My Delirious Veracity
I look right and see nothing left,
I look left and see nothing right,
Behold, my delirious veracity
Look beyond the mountains,
Do you see the clouds i see,
A storm is approaching,
Should we fight for survival?
Or shall we face death head on?
My delirious veracity
I see a flood, can you?
I see the waves coming,
There is nowhere to run,
For the place of refuge you destroyed,
This prison was a shelter
Face your fate almost lover
My delirious veracity
I built a tower of strength,
A spirit level in my right hand,
A hammer in your left hand,
You invited demise,
The fashion of your own hands
My delirious veracity
I trust you but you dont trust yourself
You destroyed our future,
The art of our destiny,
Behold, im delirium
Loving you was veracity,
My delirious veracity

Anaesthetic
Im burning out the tv tubes,
Its three oclock & Im confused
Cause commitment is so complete,
Its burning little holes in me
I know that I might look a mess,
And shes so perfect in that oxfam dress
She looks just like a beauty queen,
Shinning out in velveteen
Im delirious
You make it better
You make the weather seem ok
Youre my anaesthetic
You just take the pain away
I love it when she comes around,
Shes a firework that never ends
A micro chip inside my brain,
Im crawling on my knees again
It scares me the way I am,
Im buried in a sea of sand
Lying on a hand grenade,
Waiting for the world to shake
Im delirious
You make it better
You make the weather seem ok
Youre my anaesthetic
You just take the pain away
You make it better
You just take the pain away
Delirious, Im so delirious, delirious,
Im so delirious, delirious
You make it better
You make the weather seem ok
Youre my anaesthetic
You just take the pain awayyou make it better
You make the weather seem ok
Youre my anaesthetic
You just take the pain away
Anaesthetic,
Shes my anaesthetic
Anaesthetic,
Shes my anaesthetic

I Am Curious
(carole pope / kevan staples)
Im curious, I wanna know
Im an idealist, Ill let it show
Im curious with myself
Im delirious from wanting
The noise that announces a seduction
Im a volcano
In a state of eruption
I live life with a wild intensity
Need to be aroused
To the point of intimacy
What are your motives?
I got to know
Im doing research
I got to know
What are your motives?
I got to know
Tell me your motives, oh, oh
cause Im curious, I wanna know
Im an idealist, Ill let it show
Im curious with myself
Im delirious from wanting
The fusing, the melting of two bodies
Im addicted to lethal sexuality
I live life on the edge of ecstasy
Need to be desired
Nothing else fulfils me
What are your motives?
I got to know
Im doing research
I got to know
What are your motives?
I got to know
Tell me your motives, ooh, ooh
Im curious, I wanna know
Im an idealist, Ill let it show
Im curious with myself
Im delirious from wanting
Im curious, I wanna know
Im an idealist, Ill let it show
Im curious with myself
Im delirious from wanting
Yes, Im curious, I wanna know
Im an idealist, Ill let it show
I am curious with myself
Too delirious from singing
cause Im curious, I wanna know
Im an idealist, Ill let it show
Im curious with myself
Im delirious from wanting

Too Serious
How much more do we need,
Money, power and greed,
Possessions steal your soul, ooh.
Why are we so blind,
An arrogant, thoughtless kind,
We use our bodies and waste our time, ooh.
Social difficulties,
Desperate politics,
Disorders of the mind,
Ooh.
Life is a drag and its too senous,
Im so much in love,
But Im too serious,
The world is so sick,
And Im delirious.
Morality bores me its so serious,
No minds of our own,
And its too serious,
Governments lie and its so curious.
Too serious,
Too serious,
Too serious.
Tell you what we need,
We need less authority,
A lot more honesty, ooh,
Ive been preached to all my life,
Ive listened till I could cry,
But I dont need anymore, ooh,
Now we must make a stand,
To fight for the spirit in man,
The future is in our hands, ooh.
But life is a drag and its too serious,
Im so much in love that Im delirious,
Life is so strange and its mysterious,
No minds of our own,
And its too serious,
Morality bores me its so serious,
Governments lie and its so curious.
Too serious,
Too serious,
Too serious.

The president has undermined trust. No longer will the members of Congress be entitled to accept his veracity. Caveat emptor has become the word. Every member of Congress is on his or her own to determine the truth.

Terminal New Moon
From this bloating hoary disk
I shall bicker to envisage
A new moon guffawing
In its emollient ashen fringe
To exhume myself from oppression
Of self-induced agonizing subterfuge
Fondly nibbling with the luminaries
On the girdle of veracity
Inch by inch, I'm drawing closer
To the lunatic spell of the old moon
Marred by its penumbra
I sliced myself to grate the wounds
To open and deluge with pain
For pain is for the living
Condensing these oxymoronic ideals
I shall efface the man inside
And bargain for a travesty in a chortle;
A superficial veneer: a new moon.
And when the wolves howl tonight,
In their carnal carousals
And the owls hoot along,
From their voyeuristic revelries
I will sing along like a vulture
For them to find and muse me
As I paint the opiate panorama
With a perilous terminal death
Inside a dire scuffling
Against my archenemy;
The undertow of wisdom,
The tirade of freedom:
Bigoted veracity,
Dangling on a new moon.

