Winter Knots
With near rhymes elegantly
she expressed her dimension
waves echo a right ascension,
a faint smile of grace to me;
as echoes of voices increase,
angels send winds to transfer,
what is our solitude of after,
that sought verses to freeze?
Thoroughness of a blunt cold;
we are used to this exposure,
an iciness of mind composure,
declared vociferous and bold.
Holy children of a past time,
run after memories and pulse,
join to laugh, wraiths divulse,
now became laurel and thyme.
Verses express our thoughts,
and spread on my sky tonight,
dusk descends upon our bight,
caresses eyes on winter knots.

Verses Wrought
I do not know just how or when, God will send something to my pen,
From something that's on my heart, a thought God desires to impart,
Throughout my day, just as I go, thoughts from above seem to flow,
While I begin with simply a thought, by The Spirit verses are wrought.
It is The Lord God, Who blesses me, with these verses, that you see,
As these words that I pass along; the credit for all, does truly belong,
To The Lord God, Who reigns above, inspiring the verses, I speak of,
These very words, which I pen, that God has me share with other men.
God pens verses from my prose, through ways only The Spirit knows,
This when God's Spirit is inclined, to guide these thoughts in my mind,
In ways which only The Spirit can, as my Lord fills just an ordinary pen,
God blessing me, with His choice, to use my pen, instead of my voice.
Blessings, I hope to pass your way, with verses, on what I have to say,
As The Lord moves upon my heart, regarding thoughts I wish to impart,
From my thoughts God takes words, and He compiles them into verse,
Through ways that only God can do, so that I may share them with you.
Sharing with many through my life, the Truth and Grace of Jesus Christ,
Sharing Truths, you may have heard, that you find in God's Holy Word,
And Grace, which God bestows on us, when we follow The Lord Jesus,
All this as my Savior blesses me, while He guides me home to Eternity.
Call Me My Love
I invite your form amid the deck winds,
I hear your voice up in clouds to delve,
'hold me my love as tidal waves engulf,
and gray dusk descends on ripe fields.'
In our lightless home a coldness casts,
shapes of time laugh near the hearth,
much a void resembles above my berth,
your eyes' stare at my departing masts.
A faint call as I stand upon the bridge,
alludes to me melodious words to ravel,
'call me my love out my sadden garden,
when sun sets, behind a distant ridge.'
'Call when streams oppose your routes,
with sacred love and bonds I 'll regale,
when winds my words carry to gunwale,
transform my verses to notes of flutes.'

Poems
Poems resemble little strains
of our childhood's distant past,
care to cry and smile with us,
when we feel them in the rain.
Poems are like little soldiers
ascending to a mountain high,
singing a longing ode to nigh,
of what our silences express.
Poems hurt your hands in cold,
as north winds blow in Winter,
inside to commence and linger,
when old acquaintances unfold.
When loved forms annunciate,
in verses that were kept pure,
and pictures our loves ensure,
in misty solitudes necessitate.
In poems words become drops,
a dispersed mizzle in October,
dormant are in a closed folder,
as we recite them on sea docks.
There with ocean foams explode,
carrying our childhood's dreams,
as all winds recite them to brims,
and to our wraiths that fly to bode.

Writer's gift
The flow of ink in the writer’s pen
The flow of thoughts in the writer’s mind
A golden thread joining the sweet words
An enduring garland fresh with thoughts
A precious gem, worthier than gold
An epic in itself, the writer’s gift
No word is spoken, yet the tale is told
His mind speaks, his heart speaks
He blows life in each of his creation
The verses breath, the verses speak
The writer dies, yet the verses live

Come, Said My Soul
Come, said my soul,
Such verses for my body let us write, (For we are One),
That should I after death invisibly return,
Or, long, long hence, in other spheres,
There to some group of mates the chants resuming,
(Tallying Earth's soil, trees, winds, tumultous waves,)
Ever with pleas'd smile I may keep on
Ever and ever to the verses owning - as, first, I here and now,
Signing for soul and body, set them to my name,
Walt Whitman.

