Yes, I know Im late gettin home tonight
Can supper wait, I quess I lost my appetite

Man will put his trust in woman

Typical Summer Day
Today was just great
Swimming with friends
This lake is the perfect place
To learn how to swim
The very first time
Talking and talking
Floating about on the lake
Waves drifting us on in
While we talk away
A friend from a far
That is coming this summer
Not being able to wait
We take a little walk
And there it is
A car with that plate
On knocking the door we go

When A Friend Goes Away
What hurts is when a friend leaves you
When a friend deceives(intentionally trick or mislead) you
When a friend dies
And nobody has a clue
Nobody knows why
When a friend a close friend moves
When a friend diverts (turns) away from you.
For the littlest reason
When a friend dies
When you’re able to see it coming in their eyes
When you think they went other than heaven because their decisions were always unwise
When the demise (time quickly ends) of death quickly comes
You always ask why
Why when they had so much bligh (power)

But there was to much on their plate
But surely faded away

Magnificent and Glorious
We have embarked upon the horizon
Of higher consciousness.
Its affects are disturbing...
As it processes an effectiveness.
Traumatized will be those,
Holding onto scattering beliefs.
A race to deny its presence among us...
Will greet those with defeat.
Since its dominance is complete!
We have embarked upon the horizon

There's lonely hearts in Arkansas, there's truckers in Des Moines
all there to keep me company in the early morn.
A world unknown to daytime is forever going on
the airways of the nation between midnight and the dawn.
Late nite radio, take it everywhere I go. My best friend when I'm lonely is my late nite radio.
Well I turn the dial, a little bit past one-o-one point two
in time to catch the news and see who's shooting who.
Then I hunt around for old songs, they're so good to hear again.
To think of how it was, imagine how it might have been.
