A nice way
I wish I can find you and share
no matter where you stand and go where
it is nicest way to fall in line
it may look sound and fine
With all her glittery smile
i loose sense for a while
I have yet to see and cover the miles
Among all truth and lies
how deeply i feel the pulse?
i had all love and no curse
it did touch my wounds and nurse
i could see the clear course
i loved you for simple reason
i never cared for any season
I saw poetic soul in you
it impressed me and is very true
Moon offered me silver lines
i could read it clearly between lines
there was clear message
How would be able to hide and manage?

Read Between The Lines
Uh hu
You got to read between the lines
You got to read between the lines
You got to read between the lines
Ah ah ah ah
Late afternoon
Its the sun going down
A call on the cell
Why is he in such a hurry
Leaving the room
Hes mumbling too
Now look what hes doing
Hes leaving out the room
No explanation
No ask for location
Just watching him pacing
Wonder who hes chasing
Looks like versation
The end of debation
Hed love to go swing and
(chorus)
You better open your mind
And read between the lines
Got to read between the lines
Got to read between the lines
Got to read between the lines
Hot in the morning
Im up waiting for breakfast
Know your getting restless
This fool is full of questions
Little replying
Whole lot of denying
Instead I feel life in
So why do you keep on trying
Touch for the median
Now hes a comedian
Thats all the more reason
Its changing like the season
Are you still pleasing
How soon youll be leaving
Which one hell be creeping
(chorus)
(bridge)
Your replies are getting old
Its in his eyes
Youve got to read between the lines
Your replies again told
Look in his eyes
Youve got to read between the lines
Your replies are getting old
Its in his eyes
Youve got to read between the lines
Your replies again told
Look in his eyes
Youve got to read between the lines
Dont really think your pulling one over me
Cause i
I know whats going on
Dont hope you wont be planning on running me
Cause ah cause ah
Ill be gone
Dont really think your pulling one over me
Cause i
I know whats going on
Dont hope you wont be planning on runing me
Cause ah cause ah
Ill be gone
Cause youre thinking
Your ___ aint mistaken
My temperatures peaking
Now why is you barely speaking
Busting his bubble
And he knows hes in trouble
Hes talking in doubles
I listen to him hardly believing
Changing the story
And trying to ignore me
Still reaching out for me
Still aint no point in reaching
Give me a reason
To put you back on the line
You wasted enough time
I had to open my mind
And read between the lines
Got to read between the lines
Got to read between the lines
Got to read between the lines

If You Read These Lines This Morning
if you read these lines this morning
these lines that miss you
these lines that say i love you
these lines that are dying to touch you
to hug and kiss you
these lines that know every inch of you
if you read these lines well enough
then you know who i am
i, who is nothing to you.

The Line
Sometimes a line comes along,
From nowhere, or
Anywhere, or
Everywhere;
It's just there
Going into your head,
Like the blueprint of your soul
Has been read.
And it is good -so good- to you.
You feel you must share it
With the entire world, through and through.
So you work and you try
To find a way
With wise words
This line to say;
Wrestle with your intellect
As you might,
Work on it
Day and night.
Still, the written words just are not there;
And, you begin to wonder does it matter?
Would anyone, anyhow truly care?
So, you put it away
In the darkness of the mind,
Out of touch
And out of time.
The moments and seasons
Drift ever along,
To here and to there
On and on.
As life has a way of pounding
And dragging with a mix of wonder and drear,
Day unto day
Year after year;
Season upon season...
Until, for some unseen reason
You one day come to realize
It's still there...
In your soul, somewhere.
That beautiful old verse
From way back when,
So you seek it out
Once again.
Ponder and ponder through the mind
Search and search, look and look
Until you find
The nearly forgotten words
Of this fantastic old line.
When once more thought
It still lays open the soul so bare,
And gives cause again to wonder
Now, would-could anyone care?
Yet, with age comes shifting perspective
Thereby giving cause to think:
Does it truly matter anymore?
For is that- was that ever-
What the line
Was given for?
Soon your spirit soars
Whistling, to yourself, the old familiar score,
A time... or two...
As here again it has its mystic effect upon you,
Its movement, its passion
Its wonderful sense of sweet satisfaction;
The places it takes you
In your heart and mind,
Way back and way forward
Throughout all time.
As if a precious gift
Given for none other,
Your spirit alone to uplift
Like the tender note of a fantastic old lover.
Therefore you become quite aware
Even if no one else ever cares,
The line was never meant for the world.
Rather, all along
It's meaning to be known,
Was always and only...
For you alone.
It was only with you
Who could truly for it care,
That God did so, the line
Desire to share.

