The Wonder Of It All

In the time it takes for us to blink our eyes
somebody is born and someone else dies.
The way of the world is through life and death
all that exists is nourished by food and breath.

In just a fleeting moment so much goes on
it’s a wonder for our mind to reflect upon.
Yet all that ever happens has a beginning and end
in the vastness of time and space it has to contend.

What is life about and our purpose on this world here?
Is it not to grow and expand, to realise something dear?
We all have basic desires to achieve one thing or another
a sort of instinct or legacy through our father and mother.

In self knowledge and expression we all reveal the way forward
one step at a time or in leaps and bounds we come closer toward
where this impulse of life leads us or directs each one to go
while the emphasis is always to learn, live, love and to grow.

In life we all have to face situations by which we gain or lose
yet it depends so much on our ability and freedom to choose.
If we see beyond our present circumstances it’s a positive sign
and experience may prove that there was only an imaginary line.

In relationships there are certain things that we all come to know
whatever doesn’t appear on the surface, otherwise hard to show.
To cultivate or develop the best in ourselves and others is a worthy ideal
though many people have a tendency for the false instead of what is real.

There are so many aspects of life we take for granted or even miss their point
in our daily struggle for survival whoever we are or find ourselves at this joint.
It takes much discriminative knowledge based on experience to come out ahead
at the end of each day be able to relax or rest and even sleep soundly in our bed.

We’re all prone to the malady of living wherever we may happen to be
as long as we don’t make it harder for ourselves or others in being free.
And in seeking the right solutions to those problems or dilemmas that we face
we should realise them to be relative not just to one particular time and place.

We All Have To Move On

It’s from an obscure background we mostly try to emerge
into that mainstream of life is the direction of our urge.
As we gain a little knowledge and skill in what we do best
we grow in confidence and learn to stand apart from the rest.

All life is such an uphill struggle against many an odd
and even after we make a mark our body claims the sod.
Yet life holds many mysteries in which itself is bound
being the main one all the rest revolve themselves around.

Whenever there’s a problem or one arises we need to surmount
the solution is that answer of which we all have to take account.
If we go about only creating more problems than we can solve
we get bogged down and from where we are it’s hard to evolve.

The struggle of life goes onward though and forward is its march
taking everything with it that we know to build a monumental arch.
And this is usually seen as a signpost if at the past we happen to look
recorded for posterity as a picture of a structure in our history book.

The future becomes the past and so the past can reveal the future
the present is the thread that binds them together as in a suture.
And time and space are the stage set of all three in the drama of existence
wherein everything that happens is for a purpose in spite of any resistance.

To live well and long is not really the true objective of life
neither is it to live in luxury nor to boast of a beautiful wife.
As death and the grave await everyone whether they’re great or small
we should try to go beyond them and the body which heeds their call.

When we experience death in our dreams we don’t really die
but only awaken from the nightmare we’ve had with a sigh.
The same thing happens in real life more or less when our time comes to leave
our soul rises freed from the body and its surroundings so we need not grieve.

Some Considerations

Consider this world and also our place in it
and know that time passes by every minute.
Consider those who’re living and also the dead
and know of the ways people earn their bread.
We consider many things but few are of real importance
and know that all those which are not are in abundance.

In consideration of this what can anyone do?
but live one’s life in a way which is true.

Consider the flowers in the garden and the colours they show
and know that with tender loving care from a seed they grow.
Consider all the children somewhere and watch them play
and know that with laughter and fun most pass the day.
Consider the things which are false and those which are true
and know how each one can and does affect all that we do.

In consideration of this what can we all do?
but try and live in a way which is just true.

Consider the march of the spirit of progress and the direction we’re all going
and know that every so often we must turn around and look back knowing.
Consider that which we all know and also that which we do not
and know it’s but knowledge and ignorance that make up the lot.
Consider the beginning and that of the very end
and know it’s terrible to get there without a friend.

In consideration of this what can one do?
but go through life with a friend who’s true.

