Drowning...
Once again I've drunk this bottle dry,
I hang my head in shame, once I held it high.
My inner demons haunt me like a ghostly face,
Once again I've come last in this moral race.
I'm drowning in a sea of alcohol and self pity,
It erases all my pain and I become urbane and witty.
No longer strong enough to halt my journey of sorrow,
Without thought I have limited all of my tomorrows.
With trembling hand and heart I drink into the night,
Sinking further into the abyss, is there an end in sight?
As thoughts and dreams once again become blurred,
Will I ever I find a way to end the pain and hurt? ...
Save me from myself...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Hurt Myself
Ain't tried cigarettes
There is always alcohol
I could stay up all night long
Don't need to sleep at all
I've got credit cards
I could run'em up
I could play with knives
I could drink and drive
And if that ain't enough
If I need another way to hurt myself
If I really miss the heartache
If I wanna hear some empty promises
If I really need the pain
I know where to find you
If I need another way to hurt myself
I've got memories
I could dig'em up
I could play a losing head
Just to try my luck
Go out every night
Find someone to love
I could walk the wire
I could play with fire
And if that ain't enough
If I need another way to hurt myself
If I really miss the heartache
If I wanna hear some empty promises
If I really need the pain
I know where to find you
If I need another way to hurt myself
And if I wanna love somebody
Who wants me to be somebody else
Well, I know where to find you
If I need another way to hurt myself
Ain't tried cigarettes
There's always alcohol

Haunted...
When we first met happiness seeped into every corner of me,
My heart transported to Nirvana upon the wings of angels
It felt like it was meant to be... Alas I was only fooling myself,
Blinded by the illusion of love I was tricked by you,
Thoughts of love and joy quickly turn to pain and sorrow,
Poisonous thoughts cut like demons talons raking at my skin,
My only lull comes when I take a breath to lick these wounds clean,
The ghost of what we were infects the darkened pathways of my existence,
You have cursed my very being for everlastingness,
My soul is now eternally haunted by the thought of you...
Spread the love... The peace will follow..

Where Do Broken Hearts Go?
Standing, here in silence
watching the fallen rains.
Like tears pour down a million times
That I gathered into my palms.
These are the particles of pain
That I felt deep inside.
And I tried to blow it away
towards the crying sky.
And let them join in the wind
Let the pain fly high as mountain
To ease all my pain.
I try to smile so the hurt won’t show
Laughing along with the ringing yellow bell
To dissipate the sorrow in my heart
My heart is drowning
Because of so much loving you
I stay so much close to you
To embrace your heart with my love
But somehow,
as the moment, I held you
I felt pain and its tearing me apart.
Where do broken hearts go?
Can it find a way back home?
Is somebody will loves too
To heal a broken heart.

Down in the dark
Down in the dark, it’s all in my head,
The pain the sorrow, all of the dread,
I want it to leave, but it wants to stay,
I try and I try, but he won’t go away,
There by day, there at night,
Saying the things, that fills me with fright,
I’m down in the dark, it fills my head,
The pain the sorrow, all of the dread,
He’s always around, lurking inside,
Watching; waiting, my hands are tied,
In my head, always near,
In my thoughts, building the fear,
Down in the dark, filling my head,
The pain the sorrow, all of the dread,
The pain; it grows, bursting within,
The dark; he’s back, with his terror filled grin,
“I’ll help”; he says, talking to me,
“I know what to do, just come and see, ”
Down in the dark, it filled my head,
The pain the sorrow, all of the dread,
My thoughts are violent, with sorrow in my chest,
I just close my eyes, and hope for the best,
He tells me good job, I’ll find the light,
But my life is ending, with the chill of the night.,
Dead in the dark, lost in my head,
No more pain or sorrow, not even dread….,

