, time to rise up
Open your eyes up,- to the top
Hold a dream against the wind
Close your eyes and let it in
Ive heard of a world so far away
Where people stay and pray every day
They have no god, no sovereign
They pray for their rules and so they win
Remember of pastime paradise
Weve been living in, no compromise
Let me say, we can find a way
Stand up for the rules and pray

Extremely Left
Some would see me as a left extremist, but I'm not, I understand economics very well, I understand why our system isn't functioning correctly. I have no degree to state this but it doesn't make me any less wrong. I have read though enough articles and documents how this or that would fix our system. It is the monetary system itself that is part of the problem, it is the governance of that system that is part of the problem, it is the way our money is both created and distributed that is the problem. They're too many facts pointing all in one direction to ignore. We must open our eyes and see behind the smooth talkers, manipulating anything and everything for there own benefit before it is too late. I don't hate government. I don't hate small business. I'm not an anarchist. I believe they have there place. But I also believe when corruption is in the open and no one cares we have a problem.
Some might think I'm off my rocker, but how do you get trillions of dollars in debt? Where does this debt come from? I recently saw a chart 1/3 of it came from bush era tax cuts for the rich. I heard someone say the corruption is now in the form of consolidation of what little wealth we have left. While that maybe true, I still believe that is in preparation for the second collapse. Or the first one that never really happen. Depending on your perspective. A soften fall by printing money that doesn't exist that's written upon government debt. Be confident people it won't hurt if you keep spending. But what your continuously spending is really doing is perpetuating the cycle of corruption. Providing more money to corporations they can use to influence our government more. Another words the debt was created to give corporation more power. I would say boycott everything if I thought that was possible. I would say lets have modern Boston tea party if I thought we could get away with it. But that method I believe is useless. The only ones I think can stop it are the politicians. Will they though? I doubt it. I have a voice as you do and we must keep speaking. And that is right now my number one objective. Will it solve anything? I don't know, but I must try. So I can say I was not one of those good people who did nothing.

Convenient democracy
We vote for convenient democracy
Prefer to live in condition with low frequency
No rule to prevail and no more rights to avail
Anarchy rule to stay and any good governance must fail
Is it really untrue democratic republic?
Where mob burn property meant for public?
Where thousand die for adulterated drink?
Over loaded boats swim but at midway sink
Scammers rule, flout rules and amass wealth
Masses suffer with malnutrition and endanger health
Onion, vegetables and medicines disappear
Loaded with all duties again reappear
I shall still praise the best managers
Who sit on top and add more scavengers
Let public suffer, loot property in anger
Let food grain rot but millions die in hunger
Markets and commodities stand manipulated
Impact not understood and totally diluted
Common men suffer for the want of daily bread
His concern is unheard and no attempt is made to read
Buffer stock is raised only to rot
Essential things are lost even without bring brought
Prizes soar as scarcity is created artificially
No one regrets it heartily or miss it really
We solemnly swear to be true democratic
Commit ever more to be unrealistic and erratic
No love for rule of land and freedom for laundering
The concept is loudly appreciated and everyone is wondering
The casters vote is for open sale
It is sordid affair and different tale
We send only cheaters and corrupt
Only to look at our apathy and act inept
The true representatives may pound on our flash
Some new schemes for grab and to be offered fresh
Ready made explanations to convince public with oratory
Rest all function only as rituals and simply to look obligatory
National flag may fly and go high up in sky
Lot many questions may remain unanswered, why?
Lot many promises may be made just to fool for another year
We are used to forget such promises as if not heard by ears
We have made no earnest attempt for it to understand
The true democracy is only option for us as new brand
The authoritarian rule has been witnessed by all
To invite it here will prove to be a fatal call
Let them not prove we are mother of all ills
We have sent them in parliament for all wanton kills
They are representatives and acting as per our aspirations
There life is like open book devoid of any revelations
Nation may suffer as well as we as people
Who will decide about the act to be simple or culpable?
Will this go on unabated or halted somewhere?
If allowed unchecked then we have place to go no where

ONLY HALF THE FOLK VOTE Apr 17th,2011
We should be ashamed of a system where less than half the folk vote,
Something like what a Middle East despot dictator might promote,
The Australians are required to vote or they get fined,
Makes for a more democratic system if you don’t mind.
It seems to me that our politicians are reluctant to change,
We have a perfect democracy, they say, so why rearrange?
Then if only half the people bother to vote, then that’s good,
The parties – not the people have control; is that understood?
And why would our politicians be so reluctant to change?
Doesn’t seem normal to me, in fact it really seems quite strange,
Where less than half the people control who gets elected,
Am I missing something here or am I just not connected.

