Unbelievable Dream

Fish drowned in the sea
And bird fell from the tree
Elephants began to fly
And money rained from the sky
Bullock pulled the plane
And car lifted the crane
Lions started bleating
And goats started roaring
Servant fired his maid
And Hitesh became a poet great.

A Poem Of Syntax

A poet and his bird, his dog, his cat and his tree
A poet and the bird in the tree
A poet and his dog in the tree
A poet and his dog in the tree and the wind and the cloud
The bird in the tree, the dog in the tree, the cat in the tree,
The bird in the tree, the dog on the tree, the cat under the tree,
The bird on the tree, the bird in a tree, a bird in a tree, a bird in the tree,
And the wind and the cloud and the poet and his dog and his cat and the tree

The dog chases the cat the cat chases the bird
And they all arrive in that tree
Where the poet is sitting under that tree
The poet takes the dog and the cat was envious
And the bird looks at them in silence
The silence looks at the poet in the eye
Of the cat and the bird flies away
The poet and the dog is the poem of friendship
The cat and the dog is the poem of the endless natural quarrels
And the bird that flies away against the cat and the dog and the poet and the tree
And flies against the wind that the bird is now fighting
And the clouds that seem so blue and blue

The bird that actually flies away
Is actually me
I was not the poet with the dog

I am not the tree I am not the wind I am not the cloud I am not the poet there who had a dog as friend and I was not the quarrelsome thing from the blue and out of the blue

I am the bird with wings and I always fly away to places
Against the wind to places where I can be as always be the bird with wings in silence

The Four Friends

Ernest was an elephant, a great big fellow,
Leonard was a lion with a six foot tail,
George was a goat, and his beard was yellow,
And James was a very small snail.

Leonard had a stall, and a great big strong one,
Earnest had a manger, and its walls were thick,
George found a pen, but I think it was the wrong one,
And James sat down on a brick

Earnest started trumpeting, and cracked his manger,
Leonard started roaring, and shivered his stall,
James gave a huffle of a snail in danger
And nobody heard him at all.

Earnest started trumpeting and raised such a rumpus,
Leonard started roaring and trying to kick,
James went on a journey with the goats new compass
And he reached the end of his brick.

Ernest was an elephant and very well intentioned,
Leonard was a lion with a brave new tail,
George was a goat, as I think I have mentioned,
but James was only a snail.

It Was A Living Guard (Parody)

It was a living guard
I think, when reality
started. That walked off his piece of lawn
feeling affectionate,
laying down his head and wordless
against the tree,
became friends with it.

A first tree
from which he as a guard
paced off his way,
while it screamed next to him,
he pulled
and the stem was stripped off to the top,
until he saw:
the awakening of a young branch
that after the first pruning
carefree
started flowering.

But when the tree started to shake and offspring
started budding into the corner of the garden,
growing under the tablecloth,
to the woman, nobody in that summer
thought
to tell the guard
about the meaning. It was a living guard,
if I do not have it wrong,
that walked away from his piece of lawn.

Spring

The world was overcome with cold,
Everything seemed frozen or dead,
The snowdropp flower acted bold,
And caused a change that would soon spread,
The sun was warmed so sought to aid,
Hoping that others would be led,
In time the chill started to fade,
Which in turn woke a young maid,
The maiden gained the touch of life,
For she picked a flower she thought nice,
Which was the one that fought through strife,
She then sought to craft paradise,
Everything the maiden spied,
Gained beauty with which to entice,
Till the entire countryside,
Was fill with beauty far and wide,

The world again had its old charm,
For with life it began to teem,
The cold seemed to have done no harm,
As though it'd been but a bad dream,
As sunlight freed the land from gloom,
Vibrant colours began to gleam,
For nature took its cue to bloom,
Infusing the air with perfume,
The sights seen were so singular,
The sky formed and then cried a tear,
What was yet more irregular,
It cried till it gave cause to fear,
There was an extensive downpour,
For skies were no longer clear,
It rained and rained and rained some more,
Which had effects none could ignore,

Showers made beauty hard to see,
As it lessened nature's appeal,
Blossom was shed from every tree,
As a result of the ordeal,
The maiden was notably keen,
To somehow once again reveal,
How nature can appear serene,
And to restore the sights once seen,
The maiden tried to save all in reach,
but the rain had dampened her touch,
Tries were had but failure met each,
And so nothing changed all that much,
From herself the maid feared reproach,
But to hope she would tightly clutch,
So as more change was to encroach,
She sought to think up a new approach,

The maid then used paint for her aim,
So all the bright colours could stay,
She made sure nothing looked the same,
And made a beautiful display,
The rain continued to pour down,
And soon washed all the paint away,
To the sun heads turned to complain,
Hoping that it was not in vain,
Those on earth had the last laugh,
Getting through to the sun proved tough,
So a bird went on their behalf,
Though aware the trek would be rough,
The brave bird gave the sun a brief,
And told him enough was enough,
He outlined experienced grief,
And asked for there to be relief,

