Cyber Crime
Forgotten eating
sitting walking
due to cyber crime
that gushed to my
bank account
and cleared.
Penniless I
disassociated with this
having no relatives
no friends
no god no devotee.

The Scam Continued
My bank account ha ha,
I think not
My identification photo
Again I say go play with a rubber duck or something
For I'm not the ignorant fool that your so use to.
Maybe I should make up a bank name, a number, a address, a send the a random photo of a friend.
And see what happens
For it might be entertaining to see them pretend to be someone who has never left the country and try to access a bank account that does not exist.
For they are going to do one thing that is clean out your bank out
As the man who gives everything shouts, I have been ripped off.

Coca Cola Annual Award
I am not a Kuala
to sleep in a wintry-day
and be the winner of a lottery
or a gambler to bet my money
in some race to get a loot.
I won't taste Coca Cola
from the fake cyber wallah.
A fraud from the wonderful Japan
calling himself 'Promotion Manager'
sent me a letter seeming authorised,
asking me to collect the award
of 63 million Great Britain Pounds,
as I am the winner of the prize
of British Coca cola.
A large sum feared me
and my wife swam in dreams.
My honest sons envied of my being rich
suddenly by a stroke of luck.
My cute boy, a computer-wizard
found the letter fake and Sam Dako, a cheat.
He asked my e-mail id first
and my bank details next
to transfer that huge sum to my account.
Beware of some clairvoyants
who promise love, luck and money.
Be aware of the cyber criminals
who tempt you to give your bank details.
Be wary of giving your address to email-friends.
Prizes are awarded in person.
Never the gambling makes one rich.
It is a tempting and slow-killing witch.

Big Money
More info about this song in the song database
My older brother tommy was a lineman rest his soul
His job was hanging hot wires on them high-line power poles
Every morning bright and early hed climb way up in the sky
And I never understood it so one day I asked him why
Chorus:
He said it pays big money and man Im into that
It pays big money if youre willing to take a chance
Let me tell you something sonny, you ought to see my bank account
It pays big money but he sure cant spend it now
Well, my late uncle charlie was this demolition hound
Hed travel across the country blowing buildings to the ground
He carried a case of dynamite seemed everywhere he went
He smoked them big long cigars and hed wink at you and grin
Repeat first chorus
Well now the moral of this story boys, is dont go getting yourself killed
Be kind to your rich relatives they just might put you in their will
Chorus:
That pays big money and were all into that
It pays big money and big moneys where its at
Let me tell you something sonny, you ought to see my bank account
It pays big money and were rolling in it now
Chorus:
It pays big money having foolish kin
It pays big money guess I owe it all to them
Let me show you something sonny, take a look at this bank account
It pays big money; lets all spend some of it now

Two Boys Fishing
Two little boys fishing
Cheeky lads in short pants
Sitting on a river bank
Sharing sweets and fizzy drinks
Wondering what life may bring.
Two teenage boys fishing
Now shaving in the mornings
Sitting on a river bank
Talking of girls and a first time kiss
Excited by what love may bring.
Two young men at a wedding
Hard working, friends for life
One the groom the other best man
Talking softly waiting for the bride
Who comes so radiant in white.
Two middle-aged men
Abundant with family love and work
Sitting on a river bank
Talking of mortgages, school fees
And of coming Government elections.
Two old men fishing, old and grey
Grandfathers looking back at life
Sitting on a river bank
Grateful for each other's company
Sharing life's highway to God.

Careful Surfer
I am a careful surfer
I'm watchful where I go;
I slide around in cyber-space
Gently - nice and slow.
I'm careful who I take on board
Along my cyber way;
Some I leave in lifeboats
To find their own sweet way.
But it's great this cyber-surfing,
I never ever dreamed
Of all this interaction with
Whomever up I teamed.
But careful is the watchword
Those bugs are on our tail;
Hold your vessel steady, as
In cyber-space you sail.
Choose your anti-virus
And anti-malware well,
And don't forget the anti-spam -
And all the rest they sell.
Look out for E-disasters
But be careful cyber friend,
Or you and your computer
May meet a cyber end.
Yes, be a cautious surfer
Remember - nice and slow;
Look out for cyber pirates
Please - steady as you go.
But now I must be ending
My simple cyber tale,
Or you and me for always we,
Forevermore will sail
Upon the S.S. Internet,
No anchor ours to drop,
Amongst the gigs and megabytes,
And now, the Teraflops.