Life's passion...
As mother earth exhales life's passion,
I drink deeply her sweet nectar.
I stroll through her meadows and valleys,
A gusting breeze dances softly across my skin.
I crave the feel of her sweet caress,
She has the power to raise me from my prison.
To save me from myself so I may soar freely,
To gaze upon the beauty of all humanity.
She takes my dark thoughts and leaves only hope,
Seasons of love more beautiful than my senses can drink.
I see the purity of love and I bask in untainted emotions,
The beauty of life can bring peace from all the sorrow.
And on my journey, I find peace and love for all...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Forever In Poetic Rhymes
The emptiness inside shields my thoughts,
Desperate not to reveal my feelings so true.
Yet another mask of comfort has been bought,
Only to be revealed when I am with you...
Emotions dine upon the eyes of my soul,
Like rust you eat away at my very core.
Training thoughts in my mind to make you whole,
So that we may have so much more...
Teach me the power of exquisite pain,
So that I may hurt you as you have hurt me.
Show me once more and yet again,
So the pain you have caused may set me free...
Yet why have you claimed the core of my heart?
When I tried to forget the thought of you so many times.
Could it be that love was meant to start,
And we were meant to be, forever in poetic rhymes...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Pain...
Pain coarsing through me,
Seeking out every empty corner,
Seeping into every pore of me,
My soul screams out in silent agony,
Yet the world does not halt for me,
My pain seemingly unnoticeable,
Like I am a leaf drifting silently by,
Floating upon a landscape of hurt,
Destined to dance with the crazy people...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Monsters of the Night
Inner demons who seem to rule my fate
for me I feel its far to late
for deep within they always hide
these monsters eating away at me from the inside
inner demons that scream
my thoughts some how not what they seem
monsters that creep out at night
Oh hell! ! this does not feel right
inner demons, please find another soul to torment
for me this torture is no longer meant
My deeply feared monsters of the dark
here no longer will you park
inner demons leave me be
my scary monsters of the night
I beg of you, please finally let me be
for my soul craves, needs the much healing light
inner demons, cast yourselves away
no longer do I want you to have any say
monsters who taint my soul to black
no longer will you haunt, for I will someday find my way back!

Angel of Dreams
I am the Angel of Dreams sent to protect your dark hours,
With love as my weapon I shall be your shining champion,
Unfold your body into the warm safe shield of my wings,
I patrol the edge of your dreams guiding you through nights journey,
Fighting off the night demons that try to burrow into your soul,
I will not allow them to engulf your mind with shadows of despair,
Come lay your head against my chest listen to the rythm of my heart,
Listen tentatively as it beats to the pulse of your name,
And when slumber caresses your mind fear not for I am near,
For I am The Angel of Dreams sent to protect your night...
Spread the love... The peace shall follow...

Pain In Mind
The pain in her mind
Swallowed her thoughts
Drowned her heart in sorrow.
The darkness was her home
Where she went ti hide
From herself,
From the world.
It was her hiding place
Her place for serenity,
Where she found her only peace
Her only tranquility.
The pain was all she had,
In the world,
Where she was the only one
She was alone.
Her thoughts kept her alert
In her darkness
She knew she was alone,
Yet her past was still there to haunt her.
The she saw,
The life she watched leave,
The past was all there,
Her memories poisened.
The past would never leave her mind
It would never let her sleep in peace
It would always be there,
To remenid her of the pain.
The pain in her mind
swallowed her thoughts
Drowned her heart in sorrow,
It consumed her sould.

ThE pAiN..........
I'll swallow the pain of being misunderstood.
I'll swallow the pain of being no good.
I'll just swallow the pain of not fitting in.
I'll just swallow the pain of not deserving.
I'll swallow the pain of hiding myself.
I'll swallow the pain of having no help.
I'll just swallow the pain of being constantly hurt.
I'll just swallow the pain of being thought as a nerd.
I'll swallow the pain of breaking my heart.
And in all of my dreams, with sorrow I'll part........

The Pain I Can Control
The pain I can control
The pain that makes me whole
The pain that stops and brings some tears
The pain that erases all my fears
The pain that I inflict with this knife
The pain that might be last in my life
The pain that brought me to my knees
The pain that woahed me full of pleas
The pain that made me see the light
The pain that is bringing me home tonight
The pain that is wrong and bitter
The pain that makes me feel fitter
The pain that my friends say is wrong
The pain that makes me feel so strong
The pain that makes my friend sad, and cry
The pain that makes her want to die
The pain thats not just pain to me
The pain that makes everyone see
The pain that thats tearing me apart
The pain thats ripping apart my heart
The pain that I'm addicted to
The pain I can't give up. Not even for you..
Hold Me Close
Withered, trembling, helpless, scared,
Know me for the one I am.
Afraid and searching for the light,
While the darkness consumes me whole.
Hold me close and don't let go...
Alone, trembling, blind, frozen,
Lost and alone in the darkness.
Desperately hoping to find the light,
Calling your name in the bleakness of the abyss.
Hold me close and don't let go...
Help me, love me, see me, know me,
Shrinking, screaming, crying inside.
I've strayed from the path,
But if you can see me you can still save me.
Hold me close and don't let go...
Hear me, hold me, save me, love me,
Reach out for me and we can be.
Save me from the darkness I have become,
You are my final hope of salvation.
Hold me close and don't let go...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