Consider about each day and then also about each night
and know that without them there’s no darkness or light.
Consider the sunshine and also the shade
and know that with them each day is made.
Consider the evening and also the time we sleep
and know that because of them the night is deep.

In consideration of this what is there to do?
but live one day at a time and remember too.

Consider that which seems right and also what appears wrong
and know that they are both attributes of the weak and strong.
Consider the past and the future and of course the present
and know that all life relates to them and is not an accident.
Consider the labour with the crops and also the extent of the field
and know that with care and nature’s help a rich harvest will yield.

In consideration of this what is there one must do?
but only the best that one can so as to get through.

Consider what people give and also what they do take
and know that between them both much trouble make.
Consider all that which brings sorrow and all that brings joy
and know that both in life are really like an inevitable decoy.
Consider the things we believe in and those worthy to fight for
and know that there are some things in life people die or kill for.

In consideration of this whatever we all say and do
should be in harmony with life which considers us too.

Consider the reality of God and the mysteries of Divine grace and love
and know that without them from certain things we couldn’t rise above.
Consider the relationships of people as that of husband and wife
and know that around them we build society and organise our life.
Consider what people need apart from their desires and obsessions
and know that of things acquired many are unnecessary possessions.

In consideration of this it’s fairly obvious to say
that most of us have a lot and give so little away.

Consider our obligations to each other and individual human rights
and know that it’s neglect and selfishness which start all the fights.
Consider the alternative to any situation we may now find ourselves in
and know that through adversity and struggle we can succeed and win.
Consider the time it takes to go somewhere and then again to return
and know that it’s the distance between them we must cover to learn.

In consideration of this we’ll need all the help we can get
and be willing to act on advice which will cause no regret.

Your Life Is A Fountain Of Dreams

Life is a journey that all we take,
We should fearless do every day forward a step,
Could be a fail, or could be not,
We should let life to flow.

Life is a mystery each passing day,
We wake up and find unbelievable ways,
We seek, we experience, we fulfill our knowledge hunger,
Each experience of life makes us stronger.

Life is a struggle and life is a joy,
We can experience happiness or we can experience pain,
It's about choices we should take,
Life is a lesson each step we make.

Moments of life are bad or good,
We live and remember those moments,
Memories will be kept forever in our hearts,
But hopes are base of the future.

Never give up hoping,
Life is it short but didnt finish yet,
As long as you are still living,
Your life is a fountain of dreams.

Hand In Hand

Sometimes in life
When you're not unsure
Of things that make it right or wrong
When, were, how and why does this carry on

You then ask yourself
with uncertainty and doubt
If at times what you learn
is indeed the truth
General things that affect your life
Often affect the way you think

A person dies and a baby cries
And you wonder is that all there is in life
Religion, war, societies will there ever be world peace

Time passes on as the sands of time
Slowly takes away your strife
Because as you grow you live and learn
You taste the knowledge, the tree of life

Many will say that's not the way
In spirit you must always be
But to hold them both
Hand in hand is the only way to be

The Wise Man

there was three men who met GOD.
and GOD said:
i will grant you the one thing
that you want most in the world.

the first man jumped up and replied:
i want to be the richest man in the world.
granted: GOD said

the second man said:
i want to be the most knowledgeable
man in the world.
granted: GOD said

then GOD turned to the third man and asked
what would you like?
the man pondered all the possibilities
and softly responded: 'free will'.

GOD looked at him and said:
you could have wealth or knowledge
like the other two, or health, love
anything that you want.
why did you pick free will?

well GOD: with free will, i could
make any choices that i want
and if it is wrong, i learn from the experience.
i could search for knowledge
and be able to achieve wealth
and read books to open
the mind that you have given me.

i could experience love, joy, sorrow,
happiness, sadness.
and use the five senses
that you have bestowed upon me.

let me see and feel all the beauties
of the world, and the wonders of my soul.
this is something that i could forever hold.

why would i want to change
what you have given me.
you don't make mistakes
this much i see.

