The Menace Of Mediation
Mediation is a monster when maliciously misused,
Devouring good but weak who are sadly confused.
If mediators have agendas or favor either side,
Their use in any negotiations must be disqualified.
In this maudlin world of misfits accusers often lie
To feather plaintiff pockets with what they can pry.
Truth never was their mantra and honesty a lost art.
Yet wins are easier aided by good but weak hearts.
When sacrificing truth to make risk “go away”
Risks will grow ever greater and society will pay
A higher price as evil becomes the alternative
As winning supplants right as the only way to live.
With just cause the strong will always state their case
Since squandering their chances will further deface
A legal maze where good but weak give up their say
Trying to avoid risk, but sadly aiding injustice today.

ignorance got light.

In the world of good and evil
One often categorizes them as one or the other
Simply put, it is not always the case:
I may kill someone for hurting you
I may hate someone for crying
I may love someone regardless
Of it being deserved or not
One may love and hate another equally
Is this good, or is this bad?
Something we often forget to remember
Is which category we would place ourselves in
If you are good, what qualifications have you?
If you are bad, is it by choice or force?
Is it the world you live in to make you one way or the other?
Or perhaps the people you are often around?
Don't call someone evil without first understanding
What and why
Don't assume all is good
Without proof that there lies no harm
The difficult truth is that
One cannot be either good or evil
It is a mix, with one outweighing the other
In certain aspects
Perhaps my thoughts are evil
And my actions good
Or my actions evil
But my mind repentant
One would believe that we had figured this out long ago
But no, this is not the case
For we try to classify as one or the other
To categorize, in order to ignore flaws and differences

Street Gangs Of Today
Street gangs are growing like ears of corn
Money, greed, and hatred are now being born.
They find it so much easier to be bad than to be good
Values are no longer held as they should.
Many blame it on the society that is around
When it is them that tore it to the ground.
They prefer to roam the streets and not have to work
And to extort money from the illegal that are here
Because of deportation that they fear.
Brandishing tattoos to show that they belong
And if you’re not in their click
Then you are scorned.
Society will say that as parents we are wrong
That we are too weak, when we should be strong.
Most times it is the environment in which we live
That to survive, in turn we must give.
Even the good at times can be swayed
If they don’t want to go to an early grave.
There are gangs in every state in this nation
And for them it is their salvation
Until the time that they can walk away
Raise a family, and with their children play.
And tell their children what they went through
And let them know “ I don’t want this to happen to you”.
We must deal with choices every day
Whether we choose the right one.
Who is to say.
So to GOD we must pray
And follow his words, day by day.

They say that there is good and evil in everyones heart
With me theres more
It feels like inside my mind is a neverending war

Good And Evil
I shall speak of the good but not the evil within you.
For what is evil but good tortured by hunger and thirst?
In truth when good is hungry it seeks food in dark places,
And when thirsty truth drinks from dead water.
Goodness comes when you are one with yourself.
Yet when you are not at one with yourself you are not evil.
A house divided is not a den of thieves; it’s only a divided house.