The Game of Fate
What if I told you love was a game I don’t want to play,
Because its hurt me one too many times,
And I’m afraid,
Afraid of finding everything I want,
And it not wanting me back,
Or what if love is just some trick of our imagination,
And one day we wake to find nothing at all,
And all that’s left is our own devastation.
Sometimes I dream too much,
And when I finally find my dreams in life,
They only cause me strife,
And pain,
And hurt,
But love and pain walk hand in hand with fate,
Life is an adventure filled with pain,
But somewhere deep within that pain is something stronger,
Something that can over come it all,
And that is love,
But first you have to ride the waves of fate.
Through the many trials you must face,
In the end it is all worth it no matter how much you had to give up along the way,
Love is worth the fight,
And that is what fate is trying to teach you,
That love is so special,
It shouldn’t be so easy to obtain,
So fate throws you pain,
But you have to push through,
In order to find the love that’s true.

The sentence of love...
Many thoughts live inside my head,
Yet quite often they go unsaid.
So many thoughts that were not spoken,
Were they merely just a token? ...
Were the thoughts that meant the most,
The ones I never got round to post?
Have I missed the chance to save us all?
I think the chances must be small...
For if those thoughts meant so much,
We should find a way to stay in touch.
Thought understands feelings in a way,
That mere words could never convey...
And just because these words go unsaid,
Does not mean to life that they are dead.
For special words have meaning so true,
The words I'm thinking of are 'I love you...'
So although the words I don't often say,
May not be heard each and every day.
When the sentence of love my head does start,
You shall live forever in my heart...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Destiny...
Descendant of eternity, seeker of truth,
The lies of the past ever present,
My devine right to walk this path,
Yet surrounded by fear and doubt,
My sword of surrender held high,
Todays pain a journey to overcome,
Is there a reason for this change?
Or is change my reason to exist?
The scythe of death shall judge us all,
Always alone yet for ever defended,
Where on my journey shall I meet death?
For what comes next could be peace eternal,
I am the only obstacle to my destiny...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

My Pain
Pain is the greatest emotion
Far beyond equal to all water in the ocean
Taken it in a bottle, you get one potion
I tasted it
The Pain, is crushing my bones
The Pain, is tearing apart my love
I thought I could handle it and take it on my shoulders.
But pain never got any holder.
This pain i got
It's like a straight highway to hell
This pain is even greater than the time the fallen angle fell
I tasted it
This Pain, is stretching my veins
This Pain, is causing me to hate
This pain feels ridiculously strong
Especially now that I'm all alone
All the sorrow caused in one moment
I didn't know it could happen in one movement
This pain is eating me from the inside
But Then I woke up and realized
That this pain erased all my fears
But why do i still see your eyes full of tears
And i understand there is some pain that will never go away
The pain when we split our way.

Drown My Sorrows
I’m sitting alone in the Blue Parrot Bar,
my world has fallen apart.
The woman I love has said goodbye
there’s no love for me in her heart.
We once said we were made for each other
and I believed it with all of my heart.
I’m taking my first drink from this bottle;
after a few the forgetting should start.
We used to get on so well together,
we shared every minute of the day.
I’ll take another drink from this bottle
now that she’s cast my love away.
I just can’t stop thinking about her,
nothing will ever be the same.
I’ll take another drink from this bottle,
maybe it’ll help to numb the pain.
When I reach the bottom of this bottle
her memory should have gone,
so I’ll finish what’s left in the bottle.
My mistake, it’s going to take more than one.

The Devil Inside
He swears hell love you by candlelight
And for a while things seem all right
And for a moment he hides
The devil that lies inside
And then one night in a fit of rage
The demon raises his hand in hate
And brings it down on you
There is nothing you can do
And then one night in a twist of fate
The angels bring your face to me
I cannot erase the memories
Of you lying there looking up at me
Chorus
Please take the demon from my head
Wont you please erase the memories
And ghosts who haunt my bed
I just want you to understand
That Im gonna be the only man
To ever touch your soul
And I aint never letting go
Theres a room that lies down the hall
Where you sit and write you poems
Of love and mystery
Of faith and fantasy
And you keep a secret lover there
And a book beside an easy chair
That you read before you go to bed
To hide the memories in your head
And now I try to understand the pain
You struggle for the words to say
It dont come out right
As you lay your body down
Chorus
Theres a place where you go
Ive been, Ill never know
The pain you keep inside
The secrets that you hide
But I try to understand your pain
And be a shelter from the falling rain
Just maybe I feel what youre going through
Maybe I have been there too
Please take the demons from my head
Wont you please take the demons from my head
(I shall try)
Repeat