There was a reclaiming of hope,
As the sun's might at last awoke,
He glared till the clouds could not cope,
And so the cloud cover soon broke,
The temperature started to grow,
As the sun acted to provoke,
Which in time caused the wind to blow,
And the rains to finally go,
The skies were the bluest ever known,
For all the rain clouds were long gone,
To far away lands they were blown,
Uncovering the sun which shone,
Life started to flourish again,
Wherever the sun fell upon,
Life swelled in every wood and glen,
Crafting beauty that's hard to pen,

The maiden aided as well,
By using her life giving skill,
All that caused gloom was bade farewell,
As all bowed to a stronger will,
The girl's actions were her downfall,
As they soon led her to fall ill,
She spurred life in things great and small,
Till she had no life left at all,
The maiden's death broke many a heart,
For all loved her every aspect,
Sad that from life she did depart,
They lined up to pay their respect,
The maid lived on despite her fate,
Since her life had made an impact,
Which nature's glorious state,
Clearly acted to illustrate.

Megalomania

Bird perched, Branch fell
Bird thought, “I did”.
Hen cackled, Sun Rose
Hen thought, “I did”.
Frog croaked, Cloud rained
Frog thought, “I did”
Firefly flashed, Bushfire razed
Firefly thought, “I did”.
Fish peed, river flooded
Fish thought, “I did”
Lion roared, MGM movies began
Lion thought, 'I did'
She attempted, Success followed
She thought, “I did”.

WHAT DID YOU DO?
AND WHAT HAPPENED?

Ode to Karate

He practiced karate with verve
And suddenly sharp pain shot through his nerve
And his heart started to rejoice
Hearing his beloved God’s voice
Saying that he delighted in him the most
For he used the muscle
Which’s function was lost.

Yep, You Told Me

A plane crashed
Between Chicago and LA
It's all my fault
I didn't do the pre-check
I'm a bit shook-up

Oh Bea
You tried to warn me
You said, 'Young man,
This plane has got to crash
It don't have no pilot
It's running out of gas'
I said, 'Bea,
You just don't see
I'm flying this plane
And the gas will last'
But the engines started to putter
My mind began to flutter
As I held onto the wheel
If it had to smash
I'll die with it
That's the only thing I could see
Then I said,
'Wait a minute
what am I doing
I have to jump'

You know Bea
I'm an injured man
But I'm a living man
That's the way it should be
But the wounds will heal
Again I'll feel
And I don't know
Guess I'll have to see

Today I Started Loving You Again

There was a time when
I thought that our love was failing.
Then you got ill and nearly died,
and I found out how a lonely life would be,
so today I started loving you again.

The sun in my life began to shine again,
the roses in our garden even started to bloom,
my life began to lift me higher,
and our home is a battleground no more,
for today, I started loving you again.

Never will I doubt our love again.
We have something so precious;
I would be a fool to let it go.
I now realise the consequences.
So today, I started loving you again.

Lines more lunatic than the sun – 3

just in the middle of the bad luck
I cultivate
some more boutique print

in the accident-prone foot of the kadam-tree
I deploy
a special correspondent of my own

putting my affidavit to the silk-worm
with myself
I’m going to start
bihu-dance
in the juhu-beach
Solo

comes to mind that date…i don’t remember..
when together in the bus-stand
you and me
we were both speechless

to your that silence
was offered my bread and butter

then in your those wide eyelids
for a moment
wasn’t put the shadow of any handkerchief
made of clouds

after then the epic of the mice started

like the creeper and the tree
the servant with the maid-servant
in that enlarging fire
the cloud was burnt
the water too

from the tooth-ache there took birth
the nail-polish
the hawai chappal
my FM

At the Zoo

There are lions and roaring tigers,
and enormous camels and things,
There are biffalo-buffalo-bisons,
and a great big bear with wings.
There's a sort of a tiny potamus,
and a tiny nosserus too -
But I gave buns to the elephant
when I went down to the Zoo!

There are badgers and bidgers and bodgers,
and a Super-in-tendent's House,
There are masses of goats, and a Polar,
and different kinds of mouse,
And I think there's a sort of a something
which is called a wallaboo -
But I gave buns to the elephant
when I went down to the Zoo!

If you try to talk to the bison,
he never quite understands;
You can't shake hands with a mingo -
he doesn't like shaking hands.
And lions and roaring tigers
hate saying, "How do you do?" -
But I give buns to the elephant
when I go down to the Zoo!

Trade You Lay

Don't get me started.
No don't get me started.
Don't get me started,
Don't!

You tell me for you I am the one,
But if I was younger...
I'd be fun.
But don't get me started.
Don't.

You want a poppa and a friend.
To toy around in your play pen.

Don't get me started.
Don't get me started,
Don't get me started,
Don't!

Because...
I refuse to be,
A piece of trade you lay.
I'm not that way.

No I...
Refuse to be,
Treated like a piece of meat!
Not today.