Song: An Average Cyber Hero
I'm your average cyber hero;
I don't exist in space.
My algorithm's zero.
I lack all human grace.
I'm your average cyber hero;
And I know my cyber place.
But my wheels are real and turning,
And burning up apace.
I'm your average cyber hero,
Writ in glyph of lower case.
An avatar of Nero,
With a second life and face.
I'm your average cyber hero,
With a cryptic clue to trace;
And I'll out-google Google,
With an engine cued to chase.
I'm your average cyber hero;
But you may think me more.
In the binaries of Zeno,
I'm both paradox and law.
I am the master gatekeeper,
I open many doors
Of perception, in this nano
World, of educated spores.
I'm your average cyber hero.
And I have no warming breath.
I endure a kind of limbo,
That's near to living death.
I'm your average cyber hero,
And I'll dive your hidden depths,
To the clearest seas I've seen below,
Your permafrost and steppes.
I'm your average cyber hero,
Who explores the world within.
A giant, not a minnow,
But a true leviathan.
I'm your average cyber hero,
And I'll plumb your secret well,
To plunge like Captain Nemo,
From a fate not unlike hell.
I'm your average cyber hero.
I'm the ghost in your machine.
Both as sleuth and dogged shadow,
You'll not escape unseen.
I'm your average cyber hero,
You dismiss by barb and scoff;
But I know your craven credo,
Won't let you turn me off!

When two friends have a common bank account, one sings and the other weeps.
Parasites On The Telephone
Everyday someone thinks of some new scam
to get money out of you.
How to fleece your bank account
with your consent.
Some tell you about a free holiday
to a fabulous destination
that you have been chosen for or won.
So listen to their speal.
Then they start asking about your bank details
and whether you have a credit card or not.
Once they start asking you that,
your best bet is to put the telephone down.
For once, you’ve given your details
over the telephone
you’ve given them permission
to fleece your account
for everything its worth and more.

Sitting In The Midday Sun
(sung by the tramp)
Im sitting by the side of a river
Underneath the pale blue sky
Ive got no need to worry, Im in no hurry
Im looking at the world go by.
Just sitting in the midday sun,
Just soaking up that currant bun,
With no particular purpose or reason
Sitting in the midday sun.
Everybody say Im lazy
They all tell me get a job you slob,
Id rather be a hobo walking round with nothing
Than a rich man scared of losing all hes got.
So Im just sitting in the midday sun
Just soaking up that currant bun,
Why should I have to give my reasons
For sitting in the midday sun
Oh look at all the ladies
Looking their best in their summer dresses,
Oh sitting in the sun.
Ive got no home,
Ive got no money
But who needs a job when its sunny. wah wah.
I havent got a steady occupation
And I cant afford a telephone.
I havent got a stereo, radio or video
A mortgage, overdraft, a bank loan.
The only way that I can get my fun
Is by sitting in the midday sun
With no particular purpose or reason
Sitting in the midday sun.
Oh listen to the people,
Say Im a failure and Ive got nothing,
Ah but if they would only see
Ive got my pride,
Ive got no money,
But who needs a job when its sunny. wah wah.
Everybody thinks Im crazy,
And everybody says Im dumb,
But when I see the people shouting at each other
Id rather be an out of work bum.
So Im just sitting in the midday sun
Just soaking up that currant bun,
With no particular purpose or reason
Sitting in the midday sun.

Just to Share Their Good Wishes
Often folks are depicted,
To be less influencial than they are.
Most times than none,
This is done by relatives and friends of some.
With a demeaning of one's character.
From an innocence that is done!
Now...
If the one who is victimized,
Wins the lottery...
Or some other monetary prize.
Relatives, friends and those unknown,
Expose themselves from beyond closed doors...
And everywhere else,
To make themselves known.
Just to share their good wishes!
And...
Of course a taste,
Of what for them they find delicious.

Sonnet: Earthly Judgements are Fallible
Let no Man judge a man for any crime;
Let none sentence him to great punishment;
For land to land, there is a changing clime;
Laws vary under the same firmament.
Accused is not always, guilty of charge;
Many a time, you can't prove innocence;
Many a criminal is always at large;
Sometimes, the law appears to be nonsense.
And these are days of high-tech cyber-crime;
Some heinous crimes occur in lock-ups too;
The crime when done, reforming man is prime;
'Tis natural for cows to only 'moo'.
Forgive the offender and win his heart;
To love your enemy worst, is an art.

A College Going Daughter's Prayer
Lord put money in my bank
And I shall call and earnestly thank
Ma who pestered Pa to bend
To her whims and bitterly end
The fight for money in my bank.....
Ma has told him it is less
What she calls the daughter's cess
For panties, knickers and monthly chum
Things so dear they hardly come
With the money in my bank........
My account should always overflow
And on my face there be a glow
I can then, dream to start
To fulfill the desires of my heart
With the money in my bank......
My sisters' told them I am down
With a viral that's profound
I am ill and need to eat
Medicines, cherries, grapes and sweets
With the money in my bank.....
Send me Lord some pleasing news
Of good money I can use
I shall end to feign and faint
Then douse the town in crimson paint
With the money in my bank

