If Cohen Would
O, Cohen, hear our song of sentiment!
Withdraw thy sordid thoughts from cent. per cent.,
And, for, the sake of Empire, gentle Yid,
Lend us a million quid.
If England's great Financial Houses would
Back up our aspirations as they should,
If we could influence cold £ s. d.
By sentiment and words of loyalty,
What joy - and cash - were ours! Ay, what a loan
We'd gaily spend - if our true aims were known.
How might we proudly flaunt our nationhood!
If Cohen only would.
If uncle owned a little sentiment,
And pondered less upon his much per cent.;
If blind financiers could he made to see
The high cash value of our loyalty,
How they would rush, with many offers rash,
And load us up with piles and piles of cash;
And gladly shower rich gifts upon the land,
Could they but understand!
Behold the grand beginning we have made!
When Empire called us, did we stand afraid?
Nay; but we said, 'We are the proud new land!
And with the nations shall we take our stand.
The arms to guard our shores shall be our own!
If, please, you will assist us with a loan,
We'll teach our foes that their designs are rash!...
Do you advance the cash?'
Alas! he turns a deaf ear to our claims;
For gushing loyalty and noble aims
With Cohen count for poor security.
There is no sentiment in £ s. d.,
For who would search grey London through and through
And hope to find the Sentimental Jew;
Then crave a loan on aspirations? Nay!
'Der bishness vouldn't bay.'
O Cohen, if thine heart we cannot touch,
Then on the old pawn-ticket, say, how much?
Thou wilt advance in cash to guard for thee
Thine old security?

Bonds
Briggs
Joseph Briggs, of Yorkshire, England, blessed country of Freetrade,
Where the large importers' profits and fine sentiments are made,
Digs
Deep into his mine of wisdom, and, with British fervency,
Bids us mark the Bonds of Empire reaching out across the sea;
Binding us to one another
Us and our benign old mother
Patriotic apron-strings of Empire we would scorn to free.
Threads -
Crimson threads of kith and kinship - thin red lines of sentiment!
What a wave of fervid friendship over all the continent
Spreads,
When some speaker bids us ponder
On those threads that reach out yonder...
But alas, there are acute grumblers whom mere threads do not content !
Ties
Silken ties! O, who would venture to disturb a single thread?
What a roar of public censure would descend upon his head !
Rise
Split the welkin with your shouting!
Cheer those ties! What? Still some doubting
Pesslmists? Then here is something more substantial in their stead:
Bonds!
GOLDEN BONDS! ... Ah! Now we mention cold commercial £ s. d.
All the land is at attention. Witness how the Empire re-
Sponds.
Bonds at three or four percent'll
Beat all shackles sentimental
In the land of shops and shekels, in the country of the free.
Cash -
Cold, hard cash. O, magic metal! How the golden cables groan
When we're called upon to settle or renew our little loan.
Smash?
Never! Though it strains and quivers
When the bloated Dreadnought-givers
Try to shirk the cost of paying for a navy of our own.
Gold
Chains of gold! Brave bonds of boodle of the merchants' finest make
No assault, however rude, 'll cause those golden links to break.
Hold?
Crimson threads may snap and sever;
Silken ties may break, but never
Shall those chains; they hold for ever for the loyal traders' sake.

The Lottery Monster
Get you purses out ladies
And rattle your cash
Get along to the ticket-booth
Go have a bash;
Your pounds and your pennies
I'm longing to see
I'm the Lottery monster
So listen to me.
The Lottery monster
He has to be fed
He lives on cold cash
Just as you live on bread;
So throw any caution you had
To the wind
Your jackpotted dreams
To six numbers are pinned.
The holiday money
You keep in that tin
Could net you ten million
'Cause SOMEONE must win;
So search out your cash
In your jackets and jeans
Your husband can diet
The kids can eat beans.
Look it isn't a crime
So go on, have a flutter
Never mind that it's needed
For bread and for butter;
Reduce all the chatting
You do on the 'phone
Let the fire go out
And then go get a loan.
See according to all of
The facts and the data
You're bound to start winning...
Sooner or later;
And there's always next week
If your numbers weren't right
But I won't be skint
On a Saturday night.