GOD looked upon him and said:
you did not seek the material
things in this life.
but accepted what i have given.
and this is what is called 'living'.

you are truly one of the sons of GOD.
for it is within your heart.

No Life Span For Love And Dreams

We're aware
We're aware that between us there's
A haze of ignorance
Our steps but tread the path of our search
But can't see their goal
Much more exquisite and radiant
Than my poems is your inner self
And my eye-glasses are getting thicker every day
Do you know
Why poems and stories become wordless
Trying to poetise us?
They want to know our birth date
The place we were born
And our present age.
What do they know?
Dreams are neither born
Nor ever they die
No register enters their birth statistics

I just don't know
At what point of time did you learn to take your first steps
Holding the dream's little finger
I indeed am that dream
Which no one has never seen
I had died verily the same day
When my father had kicked my mother on her stomach
But I continued to grow inside my grave
Grew so much that
My mother could see me without bending
Once I dropped my camera and broke it
While taking some body's picture
Only then I came to know
Why dreams become utterly black in daylight
Why it's important to have
a dark liquid to expose them
I didn't know that light can be seen only in darkness

We're indeed not what we seem to be
There's some one else in our place
Wearing our costume
Flowing water has no shape
Shapes are but in our eyes
And to see a dream
One doesn't need sleep - but eyes
From protozoan to a human being
The sleep of bilions of evolutionary years
Is but an interval for opening his eyes
Love is the intervening space between life and death
And we use the yardstick of one life span to measure it
And go through a mesquerade of living
But love has no life span
It prevails from an unknown beginning
To an unknown end
At whatever point in time we find it
We fix our separate limits
And then define it with names and relationships
Greater indeed is melancholy than our knowledge and experience
Let it expand
How could one express in words
All that colours, flowers and butterflies convey
There's no other better medium of communication
Than silence to talk to birds, plants and nice people
How do we know - we might simply be
Going through the awakening process
From a dream greater than ourselves
And someone - with his universal eye might be watching us
Do not disturb the soul of God
While it is dreaming.

Sonnet-Our Earthly Stay Is For Heaven

In life on earth, all problems have to end;
And when they do in God's time/way, 'tis best;
From newer problems, then we must defend;
And thus our life goes on without much rest.

Yet, half the things we worry, turn out well;
Let us then think of days ahead only;
Let not our bitter past make future hell;
Our life's struggles find solutions surely.

Yet, life on earth is one constant struggle;
We dare not lose our sanity of thought;
And learn, we must from worms to out wriggle;
From situations in which we're badly caught.

We shouldn't forget the love of God for us;
Nor Heaven's way, Abode of God- True Bliss.

A Good Education Need Of The Hour!

Education decides about the future life and work for all;
Education only helps to develop one’s life and work here.
Mere education is not passport to get job but it’s for life;
Mere education helps not to face life situation or crisis;
Common sense, presence of mind, general knowledge do!

For everything education is the base in the modern world;
Education is for freedom, development and fulfilment in life;
Education helps intellectual mind to acquire true knowledge.
Knowledge only can give power, freedom and satisfaction;
Knowledge of love, truth gives freedom to attain perfection.

Dharma is justice to live righteous life according to one’s nature;
Religion is to say about truth of God, dharma and culture to all;
Education is to help develop one’s capacity with apt knowledge
To express talent using ideas of knowledge in duty to do things
Beneficial to oneself, society to achieve joyful fulfilment in life!

Now education does not serve such purpose but crams knowledge
Incomplete just to do specialised jobs only for material benefits.
Complete knowledge makes link of science, literature and culture;
This could satisfy body, mind, heart and soul to achieve completion;
Love and knowledge make perfect to attain joy, peace, satisfaction!

Worlds Within Worlds

There are worlds within worlds in this world of ours
as there are seconds in minutes and minutes in hours.
Take for example the world of the artists and their creations
how they represent aspects of nature and physical situations.
Or the world of writers whether it be that of drama, prose or poetry
how they express themselves in words of ever increasing ambiguity.