You ask me who am I really?
You have seen my face
You have seen the way I smile the way I bend my back
My shoulder leaning on the door
As though greeting you
A nice day a promising future
The glow of sun
The coolness of the moon
The splash on the clear blue waters
By the pool
By the sea
The sail boat passing by
The ship on anchor
By the wharf
And the cotton clouds hanging
By the green mountains
The poems I write are sad
You read them and you cry
You say you relate
You say you feel
The sadness of my lines
Now you ask me
Who am i?
Was I the butterfly dreaming about the sad man?
Or was I the sad man dreaming about the butterfly?
You are confused
I am not; I choose what I want to be
I am what I am
This moment,
And the moments that you imagine me to be
I write what I want
I am what I am
The lines may be lying
But read them again
I may be somewhere in the lines between

Loving Pain
Can you love when your heart is so cold
Love on your lips and lies in your eyes unfold
You’ve convoluted the truth of what is real
How can you love when you don’t want to heal
Your pain is your lover now cant you see
Your pain you have discovered keeps you free
If you share your pain with me vulnerable you will be
To vulnerable to concede that love is something you need
Let me touch you let me kiss you gently in that spot
Where they cut and poisoned the wound still burning hot
It’s not a matter of trust or you would run to my arms
It’s a matter of keeping close the pain that causes you harm
You caress your pain it belongs only to you
You exchange the shame for strength and truth
The unknown your fear the pain is near and dear
Every tear it becomes clear year after countless tears
I don’t care if you lie to me I can read between the lines
I don’t care if you care or not I care I wont deny
And when you let me in to tend and mend your pain
Gently caressing, kissing your pain because I too live in vain

My audience
i write for the sun
moon, stars, sea,
the real readers
of my lines, verses
listen, the laps of the waves
they rush in estacy
to collect each of
my new poetic gems
strewn over the sand
look, the twinkling of the stars
they crystalise each
of my poetic thoughts
basking in their joy
shower their charms to the world
oh, yes, how could i forget the moon? my muse?
who cheers me up
as it signs in and out of the sky
in slender line, curvy line, round line,
to show its joy of my lines
never missing any line
and the sky that extends its heart
to all my poems, good or bad
giving the sun, stars, moon,
their recognised places
in this poetry world
the sea cheers on the rest
as the wind recites my lines
capturing my audience
in impressionistic bewilderment

A Season For Sharing
This becomes a season to give, to all with whom we daily live,
And to friends, near and far, to show them how loved they are,
A special time for us to share, our heart showing them we care,
A sharing of our gifts and love, is what this season is made of.
A season souls are behooved, this as many hearts are moved,
To display a different attitude, when moved by a festive mood,
From a special feeling in the air, moving hearts to fondly share,
As hearts and minds conceive, their desire to give and receive.
There’s indeed another side, one from which many people hide,
Which is the very initial reason, why we today have this season,
Observing throughout this earth, every year a very special birth,
The very birth of Christ, our Lord, which by many goes ignored.
This Season that many celebrate, stirs in some a sense of hate,
In hearts where there’s no place, for our Lord’s Love and Grace.
This isn’t true for those of us, who have, in Christ put their trust,
All Believers as the Saviors bride, share His Truth stored inside.
All Truth we’ve stored in our heart, we’re sent by Christ to impart,
The fuller sense, Truth and reason, for all this Christmas Season,
That child born as Jesus Christ, was born to give us Eternal Life,
And when that Truth you believe, New Life in Him you will receive.

