Envy And Jealousy
We walk paths on our own way,
while others try to force us
to walk paths with only them.
Some get ungrateful
if we only walk awhile,
and then help someone else
on their lonely mile.
They get jealous
if we do for others
what you are only expected
to do just for them.
Therefore, it goes on and on,
until one day they look around,
finding their demands
have left them without friends.
They so want to be noticed,
and they’ll do anything they can,
to try to force people
to notice them.
They wonder why
no one listens to their needs.
Wonder why people begin to turn away.
They forget about their demands
they put on others to stay,
they can only see what is good for them,
and not that others have needs to.
So they hurt those they should not,
hoping it will make them feel better.
Instead, it makes them feel worse
for their anger only forces people away.

A Asome Poem About PEOPLE
Some people
Care about you, some people
Don’t care,
Make fun of you and walk away,
Some people,
Run past, some people
Hand you presents,
Give you a pat on the back,
Some people
You love, some people
You don’t know
Some people, some people,
You do,
Some people
You notice, some people
Eat cauliflower, some people
Are teenagers,
Some people walk to restaurants,
Sit down at the counter,
Eat there food, through it at
People,
Some people never notice you,
Some people always look, some people
Want to take you away, some people
Will never exist
Some people are other people; some people are you, some people
Die ever second,
Some people are you

On Loneliness
How can anyone be lonely
With so many people on this planet
Who would love a kind word
From someone like you?
How can anyone be lonely
When there are people who could use your help
Elderly people wanting a visitor
Or a little child needing just a smile from you?
How can anyone be lonely
When volunteers are needed daily
To help out at hospitals, rehabs, schools
Or animals who want “you” to pet them or take them on a walk?
How can anyone be lonely
When they really think about
All they truly have to be grateful for
And all the things there really are to do to
Not be lonely?
So refuse to be lonely
Don’t succumb to its demands
To make you feel bitter
And sorry for yourself,
Stand up and fight off loneliness
Isn’t that someone over there that could use a friend?

Kaleidoscope
See
What so you see
Tell us the things
That circulate round you
Scars
Deep as an ocean
Ive got some things
Id like to show you
Friends of mine
Who ask to stay
Well you can turn around
And walk
All things lie in hope
Focusing through
Your human kaleidoscope
One man has a dream
Tells it to me
And I call it fiction
Friends of mine
Who ask to stay
Well they can turn around
And walk
Walk walk
Walk away
Chimes
Rhythms to me
Someone else waits
Behind the curtain
Image
Leave them to me
Destructive virgin
Behind the curtain
Friends of mine
Who ask to stay
You can turn around and
Walk walk walk
Walk walk walk away
Walk walk
Walk away
Walk walk
Walk away
Walk
Walk away
Walk walk away
Away away away

Its Over
(jimmie rodgers)
If time were not a moving thing
And I could make it stay
This love we shared
Would always be
Thered be no coming day
No morning light above
To make me realise our love
Is over
And now you walk away from me
And theres no place to put my hand
Except to shade my eyes
Against the sun that comes to warm the land
I watch you walk away somehow
I have to let you go now
Its over
Its too late to tell you how I feel
Our love was real
And yet, there are so many times
That people have to love and then forget
Though there might have been a way
I have to force myself to say
Its over
And so I walk away and turn my collar to the wind
I walk along in silence trying not to think at all
I put my feet before me
Walk the silent street before me
Its over
If time were not a moving thing
And I could make it stay
This love we shared would always be
Thered be no coming day
No morning light above
To make me realise our love
Is over
Its over
Its over
Its over

Turn, and Walk Away
i gave you all the dreams i had
i gave you all i am
now the times are hard and bad
dreams have crumbled in the sand
you turn and walk away
you turn and walk away
you turn and walk away...
hungry eyes are distant now
you're lost inside yourself
you only feel what you allow
you've put me on the shelf
you turn and walk away
you turn and walk away
you turn and walk away...
autumn slowly turns to winter
as leaves fall from the trees
you're staring through the window
as your tears begin to freeze
you turn and walk away
you turn and walk away
you turn and walk away...

