Christmas is Coming!

Christmas is coming once again!
Born will be the Babe once more;
Bringing joy to the world like rain;
This is the Truth and not folklore!

Oh, hurry and pray that the war ends;
Let peace on earth again prevail;
It's time for souls to make amends,
And see Santa Claus' trail!

Dear Robert, let's hope you do join us!
We miss you much and all your fuss;
Let's hope, you can make it somehow,
And enjoy Christmas-time and its great love!

Christmas Cookies

Chorus:
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, and bells, and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
Now Christmas cookies are a special treat
The more she bakes the more I eat
And sometimes I can't get myself to stop
Sometimes she'll wait till I'm asleep
And she'll take the ones I didn't eat
And put those little sprinkly things on top
Chorus:
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, and bells, and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
Now those sprinkly things just makes things worse
Cause it makes them taste better than they did at first
And they're absolutely impossible to resist
Some disappear to who knows where
But I make sure I get my share
And those kids just stand there waiting for the ones I miss
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
Sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
She gets mad that they're all gone
Before she gets the icing put on
Sure do like those Christmas cookies babe
Now there's a benefit to all of this
That you might have overlooked or missed
So now let me tell you the best part of it all
Every time she sticks another batch in the oven
There's 15 minutes for some kissin' and'a huggin'
That's why I eat Christmas cookies all year long!
Ah, Take it away boys
--- Instrumental ---
Chorus:
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, and bells, and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe...

I Believe In Santa Claus

I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus
I believe theres always hope when all seems lost
And I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus, Ill tell you why I do
cause I believe that dreams and plans and wishes can come true
I believe in miracles, I believe in magic too
Oh I believe in santa claus and I believe in you
I believe in family, in country and in smiles
I believe in turnin negatives to positives in life
I believe in lookin farther up the farther down we get
I believe when someone hurts us we should forgive and forget
And I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus
I believe love should prevail at any cost
And I believe in santa claus
I believe in saying what you mean and meaning what you say
I believe a better attitude can make a better way
And I believe in viewing life as a journey that were on
And lookin at our troubles as another stepping stone
And I believe that everything in life is what its meant to be
I believe there is a God somewhere although hes hard to see
I believe I am so therefore I should do all that I can
To be a better piece in the puzzle of gods plan
And I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus
I believe theres always hope when all seems lost
And I believe in santa claus
Let the little children sing it
I believe in santa claus, I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus, I believe in santa claus
Let the whole world sing it with us
I believe in santa claus, I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus, I believe in santa claus
Let the whole world sing it with us
I believe in santa claus
I believe in santa claus
I believe theres always hope when all seems lost

Santa Claus

Santa Claus
Santa Claus

Up and down the chimney
Santa Claus is coming

Its the time of the year
Oh! Yes, Santa Claus is near
Lots of presents and toys
For my good girls and boys

Santa Claus
Santa Claus

Up and down the reindeers
Santa Claus is flying

Get out your Christmas tree
His presents are for free
Made by his elves
working hard in the northpole
Make sure your Xmas stockings
do not have any holes

Santa Claus
Santa Claus

Up and down the chimney
Santa Claus is coming

Santas Coming

[verse 1:]
Christmas time is when night comes and snow falls
The seasons filled with cheer
Are the children home rushing off to bed?
Cause santa will be here
You better be ready when santa comes
So spread the love and joy
I hope youre ready when santa comes
Christmas time is here
[chorus:]
Hes coming tonight tonight
Santas on his way
Rollin through your roof with goodies on his sleigh
Hes comin tonight tonight
I hope you all been good
Santas on his way
Rollin through the neighborhood
[verse 2:]
I cant wait till santas here
I cant wait
I got my stocking hung by the fireplace
I was good throughout the year
You better be ready when santa comes
So spread your love and joy
I hope youre ready when santa comes
Christmas time is here
[verse 3:]
Sleigh bells ring are you listening?
Santas comin soon because its christmas
He knows if you been good or bad, happy or sad
So be good for goodness sake
You better not pout
You better not cry
You better not shout
Im telling you why
Santa claus is coming
Santa claus is coming to town

Here Comes Santa Claus

(words & music by autry - haldeman)
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Right down santa claus lane.
Vixen, blitzen, all his reindeer
Pulling on the reins.
Bells are ringing, children singing,
All is merry and bright.
Hang your stockings and say a prayer,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He's got a bag that's filled with toys
For boys and girls again.
Hear those sleigh bells jingle jangle,
What a beautiful sight.
Jump in bed and cover up your head,
Because santa claus comes tonight.
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He doesn't care if you're a rich or poor boy,
He loves you just the same.
Santa knows that we're god's children,
That makes everything right.
Fill your hears with christmas cheer,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
Well, here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He'll come around when the chimes ring out
It's christmas morn again.
Peace on earth will come to all
If we just follow the light
Let's give thanks to the lord above,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
'cause santa claus comes tonight

Comes Another Christmas Day!

