Loyalty Does Not Come Cheap
We are all victims of the circumstances around us and,
Your lips took mine in the name of love!
But, what is written is already written.
Bedtime delights and bedtime love,
Bedtime stories and bedtime acts;
And like the bold and the beautiful with,
The glory of the hearts to share with each other.
The sex of the unborn child is like,
The very name of the unborn child!
But, the eleventh rain comes to make us fall asleep;
However, in this world, people call sin enjoyment.
Loyalty does not come cheap in this world,
With money at hand to put your back to the ground!
And, you have to buy your way through at times.
No matter how great or how strong a person is,
We still have enemies around us! !
However, exotic are your moves on this love;
But, we are all victims of the circumstances in this world.

My Bed Time
The bed time I miss
I miss when you told me to get ready for bed. I miss having you tuck me in at night., reading a bedtime story and if I was good a little melody. Then afterwards you would turn my nightlight on and say okay Kay-Kay it’s bedtime. Then you would sing a lullaby till I fell asleep. I miss your voice. I miss all the times we have spent together. I just miss you. I would give my life for you. I miss my bedtime with you. Then I miss you waking me up in the morning

Wrestling A Foe
To wrestle a foe is suggesting a crime,
May werewolves regulate our passes,
This time no help is at bedtime.
Your nation lies ahead as we climb,
May strangers lurk in the dark gases,
To wrestle a foe is suggesting a crime.
Combatting the burden on our mime,
May dangers damage the glasses,
This time no help is at bedtime.
Yesterday, the day was like the lime,
Will they not be sour and sweet as lasses?
To wrestle a foe is suggesting a crime.
May today ask for sentences as longtime,
Yet the nights swing in masses,
This time no help is at bedtime.
The darkness eventually arrives in the meantime,
Selling effort over as if in classes,
This time no help is at bedtime,
To wrestle a foe is suggesting a crime.

Mimis Song
Spoken:
You know tonight is a very important night
For me for a number of reasons
My little girl is here tonight
And I dont think you understand
What its like being the daughter of
Someone whos always gone
Its kind of scary and its kind of lonely
And I guess she thinks to herself sometimes
Is mummy ever going ever gonna come home?
And so my daughter looked up at me
Last week and she said mummy
When are you just gonna stay home
One day and be with me?
And so it kinda struck me funny
And I didnt realize that I hadnt spent
Anytime with her for a long time
So I sat down and wrote down this song
After she went to bed
And I told her tonight when it was bedtime
I would sing her son
I bet you ask yourself
Why Im never there
Its not because I like being away
You see Ive made a spectacle of myself
And it seems that the whole world needs me
I understand when you cry alone
And mamas not there to wipe your eyes
You see its only because
Im out being someone to make you cry
I got a little letter
And I read it on the plane
And in my heart I felt a funny kind of pain
I wish that I could be there
To touch your face again
Mimi youre beautiful
Mimi youre mine
And other things that I do in my life
Seem to take up all your precious time
Theres so much I long to say
So much more I long to do
But I guess its all just have to wait
Till I can get to see you
Mimi youre mine
Oh, mimi youre mine
Oh, mimi you fill my life
You fill my life with so much love
Cause youre beautiful
And you love me
And youll understand
Mimi its bedtime say goodnight
Goodnight

A Letter To The Unborn Child
A simple letter to the unborn baby.
Dear: Unborn child
just incase you make it to this world bear in mind that you are entering a world with no mercy a world with no heart a world where a smile its a greened face.
Dear child all of your beliefs should be wise. Human dont live forever. Ey even that same womb which gave you birth can turn its back on you even that guy who transfered you to be fertilised can turn tables yes i a talking.
Even that friend you grow with and trust wont be arround at all times when needed
yes it is still me
Dear child even that money that you chuck in your pocket wont protect you
not even that gun you will carry
not even that intelligence you have not even that church you go to not even that school you go to
dear unborn baby troubles arent supposed to be kept inside they destroy you.
That smoking habit
if i said too much you will tell me.

