Sonnet-My Poetry
Alone, I stir a cauldron of a brew,
The brew of Poesy, voluminous;
The aroma is great; so is the hue;
And formula-Inspiration, toil plus.
The consistency improves with more time;
The quantity has swollen to the brim;
The quality has been my concern prime.
The taste is set to my fancy and whim.
My magic- potion is more than ready;
And it will stay unspoilt over ages;
I feel not weary but happy, steady,
For time will pay me laurels as wages.
My job tho' more than half-done continues,
I'll get my limelight soon and hit the news.

Cauldron
Beneath the cauldron, the fire crackles
while above it and old witch cackles
as she stirs her brew and popping in ingredients.
Web of spider, eyelash of newt,
wart of toad and little boy blue’s flute.
She looked around and cackled some more
as the bubbles in the cauldron multiplied more.
She added even more ingredients;
toenail of bat, stinger of bee,
skin of snake and droppings of mole.
The old witch continued to stir her stew,
as it must be served piping hot.
She then mumbled incantations over the bubbling brew.
The problem was who would eat it.
She turns and looks my way with a big bow in hand.
Shaking my head, no thank you,
get some other mug to have your stew.

Strange Brew
By eric clapton, gail collins and felix pappalardi
Strange brew -- kill whats inside of you.
Shes a witch of trouble in electric blue,
In her own mad mind shes in love with you.
With you.
Now what you gonna do?
Strange brew -- kill whats inside of you.
Shes some kind of demon messing in the glue.
If you dont watch out itll stick to you.
To you.
What kind of fool are you?
Strange brew -- kill whats inside of you.
On a boat in the middle of a raging sea,
She would make a scene for it all to be
Ignored.
And wouldnt you be bored?
Strange brew -- kill whats inside of you.
Strange brew, strange brew, strange brew, strange brew.
Strange brew -- kill whats inside of you.

Love Potion
Chorus
I'll brew you a love potion
Even if it takes me five days
Five days would certainly be worth
All this pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
End chorus
I'll wait for you by the fireside
Even if it takes me all night
All night would certainly be worth
Getting rid of this pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
I'll brew you a love potion
Even if it takes me five days
Five days would certainly be worth
All this pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
I'll sit with you, alone there
Sharing stories and trading laughs
Those laughs would all be worth
This pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
I'll brew you a love potion
Even if it takes me five days
Five days would certainly be worth
All this pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
Later on we'll sit there, old as dust
And you'll wish you could have willed me away
But I'll hold you close as we die
These days would certainly be worth
All this pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
I'll brew you a love potion
Even if it takes me five days
Five days would certainly be worth
All this pain you've secretly been giving me
But you didn't know it
At the end of life I'll wish to bring
Those old days back from the dead
Relive them over and over again
When I brewed you that love potion
And it took me five days
Five days were certainly worth
All that pain you blasted me with
But you didn't know it
And now you know it
It's too late, you fell in love
You fell in love potion
Like the one I brewed for you
The Grand British Brew
I declare unto you there's a brew that is true,
Golden brown until we make it white;
It's drunk in the morning, it's drunk after noon,
In the evening, and also at night.
The procedure to make this infusion
Is quite ceremonial in China;
But this king of all drinks well deserves it,
To be honest there's just nothing finer.
Some take it with milk, some take it without,
Then the question is: 'One lump or two? '
But whatever the colour or sweetness of taste,
You can't beat The Grand British Brew.
If your preference is for the Darjeeling,
Earl grey or 'P.G.' or 'Typhoo, '
It makes not a farthing of difference,
You're choosing The Grand British Brew.
Now the yankees would drown us in coffee,
The fed's, in their wisdom, would too;
But that bean is a poor substitution
For the leaf in The Grand British Brew.
I've tried every other refreshment
That the world has to offer to me,
But I find myself always returning
To the brew that is true: to my tea.

Magic Potion
Magic potion it’s not
in your
closet or an ocean…
some people
May see what you
mean to me…
My love is like a magic
potion can you believe
It’s a strong emotion…
Magic potion really
isn’t just a
Strong emotion it posses
Your mind in just a matter of time..
Oh how I wonder
will you be mine? ...
It’s not just my love thing or some
Old fling…magic potion? ? ? ! !

Bitchs Brew
I tell ya kinky
You foxy little flirt
I caught you in the biar path
Liftin up your skirt
Well let me tell ya
What you been doin in the firepatch
What you been doin with your little skirt
Got....
Youve been foolin with the bitchs brew
You know the things I told you not to do
You fell into the briar patch
Aint nothing gonna save your ass
Remember the things you said
The saving and the screams for bread
And now you just walked away
So take it away, all the way
Youre fooling with the bitchs brew
That aint the thing you ought to fool with
Now you keep your fingers out of there, honey
You know that aint no there
The way that you really feel
Down the parts on the way you deal
Where the witch is sight
And the things that you fight
(oh God)
Youve been messin with the bitchs brew
Now dont you know who youre talking to
Say youre talking to the bitchs who
Tell me you never really cared
The voodoo man eyes of fire
The hoodoo man most desire
The bitches are out n smooth
Tell from the light of the moon
(yodle-lay-lay-lay, yeah, yeah, yeah, come on)
Ive been thinkin
Had my hands through the sense of time
Yeah, and Ive been drinkin
Just to make this here song rhyme
Youre foolin with the bitchs brew
Now dont you, dont you, dont you, dont you...
Dont go foolin with the bitchs brew...

