I dream of life

One Life

One life, is like one prayer, one love to share.
One thought, one dream. one world, one meaning.
A man thats lost everything holds his faith in his heart.
Speaks to God of broken dreams, never wondering why when nothings heard ... one prayer.
A woman cries in frustration, her man holds it inside.
They forgot what got them here, the vows they promised to stand by ... one love.

It dont cost much for you to get to heaven, you just got to say your prayers.

Perfect Dream

To dream the perfect dream
would be of blue skies,
and no tears to cry

A Dream Of France

All over France
There was a dream,
It started, like all dreams
From one man.

Then the dream spread
Like a virus,
Until everyone had the dream
And everyone knew the dream.

Soon, the man who first had the dream
Was pushed aside, was shot
By the ones who picked up the dream
To make money from it.

People who did not share the dream,
People who dared to have other dreams...
Well, they were just dirt,
And men and women were killed
And children were re-educated
To worship the dream.

And the dream became a nightmare
But the dream-holders
(Who had abused the dream
Who had added bits onto the dream
Concerning those who did not dream...)
They would not let the dream die.

So it would have ended that way
If somewhere, a new dream had not been dreamed,
Dreamt by one man
For the whole of France.

I'm a dream-seller,

Dreaming

You were high above me
popular;
your family had money.

The girls
chased you
brazenly,

but I thought
just maybe
your eye
caught mine
but could not risk
being wrong
could not face Risk's Rejection.

Maybe it is something
I am imagining..

But it has become my dream;
You and I.
A secret dream
which I cannot share
with anyone
because if I do
people will laugh.

I told my best friend
and she said 'Wow'
Over and over again.
but she had no comment
for me
or encouragement.

I then knew
my Reality Test Score
came back
Negative.

How to dream
if you can't have the dream
you want to dream?

What is the use of dreaming
if what you want in dreaming
is forbidden?

I can hold on to it if I desire
but this becomes the standard
for what is for me desirable.

How to embrace
anyone
or anything less
without it seeming
a Coming Down
from what
my dream
says is best?

'Well, ' my Mom said
'You know you are allowed
more than one dream.

There will be others
and they will be there
for you to work toward;
yours to get.'

And true I did get
more than one dream
and you know dear
I did have a better dream
and that dream is you.

Sharing

If every life learned to share
A happier world we would have
We could share our lives
And share our thoughts
Without any kind of recrimination

We could share our love
With all the strangers
That may come our way
Around the world
Making new friends wherever we go

If sharing was not just a dream
Paradise at our feet

Prophecy for M lady Lucianne

The moon is blue to suit my mood. I’m missing you I knew I would.
My love for you is deep and true but there is little I can do.
I cannot make you want to stay. So I will send you on your way.
I’ll paste a smile upon my face and hope that it will stay in place
until you disappear from view. You have a dream you must pursue.
Whilst I must wait and hope and pray, you will return to me one day.
Perhaps in time you’ll come to know there was no need for you to go.
When you have slaked your wanderlust and found nobody you can trust.
Maybe your thoughts will turn to me; I’ll still be waiting patiently.
I am quite certain you will come back to where you’re always welcome.
By then my love you’re sure to know. I loved enough to let you go.
What had the world to offer you? No one could love you like I do
Now you are home you will remain I will not let you go again.
You had your dream and I had mine. Your dream is dead you must share mine.
Together we’ll find happiness I know we will it’s not a guess.