Cash In Your Face
You just could not know how long we tried
To see how this building looks inside
This must be a lucky day for me
Because the sign says theres a vacancy
Look I know you came a long way
But you made it just too late
So we had to give it to somebody else
Well I talked to you on the phone less than fifteen minutes ago
And you told me that it was cool
I graduated from howard u.
My job is paying good money too
And if you check on my resume
Youll find they all wanted me to stay
Well I cant take the time out
To check your credit card
cause the computer just broke down today
Well Ill stop by here tomorrow to complete our interview
But I know what youre gonna say
I know what your bottomline is
You might have the cash but you
Can...not cash in your face
We dont want you living in here
Say you might have the cash but you
Can...not cash in your face
We dont want your kind living in here
Too-oo, too-oo too bad,
Too-oo, too-oo too sad
Our first child is due here any day
Thats why were desperate for a place to stay
The location is so perfect too
So please try to do what you can do
Well in this apartment complex no children are allowed
And if you told me that I could have saved you alot of time
Well I thought the bill was passed that said you could not discriminate
But I know some excuse youll find
Because your bottom line is
You might have the cash but you
Can...not cash in your face
We dont want you living in here
Say you might have the cash but you
Can...not cash in your face
We dont want your kind living in here
Aye, you might be a great doctor
You might be a great lawyer
You might possess the key to the city
Or maybe a politician
You might have the cash but you
Can...not cash in your face
We dont want you living in here
Say you might have the cash but you
Can...not cash in your face
We dont want your kind living in here

Your Cash Ain't Nothing But Trash
(c. calhoun)
Walking down the main drag one night
I met a fine chick that looked- just right
She stopped in and i flashed my roll
I told her she could have all of my dough
She turned around, and with a fround
She said this ain't no circus and i don't need a clown
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
So there ain't no need in your hangin' around
Just to make the hit with that chick
I tried to get a cadillac right quick
The man at the place looked so strange
I had nine hundred bucks and some change
We disagreed, i tried to pleed
He said i ain't no chicken and i don't need your feed
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Then brother you're crawling we passed your speed
I'm walking and countin my bucks
The man with the gun said hands up
I tried to get away but i was too slow
He caught me and took all of my dough
I heard him shout, as he cut out
"you really lost nothing what you're crying about?"
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
And he took my watch and i passed out
I woke in the arms of a big cop
Police station next stop
The judge swung his fist down plunk plunk
Twenty dollar fine 'cause you're drunk
Dig up the dough, and you can go
And all i had was a buffalo
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
Your cash ain't nothin' but trash
But i sure better get me some more

Full Faith and Credit
Don’t you find it rather odd
that Ben Bernanke acts like God?
When banksters come in need of cash
Ex Nihilo he creates a $ta$h.
No mere bald bureaucrat is he!
His is a Divine decree.
With bold keystrokes, Almighty Ben
takes from me to give to them.
There are examples from the past
when Noble twits debased the cash.
They mixed base metals with the Gold-
But Ben makes dollars you can fold.
Not backed by silver nor by Gold
That’s “Faith” and “Credit” that you hold.
It cramps his style to ask for metal
When Ben goes and floors the pedal..
By Keystrokes and the printing press
Ben claims he can forgive our debts.