Then there’s the world of music and of a musician’s composition
in which are combined sounds of harmonic and varied precision.
And we have the world of nature and the life of all living things
of their instinct for survival and of what man’s place in it brings.
We must therefore consider the world of science and its discoveries
where in that pursuit for knowledge our future gives no guarantees.

There’s also a world of despair and that of faith and hope
how in the midst of pain or difficulties we’re able to cope.
We must also mention the world of love and its opposite hate
where we care for each other or go about in a destructive state.
There are worlds within worlds in this world of ours here
and in every one of them we try to achieve something dear.

There’s a world within each one’s mind or body and that of the heart
through which we experience this life of ours before we have to depart.
And so there’s the world of the beyond of which we know very little
where our soul is said to go being for a while its place of transmittal.
Which brings us to the world of religion and in what people believe
whether they are certain of their notions or what they may perceive.

There’s the world of memories that bears for many joy and sorrow
in which we remember our past and carry it with us into tomorrow.
We must mention the world of crime which is against the social good
and the laws of the state that it competes with mocking where it would.
And next is the world of justice which metes out punishment or reward
for things that people do in respect of ethics; what is or isn’t in accord.

There’s a world of communication and the various devices it uses to inform
of the complex and sophisticated means created by which it has to perform.
Then there’s the world of medicine or the prevention, treatment and cure of disease
where the doctor in his practice tries in various ways the patient to help or appease.
Yes, there are virtual worlds within worlds in this world of ours almost without end
and so therefore it’s with each other against time and space they all have to contend.

Out of Bounds

There’s nowhere to run and nowhere to hide
The masses agree like the ocean’s tide
Everyone has a life that they lead
Some are for good
Others for bad deeds

What sort of life do you wish to make?
One where you give or one where you take?
People often like to run their mouths
Just sit back and listen
You’ll figure them out

When someone is deep they’re not hard to find
They’re often quite still with their mind redlined
Knowledge is power
Money is worthless
Switch them around
Now which has more purpose?

Many a question meet their demise
And only a fool argues otherwise
The body speaks truth and the eyes always show
A fake face doth shield what a fake heart doth know
Laughter and mischief are one and the same
In souls who see fun in the boring and plain

Do what you want and
Problems will come around
You could end up alone and
Smiling out of bounds
There’s always a choice from which to choose
If you know who you are
You’ll never lose
Experience waits so don’t idle by
Looking in circles for somewhere to hide

Peace Of Mind

You know it takes a long, long time
You know it takes a long, long time
You love her so and still you know
That you will never want to let her go
Unless you leave her first
Then you come out on top
But, still theres just one thing
You havent got.
Peace of mind
Like when you treated her kind
Its hard to face that open space.
You know it takes a long, long time
You know it takes a long, long time
When first you gave and shared your soul
Showed her all those things that take their toll
She knows your weak spot
But, she still gets you hot
So you do it again
Reveal what lies within.
And go for peace of mind
Like when you treated her kind
Its hard to face that open space.
Youre lookin for peace of mind
Anywhere you can find
Still searchin for peace of mind.
You know it takes a long, long time
You know it takes a long, long time.

Life Or Death?

Every day we live, we always face death
We get closer to it, every time we take a breath
Life is special but death brings peace
Life brings reality and things you believe
Death is hard for everyone around
Death is quiet, no more bad sounds
Life is also hard, all the things we go through
Life can never be easy, no matter what you do
Death is sad, for those who cry
Death is meaningful, for those who die
Life is a work of art, it's nice to look
Life is full of teachings, like an open book
Death is the new life, might as well be dead
Death is a lot more, for what's up ahead
Life brings new things, always something new
Life brings surprises, something out the blue
Death is scary, nothing we want to see
Death is negative, a place we don't want to be
Life is full of love, with the ones close to you
Life is full of money, for those who sue
Death is empty, nothing compared to this
Death is a lot of things, too long of a list
But life is everything; don't wait till there's nothing left
Death can wait, so don't waste your last breath
So just pick your choice, which one? Life or death?

Universal Freedom Is......