Dead Ringer For Love (feat. Meat Loaf)
Meat Loaf feat. Cher - Dead Ringer For Love
Meatloaf: Every night I grab some money and I go down to the bar
I got my buddies and a beer, I got a dream, I need a car
You got me begging on my knees, c'mon and throw the dog a bone
A man he doesn't live by rock 'n roll and brew alone
Baby baby, baby baby
Rock 'n roll and brew, rock 'n roll and brew
They don't mean a thing when I compare 'em next to you
Rock 'n roll and brew, rock 'n roll and brew
I know that you and I we got better things to do
I don't know who you are or what you do, or where you go when you're not around
I don't know anything about you baby, but you're everything I'm dreaming of
I don't know who you are, but you're a real dead ringer for love
A real dead ringer for love
Cher: Ever since I can remember you been hanging 'round this joint
You been trying to look away but now you finally got the point
I don't have to know your name and I won't tell you what to do
But a girl she doesn't live by only rock 'n roll and brew
Baby baby, baby baby
Cher and Meatloaf: Rock 'n roll and brew, rock 'n roll and brew
They don't mean a thing when I compare 'em next to you
Rock 'n roll and brew, rock 'n roll and brew
I know that you and I we got better things to do
I don't know who you are or what you do, or where you go when you're not around
I don't know anything about you baby, but you're everything I'm dreaming of
I don't know who you are, but you're a real dead ringer for love
A real dead ringer for love
Meatloaf: Ooh you got the kind of legs that do more than walk
Cher: I don't have to listen to your whimpering talk
Meatloaf: Listen you got the kind of eyes that do more than see
Cher: You got a lotta nerve to come on to me
Meatloaf: You got the kind of lips that do more than drink
Cher:You got the kind of mind that does less than think
But since I'm feeling kinda lonely and my defenses are low
Why don't we give it a shot and get it ready to go
I'm looking for anonymous and fleeting satisfaction
I want to tell my daddy I'll be missing in action
Ever since I can remember I've been hanging 'round this joint
My daddy never noticed, now he'll finally get the point
Meatloaf: You got me beggin' on my knees, c'mon and throw the dog a bone
A man he doesn't live by rock 'n roll and brew alone
Baby baby, baby, baby
Cher and Meatloaf: Rock 'n roll and brew, rock 'n roll and brew
I know that you and I we got better things to do
Rock 'n roll and brew, rock 'n roll and brew
They don?t mean a thing when I compare ?em next to you
I don't know who you are or what you do, or where you go when you're not around
I don't know anything about you baby, but you're everything I'm dreaming of

Livin In The Limelight
**everybody wants to be a star
Living in the limelight
A big house and a fancy car
Living in the limelight
Everybody gonna know your name
Surely pleased to meet you
Ask you for your autograph
See your latest feature
In the middle of the middle of a dream
Living in the limelight
See yourself on the silver screen
Living in the limelight
*how you gonna keep em down on the farm
Never make em happy
How you gonna keep em close to home
Everybodys leavin, headin for hollywood
Everybody has a fantasy
Living in the limelight
A personality
Living in the limelight
Hypnotisin the roar of the crowd
Living in the limelight
Never heard of stagefright
First one back for the curtain call
Fall in love with the spotlight
On the cover of a magazine
Living in the limelight
In your limousine
Living in the limelight
Everybody gonna know your name
Living in the limelight
Say, gonna be pleased to meet you
Living in the limelight
Living in the lime, living in the limelight
Living in the limelight
They go to hollywood, be a star

The Alchemist And The Mouse
Once there lived an alchemist in a strange and distant land,
So wise and famous and revered, great power he did command.
For he could turn base metal in a flash to solid gold,
And so the alchemist grew rich, as he in years grew old.
The alchemist had riches, but a mortal man was he,
And came unto his house one day, a gypsy to foresee
His fortune with a crystal ball that showed his time was nigh,
So he a magic potion made, his own death to defy.
And when this potion to give immortality was made,
He took the potion to his lips, but then his hand he stayed,
For there his pet, a small brown mouse, was sitting on his knee;
He gave the mouse a sip and waited, the effect to see.
So time it passed, the mouse it thrived, so then he drank the brew.
Now safe from death, his fame increased, and so his fortune grew.
And so the years went by, he didn't age, always was well;
He and the mouse lived on, and to them nothing bad befell.
The centuries rolled on, his friends and relatives were dead.
In time the human race was gone as onward time it sped,
But even Earth is mortal, and at last the Sun grew tired;
The Earth became a cold dark rock, its spirit had expired.
And all was black, for only feeble starlight pricked the sky,
And silence reigned for there were only two who didn't die;
There gazing out to space, the last two tenants of the house;
The sad and lonely alchemist; by his side an ancient mouse.