The Wobble
Now the Wobble went out on the roaring tide,
With a dry dog trotting along by its side;
Went over the sea - and I vow right here
That the Wobble went out with its views as clear
As ever the views of a Wobble could be;
And the Wobble went out and over the sea.
Went over the sea for to represent
The folk of our island continent;
Went over to England where dukes and lords,
And princes, and barons, and earls in hordes,
And bankers, and boodlers, and scores of Jews
Were burning to hear of Australia's views.
0, the Wobble went over to advertise
(For it was a Wobble of goodly size)
The things that we grow and the things that we breed
Our eggs and our bacon and butter and seed,
The health of our air and the worth of our earth
(For it was a Wobble of generous girth)
And it's quite a true saying, as ev'ryone knows,
A Wobble's a Wobble wherever it goes.
The Wobble went forth from its native land,
And when they espied it adrift on the Strand
All the American tourists laff't:
'Why, if that ain't the double of our old TAFT!'
And when it appeared later on in The Row,
All the duchiest duchesses viewed the show,
And they said: 'There is nothing can advertise
A country so well as a Wobble of size.'
And they asked it along for a feed and a swill,
And a talk after dinner, as Englishmen will,
And there's nothing on earth like a gabble and gobble
Appeals to a healthy and well-bred Wobble.
And when it arose at the festive board
The barons and aldermen loudly roared.
With the dukes and the generals, 'That's the bloke!
That's the famous and only Australian Joke!
'It's the Globular Jest with the Monocled Eye
That makes the Australians 1augh till they cry
The bankers and boodlers and Park Lane Jews
Wept great, glad teara in the jellies and stews;
The Lord High Chancellor spllt his vest,
While the baronets, admirals, peers and the rest
Agreed with the bishops and Irish M.P.'s
That no funnier Wobble came over the seas.
The Wobble gazed solemnly round the board,
While England's nobility shouted and roared
But it didn't enlarge on the things that we grow
Or the things that we breed or we dig, 0 no;
But it struck a delightfully humorous note
As it dealt with the things we, at intervals, float.
And it gravely declared that, as ev'ryone knows,
A feller's far better without any clothes.
'For a man,' said the Wobble, 'that uses his cash
For his personal needs is exceedingly rash.
He should gather his money and bury it in
A bit of old bagging or kerosene tin
At the end of the garden, then hasten to pop
His garments and things at his relative's shop.
He should hurry to Uncle and cheerfully float
A loan on his boots and his hat and his coat.
'And when you have blewed all that little advance
Don't dig up your money - not by any chance;
But pawn your etceteras, weskit and socks,
And the spare shirt and collars you keep on the box;
For it's better for Uncle and better for you,
And better by far for the little ones too.
And the whole darn family's more content
When the wardrobe is soaking at four per cent.'
O, every baton and duke and lord
He clung to the table and shrieked and roared;
And the Lord Chief Justice was heard to declare
That a Wobble so droll was exceedingly rare;
And all the financiers, COHEN and MOSES,
Laughed till the tears trickled over their noses;
And ev'ryone shouted, with hearty 'Ho, ho's,'
'Just fancy a Wobble without any clothes!'
The Baron of Bath threw a fit, and his Grace
The Bishop of Brixton went black to the face.
And I put it to you, as a man to a man:
Do you honestly think that Australia can
Ever hope to be blessed with another such prize
As a humorous Wobble to advertise?
For it's quite a true saying, as ev'ryone knows,
A Wobble's a Wobble wherever it goes.

Ruby The Smart Maltese
Ruby is a Maltese with fur as white as snow,
she walks with Mrs. Cohen and doesn’t mind if it’s cold.
For Ruby has a gorgeous thick hair,
she is very quiet but doesn’t bark in the air.
Mrs. Cohen walks with Ruby wearing black her favorite color,
she once told me Ruby is her child and she is her mother.
Now Mr. Cohen said that Ruby is very smart,
and his words comes from his heart.
The Cohen’s love to walk Ruby when it’s warm,
they are visiting Florida to get away from the cold north.
Ruby will meet a lot of new dog friends down here,
they are enjoying the weather this time of year.

Flashman
I'm waiting,
Waiting for you to crash,
I'm waiting,
Waiting to see your cash,
Waiting so long,
Waiting over here,
Waiting over there,
Waiting to hear you say,
You'll come back to me!
Waiting for the rush!
You're all flash and no cash,
Don't like your trash,
Gonna see you crash,
I'm waiting,
Waiting on my own,
I'm waiting,
Waiting to hear you groan,
Waiting to get you alone,
Waiting for us to meet,
Waiting to get off the street,
Waiting for my heart,
To skip a beat,
Waiting for the rush!
Tired of all your flash,
Get rid of the trash, and,
Show me your cash,
So where do you go to find a lover?
And where will you find a brother?
Is this the end of the road?
Will you stoop low?
So that I can grow?