Tangibly The Wind
Winter descends, a cold round moon,
around my soul; I pretend to be alone,
I am not, thus memories and ghosts,
will hang my dreams on wall festoons.
Around me, caresses are dispersed,
odd dimensions of a symmetry existed,
whispered kind apologies are listed,
asunder reveries from a December, west.
Winds howl outside my door and bring
music of dithered notes, coldly emitted,
a synthesis for lonely souls is drifted,
in foliage of tall pines and dusk strings.
You won't die! I 'll be taller than the wind,
my aptitude will defeat wrong causes,
you 'll be a moon to embrace my losses,
and I an eulogy wrapped by a purple lint.
And I shall spell ancient words of valor,
and other that will embrace the stars,
the first will invite Angel guards candor,
the second will confine ails behind bars.
You 'll fly in skies happier than the moon,
your smile will adorn all dreamy feasts,
you 'll bathe in the caresses of that tune,
tangibly the wind will compose in mists.

Heading For The Moon
Dont close your eyes
Or I might drift away
Under the night
My image bends its shape
Ill be written on the wind
Like in every sailoers dreams
Heading for the moon
I reach out (echoes)
My pulse begins to race (echoes)
The crashing sounds
Of fears Ive never faced
Let them echo off these waves
With thoughts as brave as they once were
Heading for the moon
And, look
How we write
Over the white
Shadows may chase from behind
But just put them out of your mind, oh
Heading for the moon
Dont close your eyes
Or I might drift away
Under the night
Of never ending shapes
Ill be wishing off the blue
Ill still wanna send my stars
Heading for the moon
And, look
How we write
Over the white
Shadows may chase from behind
But just put them out of your mind, oh
Heading for the moon
Ha ha
Heading for the moon
So dont close your eyes
Heading for the moon
Over the white
Your shadows may chase from behind
You might just put them out of your mind
Heading for the moon

Emily Dickinson
her mind is her husband and her heart, his wife
between them, she daily thinks about how
to to keep each other entertained
verses, rhymes her answers to her society's
foibles and beliefs beyond her time
the husband sings, and the wife dances
the children run in all the hidden pages
till one day they accidentally find themselves
in the gardens of everybody's thoughts

Bits of Life
Life is no sanctuary
Of desire and fulfillment
Each day extends
Vagaries of nothingness
And I go on
Eating solitude and slow time
Bit by bit
With silence.
My walks to the beach
Brings images intermixed
The chopping of waves
The hustling of winds
Amid chicken roasting streets
And I go on
Eating solitude and slow time
Bit by bit
With silence.
I often ask,
Is it my life
For which I pursued forth?
Mind approves…
Heart denies…
And I go on
Eating solitude and slow time
Bit by bit
With silence.
My look to the East
Brings memories on sea waves,
Children, wife, parents,
Kinsfolk, friends, teachers…
Inheriting a loss,
I go on
Eating solitude and slow time
Bit by bit
With silence.

Picture
Yesterday I found a picture of you,
hidden in one of my school books,
in sepia tones - and romantic hue,
smiling nicely, were your looks!
I picked the picture and rested it
upon a book self, with loved items;
placed next to my army black beret
- you had a smile full of kindness.
In my eyes you beautifully stared,
with a becoming, Angels bestow,
behind you a drizzle forever poured,
monthly on the 16th, on my meadow.
Our first yellow rose - in your hands
- tender, accepting a caress beatific,
and it was your tenderness to expand
on petals, to inspire verses prolific.
A blunt of February, thorny in mist,
the rose resembled our novel's blithe,
his sepia petals to remind of a sting,
slowly to become my soul's scythe.
Your name in my synthesis adverted
with a question in rain unrequited
as if our love would never be abated
and all of our years equally waited.
As I connected the pieces on my mind
it was a rose sting behind my solitude;
the northern winds advanced our time,
with rain to drum my longing on a hood.

I Breathe Her Name
One day she told me that inside me,
North winds abide - and my secrets,
notes of dawn light are and quartets,
to sing again amid black spruce trees.
She came to stand within a faint light,
an apparition brilliant of school years,
when her raven mane waved in piers,
and winds sweeping above that bight.
It was our entreaty that hung in air,
I vanished outside shadows, not nigh,
it was her soul to send me the outcry,
and my interpretation of her despair.
Before I knew, her call was inscribed,
in my lines and beyond, into my voice,
herald of solitude twining that choice,
to stay in soul, tear-sting an' imbibed.
Background of aphotic dusk - became,
so as to embrace us while the windings,
of frozen roads, with pennant bindings
I breathe in sovereign woods her name.

