Safety

Shelter,
Food,
Safety;
Come to the altar and watch my steps,
For you need prayers to move your spirit!

We're going to do everything possible to make sure that food safety is always paramount, and that we work with the industry as aggressively as we can to make sure that we're paying attention to the food-safety issues.

Food Handouts To Vagrants

There were food handouts
for vagrants in those days
when people travelled to places by walk.
If tired strangers sat at the steps
of choultries in villages,
people would give them food to eat.
And in the early morning,
they would resume their journey.
Now we see hotels all along the road
but the rate of each item is doubled.
Some tramps beg for food and shelter
and in the dawn they'd be out with
some valuables missing. In some places,
the derelicts are given shelter
but their meagre gold is looted.
The governments give freebies to people
in exchange of their votes in ensuing polls.
Yet some odd persons are out to beg and eat.
In a few days the cops find them as terror-outfits.
Some with beards come like sages
and in the morning, some nearby cages are empty,
from which a few women elope with them.
Beware of the vagrants these days!

A Food For Everything!

Meals are the food for the body;
Knowledge is the food for the mind;
Meditation is the food for the spirit;
Music is the food for the love of heart;
Dreams are the food for the consciousness;
Prayer is the food for the Almighty;
Love is the food for the living heart;
Thoughts are the food for the brain;
Colourful ink is the food for the pen;
Ideas are the food for the stories;
Truth is the food for the will;
Sun’s energy is the food for the plants;
Plants are the food for the living beings;
But one man’s food is another man’s poison!

Move In

Move in, move in
Move in, watch me move in
Invite me to a party
Hang some colour on the walls
It makes me feel like eighteen
Im gonna change things for us all
Sooner or later the music goes
I see a trace of sweat on your face
Move in, move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, watch me move in
Remember now the times we had
Our worlds turned round but thats okay
Yet, things still look the same
People dancing so much
Keep it pushing come what may
Sooner or later the music goes
I see a trace of sweat on your face
Move in, move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, watch me move in
Remember now the times we had
I see the lights are low now
But still the faces glow
A year thats full of zeros
Yet who knows what that holds
Sooner or later the music goes
I see a trace of sweat on your face
Move in, move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, watch me move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, watch me move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, move in
Remember now the times we had
Move in, watch me move in
Remember now the times we had
Lead on
Oh the music goes
And I feel it pushing on, baby
I feel its pushing
Push against me
Please, stop
I feel the music
Inside me

How Is It?

how is it
that you go to that famous beach
and there is a storm
and nobody is there
except yourself?

are you crazy? you keep asking yourself too
but you are there
not to take a swim
you are there to watch a storm
you are there to watch when everything has gone wrong
when everyone runs for safety
when everyone is busy for shelter
when everyone thinks you are crazy
and always at the wrong timing of things

what mind have you?
nothing you say
you are just crazy, you are just you, and it does not really matter somehow

who knows if you have a point too?
like the storm

Overweight with Food

Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!

Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

Righteous Attitude for Friend Thad

Righteous Attitude

The hunter rose before the dawn to watch the new day being born.
He raises prayers to Manitou as his wise father taught him to.
This brave though young is known to be a man who hunts successfully
To creatures he must kill for food he shows a reverent attitude.
When they fall victim to his bow he thanks their spirits as they go
back to the source from whence they came he knows each creature by its name.
He thanks them for their sacrifice, because he knows that success lies in following the ancient laws. Which the Great Spirit will enforce.
He has absorbed all he was taught, he kills for food but not for sport.
He sings his praise to Manitou because he knows that thanks are due. When the Great Spirit shows the way which leads him to his lawful prey.
Some days he hunts without success but still finds the will to bless
the sacred name of Manitou the way successful hunters do.
He’ll rise again tomorrow morn before the coming of the dawn
and to the Manitou he’ll pray he has a more successful day.

The Shelter Of Your Arms

In this cold world
No matter where I go
The crowds are all the same
And they among just
Evil in the sand
A face without a name
Nobody gives a hang
For what I say or do
But you
And in the shelter of your arms
I find peace and comfort and care
For I am wanted there
In this cold world
You struggle to survive
And sometimes you can fall
Youd think someone
Would lend a helping hand
Theyd sooner see you crawl
But just when life itself
Seems more than I can bear
Youre there
And in the shelter of your arms
I find strength and safety and then
I rise and start again
Just give me one good reason
To go on living
To keep on trying
For what, I ask you for what
If not for you
And all your love
To see me through
But just when life itself
Seems more than I can bear
Youre there
And in the shelter of your arms
I find strength and safety and then
I rise and start again

Something Different

The Economy and Finance,
Sometimes the question is asked not in a judgemental way;
For you know what it means to have a lover,
But do watch your steps before you destroy your economy.

