To A Queen (In Answer To Alfred Lord Tennyson) (Pastiche)
Tempered, complicated – O you that bold
send armies from your office to roam the earth
spoiled by charms, power from birth
your deception has been told since the kings of old.
Victoria, - from your royal face,
from your lips to your brow
snobbishness did flow,
without grace, you treated my people base.
And should your weakness, be reported everywhere,
in gossip and jokes in your fallen empire that declines with time
then let this verse, this rhyme
tell of the worthlessness and how without care,
Then – your soldiers made mistakes,
and in a wild march to scorch the earth, women and children did fall
while you sat enthroned behind a palace-wall
while under trampling boots, canon fire the earth shakes –
Take, Madam, these accusations along,
for from your faults my people was buried in dust,
while Englishmen were heathen they could not trust,
your mindlessness, at a time flowed strong,
And as a ruler spoiling blood
you will have a price to pay in the last day!
May children of my nation’s children say:
“She robbed our parents from liberty, property and food.”
“Her court was impure, her life unclean;
God unleash your power against every vile purpose,
let Your eternal judgment in its reckoning close
against Victoria’s descendants, against the queen; ”
“And to the men who at her councils met
who knew when to rape, pillage and take
let You of them a example make,
them who bounded freedom, abusing wider yet”
“By shaping unwanted, unjust decree after decree
which made the innocents blood spill
who exercised their own will
and forever cursed Victoria and they will be.”

Victoria
Long ago life was clean
Sex was bad and obscene
And the rich were so mean
Stately homes for the lords
Croquet lawns, village greens
Victoria was my queen
Victoria, victoria, victoria, toria
I was born, lucky me
In a land that I love
Though I am poor, I am free
When I grow I shall fight
For this land I shall die
Let her sun never set
Victoria, victoria, victoria, toria
Victoria, victoria, victoria, toria
Land of hope and gloria
Land of my victoria
Land of hope and gloria
Land of my victoria

From the west to the east
From the rich to the poor

Turnin' over again
Here for another day
Still the thoughts of a dream
Fragments you can't escape
I won't let you down
Won't let you down
I won't let you down
Victoria (Victoria)
Let's take it from the start
Back to the beginning
Victoria (Victoria)
I can't breathe when we're apart
Without you there's nothing without you
Standin' out in the rain
Watchin' the traffic slow
As the light begins to fade
You're warmed by the city glow
I won't let you down
Won't let you down
I won't let you down
Victoria (Victoria)
Let's take it from the start

Are You Eager To Meet The Lord?
Life on this earth friend is temporal and it is not very long at all,
Though man was to live forever, his life was shortened by the fall.
And through Adam's fall, sin and death was passed down to all men,
So instead of life eternal, man's life is just three score and ten.
Created and put in a perfect world, with access to the Tree of Life,
But desire for knowledge of good and evil created a world of strife.
Adam's fall has also destined that all men must face God's judgment,
Even if you do not repent, from God's justice you will not be absent.
Forbidden back into the Garden and no more access to the tree within,
First God shed an animal's blood, to cover their nakedness and sin.
Now shut out of a perfect Garden to grope upon the now cursed earth,
But God offers all Adam's children, Eternal Life through a New Birth.
For us God used more than just a skin, He made Jesus Christ our sin,
His Blood cleanses our sin and He fills us with Righteousness within.
God willed Christ to suffer, for granting man life was His desire,
But for the unbelieving and vile scoffer He prepared a Lake of Fire.
What does profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his own soul?
For eternity apart from Christ is an empty and foreboding dark hole.
Eternity is ahead for all men and blessings or wrath has been stored,
So when your earthly life is over will you be eager to meet The Lord?

Children’s Day 2011
The bud that tried to form some way
Was disallowed from doing so;
The bud that sprung out fine one day
Couldn’t blossom like how others do.
The buds that bloomed into flowers
Got plucked or crushed before they grew;
The flowers that found the rain showers
Got withered unseeded by dew!
When children are future adults on earth,
Why parents choose to play God while in womb?
And kill them mercilessly before birth,
Converting their first home into a tomb!
When love of God has formed them healthy, hale,
Should mom or dad decide their destiny?
And if to Maker unborn tell their tale,
God’s rage will rise supporting the tiny!
Let parents love their kids before their birth;
Let unborn see world’s grandeur that’s God-made;
Let human beings be humane on earth;
Let love of life be prime and hatred fade!
Allow all children to be born and fed;
Give them the love and tender care they need;
Bestow the warmth and human touch in bed;
Let children grow like mammoth trees from seed!
On Children’s Day, let love enter young hearts;
Let children not be unwanted on earth;
Let children not be used as man’s spare-parts;
Let every nation feel proud by their birth!