Hey Mr. Millionaire (live)
Went down across that borderline
Down in the planet Mexico.
Bought some tequila big sack o whack.
I let go the Peso; I couldnt get back.
Hey, Mr. Millionaire! Hey, Mr. Millionaire!
Can you loan this poor-boy a dime?
Walking and crossing the border line
Way on the planet London.
Bought a Rolls Royce and a Jaguar;
It DOES in fact matter how rich you are.
Hey, Mr. Millionaire! Hey, Mr. Million!
Can you loan this poor-boy a dime?
I moved on across that borderline
Deep on the planet Louisiana.
Threw some dice it was oh, so nice,
But it left me eatin red beans & rice.
Hey, Mr. Millionaire! Hey, Mr. Million!
Could you loan this poor-boy a dime?
Hey, Mr. Millionaire! Hey, Mr. Million!
Loan this poor-boy a dime.
Loan this poor-boy a dime.
Turn yourself into a BANKER!
He-e-ey! [He-e-ey!]
He-e-ey! [He-e-ey!]
Hey! [Hey!]
Hey! [Hey!]
Hey! [Hey!] Hey! [Hey!]

Cry Cry Cry
Third Eye Blind Feat. Merle Haggard
Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash,
Johnny Cash trying to calm the criminal, soothed and imprisoned by a Memphis summer hymnal, with a saftey razor and a good man's nightmare, and that long road out of here paved with words that he don't believe, and a bitch of a woman caused the man in black to grieve
Everybody knows where you go when the sun goes down
I think you only live to see the lights of town
I wasted my time when I would try, try, try
Cause when the lights have lost their glow you'll cry, cry, cry
Soon your sugardaddies will all be gone
You wake up some cold day and find you're alone
You'll call for me but I'm gonna tell you bye, bye, bye
When I turn around and walk away you'll cry, cry, cry
You're gonna cry, cry, cry and you'll cry alone
When everyone's forgotten and you're left on your own
You're gonna cry, cry, cry
I lie awake at night to wait till you come in
You stay a little while and then you're gone again
Every question that I ask I get a lie, lie, lie
For every lie you tell you're gonna cry, cry, cry
You're gonna cry, and then you'll, you'll cry alone
When everyone's forgotten and you're left on your own
You're gonna cry, cry, cry, cry
When your fickle love gets old, and no one will care for you
You'll come back for me for a little love that's true
I'll tell you no and then you'll ask me why, why, why
When I remind you of all of this you'll cry, cry, cry
You're gonna cry, cry, cry and you, you'll want me then
It'll hurt when you think of all the fool you've been
You're gonna cry, cry, cry, cry
Cry, cry, cry, cry
You're gonna cry, cry, cry
Johnny Cash trying to calm the criminal, soothed and imprisoned by a Memphis summer hymnal, with a saftey razor...
It's gonna hurt you, hurt you

Loan Is A Great Disease Of Mind Which Brings In Life Insult And Defamation
Loan is a great disease of mind which brings in life insult and defamation
Loan taker promises to the loan giver that he will pay it on promised date,
Due to inconvenience he failed to repay it according to his said condition,
Being scolded by the party he is ashamed and he will try to commit suicide,
Shame on the part of loan taker to be a coward to have committed suicide,
He should be brave to tolerate public taunts instead of committing suicide,
Life is more precious so, with courage he should face the matter and decide,
He must not fear to the loan giver and die otherwise his family suffers in life,
Rich or poor everyone has one or other kind of loan that is to pay in his life,
A rich or poor man’s delivery is done by other and he is also buried by other,
All have been bounded by various acts of loan in the journey of life’s strike,
Loan of CREATOR, loan of pardon, loan of mercy and loan of helping one another,
A few people say “I cannot open my hand before other to ask help or something”,
After death such people are carried by other to get buried having nothing.

To My Very Dear Teacher , Dr Rubina Kamran
To some, Love is just mere words
To me it's a sentiment
A sentiment I get every time I look into your eyes
A sentiment I get when I realize you are my mentor
and when I need you most when needed comforting
You always found the time.
Your expressions were so soothing
Thank-you
For being there when I needed you most
For being my rock when I had no earth to stand
Thank you
For believing in me, even when I was misgiving myself
For being the one person I could confide in
For you my love is forever strong
never changing for all time...
when I need you most
No matter what, no matter where
You were always there to appease me
Thank you
for being with me my dear teacher
I am so proud to claim
I love you
Now and forever