Freedom from hunger and freedom from pain
freedom from loss and so freedom from gain.
Freedom to give and freedom to share
freedom from want and that of despair.

Freedom to think and freedom to know
freedom to achieve and freedom to grow.
Freedom from bondage and freedom of liberation
freedom from ignorance and any unknown situation.

Freedom to come and freedom to leave
freedom to stay and freedom to conceive.
Freedom from struggle and freedom of ease
freedom to enjoy and the capacity to please.

Freedom from failure and freedom of success
freedom from denial and freedom of access.
Freedom from illusion and freedom of reality
freedom to become what we are in actuality.

Freedom to live and freedom to die
freedom to laugh and freedom to cry.
Freedom to speak and freedom to listen
freedom to act based on a wise decision.

Freedom from hate and freedom of love
freedom of below and freedom of above.
Freedom of the past and freedom of the present
freedom of the future and what it can represent.

Freedom from war and freedom of peace
freedom to begin and freedom to cease.
Freedom from sickness and freedom of health
freedom from poverty and mishandled wealth.

Freedom from wrong and freedom being right
freedom of the day and freedom of the night.
Freedom to choose and freedom to reject
freedom to imagine what there is to expect.

Freedom from lust and freedom from greed
freedom from anger and freedom from breed.
Freedom from jealousy and freedom from pride
freedom from within and freedom from outside.
Freedom of always not having anything to hide.

Freedom from space and also freedom from time
freedom from attachment and freedom from crime
Freedom to work and freedom to play
freedom to believe and freedom to pray.
Freedom to experience a rebirth someday.

Freedom from the body and freedom from the mind
freedom from the ego and freedom from being blind.
Freedom of transcendence being of the spiritual kind.

Universal freedom is eternal and infinite bliss
we should all therefore be able to realise this.

(Choices Poem) Circumstances Unending

If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

To let the one you love go for the better
Or the happiness of poverty in suffering
Like a mother choosing for a child
you must make the decision out of true love.
Forever the greater good.
The eagle looks upon us all with his eyes.
Only if I could see it that way.

If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

When you do such a thing their is no going back
Chasing after something you threw away.
All in a attempt to be the better man.
The homeless playing a game of kick the can.
Nobody ever wins.
It is to pass time as it will always do.

If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

Regret and bitter
Feelings that will never sit well with you
Your determined to overcome, and it not be prolonged
She is gone.
Forever a bad choice.
That you wouldn't want to change.

If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

The portrait of your face betrays the feeling inside.
The things you try to bury and hide.
At one time you were happy.
At one time you smiling and so full of spirit.
But now you fall into a very empty depression.

If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

No one will come and pick you up.
If you fall it will be you last one.
Like a soldier you still march as if you were still on call.
Duty and service is all you've ever known.
And now a world sits before you.
And still your all alone.

If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

Call To The Real Beloved

O Beloved, do You think that I can forget You at all?
Help me realise The Love which attracts You by call.
You are the only one that I have always longed for!
Help me please get across to the land of Your Shore.

Separation is a mighty ocean of many burning desires
Help me cross over and not be consumed by their fires.
Take me by the hand if necessary don't let me go astray
Help me get to that place where I'll be with You all day.

Life is really very short there is not all that much time
Help me find You without committing any more crime.
You are so compassionate towards us and can wipe our slate clean
Help me at least get a glimpse of You like all the others have seen.

We are all Thy children and often call to You when in need
Help us all ask for that which will bring You closer indeed.
Thy Divine Love and Grace awakens Your presence in our heart
Help us all experience that Love where we are never really apart.

All the people of this world are searching everywhere for love
Help them realise and achieve that which is a gift from above.
Once everyone gets a taste of It they will then know for sure!
Help us so that we can find what is really worth looking for.