Walk Like A Man
I got so many thoughts jumping out of my head
And I cant sit still
Im thinking about the universe
Im looking at life on earth
I cant shut the camera shutter
I stare at the clock, the years slip away
And I stay confused
Im dreaming about *la raison dtre (*the reason to be)
Im frightened by the toxic threat
I cant stop the motor running
People saying I should learn some self-control
But I just want to exorcise my soul
And walk like a man, walk like a man
I still feel like a boy and you feel like a girl in my hand
Im gonna walk like a man, walk like a man
Im still waiting on the revelation
Here in never-never land
I got so many things jumpin out of my brain
And I feel so strange
Im crazy about the car I drive
While people struggle just to stay alive
I cant put the two together
I stare in the bathroom mirror at my face
God, I look so pale
Lines crawl across my face
Im runnin in the human race
Yeah, me first, who am I kidding
Where is this peace that comes with age
Someone show me to my cage
Where I can walk like a man, walk like a man
I still feel like a boy
And you feel like a girl in my hand
Im gonna walk like a man, walk like a man
Im still waiting on the revelation
Here in never-never land
(when it finally hits me then)
(and only then, Ill understand)
Waiting for the revolution here
In never-never land
Where is this peace that comes with age
Will somebody take me to the stage
Where I can walk like a man, walk like a man
Walk, walk like a man
Walk like a man
Walk like a man
Walk like a man
Walk like a man
Walk like a man
I still feel like a boy
And you feel like a girl in my hand
Im gonna walk like a man, walk like a man
Im still waiting on the revelation
Here in never-never land
(when it finally hits me then)
(and only then, Ill understand)
Waiting for the revolution here
In never-never land
Walk like a man

Walk Away
Lord shes handsome as she flows across the floor
Nothing Ive seen in my life has ever pleased me more
Shes got the look of freedom, and it makes you think shes wild
But I can see right through it all, its the way to have a child
Oh, walk away
Shes looking to love you
Theres nothing to say
Just turn your head and walk away
Walk away, walk on
She moves in sunlight, never seen the night at all
Like a star in the midnight sky, burns before it falls
Ive never been lonely, and I cant imagine why
Maybe she could be the one to tell me, I guess its do or die
Cant see her fire
But I can feel her heat, all right!
Its rising higher
Im walking the wire
Walk on by!
Oh! walk away!
Shes looking to love you
Theres nothing to say
Just turn your head and walk away
Oh, walk on by, walk away!
Walk on!
Youll feel her fire, shell lift you higher
But dont be fooled! just turn your head and walk away!

Its Over
(words & music by rodgers)
If time were not a moving thing
And I could make it stay
This hour of love we share
Would always be
Thered be no coming day
To shine a morning light
And make us realize our night is over
When you walk away from me
There is no place to put my hand
Except to shade my eyes against the sun
That rises over the land
I watch you walk away
Somehow I have to let you go
Cause its over
If you knew just how I really feel
You might return and yet
There are so many times
That people have to love and then forget
Oh there might have been a way somehow
I have to force myself to say
Its over
So I turn my back,
Turn my collar to the wind
Move along in silence
Trying not to think at all
I set my feet before me
Walk the silent street before me
Now its over
If time were not a moving thing
And I could make you stay
This hour of love we share
Would always be
Thered be no coming day
To shine a morning light
And make us realize our night is over
Its over

Chris's Presence
Roll a mile in his chair
see how people stop and stare.
Stare at him for they cannot
figure him out-
he talks real softly
no need to shout.
He is a quiet stirring force
he makes people think
without a choice.
For he is a happy presence
which is a mystery-
most people who walk
-are in misery.
He makes people not take
for granted what they have
count their blessings and
don't let anything go to chance.