Save the Country
Even god cannot save this country
That is curse from almighty
We deserve only a kick
A blood from wounds to lick
We have become sick nation
Hungry people with no ration
Hatred mix love and no relation
That is how we give such an indication
Who is to be blamed?
What credit is to be claimed?
A vote for T.V. Bottle of whiskey or just bag of rice
A race after oasis water and false promise
No one else but us the people of India
As in past all rulers including the Scandia’s
We are now almost six decades old
No pride, no shine and loss all the gold
No, we are run only in the name of God
In invisible hands and in the clutches of mafia’s fold
No one can save us and hold
As our conscience is already sold
We have full proof escape routes
Politicians and legislatures frame the rules to flout
Why do we share the concern for all about?
When we are all responsible for all rots
No change is possible
Until we address ills and its troubles
Country will be plundered at will
Innocents will get only killed
Bullet for farmers and house for relatives
Big commission for schemes and joy for thieves
Who will bell the cat when system is spoiled?
Many may get killed if resisted or boiled

This is a government takeover of our healthcare system. It is the government basically running the entire healthcare system, turning large insurers into de facto public utilities, depriving people of choice, depriving people of options, raising people's prices, raising taxes when we need new jobs.
So Many People Wrongfully In Jail
So many people wrongfully in jail
Even in some so called Democratic Countries where the justice system some does fail
For political reasons or for reasons otherwise
Democratically elected governments spread fear through their lies
Of people they imprison from elsewhere
Who to challenge their right to be in their homeland did even dare
Many imprisoned as terrorists are not terrorists at all
And many of those with power in their ways are so small
They cling to power by their spreading of fear
From them we hear what they only want us to hear
Democratically elected governments who in their justice system take pride
With the power of might who feel they have right on their side
They may talk of human rights, justice and freedom but that's rhetoric nothing more
Actions speak louder than words we have heard that before

Democracy
(Democracy in India has become a fun for certain people. The nexus between the corrupt politicians and corrupt officers is responsible for degrading the values of democracy)
People's state for the people, by the people,
But what kind of people?
Criminals, robbers murderers, rapists,
And off-course the corrupts,
These are the people?
And
honest, simple and plain speaking
Feel suffocated,
If this is democracy,
I denounce it.

So Loftily Silent
Why buy newspapers when you refuse to discuss
anything appearing in it, totally unconcerned that
the farmers are tortured on their farms, killed for
their money and livestock - as long as YOU are
safe in a cushy job while the rest of the country
burns and dies and goes down the drain, you
simply will not say anything
FINE, swallow your bloomin' newspapers, delight
in your existence without sympathy wasted on farmer
martyrs - their function of food provision does not
concern anybody, especially the government, who
cares what happens to anybody as long as they
are safe far away from children suffocated in
boiling water, people burned with hot irons
Why should you care, you can import food from
overseas or anywhere, who needs farmers here
in South Africa, you cannot be bothered even to
express sympathy with their fate, may you wash
your hands in innocence while the country burns,
following your political masters who see the land
as just another Tunisia to be sucked dry
By government and all their acolytes; destroy all
private business until the state is bankrupt and
international groups must administrate the remains
of their destruction - oh well, I am glad you are all
so happy while these people cry unto heaven -
retribution follows when people are exploited,
hope you will be so loftily silent then…

Everything belongs to people
Everything belongs to people
Give back to the people
Give back their land their forest
Their hills mountains rivers
Give back to the people
Earth mines irons etc etc
Everything belongs to the people
Give the people the power
In democracy everything belongs
To people and democracy is
Of the people by the people and
For the people and people are
At the centre of power progress
Prosperity public funds
People are there just to forgive
And forget and do not take
The advantage of their ignorance
made the people know everything
Everything belongs to people
People are the people in this system
And the system depends on you only
You can make it coal
And people are there to group.