(Choices Poem) Circumstances Unending
If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay
To let the one you love go for the better
Or the happiness of poverty in suffering
Like a mother choosing for a child
you must make the decision out of true love.
Forever the greater good.
The eagle looks upon us all with his eyes.
Only if I could see it that way.
If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay
When you do such a thing their is no going back
Chasing after something you threw away.
All in a attempt to be the better man.
The homeless playing a game of kick the can.
Nobody ever wins.
It is to pass time as it will always do.
If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay
Regret and bitter
Feelings that will never sit well with you
Your determined to overcome, and it not be prolonged
She is gone.
Forever a bad choice.
That you wouldn't want to change.
If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay
The portrait of your face betrays the feeling inside.
The things you try to bury and hide.
At one time you were happy.
At one time you smiling and so full of spirit.
But now you fall into a very empty depression.
If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay
No one will come and pick you up.
If you fall it will be you last one.
Like a soldier you still march as if you were still on call.
Duty and service is all you've ever known.
And now a world sits before you.
And still your all alone.
If you had to choose what would you do
Circumstances unending
A victim of life
A victim of death
A victim of compromises
A heart in pain either way.
To make your world a little more okay

Love Affair
Its not just a love affair, its all or nothing
Do I bet it all on love? , or change and freak out?
When the chances come my way
Will they up and dissappear?
Will it ever go my way?
Or am I out of here?
Therell be tears before your bedtime
You mark my words
You wanted more than I could give you
You wanted more than you could have
Its not just a love affair
Its now or never
Could I give it all to you?
Is that what were about?
If I hold you, will you stay?
Or will you up and dissappear?
Be forever and a day
Like your letter said
Therell be tears before your bedtime
You mark my words
You wanted more than I could give you
You wanted more than you could have
When the chances come my way
Will they up and dissappear
Will it ever go my way
Or am I out of here?
Therell be tears before your bedtime
You mark my words
You wanted more than I could give you
You wanted more than you could have
(loves growing stronger every day)
(loves growing stronger every way)

A Distressing Bedtime
It is now bedtime, the soldier of times,
We sleep half of the night, just tonight.
The rooms of a leap year are vast,
It was bedevilled with ghosts far too superior
To the motley crew of ghouls last year,
A clue of them died, like a crown of kings.
Distressing paws of blood escaped just past the day,
A dialect arrived by mind, of a faraway language.
The paws of a wolf became the dream of a naughty kind,
Lines of light arrived and departed.
It was now bedtime again, the very next night,
Full of mystery and suspense.

Money Machine
When I was just a child
My life was, oh, so simple
And the ways of the great world
Seemed strange and funny
Then when I was a young man
I learned of that machine
That turns out all those bails of precious money
Now you can measure you manhood by it
You can get your children to try it
You can bring your enemies to their knees
With the possible exception of the north vietnamese
It takes a strong hit from the money machine
Sitting on top, on top of the world
Strong hit from the money machine
Sitting on top, on top of the world
General motors and ibm
Afl-cio and all the kings men
When I began the game
See me singing bout fire and rain
Let me just say it again
Ive seen fives and Ive seen tens
It was a strong hit from the money machine
Sitting on top, on top of the world
Strong hit from the money machine
Settle up top, on top of the world
(money, money, money)
(give me that dough)
(mine, mine, mine)
Been living in the lap of luxury too long
Please, mr. dj, wont you play my song
Maybe my baby will listen on the radio
Come back home to me
Help me spend my dough
I need a strong hit from the money machine
Sitting on top, on top of the goddamn world
I need a strong hit from the money machine
Strong hit from the money machine
Sitting on top, on top of the world
Money, money, money

To Be A Child Again
To Be a Child Again by Kenny Davis
I see the children of today
Their smiles take me away
To my times as a child
And the games that I would play
To be a child again
Means to be taken to an imaginary place
Where a box could be a house or race car
Or a ship in outer space
To be a child again
Means Mother is God in my eyes
My father is like my hero
Like Superman in the skies
To be a child again
There are many times, I would smile from ear to ear
I would jump into my parent’s loving arms
With nothing left to fear
To be a child again
Full of bedtime stories and fairy tales
Whether it was Jack and the Beanstalk
Or Jack and Jill with their water pails
To be a child again
My life filled with Mother Goose
The tails of Humpty Dumpty
And Green Eggs and Ham from Dr. Seuss
Now that I have grown
I recall my times as a child
So young, so innocent
So reckless and wild
To be a child again
My parents would wipe away every tear
It is all of those tender moments as a child
That I will always hold dear