Dead Serious
[verse 1]
Who's that girl with the Bible in her hands?
The smile on her face, she doesn't get it, I don't understand
The way she walks with her head in the clouds
She doesn't care who laughs, walks straight through the crowd
(pre-chorus)
That's right, that's me, I don't care what you think
People talk all day, I don't care what they say
[chorus]
You think I'm delirious,(a typical reaction)
Aren't you curious,(about my satisfaction)
Maybe you're envious, a little curious
You can laugh, but I'm dead serious
[verse 2]
Watch her as she goes, there's something different and she knows it
Ask her why, and she'll flash that silly smile
She says she's got a purpose and she's done with all the games
Jesus saved her soul and she'll never be the same
(pre-chorus)
That's right, that's me, I don't care what you think
People talk all day, I don't care what they say
[chorus]
You think I'm delirious,(a typical reaction)
Aren't you curious,(about my satisfaction)
Maybe you're envious, a little curious
You can laugh, but I'm dead serious
[bridge]
Eternity won't wait for me
I've made my choice, it's where I want to be
All I want to be seen is the light of God shining in me
I may be young, but I an free
You can't change what I believe
(pre-chorus)
That's right, that's me, I don't care what you think
People talk all day, I'm okay anyways
[chorus]
You think I'm delirious,(a typical reaction)
Aren't you curious,(about my satisfaction)
Maybe you're envious, a little curious
You can laugh, but I'm dead serious
Serious, I'm serious
You can laugh but I'm dead serious

Lacking facility
of course
you are playing
a game
putting the
most powerful
computer
over my head
and ask me to
look for you
may be you
just want
to find the
veracity of your
new creation
if that is the case
this computer
lacks the facility
to do the scan
see it on the screen
right on the top
soon it will be
blinking and crashing
hopefully this task
will not be repeated
dont recall me

Don't Hang Up
Baby, I'm lying all alone
The pillow is all I have to hold
I can't feel you, god it isn't fair
Without you, I still wanna take you there
Don't hang up
Its just getting serious, damn
You're making me delirious
Don't hang up, til I'm finished with you
I'm not alone
Don't hang up
I am not alone
I can still feel you
Even when I'm lonely
And now I'm coming to
Don't hang up
I am not alone
I can still feel you
Even when I'm lonely
And now I'm coming to
Tell me, tell me what you see
Feel me, feel me underneath
Slowly, we begin to breathe
Hold on, hold on to your release
Don't hang up
Its just getting serious, damn
You're making me delirious
Don't hang up, till I'm finished with you
I'm not alone
Don't hang up
I am not alone
I can still feel you
Even when I'm lonely
And now I'm coming too
Don't hang up
I am not alone
I can still feel you
Even when I'm lonely
And now I'm coming too
You're far away, but we'll find a way
Ooh baby now lets make it right
Now close your eyes, damn
Don't hang up
It's just gettin' serious, damn
You're making me delirious
Don't hang up
Until I'm finished with you
I'm not alone
Don't hang up
I am not alone
I can still feel you
Even when I'm lonely
And now I'm coming too
Don't hang up
I am not alone
I can still feel you
Feel you when I'm lonely
And now I'm coming too
Don't Hang Up
Do you feel me too?
Close your eyes...

One of the reasons, surely, why women have been credited with less perfect veracity than men is that the burden of conventional falsehood falls chiefly on them.

Ch 08 On Rules For Conduct In Life - Maxim 58
Who interrupts the conversation of others that they may know his excellence, they will become acquainted only with the degree of his folly.
An intelligent man will not give a reply
Unless he be asked a question.
Because though his words may be based on truth,
His claim to veracity may be deemed impossible.
The written tone and the spoken tone change and the reporters' disbelief in the veracity of the government spreads to the readers and the viewers.

Ch 08 On Rules For Conduct In Life - Maxim 60
Mendacity resembles a violent blow, the scar of which remains, though the wound may be healed. Seest thou not how the brothers of Joseph became noted for falsehood, and no trust in their veracity remained, as Allah the most high has said: Nay but ye yourselves have contrived the thing for your own sake.
One habitually speaking the truth
Is pardoned when he once makes a slip
But if he becomes noted for lying,
People do not believe him even when speaking truth.
Disambiguation
Certainly it is veracity, not prevarication
In this life there is much pace but less variation
For Hamlet 'To be or not to be' is a question
For Time there is no cessation
Well in people's lineaments there is no sensation
For you it can be ne-plus-ultra
For me it is verbal detoxication
In this awfully shaky world
Who has gotten a heartfelt adoration

Finding You Finally Finding Me
it is a merry go round
a roller coaster and we are the
passengers of this
exhilaration
it ends at a short time
and we take off
to find our hearts furiously beating
we run another mile
we cross another river
and climb another mountain
we like to know the limits
of our veracity
until we finally end at the top of the cliff
on a dead end
you look back
i jump down like a god
finding my right place
in the order of things.

To Poets…
Write about what you hear n’ see
Without malice or prevarication
Altho acts may deem you anomaly
Perhaps a target for brutalization
Persevere!
Strive only for the naked facts
As, truth shall justify your soul
Matters not how subjects react
Veracity shall make you whole
