Orange juice
Orange juice mom says drink
When i am sick
It can make me thick
Orange juice i have to pick
licking mom says no
Drinking i have to do
Hate orange juice, mom says i know
Vitamin C it has
And i need to take
for my own sake
Healthy it can make me
Power it can give me
Orange juice
Is all i need
When i am in lead
With the kids at the lake.! :)

Green Tea Or Juice
Green tea or juice
please don't ask anymore
'just give me anything
to quench my thirst.
Green tea or juice
please don't ask anymore
don't make me think
I've never been in your sight.
Green tea or juice
whatever
just come and join me watch the huge blue sky
while drinking...green tea? ....or juice.

Im Drinking Again
(ry cooder & jim keltner)
Yes, its me and Im drinking again
Tell everybody Im drinking again
Doctor said itd kill me
But he didnt say when
Have mercy, Im drinking again
Yes, its me and Im drinking again
Id like to dry out but I doubt if I can
My baby said shed quit me but she didnt say when
cause Im drinking again
Working two jobs, tryin to get straight
Dont need the money, just want to lose weight
Gonna get you all the things that you lack
Diamond ring and a red cadillac
Came home drunk and pushed you around
Dont you quit me baby, dont you put me down
Ill never do it again
Ill never do it again
Ill never do it again
I promise this time
I came home last night about half past four
Whole neighborhood was rocking out on my floor
And my baby was working up under the sheet
With a teenage boy that lives down the street
I grabbed a bottle, he grabbed a gun
I heard somebody holler: shoot him fore he runs
And thats the reason why Im drinking again
Tell everybody Im drinking again
You cant lick em and you just cant win
Yes, its me and Im drinking again
Aint it enough to start you drinking again
We got to live in a world full of sin
Thank you jesus for what you have done
Im sick and tired tryin to be number one
Change my suit, change my shirt
Change what I dig and get out of the dirt
Ill never do it again
Ill never do it again
Im going to get back in my gin
Im drinking again

In working on a poem, I love to revise. Lots of younger poets don't enjoy this, but in the process of revision I discover things.
Love Working On You
(jim collins/craig wiseman)
You woke up this morning
Changes were taking place
You looked in the mirror
A smile was all over your face
cause out of nowhere
Someone was there
Who dared to climb
Those walls you made
Its exciting, a little frightening
But girl dont you be afraid
Thats just the love working
Love working on you
Thats just the love working
Working on pulling you through
Cant even remember
All the sorrow that you left behind
Its a brand new day
Theres a bright new way
And your tears have turned into wine
You never forget
When your eyes met
Or just how clearly you could see
Where the turns are deep in your heart
That lead you to believe
Thats just the love working
Love working on you
Thats just the love working
Working on pulling you through
All of the while you felt forsaken
And all of the while
Loves been waiting, waiting
Suddenly you see how it could be
If we all only felt this way
And for a while girl you can see this world
Looking through the eyes of fate
Thats just the love working
Love working on you
Thats just the love working
Working on pulling you through
Thats just the love working
Love working on you
Thats just the love working
Working on pulling you through
Thats just the love working on you
Thats just the love working
Working on pulling you through

All the revision in the world will not save a bad first draft: for the architecture of the thing comes, or fails to come, in the first conception, and revision only affects the detail and ornament, alas!

Der mann im keller
How cool and fair this cellar where
My throne a dusky cask is;
To do no thing but just to sing
And drown the time my task is.
The cooper he's
Resolved to please,
And, answering to my winking,
He fills me up
Cup after cup
For drinking, drinking, drinking.
Begrudge me not
This cosy spot
In which I am reclining--
Why, who would burst
With envious thirst,
When he can live by wining.
A roseate hue seems to imbue
The world on which I'm blinking;
My fellow-men--I love them when
I'm drinking, drinking, drinking.
And yet I think, the more I drink,
It's more and more I pine for--
Oh, such as I (forever dry)
God made this land of Rhine for;
And there is bliss
In knowing this,
As to the floor I'm sinking:
I've wronged no man
And never can
While drinking, drinking, drinking.

The revision of the books of Judges, Samuel, and Kings, undertaken towards the end of the Babylonian exile, a revision much more thorough than is commonly assumed, condemns as heretical the whole age of the Kings.