Eating Dirt
To say I'm sorry never feels enough.
Accepting a gift from those I hurt.
How can I, why would I.
Do I walk away in shame.
Of face it and who I am.
I feel like a man whose leg has went lame.
No longer do I walk in a strut.
But a limp because of what I know.
People who give with past dues never being paid.
Never speaking of the pain from what has been past said.
Fearful of those who will not accept criticism.
I'm falling down the same path of antisocial behaviour.
Stay away from me because all I will do is hurt you.
A feeling I'll never forget and always regret.
But the damages done I won't make plea at a loss of dignity.
I will not eat dirt for what you feel.

I Will Walk With You
Cover your heart, put on your mask
Dance with me slowly, is all that I ask
What is the hardest, falling or not
Knowing just where to begin or start
I will walk, I will walk, with you
I will walk with you
Lay down beside me, tell me your dreams
The view from inside is not what it seems
But no one will hurt you, not like before
Your last thread of forgiveness wont reach the door, noooo
I will walk, I will walk, with you
I will walk with you
I will walk, I will walk, with you
I will walk with you
I will walk, I walk with you
Pull up the curtains
Watch the night fall
Who has the answers when nobody calls
Now rely on fury, blame the sun rise last
Cause I was in love with you, but I cant change the past
I will walk, I will walk with you
I will walk with you (with you)
I will walk, I will walk with you
I will walk with you

Different Paths (A Prayer)
Oh Lord, we all walk different paths in our daily lives.
Some of us are frowned upon for the paths we take.
Does that make us worse than any other who believes in you?
We take these paths, not because we are bad,
but because of circumstances beyond our control.
Therefore, as we say our prayers each day
forgive us from any wrong that we do.
Amen

If I Were You
The tenth of may
It seems so far away
When you and I were strangers moving close together
Sometimes it seems
Its almost like a dream
Driving across the country and the road is endless
If I were you
Dont wait until tomorrow
Id lead and wouldnt follow
Walk away - today
If I were you - please listen
Walk away - Id say
If I were you go away
The first of june
The summer came too soon
But from the day we met I knew youd never go away
Sometimes I feel
The passions not so real
Finding it strange to be together, not alone
If I were you
Id smile and close the door
Id never ask for more
Walk away - dont stay
If I were you - believe me
Walk away - Id say
If I were you go away
Fourth of july
With an independent sigh
I think the times arrived to take whats going to happen
Wise men may say
Its easier to stay
But if you are there Im only wasting time
If I were you
I know Id want to hurt me
It wouldnt disconcert me
Walk away - Id pray
If I were you - Id leave me
Walk away - today
If I were you - please listen
Walk away - dont stay
If I were you - believe me
Walk away - Id pray
If I were you - Id leave me
Walk away
Walk away
Walk away
Walk away
Id leave if I were you

Maybe… there aren't any such things as good friends or bad friends — maybe there are just friends, people who stand by you when you're hurt and who help you feel not so lonely. Maybe they're always worth being scared for, and hoping for, and living for. Maybe worth dying for, too, if that's what has to be. No good friends. No bad friends. Only people you want, need to be with; people who build their houses in your heart.

People in my life
Walking down the path of life,
A path often hard, uphill and difficult
I meet people who walk by my side
Some of them choose to touch me
Some of them I touch
Some of them hold my hand and walk with me
All of them scar me somehow
I've met mean people
Violent, angry people
People dark in the soul
People that look good on the outside
People funny and gracious on the surface
But void and empty on the inside
People who try to cover their defects but can't
Emotionally naive, eternally lonely, unhappy and troubled people.
I've met people who step on me to get taller
People who break me to feel better
People who want me for one night only
People who hurt me and don't care
Weird, strange and unstable people
No sense in their behavior
People who take advantage of what I give them
People who don't appreciate me
People who expunge me from their life for good
People who erase me and cancel me with a message
People who refuse to take my calls
People who avoid me like the plague
Irrational people who I want to know better
People who interest me nevertheless...
People who promise won't treat me bad
but do so anyway without explanation
People who reject me abruptly
People who switch me off with the push of a button
People careless about my feelings
Oblivious, confused and indifferent
People who jerk me around for a week
Playing with my vulnerable soul
and toss me in the garbage afterwards.
Why, I ask, why is this happening?
Have normal people disappeared from this world?
Is it me who allows them to step all over me?
Is it my eagerness to meet someone normal
that makes me a magnet for such strange behavior?
Any normal people left out there?
Please come hold my hand
As life's ticking away and I can't hold out any longer
Come and I'll forget all I've been through
I'll try to do it right this time
I'll try to give you just what you need, no more.
Come tonight, I miss you.
I'll be expecting you.