Cash On The Barrelhead
I got in a little trouble at the county seat
Lord, they put me in the jailhouse
For loafing on the street
Well, the judge said guilty
He made his point
He said fourty-five dollars
Or thirty days in the joint
Thatll be cash on the barrelhead, hun
You can take your choice
Youre twenty-one
No money down
No credit plan
No time to chase you
Cause Im a busy man
I found a telephone number on a laundry slip
I had a good, hardy jailor
With a six gun hip
He let me call long distance
She said, number, please
And just as soon as I told her
She shouted back at me
Said thatll be cash on the barrelhead, hun
Not part, not half
But the entire sum
No money down
No credit line
Cause a little boy tells me
Youre the travelin kind
Thirty days in the jailhouse
Four days on the road
I was feelin mighty hungry
My feet, a heavy load
I saw a greyhound comin
Stuck out my thumb
As soon as I was seated
The driver caught my arm
Said thatll be cash on the barrelhead, hun
This old, grey dog gets paid to run
When the engine starts
And the wheels will roll
Give me cash on the barrelhead
I take ya down the road
Ohh, cash on the barrelhead
I take you down the road

Australian Anthem
Maker of earth and sea,
What shall we render Thee?
All things are Thine!
Ours but from day to day
Still with one heart to pray,
“God bless our land alway,”
This land of Thine.
Mighty in brotherhood,
Mighty for God and good,
Let us be Thine.
Here let the nations see
Toil from the curse set free,
Labour and Liberty
One cause—and Thine.
Here let glad Plenty reign;
Here let none seek in vain
Our help and Thine—
No heart for want of friend
Fail ere the timely end,
But love for ever blend
Man's cause and Thine
Here let Thy peace abide;
Never may strife divide
This land of Thine.
Let us united stand,
One great Australian band,
Heart to heart, hand in hand,
Heart and hand Thine
Strong to defend our right,
Proud in all nations' sight,
Lowly in Thine—
One in all noble fame,
Still be our path the same,
Onward in Freedom's name,
Upward in Thine

Titmarsh’s Carmen Lilliense
LILLE, Sept. 2, 1843.
My heart is weary, my peace is gone,
How shall I e'er my woes reveal?
I have no money, I lie in pawn,
A stranger in the town of Lille.
I.
With twenty pounds but three weeks since
From Paris forth did Titmarsh wheel,
I thought myself as rich a prince
As beggar poor I'm now at Lille.
Confiding in my ample means—
In troth, I was a happy chiel!
I passed the gates of Valenciennes,
I never thought to come by Lille.
I never thought my twenty pounds
Some rascal knave would dare to steal;
I gayly passed the Belgic bounds
At Quievrain, twenty miles from Lille.
To Antwerp town I hasten'd post,
And as I took my evening meal
I felt my pouch,—my purse was lost,
O Heaven! Why came I not by Lille?
I straightway called for ink and pen,
To grandmamma I made appeal;
Meanwhile a loan of guineas ten
I borrowed from a friend so leal.
I got the cash from grandmamma
(Her gentle heart my woes could feel,)
But where I went, and what I saw,
What matters? Here I am at Lille.
My heart is weary, my peace is gone,
How shall I e'er my woes reveal?
I have no cash, I lie in pawn,
A stranger in the town of Lille.
II.
To stealing I can never come,
To pawn my watch I'm too genteel,
Besides, I left my watch at home,
How could I pawn it then at Lille?
'La note,' at times the guests will say.
I turn as white as cold boil'd veal;
I turn and look another way,
I dare not ask the bill at Lille.
I dare not to the landlord say,
'Good sir, I cannot pay your bill;'
He thinks I am a Lord Anglais,
And is quite proud I stay at Lille.
He thinks I am a Lord Anglais,
Like Rothschild or Sir Robert Peel,
And so he serves me every day
The best of meat and drink in Lille.
Yet when he looks me in the face
I blush as red as cochineal;
And think did he but know my case,
How changed he'd be, my host of Lille.
My heart is weary, my peace is gone,
How shall I e'er my woes reveal?
I have no money, I lie in pawn,
A stranger in the town of Lille.
III.
The sun bursts out in furious blaze,
I perspirate from head to heel;
I'd like to hire a one-horse chaise,
How can I, without cash at Lille?
I pass in sunshine burning hot
By cafes where in beer they deal;
I think how pleasant were a pot,
A frothing pot of beer of Lille!
What is yon house with walls so thick,
All girt around with guard and grille?
O gracious gods! it makes me sick,
It is the PRISON-HOUSE of Lille!
O cursed prison strong and barred,
It does my very blood congeal!
I tremble as I pass the guard,
And quit that ugly part of Lille.
The church-door beggar whines and prays,
I turn away at his appeal
Ah, church-door beggar! go thy ways!
You're not the poorest man in Lille.
My heart is weary, my peace is gone,
How shall I e'er any woes reveal?
I have no money, I lie in pawn,
A stranger in the town of Lille.
IV.
Say, shall I to you Flemish church,
And at a Popish altar kneel?
Oh, do not leave me in the lurch,—
I'll cry, ye patron-saints of Lille!
Ye virgins dressed in satin hoops,
Ye martyrs slain for mortal weal,
Look kindly down! before you stoops
The miserablest man in Lille.
And lo! as I beheld with awe
A pictured saint (I swear 'tis real),
It smiled, and turned to grandmamma!—
It did! and I had hope in Lille!
'Twas five o'clock, and I could eat,
Although I could not pay my meal:
I hasten back into the street
Where lies my inn, the best Lille.
What see I on my table stand,—
A letter with a well-known seal?
'Tis grandmamma's! I know her hand,—
'To Mr. M. A. Titmarsh, Lille.'
I feel a choking in my throat,
I pant and stagger, faint and reel!
It is—it is—a ten-pound note,
And I'm no more in pawn at Lille!
[He goes off by the diligence that evening, and is restored to the
bosom of his happy family.]