Works,
Something different;
Your status,
At other times to know your muse;
But every now and then to remind you of your steps!
And like the true spirit of inclusiveness.

Syrup Sponge

Pour a pint of cream
Upon my spongy bulge!

Scoop me with a
Hefty spoon;

Taste my essence -
Do you swoon?

Feed your self-esteem; indulge
In me until you burst -

Death by syrup sponge - you're cursed!

And as the count in inches gain
Upon your weary waist, the strain
Will tell, but you'll not care -
Steeped in sponge, you're unaware!

He came by a leap to the goal of purpose, not by the toilsome steps of reason. On the instant his headlong spirit declared his purpose: this was the one being for him in all the world: at this altar he would light a lamp of devotion, and keep it burning forever.

A Guardian Angle

Alas, How hard its the lose of the feeling of being safe!
Who knows how it feels Hard to describe !
Just its like it have been centuries
Since I've lost the feeling of having a guardian angle upon my head
To have someone to know that he always cares
Whenever you go his heart will chase your steps
Near or far he always will protect your ways
Everytime You cry he will come to wipe away your aches
To be sure that he never cheats
Just because he cares
The one who believes in honesty of love sense. Whenever you knock the doors of loneliness
He will be the safety shelter to Chase away the devil of loneliness
Whenever you are he will be always there
The feeling of having a shelter how I missed being there
The feeling of being home with the tenderful hug full of care
A wide opened wings when it's stormy raining days
Alas, how much I missed to be there!

Salad is Incompatible with Life

Yes, my waist is fifty inches -
Big for me because I'm short.
And yes, I like my cheddar cheese
When partnered with a vintage port.

Okay, okay, that double cream
Is always served with pud,
And cake and biscuits with my tea
Are just no bloody good

For my poor hardened arteries,
But see my point of view,
Please dear wifey if you please,
A Salad makes me spew!

I'd rather eat a bowl of air
Than crunch away on greens;
Drink water from the toilet bowl
Or nibble on my jeans!

But salad! Are you there?
You know it makes me snappy -
So let me fill my face with grub,
Stay fat, and die young happy!

Every Need In Me

I've got to move...
From memories,
Haunting...
Every need in me!
I've got to move.

I've got to move...
From shadows,
And dark places.

I've got to move...
From despairing melodies,
That keep me in such solitude...
And,
Deep dark gloomy moods!
I've got to move.

I've got to move...
To open all closed windows.
And,
I've got to move...
More than two steps away from doors.

Closed within I've been.
And I've got to...
Leave behind memories,
Haunting...
Every need in me!

I've got to move.
I've got to move...
From memories,
Haunting...
Every need in me!

I've got to move.
I've got to move...
From memories,
Haunting...
Every need in me!

I've got to move.
I've got to move...
From memories,
Haunting...
Every need in me.

I've got to move.
I've got to move.
I've got to move...
From memories,
Haunting...
Every need in me.

Spirit In You

Under your skin theres something beckoning,
Theres something that makes me believe in you.
Behind your eyes, thats where the sacred lies,
You know I need to get through.
Oh here I go again.
Through the undergrowth again;
Feel the earth move, the planets spin
But I cant get through.
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
That I want to find.
Ive seen your face, the one your mother made.
Now let me see what makes you really move.
I know youre scared, I know its tender there,
Just let me closer let me get through.
O here I go again,
Through the undergrowth again,
Feel the earth move, the planets spin
But I cant get through.
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
That I want to find.
And when you make me feel
When you make me bleed,
My lucky stars fall down on me.
You know I need to know you,
I need to see,
I need to take ahold of whats underneath.
So close your eyes, close your eyes,
Unlock your mind, unlock your mind,
Throw off the fear, and let us fly.
O here I go again,
Through the undergrowth again;
Feel the earth move, the planets spin,
But I cant get through.
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
That I want to find.
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
Its the spirit in you,
That I want to find.

Sonnet: Our Family-Carriage to Heaven

God drives our family-carriage with four wheels-
Love, harmony, forbearance, piety;
His whip of grace goads parent horses’ heels;
Their faith in Jesus sees eternity.

All children act as passengers at first;
Some take their turn as horses very soon;
They run with crosses on footsteps of Christ;
The Bible’s words are Manna-like food- boon.

God-Driver guides the carriage in His lanes-
Narrow and straight, and guarded by angels,
As light of heaven, Holy Spirit rains;
God’s mercy-mantle has Lord’s safety-bells!

The carriage moves on swiftly, by prayers;
Of siblings, saints, prophets and soothsayers!