Root Out Corruption
We heaved a little sigh
When Indian tri color rose high
It was free air for us to breathe
Entire world was happy and eager with
We won the independence with great struggle
Even though challenges stayed ahead with troubles
Our forefathers visualized India as great and tolerant giant
A truly democratic, peace loving and non defiant
We were like infant in new world
Committed to peace and no part in cold era
Joining world forums for stable and peaceful atmosphere
Where world can live in harmony and peace without fear
Soon we tested the money power
The power was passed in the hands of fewer
It has become game and now total shameless show
World is strangulated and forced to withdraw
Had those leaders been alive today?
They should have wept and thrown the power away
Was this the dream they wanted to realize?
Scoundrels and murders were meant to oblige
The corruption is at its peak
The politicians have captured it with stick
The money is poured in to realize the power
The constitution is subverted to benefit the fewer
National wealth is pushed outside country
The poor nation is at the mercy of almighty
Not millions but billions are siphoned
Illiterate and mafias have totally cloned
It is new breed and now coming on scene
The murderers and gang rapists are freely seen
Not a single work is done without favor
Whole political system needs one tremor
What do we do then to counter such move?
How can we unite and forcibly remove?
Whether to face the game of ballots or bullets?
How can we simply witness such corruption or forget?
Years have gone off after becoming republic
Adding more and more sufferings for poor public
No grains and no food for two square meals
How much loss is reported or revealed?
Food grain is rotting in open railway land
Few more places are allowed to become wetland
More damage means more benefit and gain
Does it not pinch our heart and cause the pain?
I shed tears for all those who have nothing
At least this could offer them meals for something
What do they want from us for honorable living?
We are still harping on democracy and deceiving?
Oh, God befall curse on us and lead to the end
Let the life be over with the foes but not friends
What our people are doing on their own brethren?
Why have they no pity or slight concern?
They have become thick skin persons
Enormous wealth has blinded them with selfish reasons
Even seasons do change after some interval
These culprit politicians wait only for cyclone’s arrival
Not a single field is left for corruption
It goes on unabated without any interruption
Some like minded persons should come forward for its disruption
Else this system will kill us all without any questions
Dictators are far better than these hungry wolves
They have to serve only one master but not for all to involve
Power corrupts all but absolute power corrupts absolutely
The powerful struggle must be waged and faced resolutely
Leave everything behind and form one solid group
Choose the people with integrity and stage a coup
Not coup for causing bloody street battles and cause a misery
But a solid signal of public uprising and conveyed to adversary
It is time to strike at its root
If we really want to enjoy the fruit
The system has failed and caused anxiety
The power has slipped into hands of mighty
It was one revolution that took place
We are determined with it to replace
We want no such system that can keep us hungry
Complete population is up in arms and angry
We shall bring down any such misrule
The politicians are having their hands full
They have no time for public concern
It is now their high time and turns
Not all may be corrupt and criminals
But their performance and inactions baffles
Why can’t they raise their concern in open?
Why do we wait for fruits to ripen?
The farmers are committing suicides
They have no place to cry and confide
High debts and government’s policy drive them to corner
The high handedness may be over sooner or later
Let the bad rulers know that their days are numbered
Their each move may be countered and outnumbered
If not hanging in public place then their place is behind bars
In day time public will show them shining stars
What are we called upon to combat such nuisance?
To express strong resolve in everybody’s presence
Not to yield to any pressure for coming to compromise
Until they take pledge and honestly work with promises
Our forefathers may be lamenting about brewing bubbles
How many people might have sacrificed their lives for independence struggle?
Who were they and what was going to benefit to their families?
No one has answer today about the independence and its utilities
If not death then at least public condemnation
Publicly announce their names with notifications
Let whole world know that these are the public enemies
They have snatched the hard earned money and bread from the families
The red fort can be ideal place for murders, hoarders and black marketers
It can pass the red signals for those who are considered big racketeers
Nothing can be spared for all those who involve in anti national activities
The nation has no dearth for such talents and can demonstrate abilities
Each one from families may have to come forward
With complete resolve to lay down life and not to look back ward
The time ahs come to strike and get rid of such corrupt regime
We will not relent until they are forced to surrender with “ism’
Rise o, country men and knock the corrupt people out
Make them realize that this is their fate and possible route
Nothing can now save them from public ire and wrath
They will be driven away in open and sometimes face the death
We have one of the best systems in world
Only we need to create a safe and new fold
Where rich and poor, businessmen and farmers
Can exist side by side in spring and summer