Correctly understood
If I have correctly understood the contents
It deserves no prayers and comments
It is complete in full sense with all answers
Its essence will be accepted by only fewer
I read and reread the holy book
I have no reason to believe it is fluke
The message has got its weight
Only it is to be understood in context and very right
Some of the messages do not appeal
All kind of confusion persists and prevails
I see no one around to clear the doubts
I go deep and very deep with “ifs” and “buts”
Lord, I have no place to go and plead
I see in your merciful eyes and try to read
You are in pain and anguish
Yet love for mankind is not finished
Where from that love and tolerance comes?
Why do you accept everybody and welcome?
All perpetuators and wrong does get easy reprieve
You have same eye with affection even if they deceive
I hear bells from the distance
It enlightens me with no disturbance
How much peace and comfort with your presence?
I sincerely bow down and fold my hands at once
I close the eyes and slip in memory to feel
You were undergoing pain and anguish still
We are still not true to your word and message
You keep generous eyes for our clear passage
I see smile with tears on your face
You are amused and troubled at mad race
You are unsure of what we have understood
Whether we will do anything if at all good
What does the soul try to search?
Why good words fall on deaf ears even if you preach?
Holy words are not meant to be taught?
The sprit strengthens on which lines to be fought
At point of given time, you will be forced to commit
All venom to come out from heart and vomit
The suicidal tendencies my try to come on fore
But the merciful eyes may not allow it therefore
You have gone off the right track
You have no resolve to repay it back
Where has He asked anything in return?
Still you do not find trust with words in turn?
You do not wait for words to be known
Your action and conduct may become well-known
You may get whatever you want for selfless service
This is clear message and assured with the promise
“I shall serve the destitute and poor”
“I shall not differntiate the wrong doer”
“All are my children and reside in heart”
“Chant the hymns and lead the happy life from the start”

From – Twenty Poems of Love
I can write the saddest lines tonight.
Write for example: ‘The night is fractured
and they shiver, blue, those stars, in the distance’
The night wind turns in the sky and sings.
I can write the saddest lines tonight.
I loved her, sometimes she loved me too.
On nights like these I held her in my arms.
I kissed her greatly under the infinite sky.
She loved me, sometimes I loved her too.
How could I not have loved her huge, still eyes.
I can write the saddest lines tonight.
To think I don’t have her, to feel I have lost her.
Hear the vast night, vaster without her.
Lines fall on the soul like dew on the grass.
What does it matter that I couldn’t keep her.
The night is fractured and she is not with me.
That is all. Someone sings far off. Far off,
my soul is not content to have lost her.
As though to reach her, my sight looks for her.
My heart looks for her: she is not with me
The same night whitens, in the same branches.
We, from that time, we are not the same.
I don’t love her, that’s certain, but how I loved her.
My voice tried to find the breeze to reach her.
Another’s kisses on her, like my kisses.
Her voice, her bright body, infinite eyes.
I don’t love her, that’s certain, but perhaps I love her.
Love is brief: forgetting lasts so long.
Since, on these nights, I held her in my arms,
my soul is not content to have lost her.
Though this is the last pain she will make me suffer,
and these are the last lines I will write for her.

How Many Lies ?
Once there were times,
Once there were reasons filled with rhymes,
Everything shared, everything told
You keep me so warm,
Protect me from all those mighty storms
And dreams seem so old
So look at us now, just look at us now,
With our hands on our hearts
And lines on our brow
How many lies must we tell?
How many lies must we see?
How many times must we say, its for the best?
And leave truth as the casualty?
Do you read through the lines,
Or believe the tv and the times?
Where can we find more ways to see?
You strain on the truth,
And make believe all when you cry wolf,
And the lies youre giving me
So look at us now, just look at us now,
With our hands on our hearts
And lines on our brow
How many lies must we tell?
How many lies must we see?
How many times must we say, its for the best?
And leave truth as the casualty?
Oh, well the truth is hard,
So when they write the book,
Fictions what you wanna be
Well, its your freedom of choice,
But you know that lies, are the cancer of democracy
Youve painted your face,
And now youve tainted your words
And now youre ready and armed with love
Well if youre head is steady,
And your soul is ready,
Were going up above
So whatever you wanna be,
Just come on along with me,
If theres truth in our hearts,
Maybe we can break free
How many lies must we tell?
How many lies must we see?
How many times must we say, its for the best?
And leave truth as the casualty?
How many lies must we tell?
How many lies must we see?
How many times must we say, its for the best?
And leave truth as the casualty?
How many times must we say, its for the best?
And leave nothing, yeah