To Victoria Neale, Where Ever She Be
Victoria Neale is a true Nomad.
She walks the land on well feathered paths.
Her stride is long and bold.
Her journey wide eyed and full.
Yes, she is a mother - of children and invention.
Takes them where ever she roams.
Along the way she is not just seen,
people take notice of Victoria Neale.
Because the true Nomad is rare and on the wane.
She walks between seasons
tracing the arc of the sun
where open sky invites all those who dare.
Where those who dare skip like stones on a marble pond.
She does not follow the migration.
The wake in the prairie grass is her own.
She is driven by the solution to mystery.
There is always time for a tale.
Her story grows taller by the year,
time grows shorter by the day.
And when the sky finally closes in,
when the feathers are trampled stiff
and the marble worn away,
Victoria Neale the Nomad
will go beyond the hills time has made
and rest in the shade of grace.

Not Ours To Give
For you, I would give the world, a phrase that many people herald,
But, earth is not ours to give, but, just a place that we mortals live.
Heaven’s not a place to assume; only in Christ can we get a room,
A room prepared by God’s Son, who created upon earth everyone.
All has been made by God alone, through the power of His Throne.
By Him all were given breath, and by His Decree, all will face death.
Some may say all on this earth, are in God’s eyes, the same worth,
Regarding Creation, this is true, but, all men need to be born anew.
Some say we are all of God’s Family, but, that is closer to fantasy,
Yes, we were all created by Him, but, then the Devil had entered in,
Deceiving the first man and wife, he brought choice into man’s life,
That choice that still remains today, whatever one may think or say.
All perfection God created in man, was tainted by Satan’s evil plan,
From God man was now separated, as sin by Satan is perpetuated,
Bringing us to the Cross of Christ, God’s only way into Eternal Life,
The way to Heaven for all of us, is when in Christ we place our trust.
Though we’re all created by God, we’re Satan’s children on this sod,
Until we’re born in the Spirit above, in the choice of Calvary’s blood.
As earth is not ours to give, without Christ, you will not eternally live,
Instead of breathing Heavenly breath, you’ll surely see eternal death.

Victoria Elizabeth Borg
Born June 22,1920 in Agana, Guam

Victoria sang many lullabies
to her
5 children
5 step-children
26 grandchildren
36 great grandchildren
2 great-great grandchildren
and a host of heavenly nieces and nephews.
She was married to Tomas T. Calvaron and his 5 children
on the island of Guam in 1943.
After giving birth to her daughter Rosalita
in a fox-hole during World War II
she made it through
to have 4 more children.
In 1950
she was widowed and remarried to her
brother-in-law.
She passed on to be with the Lord
surrounded by her children and granchildren.
We
her many friends and family members
will keep her memory in our minds
and her love in our hearts
until we meet again.

Power to the women of the world
Women with W for winners
Women with O for Order
Women with M for Movement and mothers of hope
Women with E for energy, everywhere, every time
Women with N for Necessity

Our struggle needs your support
Your children in on earth have no future
Your children in in the wolrd will die, if you sit
Your children in in the world are dying
Your husbands are culturally polluted and they are dying
Your pots are blown by light air
Your fire have burned months ago
Your future is no more
But this is your time
Your time to rise Women of the world

The British descended
The British descended
on the Transvaal and Orange Free State
from their island
on the other side of the sea
and in thousands
they came to ruin the land.
The British descended
on the Transvaal and Orange Free State
and from the sea they came
and an entire empire
send its soldiers to destroy,
to pillage and scorch the earth,
to rape, and imprison
the women and children
of the Afrikaner nation.
My great grandfathers rode on horseback to war,
with Christiaan De Wet, Cronje
and De La Rey
and they fought hard pressed,
to drive the British
and soldiers from all her colonies away.
My great grandfathers rode on horseback to war
and landed in prisoner of war camps in St. Helena
and although the second Anglo-Boer war was lost
and the Afrikaner nation paid the highest cost
in the destruction of the land,
the death of men
and the murder of innocent women and children,
a time came
that once more we were free.
My great grandfathers rode on horseback to war,
but one was from and with the enemy
and a highlander was he
and a more decent man
is still hard to find
and one that hated the English
for the dreadfull things that they did,
at times I see the restored Martini Henri rifles
taken from the British
during that bitter war
and the legacy and great spirit,
of my great grandfathers
still stays with me.