The Banana's Lullaby
When grandma wished to keep her fruit
Her apples she would take
And put them on a bed of straw
At rest, but wide awake;
But newer days have newer modes,
And now, that it may keep,
They give an orange opiates
And sing it off to sleep.
And they're telling bedtime stories to bananas,
And rocking little raspberries to rest.
They will dope an apple silly,
And it wakes in Piccadilly
From a beauty sleep that makes it look its best.
It seems a heartless kind of trick
To play on helpless pears;
To lull them off to slumberland
And soothe their nervous cares,
Only to wake them up again,
Weeks after, on a plate,
On the day of execution
To announce their cruel fate.
But they're telling bedtime stories to bananas,
And putting plums to by-by on a ship,
And they never have a notion
They have been across the ocean,
So they even miss the pleasure of the trip.

I'd love to do some bedtime stories for kids or that kind of thing. But with the demands of the shooting schedule and balancing the demands of being a single mother, it's a wonder you can squeeze in anything.

Intro:
To my unborn child
(ohh)
To my unborn, unborn child

To my unborn child
(ohh)
Did everything I could to make it up for you
Dont worry bout what people sayin
To my unborn

Verse one:
Now ever since my birth
Ive been cursed, since Im born to wil
Incase I never get to holla at my unborn child
Many things learned in prison
Bless the still livin
Tryin to earn every penny that Im gettin
And reminiscin
To the beginnin of my mission
When I was conceived, & came to be in this position
My momma was a panther loud
Single parent, but she proud
When she witness baby boy rip a crowd
The school, but I dropped out
And left the house
Cause my momma say Im good for nothin
So Im out
Since I only got one life to live
God forgive me for my sins
Let me make it and Ill never steal again
Or deal again
My only friend is my misery
Wanting revenge for the agaony they did to me
See my life aint promised
But it sure gettin better
Hope you understand my love letter
To my unborn child
Chorus:
Ohh
Im writing you a letter
This is to my unborn child
(to my unborn)
Wanna let you know I love you
(to my unborn child)
Love you, but you dont know I feel this way [i feel]
(to my unborn)
I think about you everyday
I have so much to say
(to my unborn child)
Verse two:
So complicated to escape fate
And you can never understand til we trade places
Tell the world I feel guilty to being anxious
Aint no way in hell, that I could ever be a rapist
Its hard to face this
Cold world on a good day
When will they let the little kids in the hood play?
I got shot 5 times, but Im still breathin
Livin proof theres a god, if ya need a reason
And I believe in my own fate
Will I raise my kids in the right or the wrong way?
Dear mamma ima man now
I wanna make it on my own, not a handout
Make way for a worldwhind prophesize
I wanna go in peace
When I gotta die
On these cold streets
Aint no love, no mercy, and no friends
Incase you never see my face again
To my unborn child
Chorus:
Ohh
Im writing you a letter [Im writing you a letter]
(to my unborn child)
This is to my unborn child
Wanna let you know I love you
(to my unborn child)
Love you, but you dont know I feel this way [ohh I love you]
(to my unborn child)
I think about you everyday [everday]
I have so much to say
Verse three:
Dear lord, can ya hear me?
Tell me what to say to my unborn seed
In - case I pass away
Will my child get to feel love
Or all we all just cursed to be street thugs
Cause being black hurts
And even worse if you speak first
Livin my life as an outlaw
What could be worse?
Cause maybe if I tried to change
Who Im kiddin?
Ima thug, til I die
Ima ridah man
Touch bases
Eat lunch in plus places
Regular criminal oasis
Awaits us
If theres a ghetto for true thugs, Ill see you there
And Im sorry for not being there
Just know your daddy was a soldier
Me against the world
Bless the boys and all my little girls
Tell the lord Im eternal
Restin in peace please
Take care of all my seeds
To my unborn child
Chorus:
[ohhhh]
Im writing you a letter
This is to my unborn child [to my unborn child]
(to my unborn child)
Wanna let you know I love you
(please take care of all my kids, my unborn child)
Love you, [i love you] but you dont know I feel this way [how I feel]
(to my unborn child)
I think about you everyday
I have so much to say
Pac over repeated chorus:
This letter goes out to
Born seeds that I might not get to see
Cause of this lifestyle
Just know your daddy loved you
Got nothing but love for you
And all I wanted was for you to have a better life than I did
Cause I was out here on a 24 hour, 365 grind
When you get to be my age, youll understand
Just know I got love for ya
And I see that theres a ghetto up in heaven
Theres a ghetto heaven and ima be there
Ha, take care, run wild, be smart
Follow the rules of the game
Maybe sometimes its confusin
But the rules of the game is gonna get you through it
All day, everyday
Watch out for these saints and fakes
First comin down to death
Be an individual, work hard, study
Get your mind straight, trust nobody