An Ideal State?
The brazen blare of trumpets sounds.
As we approach the temple grounds
the rattling kettle drums compete
with ominously marching feet.
The people gather here today
in the old time honoured way.
To hear our leaders justify
why they have failed to satisfy.
The peoples wants, the peoples needs.
Explain their actions and their deeds
The leaders have no other choice
but hearken to the peoples voice.
If they have failed without just cause.
The peoples justice will enforce
summary execution.
A permanent solution.
For politicians who have lied
by all their fellows they are tried.
Allowed to mount their own defence
they must depend on eloquence.
We listen to their argument
and we consider their intent.
Their motives are what we must judge
This is no time for them to fudge.
They ruled as triumvirate
and so they must anticipate.
If one is guilty then all three
Will suffer the same penalty.
If we adjudge them innocent
by a unanimous consent.
They can retire honourably
having served us honestly.
We the people make the rules
elect the leaders as our tools.
To do as we instruct them to
They do not rule the peopled do.
If we decide they are corrupt.
The peoples anger will erupt.
For them there can be no appeal
it was their choice to cheat and steal.
An object lesson plain to see
for those who aspire to be.
Part of the next triumvirate
Chosen to serve our city state.
Ours is a true democracy
where every citizen is free.
To stand for office or refrain.
Those who have served may serve again.
But every two years they must face
the peoples judgement of their case.
Honest men need have no fear
dishonest men just disappear.
Stripped of all their ill gotten wealth
which they aquired by craft and stealth.
They pay the final penalty
they’re put to death immediately.
The peoples will is sovereign
Offenders will not sin again
This is a dream I’m sad to say
and not true of our world today.
Today our world is ruled by greed.
Use any method to succeed.
rewarded for dishonesty.
The people pay the penalty.

O, Brothers and sisters
O, Egyptian brothers and sisters
You have done it and it matters
Your flag is high up in the air
Your means were just and fair
We look forward to such an occasion
Wherever the freedom is in question
You may stand brave in our eyes and deserve esteem
You may breathe fresh air with independence and freedom
So many countries still reel under occupation
It has direct bearing on this struggle and relation
It may be foreign subjugation or forced annexation
They must release and come out in open with indication
No foreign yoke or slavery can last long
It is blot on our thinking and very wrong
How can one nation rule over another?
When they are suppose to act as big or small brother
Foreign rule is yet understandable
It can be kept under control and manageable
What happens when hardship is not mitigated?
When there is forced labor and population completely isolated
You have done all whatever you could do to defend the honor
The occupant was your own country man and not foreigner
What a pity when country is put to shame along with people?
This struggle was self ignited one and from any quarter enforceable
Whole nation was in street caring for no food, water or shelter
What an historic gathering when you were subjected to run for cover!
There was enough of bad rule and now it was time to act
Nothing was expected anything short but exit with facts
No honor is that high to keep the head high
No height is that high where flag can not reach and fly
Salute to all those who kept the nation above everything
The sacrifice was needed to pay it as tribute for something
Whole world is watching your heroic struggle with keen interest
It has come out of its own without any external help and stood the test
All have passed off peacefully to witness new emerging nation
Its roots are deep and may send joyous messages across other nations
If I could pay any respect for your efforts
It may be bowing down of head in respect
I am sure the freedom candle may be kept on burning
Till the peace and property is not returning
Let us resolve it first to stand together
Let the treachery and slavery exist any where
We shall unite in fight against injustice
Torch of freedom may light again with full of promises