The Dawning
Only at dawn
Do I believe that a higher being may be
Looking down upon me through the rays of light emanating from the rising sun as
The full moon descends behind the mountaintops,
This morning I could envision a ladder from the creek side
Reaching toward the heavens-
The sky, being a rare shade of cerulean blue and
Pale lavender lightly coloring cumulus clouds,
Only at the dawning of each new day
Is the time I feel hopeful and undaunted?
I live within a world that has not been kind to me-
Though at the dawning of another day
Walking through the woodlands I know that I am safe in my solitude,
For that higher being is always looking down upon me
Watching over me, protecting me from all harm?
Voices I hear in the night have callously threatened me but
At the break of the day, I hear the voices of angels
Soothing my troubled soul and gently comforting me while
In my moments of madness I could have lost myself forever.
My spirit is now dancing to the tune of
An aria of peace, sung by those seraphs
Inside of my mind, greeting me
And chasing away the demons that
Had threatened me only the night before-
As those seraphs join a chorus of angels from above
Singing amorous tunes only to console me- if I could
I would climb that phantasmal ladder towards the sky, to escape reality;
Lost inside an instant of madness,
A moment so brief, an encounter with the surreal
Has given me reason to persevere-
Only at dawn, as the sun journeys above the hilltops
Can I hear voices of angels- and I do suppose, and
I only believe that there is hope and tranquility
To be found, in some distant star, illuminating the sky
As the sun rises and as the moon descends beyond the horizon,
I have lost myself inside of a dream that could be heaven
Where I am safe in my solitude, as my thoughts are lost in some other realm-
Within my fondest dream, for them never to be found would be my utmost desire,
Climbing that ladder towards the sky,
Abandoning the threatening voices that wished me harm,
Leaving the nightmares of veracity behind,
As I open my eyes to the dawning and behold that forever rainbow in the sky-

Are There Believers?
We professed divine mandate
We speak for the Most High
God's mind is our minds
We are adept in memorising verses
Recitation of holy sciptures is our pride
We qoute verses upon verses
Our appearance is sanctimonious
We are authorities in piety
Our views are Godly
Our tongues eloquently preaches virtue
We are truly the angels of God
That seats with the cherubims
Eating spiritual foods with seraphims.
Behold! What we are outside
Is different from our inside.
What our lips professed
Varies with what are confessed.
We say peace where none exists.
We annihilate each others
In the name of our faiths.
We are intolerant of each other.
Greed, selfishness and avariciousness
Are our three square meals.
We kill in the name of God
As if God is unable to fight.
We seat on the judgemental throne
Adjucating on God's behalf.
We are just fake believers
Maquerading as true believers.
Where are then are true believers?

Hey Now (Girls Just Wanna Have Fun)
Don't close your eyes or I might drift away
Under the night my image bends it's shape
I'll be written on the wind like you never set a street

The crashing sounds are fears I never faced
Let them echo off these waves without us, brave as they once were
Heading for the moon
Oh look how we ride over the white

Cry In The Garden
And ill spend many a days with a cold heart
Beating a burning desire.
These memories of scents and shades.
burn on and on
a semi vanquished fire.
lovesick thoughts,
de cages all my senses
I'd swear winter falls
On every killer absense.
I've changed my mind on being alone.
My own mind kills me everyday.
Alas!
I've spent many days loved for the illusion I am.
But hated for those very few seconds of truth.
And many achieving naught.
But twice a year I seem to turn solitude to love
And cry in the garden.
And ill spend many days writing of depression.
Trying to achieve a smile
And ill spend many days with a sore throat
Crying at strepsils smoking a cigarette.
Alas! Solitude isn't bliss
Its eternity
Bring back your presence
Maybe that day I'll love
The way my poems love
And Dance
The way my music does.
I'm such a terrific liar.
In verse.
Its all a holy lie.
No one feels.
The way my music does.
Hold on to your women
Hold on to your underpants.
Fore solitude is not bliss.
But I will spend my days
With short moments of clarity
Generally public and religious holidays.
Where I'll greet my old solitude garden loving self.
And cry out of clarity.
Holding hands with my terrifically stupendous ghost.
And I will say
'you don’t know where your going'
And he'll laugh and so will i.
Because I know he won't feel love
Till the rocks are sand.
And death sees time.