Lifes A Journey

I say life’s a journey, because life’s something we have once and everything we do and say is something we can’t go back and change. So I look at life as a journey. That I have to live full out, with no regrets. I don’t have time to live in the past or think about all the bad things. Almost all human being takes life for granted, and I don’t want to be one of those people. So I promised my self to never ever live with regrets, so I try to do whatever my heart tells me. And I try to stand up for all my believes, and I can’t do that if I live in the past or with regrets. It’s a waist of time,
Because life’s a journey.

I usually say if you got a dream go for it, because giving up on a dream is like giving up on life and giving up on life is like sitting and asking god to die. I know it’s hard to go for your dream when people tell you, that you won’t make it. So I just tell my self, whenever I fall I get back up, because I won’t give up without a fight.
Because life’s a journey.

What you’ve got if you don’t have faith, I know it’s hard to hold on to, when we live in a world like this. But I always hold on to my faith and my hopes.
My believes is what often keeps me going,
Because life’s a journey.

Life is hard, we all know it isn’t fair but I say stop worrying about what you/we don’t have and appreciate what you/we have. Because whenever you/we have a bad day someone else has a worse day and in worse case someone might be dying,
Because life’s a journey.

This world need some love, I know it’s easier to hate than love but at least could we try to respect each other. We would get so much more out of this journey then, I really believe that. Maybe sometimes we should just start to think about our self’s than everybody else. Because if we keep hate on each other, we will soon see world war 3, and I don’t think any one wants that to happen. I wish we could all respect each other, black and white, blue and yellow, bigger and smaller. Because at the end of the day we all human being on a journey that can end any time. It’s sad but it’s true,
Because life’s a journey.

Life’s a journey till the day it ends and when it ends there is no looking back or taking back. We had our changes only doomsday will show us if we wasted our time on our journey or if we enjoyed the journey and appreciated what we had. When we are at the end of our journey that’s when we have to face death. Many people forget we have to die because they might be afraid, but I’m not because it’s a part of life.
Life’s a journey till it ends.

One Cannot Save the Whole World.

However, one can save one of few
Because everybody is on their way, eventually all became new.
Life is a school room for all of us here,
Miracle do not happen too often, at last until we became sincere.

If one has a bad life style which ruins the health,
One cannot be healed in a moment.
When continues that same which caused the first time,
No way the miracle will help, not even in another prime.

What can we do? Just go on, tell what is on your mind,
But do not try hard, just relax, do your best and unwind.
Whoever understand what you try to teach,
Call it good, be content with those, who you can reach.

There is no place to pick up an argument,
Try to prove only your way is competent,
Love the people who listens to your idea,
Let go the rest, let them learn their lesson in what is their area.

However, do not just read other messages,
Politely say something nice until it fits your experiences,
Or just tell the person to read your poem,
When you just want to get more attention on your system.

So, teach something positive which can help others
Give the world what knowledge you gathered, love your brothers
With negative messages you ruin more life,
When you rattle about your misery, giving them more strife.

This is the way the world goes around,
Do your bet to give others whatever you found,
In the last days we will edit each other,
As the Bible predicts, do your best to make life better.

I believe if you don't get hurt you'll never gain
I believe in not doing things the easy way
I believe that being selfish doesn’t pay

I believe in a second chance
I believe in a life long romance
I believe there is life after death
And standing up to a life of mess

I believe in love at first sight
I believe that revenge isn’t right
I believe that first impressions last
And there is nothing better then a good laugh

I believe that dreams do come true
I believe there's destiny for me and you
I believe that good things come to those who wait
I believe love never arrives too late

I believe something good comes from something bad
I believe that for tears of happiness there are tears of sad
I believe everyone has a guardian angel
And the good you do will be rewarded well

I believe sometimes there is no explanation
I believe money can't buy people's affection
I believe you don't know what you've got until it's gone
I believe a new day arrives with every dawn

I believe a smile can be contagious
I believe in being very outrageous
I believe in living with no regrets
I believe that life is as good as it gets

I believe that God watches over us
I believe the little things are worth the fuss
I believe you have each friend for a reason
I believe you will get punished for treason

I believe that what comes first is family
I believe we should all live in harmony
I believe in making the most of a beautiful day
And it's not the end until everything's okay