Don't get me started.
Don't get me started,
Don't get me started,
Don't!

Don't get me started.
Don't get me started,
Don't get me started,
Don't!

I...
Refuse to be,
Treated like a piece of meat.
Or a trade you lay.
Trade you lay.
Trade you lay.

I love you mom

I poked my thumb
Then I cried some
I must have looked dumb
I love you mom

I damaged your plant
I started to run
Got tired and started to pant
I love you mom

I broke a dish
And smashed your favorite cup
You didn’t let me get a fish
And you took away my pup
I love you mom

I had a bad dream
Because I forgot to pray
I began to scream
Sorry I forgot to say Happy Mothers Day
I love you mom

Lifted

Dont be afraid when you
Walk through the dark
Just when you feel that
Your day fell apart
Stay strong
Keep holding on
Clear skies ahead and the dark day is done
Keep on lifted
Keep on lifted
I wish you everything
That you could want
Just when the day finds you
Turned back to front
Stay clear
Rescue is near
When you feel
That youre drowned in despair
Keep on lifted
Keep on lifted
Youre a bird in the sky now baby
Earthbound
Feet on the ground
Now you can find peace at last
Now you can find peace at last

Seashells in the Bucket

Vs.1 Walkin' at the beach, I
Thought I saw a bird fly,
Decided to follow it down a ways.
Then it flew away, and
I tripped and fell in the sand,
That's when I realized what all I did today.
(chorus)
I put seashells in the bucket,
And I waded in the water,
Didn't think it could get much hotter,
But, boy, was I wrong.
I went to eat some lunch,
And I made a castle out of sand,
Some little kid just stepped on my hand,
But the day's still goin' on,
So I sat down 'n' started writin' this song.
Vs.2 That's when it started to rain,
I knew that I would stay
Outside in it 'cause it felt good to me.
Then, the sun came back out,
And I started to pout,
But I had done a lot this week.
(chorus) x 2
Yes, they're still in the bucket,
And I'm done with this song!

Get This Party Started

I'm coming up so you better get this party started
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
Get this party started on a Saturday night
Everybody's waitin' for me to arrive
Sending out the message to all of my friends
We'll be lookin' flashy in my Mercedes Benz
I got lots of style check my gold diamond rings
I can go for miles if you know what I mean
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
Pumpin' up the volume breakin' down to the beat
Cruisin' through the westside we'll be checkin' the scene
Boulevard is freakin' as I'm coming up fast
I'll be burnin' rubber you'll be kissin' my ass
Pull up to the bumper and get out of the car
License plates are sellin' number one superstar
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
Get this party started
Makin' my connections as I enter the room
Everybody's chillin' as I set up the groove
Pumpin' up the volume with this brand new beat
Everybody's dancing and they're dancing for me
I'm your operator you can call anytime
I'll be your connection to the party line
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
(I'm coming up, uh-huh)
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
(I'm coming up, I'm coming)
I'm coming up so you better get this party started
(I'm coming up so you better)

Burning water in a gloomy winter

Firefighters are like fish
With their hoses
Jumped into the ditch
And searched
Where the mysterious fire started?
And they found at the muddy bottom
The singing beggar of the old fish market
Who drowned holding a cigarette butt!

All Fired Up

A burst of speed is all I need
To set me free
A flagging start that stirs the heart
To ecstasy
Raging away I'll go far
Time waits for no man
So reach for the stars
I'm all fired up
A bolt of light that sears the night
Of things supreme
To chase the sun, forever on
And live the dream
Forcing a system aside
Too fast for this life
My mind's open wide
I'm fired up
All fired up
Fired Up
All fired up
I'm soaring, freefalling
With all emotions roaring
Like lighting, like thunder
I'll rip the world asunder
Let's go
Hold on
[Lead Break]
I'm soaring, freefalling
With all emotions roaring
Like lighting, like thunder
I'll rip the world asunder
Raging away I'll go far
Time waits for no man
So reach for the stars
I'm fired up
All fired up
Fired up
All fired up

I'm Goona Copy

I’m surely gonna copy,
Be it poem, DVD or floppy,
And win Nobel Prize and trophy.

I will copy poets all
Whether they are big or small
Ya! No one can make me stop
Till I scale a fame’s highest top.

At the beginning of age
When God made men in his own image
He started this “Plagiarist” trend
Which I am not gonna end.

And what is creativity?
If not an ability to hide
a source of theft
with impunity.

When there is nothing
original under the sun,
Why should I copy not
and deprive myself of fun.

So I’ll copy them word by word
be they Pablo, Shakespeare or Wordsworth.
I’ll copy them from morn to evening
And would excel HITESH and Kipling.
Can you prove, they were not plagiarist,
And had not copy from some poet’s list.

You can inform FBI, KGB or CIA,
But I won’t stop my wanton ways.
And I will copy without shame,
Till I earn big name and fame.

I will copy till people start copying me,
And then and then only I will
give up this vice with glee.: -)