Overnight Angels
(ian hunter)
In the heat of the indian summer
Out along the appalachian way
You can hear the sound of the overnight angels
As they pray
Charged by the light of some mariners lantern
Spitting out a cold but triangular spray
Cant you hear the screams of the overnight angels
As they play
Talking to the spirits through a silver curtain
Reaching out beyond the length of the light
You can catch a glimpse of an overnight angel
As he shines
Dancing through the toys of the dead and the living
Laughing at the poets changing their rhymes
Cant you feel the pulse of the overnight angels
Beating time
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels angels angels
Children of the junkies led the revolution
Push yourselves over get yourselves there
Someone throw their arms round the overnight angels
Cause they care
Angels dont need no phony religion
Throw them out along with the ethnic nowheres
They will never speak to the overnight angels
They can only stare
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels angels angels angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels angels angels angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels angels angels angels
Can you hear us can you hear us
Were talking bout the overnight angels
Can you hear us can you hear us

Listen
I hear the
Whispering of the ocean’s waves and
The rhythm of the rays of the sun
Striking the pathways upon
Which I walk while
I try to find
Who I am and when
My spirit shall rise from
Memories of the past that
Sear my very soul and
Above the screaming of
My thoughts that echo throughout
The chambers of my madness;
I search for an answer to my silent tears that have
Filled my eyes so that I am blinded and
Cannot see what the future holds-
Past memories of abuse, pain and
Terrifying delusions are fading and disappearing
And carried away within a gentle breeze-
I may never touch the sky or
Find myself a saint or crowned a queen and
I will surely die someday and
Never be remembered-
I am content inside the world of my thoughts,
The changing of the seasons is musical and
Magical to me-
As the sun throws its rays in every direction
And as I feel my spirit rising and escaping from
The depths of past nightmares,
I look up at the sky and see that
All of the clouds have vanished-
Angels are singing each their own arias as
I am grateful and satisfied to be
Hearing the whispering of the ocean’s waves,
As I believe I have found who I am-
The pathway upon which I walk carries me
Towards the new life filled with hope and joy that awaits me-
I may not know what the future holds but in my own way-
I have touched the sky as the ocean’s waves have washed my tears away-
I shall live my life to its fullest as I am rewarded to be here
Just listening to the ocean’s waves whispering as they
Lap against the shore to carry the sadness of past memories away…

Contemplation Rose
Puerto rican nursery rhymes
Angels in the snow and thyme
And Im keeping my mind on that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
Got watchtowers and awakes for free
In the laundromat for you and me
But you cant take me down that way
As Im not sinking
And if we go down one time
Next times not gonna be the last time
And Im contemplating that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
Didnt I bring you precious gifts
Came to kiss you on the lips
Didnt even appear
To beg your pardon
To lay out in the morning sun
Feel the cool breeze and the one
Right there in, in my garden
Puerto rican nursery rhymes
And angels, and angels, and the snow and thyme
But Im keeping my mind on that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
Yeah, and if we go, if we go down one time
The next time will not be the last time, and im
Keeping my mind on that, contemplating that rose
Up in a church in spanish harlem
And if we go down one time, you know
The next time it wont be the last time
And Im contemplating that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
And Im contemplating that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
And Im contemplating, and Im contemplating that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
And Im contemplating that rose
In a church in spanish harlem
And Im contemplating that rose
In a church, in a church in spanish harlem

First Contact
There was the first time
I saw you in the underground
You only heard the voices in the wind
Then came the next time
They called me to the great unknown
A transformation changing everything
Metamorphosis
First contact...
It was my first and only
Encounter with the outer
Reaches of space
You send them through my heart
Repeat the first two verses

Time Out Of Mind
Son you better be ready for love
On this glory day
This is your chance to believe
What Ive got to say
Keep your eyes on the sky
Put a dollar in the kitty
Dont the moon look pretty
Tonight when I chase the dragon
The water will change to cherry wine
And the silver will turn to gold
Time out of mind
I am holding the mystical sphere
Its direct from lhasa
Where people are rolling in the snow
Far from the world we know
Children we have it right here
Its the light in my eyes
Its perfection and grace
Its the smile on my face
Tonight when I chase the dragon
The water will change to cherry wine
And the silver will turn to gold
Time out of mind
Children we have it right here
Its the light in my eyes
Its perfection and grace
Its the smile on my face
Tonight when I chase the dragon
The water will change to cherry wine
And the silver will turn to gold
Time out of mind