I believe absence makes the heart grow fonder
I believe you will lose if you sit and wonder
I believe every experience teaches you a lesson
And nothing cures better then a drinking session

I believe everyone has one true love
I believe sometimes we need a little shove
I believe the whole world is a stage
I believe we only get better with age

I believe that to learn you have to live
I believe that to love someone you have to give
I believe one moment can change your life
And there's still help when you’re in strife

I believe everyone has one true friend
I believe love helps a broken heart mend
I believe in the power of a song
And things will change before too long

I believe living is the best experience
I believe in not laughing at other people’s expense
I believe it’s hard to watch a lover leave
And when they’re gone all you can do is breath

I believe to always look on the bright side
I believe that life is just one big ride
I believe when I die people will grieve
But it’s ok because I believe

How To Stay Positive!

Just how can we stay positive
In this old world of ours?
At times, the only hope is IF,
Yet IF is full of powers!
For IF has changed the world before
And it will do again,
Regardless of old Murphy's Law,
When God is guiding men...

IF God above looks down below
And sees what Mankind does,
You can't tell me He doesn't know
When we get in a fuss!
When things go wrong, turn upside down,
Turn inside out as well,
The Lord sees every single frown,
Such things we need not tell...

Yet IF we pray and ask His aid,
Repentant of our sins,
Forgiving when we've grown dismayed,
We'll sense God's love begins...
IF from then on, we read God's Word
And heed the Lord's advice,
His proverbs will be overheard
Such that we'll all think twice...

While all the storms of life persist
And doubts grow strength to strength,
IF holds the power, while in the midst,
To overcome at length...
IF we forsake the awesome grace,
We may deserve our fate,
Yet IF we gaze upon Christ's face,
We'll see He's truly great!

IF He's still on our side, dear friends,
Hold fast sister, brother!
For on the Lord each soul depends...
Comfort one another!
IF this old world still spins in space
According to God's Word,
Then pray you, too, will grow in grace,
IF grace is still preferred...

For worthy is the Lamb once slain!
What angel died for me?
Christ died my sin-stained soul to gain
And conquered Calvary!
IF God has proved Christ is His Son,
IF God in Him takes pride,
Stay positive in what He's done
As Christ was crucified!

The demons raged, yet each had lost,
Their fate awaits them all,
IF sinners know Christ paid the cost,
Let each one hear His call...
IF not, what hope? IF not, what love?
IF not, then sin has won...
Yet every time I look above,
I'm closer to God's Son...

And even IF I close my eyes,
He lives within my heart,
Christ's presence makes me realise
That living is an art...
IF we hold back, IF we give in,
IF we still lose our way,
The Lord remains our kith and kin,
No matter, come what may!

Just how can we stay positive
In this old world of ours?
At times, the only hope is IF,
Yet IF is full of powers!
For IF has changed the world before
And it will do again,
Regardless of old Murphy's Law,
When God is guiding men...

Time O' Clock

Takes your life upbeat like roller costar rides
Makes your life offbeat like waves and tides
Time gives you seasons of cheers and joyfulness
Time gives you reasons for tears and sorrowfulness
You see darkness around; time shows you the ray of hope
You see yourself break down; time helps you to cope
Brightest of days you will see; the darkest of nights you will witness
With time you will swallow failures and you will taste success
Time teaches you the principles and philosophies of life
Time teaches you to play with a toy as well as a knife
Time eases all the things and lets all the wounds heal
With time things conceal themselves, with time things reveal
As you will grow, time will unfold the colors of relations
As time will grow, you will unfurl your own perceptions
For everything that has to happen, time is pre set
Things ensue only at the set time, neither early nor late
To perceive the time game, arm poise and patience
To embark upon the mighty time, attest insistence
Time is what we all want the most
Time is what we all tend to use the worst
Time is the most incalculable thing that can ever be spent
If you lose time, you will be left, only to repent
Punctuality is the bandit of time whether pain or gain
Strike at the right time coz lost time is never found again