All In A Golden Afternoon (instrumental)
All in the golden afternoon full leisurely we glide
For both our oars, with little skill, by little arms are plied
While little hands make vain pretence our wanderings to guide
Our wanderings to guide
Ah, cruel three! In such an hour, beneath such dreamy weather
To beg a tale of breath too weak to stir the tiniest feather
Yet what can one poor voice avail, against three tongues together
Against three tongues together
Anon, to sudden silence won, in fancy they pursue
The dream child moving through a land of wonders wild and new
In friendly chat with bird or beast--and half believe it true
And half believe it true
And ever, as the story drained the wells of fancy dry
And faintly strove that weary one to put the subject by
The next time--"It is next time" the happy voices cry!
The happy voices cry!
Thus grew the tale of wonderland, thus slowly one by one
Its quaint events were hammered out--and now the tale is done
And home we steer
A merry crew
Beneath the setting sun

Bed Of Roses
On a bed of roses you lay
For here you shall stay
Your time has come it is the end
For now you can not mend
Goodbye to the world goodbye to you
It is time to say Adeu
For the time has come for you to leave
It is a blanket of life you weave
For now you say 'I must sleep,
Although I shall not wake please don't weep,
For I am happy and my heart is steady,
I am now ready'
On a bed of roses you lay
For here you shall stay

Happy
I am extremely happy
Writing a poem about happy
Cheerful and joyous
What a great day
Tremendous
That’s the word I got to say
Whenever we received good news
We will jump into ecstasy
Like a Captain telling his crew
Let’s have a party
We’ve landed
In a city of beer and brew
Bring along our money
And have fun but don’t get stranded
I am so happy
I just got my PhD
It’s time to be somebody
Become a Dean of Faculty
That’s what I would always want to be
Sarah and James were so happy
Looking at their newborn baby
And singing ‘we will love you tenderly
You can lean on us surely’
Who would not be happy
To live in a villa or mansion
To have it as your own is lucky
The luxury is always attracting an attention
For a husband and wife
A good relationship is a cause for happiness
For some they would not survive
Till they learn the right art of togetherness
For me
I am always delighted and happy
I got a good job certainly
That surplus me with loads of money
Sharing it with family
Yes I am gladly
Singing happily
While driving my Lamborghini
Those children were very happy
Having fun with mommy and daddy
Crushing popcorns while watching the movie
Coming home with toys and Barbie’s
Oh my Gosh
I have won the Olympic gold
This is the happiest moment
The excitement
Is two fold
Look who’s here
My long lost pal
The time is getting near
To celebrate once again with you gal
Some people who are about to die
Will sometimes feel happy too
They can leave without saying goodbye
Occasionally or impromptu
To die for religion
As a martyr
Without condition
And fear
Bravely
Happily
Ever after
The end of a chapter

I don't know what to say
I'm missing some reasons to stay
lift some hands to pray
thank god of this wonderful day
when a queen was born
to heal hearts that's thorned
to give hope and inspiration
for success and to accept notion
YOU MUST GIVE ME FIRST YOUR caution
JUST A KEEP AWAY POTION
its sharper than swords
and followed by lords
'THINK ITS don't go closer
, don't touch me! ! !
but I'm not a loser
neither silly
with that decision you're happy
or you don't wanna be creepy
like me
its not contagious
but it continues
i can be so dangerous
but with you I'm serious

We are the happening
This day is our day
Im in the limelight ah ah
Big on my block now ah ah
Im in the limelight ah ah

Im in love
With myself
Please dont break the spell
Or give to someone else

Do not feel you are special, let others feel so
It is natural that
Each one of us is
Special and unique
In his or her own way
Problem it becomes
When we feel strongly about it
And when no others
Come up and tell
You are special
We all do things
But will not do things
The same way others do
We have our own way
And style of doing that
Others gauge our performance
Based on the quality of the outcome
Punctuality, consistency
And very importantly
Our attitude to what we do
All of us differ in all these aspects
And in that we stay special and unique
It is but human nature
To expect others to
Recognize what is done
And come out with a word of appreciation,
Which is a sort of motivation
But others are not that generous
To tell great things about what you have done
Often they are quick to find out
The lapses in your performances
This is where, all of us get stuck
And feel bad about it
You have the right to feel
You are special and unique
But do not expect others
To feel that
You can, however, make them feel so
And recognize your great things
By the quality of performance and
Your attitude towards it
Do not feel special about you
Let others do so
By your excellence

Hot Chocolate
As a child I loved
Hot chocolate
Since then I had
Almost forgot
Growing into a
savvy adult
Coffee, wine, and
Beer was the result
The selections came with
stimulation and intoxication
But now, I have rediscovered
a wonderful inspiration
In the cold of winter…
Hot chocolate is my brew
It is satisfyingly sweet
and warms me through
Reminding me of what
I misplaced...
A childhood pleasure
of that delicious taste