Another year is coming to a close!
Another Christmas Day is coming near;
Another chance to make up with ones dear;
Another season to enjoy, of course!

Let’s thank the Lord for being born again;
Let’s praise the babe for bringing joy and peace;
Let’s hope that all our sinful habits cease;
Let’s spread the Word that Jesus will soon reign!

Let’s hang the star aglow for people, aye!
Let’s decorate the Christmas-tree that day;
Let’s distribute some presents like a Fay;
Let’s listen to some songs divine and pray.

Let’s send some pretty cards to ones we know;
Let’s cut a cake to show what joy can do;
Let’s eat some home-made dainty dishes too;
Let’s celebrate this Christmas Day once more!

But let our hearts be filled with grace, be pure;
The King of Kings in manger born asks this;
He came to redeem sinners for God’s bliss;
He is the savior for all mankind, sure!

Welcome Christmas

It is getting colder and colder outside
Winter is coming around the corner
and so is Christmas with all its pride
I promise it won't be getting warmer.

The nights are long and silent nowadays
Could Claus be riding his sleigh this night,
Or is there a snow storm coming this way,
Maybe Santa is checking his list to be right?

I looked above in the evening light for the thrill
of Christmas to begin and ring in happy melodies.
Once again, and for a moment I felt the cold chill
Warming me as I heard the beautiful chimes harmony.

Peace enfolded the world with glowing stars above
Christmas has come again with all its amazement
And the magic that brings the hope of course is love.
Welcome Christmas as the world awaits in enjoyment.

One more time, the Christmas tree lights shine bright
Gifts are passed around with words of great esteem
Father Christmas was here once again over night
Merry Christmas one and all and a joyous eve.

What Christmas Should Be

What wishes will you make
When the season is near
Will your dreams be the same
As they were last year
Will you ask for a little
Will you ask for a lot
And when you make your list
Will there be something you forgot
How about peace on earth
It can't be bought or sold
How about peace this Christmas
And someones hand to hold
How about love in our hearts
And hope for you and me
How about peace on earth
That's what Christmas should be
Will you get all the things
That you've been waiting for
Snowfall and presents
Choire singing at your door
This season will be perfect
Like those picture postcards seem
But is that the anwser
Is that what Christmas really means
How about peace on earth
It can't be bought or sold
How about peace this Christmas
And someones hand to hold
How about love in our hearts
And hope for you and me
How about peace on earth
That's what Christmas should be
What would you sacrifice
What would you give away
For the greatest gift of all
On Christmas day
How about peace on earth
It can't be bought or sold
How about peace this Christmas
And someones hand to hold
How about love in our hearts
And hope for you and me
How about peace on earth
How about peace on earth
It can't be bought or sold
How about peace this Christmas
And someones hand to hold
How about love in our hearts
And hope for you and me
How about peace on earth
How about peace on earth
That's what Christmas should be
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas

It’s Christmas and I Am So Very Happy

I am so happy, oh yes I am so happy,
And I don’t care what anybody else says.
I put a little Christmas tree on my shelf today,
I decorated it with bright shining lights,
And I hung ornaments on every branch available.
Yes my friends Christmas is coming faster and faster
And I am happily enjoying the moment with all its cheer.

I am just so happy and singing falalalala falallala,
And how I am laughing merrily crying hoohohhohoho
Christmas has come with something big and joyous to say
It’s the most wonderful day around the world
How can anybody shed a tear on such a day or even frown?
Blessed to all and give thanks for all who celebrate the day today
Christmas is here, and I am so happy, what is there to fear?

I am so happy yes; I am so very happy I could almost cry,
But I won’t do that unless I have a reason to, I tell you that won’t be soon
You see my story of the Little Christmas tree continues to live another year
I have it back on its stand and bringing such joy to all about.
Christmas music plays in the background singing choirs of angels to all to hear
Oh come now and rejoice the season Glory to God in the highest and peace to all
It’s Christmas let’s bring out the Champaign and celebrate the moment with someone dear.