Workin' On Leavin' The Livin'
In heaven everything is fine
In heaven everything's alright
In heaven everything is fine
In heaven everything is fine
In heaven
Working on livin'
I'm working on leaving
I'm working on leaving the living
Love you more than everything
Loved it more than anything
Loved everything more than anything
Working on drinking
I'm working on driving
I'm working on driving my dreams so
Working on living
I'm working on leaving
I'm working on leaving the living
In heaven everything is fine [x4]
In heaven everything's alright [both lines alternating x22]

Girls Own Juice
UH! UH! UH!...
People (UH!) start (UH!) killing (UH!) wherever she comes (UH!)
When she comes she leaves nothing to your world
And when she comes I keep bringing it back
When she comes she leaves nothing to your world
And when she comes I can visit your world!
(Girls own juice!)
She gets what she wants
(Girls own juice!)
She gets what she needs
(Girls own juice!)
I get what I need
(Girls own juice!)
I need your love
(Girls Own Love...)
UH! UH! UH!...
People (UH!) start (UH!) killing (UH!) wherever she comes (UH!)
When she comes she leaves nothing to your world
And when she comes I keep bringing it back
When she comes she leaves nothing to your world
And when she comes I can visit your world!
And when she comes... visit your world!
(Girls own juice!)
She gets what she wants
(Girls own juice!)
She gets what she needs
(Girls own juice!)
I get what I need
(Girls own juice!)
I need your love
(Girls own juice!)
She gets what she wants
(Girls own juice!)
She gets what she needs!
(Girls own juice!)
I get what I need
(Girls own juice!)
I need your love
Oh Yeah

Drinking
Christmas is all about drinking
Let’s have another peg
As if every day we don’t keep
Drinking…
Let’s have another peg
As if you and me
Need an occasion for drinking
Let’s have another peg
How about making this
Festival worthwhile…
And take a pledge to stop
Drinking?
Promises are for fools to keep
Let’s have another peg.
[Poem themed on Alcoholism]

I would say 95% of the time, because you just can't remember your lines if you're drinking alcohol. I would say about 95% of the time it was grape juice or this fake wine, which was horrible.

Drinks
Drinking lots of whisky
Can be rather risky.
Drinking gallons of gin
Can lead you into sin.
Drinking tons of brandy
Doesn't actually make you randy.
Drinking loads of rum
Can make you rather dumb.
Nothing rhymes with vodka,
Tough! ! !

Life Is Beautiful
Life is a miracle, don’t let it slip away;
Open your heart to others.
Give of yourself each day;
To See the beauty and love in everyone.
Regardless of whom they are and where they’ve been;
Some have difficult journey in life.
And they really need a friend and God;
In times of difficulties and turbulence.
Life is a God’s most beautiful creation;
Life is Good and wonderful;
Life is meaningful and joyful;
Life is fulfillment of God creation.
Life empowers us to live to the fullest;
Life is a blessing from God;
Life is a cycle of living things and living beings;
Eternal Life is a treasure of heaven.
Life is Beautiful;
Beauty of Life;
Wonder of Life;
Life Is Beautiful.

Apples
I love apples,
Apples have crunch,
Lovely red apples,
Red, pink color, punch.
I love apple pies,
Family ties,
I love apple juice,
I call it zapple juice,
Without the fizz,
Or sugary twist,
Healthy fibre, Apple is.
A rhine-land drinking song
If our own life is the life of a flower
(And that's what some sages are thinking),
We should moisten the bud with a health-giving flood
And 'twill bloom all the sweeter--
Yes, life's the completer
For drinking,
and drinking,
and drinking.
If it be that our life is a journey
(As many wise folk are opining),
We should sprinkle the way with the rain while we may;
Though dusty and dreary,
'Tis made cool and cheery
With wining,
and wining,
and wining.
If this life that we live be a dreaming
(As pessimist people are thinking),
To induce pleasant dreams there is nothing, meseems,
Like this sweet prescription,
That baffles description--
This drinking,
and drinking,
and drinking.

Working On It
Oh how Id love it girl, just you and me
Take the day and fly
But oh this job, its got the best of me
Tell you why, tell you why
Somebody above is in a desperate state
Some kind of urgency, the kind that wont wait
I say tomorrow, he say today
And the man in my head well he tell me no way
Keep working
I got eight little fingers and only two thumbs
Will you leave me in peace while I get the work done
Cant you see Im working
Oh, oh Im working on it
Oh, oh Im working on it
Well theyre coming from above me
And theyre coming from below
Yea theyre in there right behind me
Everywhere that I go
And my buddy, hes screaming down the telephone line
He say gimme, gimme, gimme
I say I aint got the time
Oh, oh cant you see Im working on it
Oh, oh Im working on it
Yea, yea, oh tell em
How Id love it girl, just you and me
Take the day and fly
But oh, this job its got the best of me
Tell you why
Well theyre coming from above me
And theyre coming from below
Yea theyre in there right behind me
Everywhere that I go
My buddy, hes screaming down the telephone line
He say gimme, gimme, gimme
I say I aint got the time
Oh, oh cant you see Im working on it
Oh, oh Im working on it
Oh, oh Im working
Oh, oh cant you see Im working on it