Victoria
Stripping flowers at pedal pace
Twirling blur of legs, legs and lace
Victoria, she loves her name
Running flushed our faces red
Daring her to kiss, to kiss my head
Victoria, she loves her name
Bathing in her innocence
Then drowned in her indifference
Victoria
I left her on her frozen route
I grew up while she, she grew out
Victoria, she loves her name
A social climb by offering love
til everyone was inside of
Victoria
Loves
Now my love wont make amends
You cut the cord on which your life depends
Victoria, she loves her name
Like cheating in a childrens game
Victory doesnt taste the same
Yet victoria, she loves her name
Victoria
Loves

When Children Pray
Children only kneel when some incident causes great fear
Children only cry when they feel alone and threatened
Children live by a strong faith that is scare these days
Children will bare any type of pain if they feel it will ease the hate
And those times when children pray those times are when god can do nothing but, obey
Children the ask for happiness and they are the light of day
Yet we let millions of these treasures starve for attention
Children look at war but, look away
Its times like these when children prayers save the day
In this world of lost souls what more could one wish for than just pure hope
They are bright as stars that glitter
And all they shed is grace
With sticky fingers from exploring the juices mother earth bares
And their innocence laying bare
And simple truths spew from their rosy lips
Children pray but only when they can feel the end is near
And their love is a sudden rush that only causes forgiveness
Perfect smiles they wear upon their face
And children never hold any disgrace
Light shallow dreams of making the world a better place
When children kneel that is for which they will pray
Children only pray when in doubt
And their voices portray light fears
All a child wants to see is the new day break
And when that thought is threatened children kneel and pray

Life’s Unfair
Life’s Unfair
A husband and wife grow old together
You think and hope it will last forever
When you hear of children getting hurt
You hope it’s only a little fall in the dirt
So many accidents happen because of a drunk driver
Why is the drunk the only survivor
Parents hurt the children they love
Men hurt the women they should love
Some rich and famous do wrong and get a pass
Up and up goes the price for gas
The elderly get mugged and beat
Some people are hurt and left lying in the street
Women and children are molested
Children that are not protected
Men that are considered a deadbeat
People that are forced to live on the street
Children that are terribly ill
Parents can’t pay the bill
So much more of life is unfair
Lots of people that don’t care

For a Statue of the Heavenly Aphrodite
Aphrodite stands here; she of heavenly birth;
Not that base one who's wooed by the children of earth.
'Tis a goddess; bow down. And one blemishless all,
Chrysogone, placed her in Amphicles' hall:
Chrysogone's heart, as her children, was his,
And each year they knew better what happiness is.
For, Queen, at life's outset they made thee their friend;
Religion is policy too in the end.

Pro-life…
I thank my mother,
Who brought me forth
Into the world,
God made, so bold.
And my dear father,
For doing his worth,
To raise me up,
With love-filled cup.
I admire them
For such strong faith,
And duty-minds -
Both rare are finds.
I was their child eighth,
Of ten children!
God blessed them well;
Their work was swell.
But had they stopped with
Just one or two,
Like how some did:
Oh, God forbid!
What lovely parents
They turned to be,
And lived all life,
Despite much strife
If not for them both
What would I be?
-An abortus
Or dead fetus!
The love of Maker,
Good parents give
To children all,
When they are small
Such children bring them
Blessings from God,
And intense mirth,
Right here on earth.
I thank you parents;
I thank you God,
For gift of birth,
And lovely earth.
Just think of parents
Who do abort,
Against God’s will,
By their weak will.
Their life will be filled
With emptiness;
Their guilt and sins
Makes life non-sense.