Makeup
When you wake up in the morning
And you put the makeup upon your face
Do you try to cover up the age and lines
Or only the sins and deceptions and the disgrace.
Do you try to place on a happy smile
By putting bright lipstick upon your lips
Or do you try to cover up your own hard life
Something that someone like you never forgets.
And as you look into your mirror
Do you powder the many lines upon your face
The lines that has stretched from years ago
Unto the present days of your life and waste.
Do you try to cover up the bags under your eyes
From all the many restless and sleepless nights
The nights when you cared not where you went
As long as you went and held on to someone tight.
Do you place the powder upon your cheeks
To make you look so cheerful and so very nice
But as they say you cant judge a book by its cover
And if they knew you, they need only to think twice.
And as you are preparing yourself for the day
With your makeup in front of you and on the shelf
Does it take you a little longer to put it on each day
As you try to cover yourself up and become someone else.
The makeup you have will you pass it along one day
And then show someone else how to cover up their lines
Maybe your sisters or even maybe your daughters
That is though if they need to cover up their lying.
And do you ever step back away from your mirror
Do you ever try to look at yourself as a whole
Does it ever bring tears into your heart and eyes
Do you ever wish that you still had a soul.
So as your prepare to start your brand new morning
With your lipstick and powders and so much more
Do you ever wish that you could just wash your face clean
And never have to cover up your ways and lies from the nights before.

To Him and Her
Swimming across was taking me
Those hills beyond has much hope there
The silver was like the Mediterranean cloud
From the sunset in the west the line was gold
I might have wept for the weak shoulder of him
Her fortune I would read on the lines of her lips
The silver lining had the truth revealed
To all is their share of happiness bestowed
My blessings would for them never end
Gold would be the simple ceremony of love
We may see the saga of life in symphony sung
Some drum beats to repeat the song again

Miles away which make me walk,
Probes my inner feelings to talk;
Those peach red leaves ripens for a reason,
For, Autumn I love the fall leaf season.
The winds that blow thoughts in mind,
Churns and whips my feelings to grind,
Makes deep Poetic Mountain melts from rock frozen,
For, Autumn I love the fall leaf season.
Gives my skin a fleshy blush of supple,
Bliss thy leaves by tall trees of maple,
It’s the mood which liberally slips loosen,
For, Autumn I love the fall leaf season.
The squashy orange vibrant sky of sunset,
Matures my tender thought to a poetic concept,
Composes lines that rises on poetry horizon,
For, Autumn I love the fall leaf season.
Those endless streets, carpeted by crisp leaves to welcome,
The semi-storm climate, crazily eager for the next blossom,
The god’s gift which specifies, the specialty of a specially chosen,
For, Autumn I love the fall leaf season.

My Mind Is In a Poetic Meter
Lit with verse and profound imaginings.
Clear of limits and in boundless flight.
My mind is in a poetic meter.
Fixed within rhythmic thoughts combined.
And racing to attach themselves to the proper lines.
Picked with a selected taste to find,
Just the right mixture to release at the right time.
To capture a comprehension that is mutually shared.
And creating an understanding that before was not there.
Until it was produce to seduce,
To make aware.
My mind is in a poetic meter.
Can you feel it?
My mind is in a poetic meter.
Can you feel it?
My mind is in a poetic meter.
Can you feel it?