Merry Christmas! Oh Merry Christmas and a Happy New year one and all
Let’s pray that the New Year brings a new message of hope and change to this world
I think everyone needs a miracle at this time of the year whatever it is it will be great I am sure
Maybe peace on earth and bring our soldiers safely home,
Or maybe find a cure for a painful illness or disease
Christmas is here and I am so very happy and hope a smile can make an unhappy child laugh
It is a wonderful day and the entire world has time to celebrate and forget the past year.

I'll Be Missin You Come Christmas

Did you ever really start to cry over something you just wrote?
Well I'm writing you, my dear St. Nick, it's the saddest little note.
Is it fair come this Christmas Eve that I should be alone,
when she knows how much I'm missing her, would you kindly bring her home?
This boy's letter to Santa Claus it's gonna tear him up,
when he reads how much I'm missing her it's gonna tear him up.
I'm sure if all his reindeers could arrange room on his sleigh
then I'd receive a big bright package and she'd be mine today.
I'll be missing you come Christmas, wishing hard, my dear,
missing you come Christmas, wishing you were here.
Did you ever really start to cry over something that was said?
Well, I'm writing you, dear Santa, it's the saddest thing you ever read.
Is it fair come this Christmas time that I should be without you,
you know how much I miss you, girl, won't you kindly help me through?
This boy's letter to Santa Claus it's gonna tear him up,
when he reads how much I'm missing her it's gonna tear him up.
I'm sure he'll write a special note to remind him Christmas Eve
that he has to mend a broken heart that believes in make believe.
Right above his VIP we'll be ranking number one,
no sadder request will he receive he'll know it has to be done.
Hey, Santa, if you're my friend, please take heed, it's not pretend.
This boy's letter....
I'm sure if all ....
Oh, Santa, I'll be missing you come Christmas, wishing hard, my dear,
missing you come Christmas, wishing you were here.

Christmas Comes

Christmas comes with children singing,
Christmas comes with sleigh bells ringing,
Christmas comes with frosty nights,
Christmas comes with snowball fights.

Christmas comes with Santa Claus,
Christmas comes with snowy floors,
Christmas comes with robins and reindeer,
Chsitmas comes with a hearty cheer.

Christmas comes with gold, frankincense and myrrh,
Christmas comes with Jesus' birth,
Christmas comes with angels from afar,
Christmas comes with a wondrous star.

Christmas comes now, at last,
Christmas comes, like in the past,
Christmas comes after such a long wait,
Christmas comes and it will be great.

Santas Beard

I wanna meet santa claus, the real real santa
I wanna meet santa claus, the real real santa
I wanna see santa claus, the real real santa
He wants to meet ol santa claus
I took my brother to the department store
He wanted to show santa his christmas list
He stood in line and he shook like a leaf
Hes only five and a half goin on six
He said, is that (that santa) really santa claus,
Really really (the real santa) santa claus?
Is that (that santa) really santa claus, really really santa?
(I hope he doesnt pull santas beard)
Is that (that santa) really santa claus,
Really really (the real santa) santa?
Hope he thinks thats santa claus
I picked him up and put him on santas lap
And then he pulled the pillow out of his shirt
He yanked the beard right on off of his chin
And in his eyes I could see he was hurt
He said, youre not (not santa) really santa claus,
Youre really not (the real santa) santa claus
Youre not (not santa) really santa claus,
Youre really not santa (he shouldnta pulled santas beard)
Youre not (not santa) santa claus,
Youre really not (the real santa) santa
Hes just helpin santa claus
Hes just helpin (helpin santa) santa claus,
The real (the real santa) real santa
Hes helpin (helpin santa) santa claus,
The real (the real santa) real santa
Hes just helpin (helpin santa) santa claus,

Hes just helpin santa claus

It's Time For Christmas

The star, has previewed up in the sky
It was the night of a new born child
The birth of a better world
Since this holy night
We are all celebrating Christmas
It's time for Christmas, we singing for the world
Let's live together, in harmony
It's time for Christmas, it's time to heal the world
Let's come together, it's Christmas time
Christmas
You will find your way home, together with friends who will never alone
Christmas
In all these wonderful places, different colors and different races
Peace
In the silent night, no more pain lets stop the fight
Heaven
Like a place on earth, it's Christmas time its Jesus birth
Freedom
For the human race, to make the children's world a better place
Freedom
For me and for you, heal the world and make a wish come true
Peace
It's our love supreme, for now and forever what a wonderful dream
Love
Makes the world go around, from the highest mountain to the deeground
It's time for Christmas, we singing for the world
Let's live together, in harmony
It's time for Christmas, it's time to heal the world
Let's come together, it's Christmas time
It's time for Christmas