Hall Of Doors
You walk through the hall of doors
With life in sight with death in mind
You watch people open their doors
And you think of how the doors and fate bind
You watch waiting to see your exit
As you see others turn down their path to their end
You know that the paths can not change
You know even with time fate shall not mend
Down the hall you walk
Doors lining each side
Every person holds the key to one of those locks
All around you people stride
Doors open
As people come to their door mats
You walk by doors just hoping,
hoping the next isn't yours, isn't your mat
You watch parents and children leaving eachothers sides
You see love being torn, hate being sewn
as the doors open wide
Some people leave together, some alone
You wait to see your door, your fate
You watch to see which door your key fits
You watch to see if your heart is with love or hate
You watch untill you find the mat at which you shall sit
You walk through the hall of doors
With life in sight, death in mind
You watch as people open their doors
You wait to see which door your fate lays behind.

Path Of Mirrors
They walk so close to you, yet so far away
Their eyes are lost, their faces fixed like stone
They walk behind the mirrors and here they shall stay
You walk with other souls liveng, breathing, yet for them they are alone
You walk through the hall way down the path of glass
You watch as they walk on into eternity, into the dark
They walk there behind the glass,
People around you going through leaving their mark.
They walk past your reflection as if you never saw
They walk through time as if time weren’t there
They know you would never aproach them
They know you would never dare.
They walk through the glass and look straight ahead,
They know nothing lies ahead, yet they know they can not turn back,
So they walk into nothing instead,
Passing you so all you see is their back.
You pause infront of the glass looking looking past,
You know that you shall not join them you know it is not your fate
You think about the footsteps you take, wondering which shall be your last,
You walk on again only thinking of their fate
Their faces emotionless the souls so cold,
You think of how you own skin feels, so warm,
You watch as the move like action figures made from a mold,
All the same, all waiting out the storm
The storm of life, the storm of death,
You walk along side them as they walk past everyone,
They watch ahead never turning, never looking above,
They turn to noone.
You walk along beside them as they take no notice to lifes dance,
They only walk past, walk through the mirrors of fate,
Kepping one great stance,
You watch people finding their fate.
Their faces so still, alone in the world, without hope
You watch them walk on, you watch them pass
You see their unmoving faces, as they walk up the endless slope
They walk along, behind the glass.
You turn to watch as their souls move on,
You reach out your hand to touch the glass,
Only to feel the glass is gone,
You watch as your hand passes through the glass.
As you hand melts through one by one the spirits turn,
One takes your hand and pulls your arm through,
More spirits feel your presence and more turn,
They watch as you melt through.
You watch your world leave as you leave it,
You have found you fate and not you are here along with them,
They walk on as you pull your body through, leaving behind the sweater of life you knit,
You have come and joined them.
You look back at the mirror to look at your face,
And you see your eyes becoming lost,
As you enter their race,
The race that shall never end, the race through eternity, for now you are lost
You skin feels so cold you face feels so hard,
You walk with them, as one
As you emotions turn hard,
In true time you are done.
You walk with them, walk alone
They walk so close to you, yet so far away
As everything becomes an endless drone,
For now you are here to stay.

The Sadness Of The Real Queen
the Sad Queen
has killed her lover
her kingdom demands
that she has to be alone
Power is always a jealous
companion
the lover is buried
in her darkness
today she shall visit
her People
Walk with her powdered
face
thick with her laces
seriously enough
she is the Queen of Power
the Symbol of her People
No lust can keep her
Love, she does not worship
Friends she could not keep
Kin she must disregard.