A nudge to marry
I won’t simply marry
As you have failed to carry
You failed to make me merry
You were impossible and funny
You were feeling sorry
It was not matter for worry
I was ready and well prepared
You did not understand me and compared
“Please stop it for God’s sake”
Life is not like sweet cake
You just be serious and be awake
You don’t realize what is at stake”
It sent me nervous shock
My mouth remained dry and blocked
Thick smoke emerged and rose again
I was not in position to regain
She was furious as if river in spate
I had no proper words to state
It is easy to control the irate mob
But not sensible ladies who always sob
“I loved you so much and longed
You never came up to expectations and wronged
How was I expected to go with you long way?
When you had no definite idea or simple way? ”
I can read your words and lines
In no way our relation undermine
I am in no hurry till you decide
I must reveal all and closely confide
You may have your apprehensions and misgivings
Still we had all gestures of fine loving
I was sure of my self and made good moving
I knew there is none for me so lovely and caring
You may come and knock the door one day
I will wait for that fine moments to have say
Moon may feel shy to throw the silver ray
I will not care for anybody or attention pay
I feel like rushing towards her
She may refuse but not surrender
She had no worry for cloud’s thunder
She was weary of my committing blinder
Will she be willingly coming to terms?
Was her mind was infested with doubtful germs?
What should be done to win her over?
I have no ready made ground or fine cover
She can’t say no to our relation
Any deviation is out of question
I am for her and she is for me forever
There may be some temporary setbacks however
Prove to the world that this is holy message
There may be long duration with smooth passage
I have none to offer as mark of respect
I shall remain faithful and try to introspect
I find no reason now for her saying “no”
She may find difficult to use the word “go”
It may coincide with happiest moments
Time may come when there may be some movement

Faces
I cant read faces but i can read yours;
I know it when youre sad or happy,
not through your smile but through your eyes;
and the lines of your forehead,
and the lines of your cheeks...
they tell your secrets and then mystery unfolds.
The beauty of your chin...and the lines of your lips,
they tell me of something that hasn't been told.
Sometimes you laugh, but you're empty inside...
sometimes you frown, but your heart glowed with pride.
Sometimes serious, but your face
has something to hide.
I know coz your eyes tell me everything,
everything within your soul.
You have so many faces...
and i wonder if the world knows.
I wonder if they can read them,
or see what you conceal..
I wonder if they can see your mysteries...
secrets to steal.
And i wonder if they can look into
your eyes like open doors.
I know i cant read faces...
but i can read yours.

Sad queen
I have named her as sad queen
She is in bad mood and happiness is not seen
I loved to touch her barren mind
I hoped some oasis of sweet kind
She is very good at heart
Sticks to religious views and looks smart
It is her way of looking at object
I must understand her before out rightly reject
I found she has heart but refuses to beat
It is afraid to bear any more heat
For hours she may be confined to seat
Thinks about the coming days to greet
She is tragedy queen if I may call
She has seen ugly world after all
She was forbidden to avail happiness
You can find worry and wrinkles on her face
I read different hidden lines
She has glitter in her eyes even though hides or confines
I try to read deeply in her eyes with eagerness
She gave consent to probe and trace
I am no flirt or woman monger
But some how I am very much eager
To read face lines and touch the weak nerve
It helps me to read correctly and observe
I tend to fall in sweet lines
Flow with tragic events sometimes
This brings me closer to individual
It works as healing touch and not adding as fuel
As I was referring about tragic sad queen
She is now completely changed and happily seen
She has known the world very closely and followed
But nothing has changed her mind or allowed
She is there for all the praise
I don’t put questions or raise
She replies calmly and to the point
There is truth and only truth without any guilt
I have developed some soft corner
I don’t how when fruits it will bear
But in desert also you can expect shower
This can be enjoyed and seen by fewer
We are all human being and need affection
Every move on our part speaks of some action
Either it may borne out of anger or frustration
Or considerably influenced by strong relation
I wish it should rain and bring some respite
The life had been made hell with struggle and fight
It had offered no result and on the contrary made to suffer
I thought she needed helping hand with very good offer
Life may move on and so the time may pass
We may loose the face but stand among class
The struggle is part of our life and must be endured
The position at any cost must be availed or secured