No matter how often a man quarrels with his wife he doesn't do so during the hours lending to bedtime.
What is a Grandfather?
What is a Grandfather?
A Friend, a confidant, and a mentor
That is what a Grandfather is.
Call him Grandfather, Grandpa, or even Pappy.
Just a thought of him and your heart is happy
A kindly face and snow-white hair
In his gentle eyes there is no disappointment
There is no despair
A whisper, a smile and secrets to share
A bond that is beyond compare
Fishing poles and bedtime stories.
Dressing as Santa, or even the Easter bunny
Hidden pockets full of money
JPM 1/21/2008
My once upon a time, baby
Baby, I'll lead you somewhere better
Take my hand, and I'll take away the ghosts that scream in your head
I'll dress you up in pretty dresses, take out that priceless smile,
you look so fine
Massage your red raw knees
Wipe that frown off your angel face
I'll lead you to places so beautiful, not even mama dears bedtime stories can compare.
Be the Cinderella they never saw, but I gazed at all day.
I’ll be your prince charming if you say so, babe
Your mine, and I’m yours if you say so.
Just take my hand, and be my sleeping beauty as I awaken you from your nightmares,
With one smooth kiss…
We’ll begin our happily ever after……….

If This World Was Mine
If this world were mine, I would stop people from killing each other.
I would give money to the poor.
If this world were mine, I would stop people from selling drugs to little kids.
If this world were mine, I would make sure that kids would go to school.
I would make sure there was enough food to eat.
If this world were mine, I would stop the war.
If this world were mine, I would make sure fathers paid child support.
If this world were mine, I would try to make this world a better place to live in.
If this world were mine, I would stop people from drinking and driving.
If this world were mine, we would all love each other as one.

The Naked and The Dead
Naked I walk through the town but no one sees me
no more than they see a shadow on a sun drenched
wall… and I awoke my son´s name, he who was
not born twenty years ago. My son I have given you
a grand education, all my money has gone to make
you middle class and respected in this town…speak
now and stop your silence I need your support and
do not be ashamed of your father who swam from
the sea penniless but begat you my wonderful child
unborn, cause your mother wanted to be attractive
forever. You are what I never became a person of class.
Do not leave me know, do not be ashamed of your
sailor father who had nothing to give but his love for
an unborn child. Night is so long I wait by the phone,
just one call to tell me you have been successful and
that you love me.

Sanctify Yorself (Dub)
Is this the age of the thunder and rage
Can you feel the ground move 'round your feet
If you take one step closer, it'll lead to another
The crossroad above is where we meet
I shout out for shelter, I need you for something
The whole world is out, they're all on the street
Control yourself, love is all you need
Control yourself, in your eyes
Sanctify yourself, sanctify
Be apart of me, sanctify
Sanctify yourself, sanctify
Sanctify yourself, set yourself free
In pictures of living, in bloodshot a vision
Sweet miracles and strange circumstances
I see the sun up, the showdown, the cool winds that blow down
On the big beat that life-long romance is
You've got a gun in your hand, you're making self plans
Stay with me all through the night
Control yourself, love is all you need
Control yourself, open up your heart
Sanctify yourself, sanctify
Be apart of me, sanctify
Sanctify yourself, sanctify
Sanctify yourself, set yourself free
You can't stop the world for a boy or a girl
Sweet victims of poor circumstances
But you can pour back the love, sweeping down from above
Giving hope and making more chances
Well, I hope and I pray that maybe someday
You'll come back down here and show me the way
Control yourself, love is all you need
Control yourself, open up your heart
Open up your heart
Sanctify yourself, sanctify
Sanctify yourself, sanctify
Sanctify yourself, set yourself free