Some Dream of War
Rising in the shadows beyond the sun
Morning leaves like a silent memory
Burning pyre of Odin’s dream
Sacred sword
Knights fight the plague
Flagellants
Kings of order
Pillage the coffers of Constantinople
Aqueducts bring wine bright with blood
Crimean queens of the Black sea
Ships with ghost sails
Dadaists of surreal chance
Run for the fall out shelters
Teutonic steel horses blitzkrieg
There you are amidst the lost
Languorous myth amidst Hellene roses
Ideals in form and structure
Grace spoiled in the art of war
Under the pyramids
Euclidian wonder
Sky lit flames of Prometheus
Surrender to fall angels
Darkness rides the jungles
Lions of heathen shields
Rage like fog over Paris
Ringing epithets
Insanity dances in the fields of Moloch
Golden children fornicate
Beyond the sun with painted faces
Earth and blood
Warriors
Red with lust and slaughter
Extinguish this fire of idols
Sacrifice yourself to gargoyles
Shaped in iniquity
Her kiss is heathen fire
Forests of orange Mars
No asylum
Gather the dead
Firebombs in the incendiary night
Stars without counsel
Sarcophagus
Armies warped with spells
Your hour has come
March for the cryptic god
These symbols on caves
Noble killers join great causes
Kamikazes
Deep in the heart Goya paints
Everything ends
Pass of Thermopolis
Trojans
Vermillion soldiers cry
Blinded like Samson
Philistine orators
Some dream of war

Birth And Death.
I who have known thee, Birth, must know Death too:
As old, old men their children's children fold
In their gaunt arms, and though their blood be cold
Feel their own youth burn in them as they view
The features that were theirs — each sign so true
To their own breath and blood, 'tis as retold
Their very youth was, when they are so old,
By those who nothing of their childhood knew.
So even Death but a new birth may be,
And in some other star beyond to-day,
When we have put the use of Earth away,
E'en like those old men's children's children we
May see ourselves rise from our own decay,
The very offspring of our verity.

Mother Earth And Sons
the child insistent
shakes the tree and so
the fruits fall on the ground
some not ripe though
and he does not
eat it
what a waste
but mother never says
a word
the child grows
spoiled as mother is
tolerant
the man remains a
child and mothers get old
he shakes the world
mother earth now
as silent as mothers are
the earth shakes
and all the children are buried
under the cracks
the fire within
like hell burns

No Power On Earth
The British Empire has a flag that flies throughout the World
And no power on earth can pull it down
It stands for peace and liberty where e’er our flag’s unfurled
But no power on earth can pull it down
We still can sing our good old song “Britannia Rules the Waves’
It’s just as true today that Britons never shall be slaves
The Union Jack still flies on high in spite of finnish knaves
‘Cos no power on earth can pull it down.
No power on earth can pull it down
That’s no foolish idle boast or brag
England, Ireland and gallant little Wales
Are united round our dear old flag
Scotland sends their Highlanders and proud of them we are
As soldiers they have gained world famed renown
The Scots are finely built - he’s the man that wears the kilt
And no power on earth can pull it down.
The man is sure to rise in life that sits down on a tack
But no power on earth can pull him down
The undervest I’m wearing is half way up me back
And no power on earth can pull it down
To all these rabid profiteers a lesson we must teach
The price of food is out of every humble person’s reach
Our chickens they are laying eggs at four pence halfpenny each
And - er - no power on earth can make you buy them.
No power on earth can pull it down
Winston Chruchill sold us all a pup
He tries with might and main, but when it starts to rain
He hasn’t got the power to push it up
We still have women on the land that do the work of men
They don’t dress like the girls do in the town
Every country Mary Ann is wearing trousers like a man
And -the second house begins at nine o’ clock.

No one jumped, all were pushed
Those children wonder why
Why their parents seem to die
Each day they lose some life
And each day those children cry
.
Those mothers they weep
Those fathers they hold the heart that leaks
And those children they are what this world seeks
Because those children aren’t weak
.
The children they sit and watch
They watch their parents being eaten
The world they deem to be a place where everyone can be free
But, when they touch the street they only feel tension and heat
.
This world it burns
And this world it will eat
This world will be
What breaks your beauty
.
Growing up they will see
That no one wanted to fall down
No one wanted to let go
No one jumped they all stood only weak*
.
Trying to stand up straight
Trying to fight with faith
Trying to beat the world
But, only to pushed over and never found
.
Those children they sit and watch
And they in time become the weak*
They stand on the cliff
And just let the world push it’s the only way of becoming free*