The Celebration Of Jesus' Birthday

Each year when Christmas comes round,
I sometimes wonder if we really understand what its all about.
We are so busy talking about Santa Claus,
and rushing to the shopping malls,
trying to hurry and buy them out,
That we never stop and think
that its Jesus' Birthday,
We are to Celebrate.
This Christmas, when we open our gaily wrapped Christmas Gifts,
with their Ribbons Bows, and Tinsel,
Let us Remember its Jesus' Birthday.
That's why it's Christmas.
Like the wise men with their Gifts, of Frankincense, and Myrrh.
Let us give the wonderful gift of peace and love.
For Jesus, was born as the Saviour, of the world.
When we sit down to our Christmas Dinner.
Let us bow our heads, and pray.
Let us Remember it's a Celebration of Jesus' Birthday.

Santa Claus Is Comin To Town

(j. fred coots/haven gillespie)
You better watch out
You better not cry
You better not pout
Im telling you why
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Hes making a list,
Checking it twice;
Gonna find out whos naughty or nice.
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
He sees you when youre sleeping
He knows when youre awake
He knows if youve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake
With little tin horns and little toy drums
Rooty toot toots and rummy tum tums
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
He sees you when youre sleeping
He knows when youre awake
He knows if youve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake
Goodness sake
You better watch out
You better not cry
You better not pout
Im telling you why
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming to town
Santa claus is coming
Santa claus is coming
Santa claus is coming to town
(coming to town)
Santas a busy man he has no time to play
Hes got millions of stockings to fill on christmas day
(santa claus is coming to town)
(coming to town)
(santa claus is coming to town)
(coming to town)

Something About Christmas

There is something about Christmas,
In Santa Claus and twinkling trees,
In the joy and laughter of every child,
People kneeling in prayer on arthritic knees.

There is something about Christmas,
Though many wishes and dreams may fail.
It is something we have learned to accept
Through each Yuletide trail.

There is something about Christmas,
Something that overwhelms the heart,
And it is displayed in every household
Of thoughtful and gentle people miles apart.

There is something about Christmas,
A magnificent day for old and young,
For it seems that people are more pleasant
When the traditional carols are sung.

There is something about Christmas,
A day of grace and visions of peace
And nothing on earth can destroy it.
Joy and peace on earth will never cease.

There is something about Christmas
When church bells ring and candles glow,
Signaling that Christ was born in a manger
In the holy city of Bethlehem - years ago.

Someday At Christmas

Someday at Christmas
Men won't be boys
Playing with balms
Like kids play with toys
One warm December
All hearts will see
A world where men are free
Someday at Christmas
They'll be no wars
When we have learned
What Christmas is for
When we have learned
What life's really worth
They'll be peace on Earth
Someday all are dreams will come to be
Someday in a world where men are free
Maybe not in time for you and me
But someday at Christmas time
Someday at Christmas
We'll see a land
With no hungry children
And no empty hands
One happy morning
People will share
A world where people care
Someday at Christmas
They'll be no more tears
Where all men are equal
And no man has fears
One shinning morning
We're on our way from today
But Someday at Christmas time
Someday all are dreams will come to be
Someday in a world where men are free
Maybe not in time for you and me
But someday at Christmas time
Someday at Christmas
Men will not care
Hate will be gone
And love will prevail
Someday a new world that we can start
With hope in every heart
Someday all are dreams will come to be
Someday in a world where men are free
Maybe not in time for you and me
But someday at Christmas time
Someday at Christmas time

All I Want For Christmas …

All I want for Christmas
Is Jesus babe be born,
In every Christian home,
Where He is most welcome.

All I want for Christmas
Is Christ to give His joy,
To every home on earth,
By His scriptural birth.

All I want for Christmas
Is peace on earth for all,
In every home, nation,
By this jubilation.

All I want for Christmas
Is hope for man reborn,
As Savior King gets born,
In this world, so forlorn.

All I want for Christmas
Is reconcile with God,
Whose love is born for us,
As ‘Emmanuel’, Jesus.

Sonnet # 243

Oh, Christmas, Christmas, Christmas, Christmas time!
Give me my wish before my time to die.
Please, Christmas, listen to this sonnet`s rhyme!
Give my my wish, for it I here sing high.
Make peace on earth, and ever it to stay,
And illness kill; make happy children`s faces.
Make all the world be glee in eternal day
Where love we love and love all human races;
Hunger no more and poverty made dead.
For time the first make mind agree with heart,
And no more tears of sadness to be shed.
And from this bliss the earth ne`er to depart.
If some do laugh, but still many do weep,
Please Christmas, hear; the world its pain does keep.