Away from the scene
It is not fleeing away from the scene
Fear for life as such is never seen
Man may run miles together to escape dragnet
Else he has to loose the life and will not be allowed to let
In democracy, day time murders take place
There is clear and visible mad race
No one can get justice in stipulated time
Freedom is curtailed and liberty crushed sometimes
Where do you go and raise your voice?
Who cares for your cry in wilderness for promises?
Why not keep some loop holes and misses?
Later you have nothing left as traces
This is mockery of system and played for self interest
Draconian rule persist and even termed as best
We know how it strangulates ordinary person
Pushed in gallows for unknown reasons
Properties may be looted and houses burn
Can be termed as hooligan’s act and may take ugly turn
Where life can be played into mad hands
As politicians can murder and at the same time play as friends
Some of the people are truly dedicated and they have reasons
We should see larger cause and evaluate them as right persons
It will be futile to loose a life inn struggle for nothing
Even many patriots have fled the scene and taken refuge for something
Innocents are murdered and women, children are molested
Many good words are said and matter finally rested
We have lost moral rights to protest as true champion
As we now take the refuge under the name of religion
We can’t call our system as civilized forum
Where we can’t maintain good decorum
Forces must be resorted to bare minimum
In extreme cases justification can be given for maximum
Freedom and liberty can’t be taken as privilege
It must come naturally to us as a heritage
We have given enough of blood for peaceful living
Its principles are meant for adoption and believing

Queen without crown
I am queen but have no crown,
I still rule firmly but people not frown,
Down to dusk and dust to down,
All big cities and small small town,
I am straight and act very swift,
Curb the crime an deal very strict,
Criminals on run and their entry restrict,
Happy all towns, cities and district,
What do I ask more from citizens?
Obey the rules and not prove burdens,
Never become unruly and create more hurdles,
State may have peace with no more loop holes,
State is not body but holy invisible institution,
May not have written all in symbolic constitution,
Still it remains and has its existence,
Only welfare measures and no other insistence,
“Live and let others live” should have motto,
Never politics turn to make it ghetto,
State belongs to all and no claim of one,
Larger should be concept as belongs to none,
Time is running out and divine days are over,
Kings and queens find difficult to cover,
Thought many may prevail king rule over,
But ideas not find devour as mooted by fewer,
I may not rule, vast land and track,
but can’t retrace steps and suddenly fall back,
Beautiful green fields and clean sea shore bank,
All put together may form new front and rank,
King can be tyrant and also cruel,
But will nit ignite fire and fuel,
Public opinion matter in most matter,
So is the time to crate new platter,
People may revolt and force to abdicate,
Ruler should know and should indicate,
Populist measures must vindicate,
Forming people’s forum or with syndicate

The Great Indian Resurgence, 2011
One brave Indian fights a non-violent war
One old man crusades against an old issue – Corruption
One arrest has got the support of a hundreds more
But can this one great man pull off a big victory
for the people, by the people of India?
Will corrupt representatives clean their favourable system?
Will money-lovers stem their flow of easy money?
Will love of money abate and welfare of masses predominate?
Will the Government realise its responsibilities and accountability?
Can a crowd dictate to the Parliament?
Can a bill be passed by coercion by a throng?
Can people control the functions of the Parliament on all issues?
Can mass fasting work out a miracle?
This is an on-going war and it is far from over;
This is a Herculean struggle for all Indians against the menace of corruption;
It is just a show of solidarity against a common man’s affliction.
Anyway, it is a very good start.
Anna Hazare has led a bold effort for the country;
It is a sacred war that transcends all diversities;
So far, so good, the fast is paying off;
The rich are scared by this honest movement.
Justice may not prevail as some good souls expect
It is just the beginning of a good end
But the end may not come too soon
Only God can decide a good outcome.
So, patience must rule all hearts;
A ‘give and take policy’ is best for all;
Indian democracy is beset by numerous problems;
A sample awareness of ‘people’s power’ has been created;
Let us all await a good result!

The Lust For Power Is An Addiction
The lust for power is an addiction the Government their own praises do sing
And rubbish their main opposition as to Government they try to cling
The voters bombarded with propaganda right up until election day
The true fact of all politicians is they seldom do mean what they say
The winners take all of the glory and the winners they do celebrate
The prize it is great and worth lying for that's how they feel those who wish to rule the State
The lust for power is an addiction and not a harmless addiction 'twould seem
Without such power some people feel worthless and suffer of low self esteem
Some people become so power hungry that power to their egos is fuel
They feel it is their right to Govern that they have been born to rule
The Opposition as bad as the Government they too want power in the worst way
Any respect to their political opponents they have no desire for to pay
It is all about power and their egos power to them is the best thing of all
Their pride to them is all that matter though pride it can come before a fall.