Exit strategy
Exit strategy
~
Lets empty the bank account
and walk to the station
board the first train we see
ride off into nowhere
where rails of mystery beckon
journey becomes adventure
wherever we end up
we could board another train
and ride further rails
or find a room for the night
it doesn't have to be special
just a place to rest and sleep
a bed and a warm meal
then tomorrow, same again
or some sightseeing
lets travel for a while
leave our worries behind
in a closed bank account

Cyber Gods
In the dead of the night
After minimal thought
Your wheel chair rolling
To the very same spot
Electricity power
All the fuel you need
And in front of the rays
Doing your damn solo things
Under the invisible hand
Of an artificial mom
Under the ferocious stand
Of a superficial god
And the night has come
And the cyber gods attack
And the night is lost
With the cyber gods
After serious time
Of a visional search
You detect in the flashing
The “messiah” church
She is here for your joy
And of thousands more
Gift of hyper realms
Goddess of the hardcore
Under the invisible hand
Of an artificial mom
Under the ferocious stand
Of a superficial god
And the night has come
And the cyber gods attack
And the night is lost
With the cyber gods
When the ritual is finished
And you are ready to go
With your head to the ground
As in always before
Giving thanks to an item
Giving curse to your soul
You wish you embraced
Of a truly living god
And the night has come
And the cyber gods attack
And the night is lost
With the cyber gods

Cyber Stalker Cherielyn
Cyber stalker
Preys on the web
From a call center
Bored and drab
Quite pathetic
In a mental trap
Gravely sick
All warped up
Sends phishing mails
Sends useless texts
But her efforts fail
She got me vexed
Traced her and so
This time I am
To her will go
Reveal her scam
Report her ruse
Get her banned
For cyber abuse
To jail she lands
For those who mean
To be cyber pests
Know this Cherielyn
She's one you'll detest!

Ice drop
'Ice drop! Ice drop! ' 'Bata! Magkanong ice dropp mo? '
'Ang isa ay diyes, tatlo'y beinte-singko.'
'Saan ka dadaan sa pagbabalik mo? '
'Yan ang di ko alam, di ko maseguro.'
'Sa pagbabalik mo'y dito ka dumaan,
ako ay bibili, pera'y wala pa lang.
Magwiwithdraw pa 'ko sa aking bank account.'
'Ano bang bank account ang sinasabi mo?
Batang-bata ka pa, tulo pa'ng uhog mo'
'Me bank account kami, joint kami ni Ate.
Winiwithdrawhan ko pag may emergency.'
Bata ay bumalik at ang kanyang tanong,
'Ano ba ang iyong paboritong flavor?
Munggo, chocolate ba o ito ba'y milon? '
'Ay! Kahit na ano, ang dami mong tanong! '
Habang hinihimod, ice dropp na masarap,
dumating si Ate, mata'y nanndidilat.
'Amang, alkansiya ko'y parang gumagaan,
ganoong palagi kong hinuhulugan.
'Naku Ate ako'y walang alam doon,
Mas mabuting sa 'kin, ang iyong,
'Anu-anong flavor ang ice dropp ba'y meron? '
'Iya'y masasagot ko, on that I'm very sure.'

Without earth
Eating sitting walking
Sleeping playing and
Doing everything
We are in the sky.
Sky is here and
Here the sky
There is sun
There is moon
There is star
There the cloud
The star.
In the sky
We got identity
Without earth
Value of sky
Nothing nothing.

Ex-Lovers (a found poem*, October,2012)
Borrow my allergies
uptight
as we ate grape
fruits and pinned
numb-
ers-long
Borrow my parts
grandmothers;
Sort out my bank account
sort out my bank account
ridiculously&surely
borrow me
without
an
interest
rate.
Without
love.
Without
the smallest
amount of time
without
posession&thought
Sort out my eye-blink
and piles of money
& messages-
Unpin your palms
to
me.
Unpin your palms
to
me.
And please:
Log off
without
reading
my
in-
box
without
boxing
me
out-
of:
your lipped in a secret alley:
fists.

The Time Banker
There was an exact rendering in the books of her time granted her from all her relatives, from grandparents, to siblings, from her parents and even some deposits from friends.
He moved in his chair, rose, and glided toward the window to look out as he always did when he wanted to think.
The landscape outside was soothing, the morning was crisp and his mind focused in upon essenses.
This was a good thing to be doing in life he said to himself. Here he could offer her both a future granted to her from the past and he could be there, be present, as she came to understand in her majority, the time tables he would lay out for her.
It was the best part of his job and he always had that special tingle when telling an eighteen year old what the Time Bequeathal held for her.
He stirred himself and sat back down to look at her account one more time, just to be sure of the numbers. Added up she had 613,200 hours in her account, enough to last a life time, not counting the ones she would accumulate on her own in her own life time.
There were no warps and wormholes he could discern, which might threaten that. And that was good.
You like to see a nice clean account like this, he thought to himself.
He would suggest to her some insurance against the unpredictable, against, theft and banditry, against the unforeseeable.
He heard her gentle knock and rose.
To be continued.