Affection is the greatest of human feelings because it is made of respect, of lucidity, and light. To understand the truth and make one's self equal to it is everything; and to love is the same thing as to know and to understand. Affection, which I call also compassion, because I see no difference between them, dominates everything by reason of its clear sight. It is a sentiment as immense as if it were mad, and yet it is wise, and of human things it is the only perfect one. There is no great sentiment which is not completely held on the arms of compassion.

Money, Power, Woman
[Chorus 2x]
"You gotta make the money first"
"Then when you get the money, you get the power"
"Then when you get the power, Then you get the woman"
[Ice-T]
The problem is you broke, You ain't got no car or job
You slow with youer hustle, You dress like a slob
Ladies ain't looking for no brothers like this
They want the dub-twisting ballers with the ice on their wrist
You gotta get your cash right to get in the game
Might have to pull a pistol, Flip some caine
Get out in them streets and hustle hard in the rain
Take your come up and reinvest to the game
"You gotta make the money first"
You need a lot to go far
What you think is rich, I just spent on a car
What you think is paid, I just blew on a watch
What you think is wealthy, I just dropped on a yacht
Flip the street cash and try to pick some stocks
Kick back in your pad and watch it roll like crops
But it really ain't that easy, Or we all would be rich
One mistake, You're broke, The come up's a bitch
Make the right moves and forget about sleep
concentrate on the paper chase, Join the elite
Few dun got mad cash and money to spend
Money to straight blow and money to lend
And only then, You made it past stage one, My friend
[Chorus 2x]
[Ice-T]
Now you got the money and the cash flow thick
But you really ain't nothing but a richer trick
Just because you're paid, you can still get thick
By your low life homies or skanless bitch
You gotta move it around, put it in the right hands
Maybe a judge, Make a PA your friend
Understand what really moves the world
Recognize what really moves these girls
Juice is more important than cash for real
Money you spend, But true power you feel
It ain't that easy to reach
Respect is about the hardest damn thing in the streets to get
Make your moves correct, Watch your crew
Watch your back, They watching you
Anybody round you has gotta be true
Or you never make it past stage two
Listen, when you get the real true power, You know
People will feel you, Wherever you go
And when you really max this game
You'll never have to say your name
[Chorus]
[Ice-T]
Now you got the power, It's on, My friend
Cuz the one thing women love is powerful men
The one thing women hate are brothers that bend
They act like they like 'em, But they only pretend
They wanna be with that man in the V.I.
They don't wanna stand in line
You outta your mind?
That other player's got cash, But no juice
Cuz the powerful men get to choose
From a multitude of women that be steppin in crews
Willing to do much more than before
Give you quick brains, It's insane
Just what the woman'll do just for you
Cuz if you got the power, Then they gets it too
If you rollin benz, Then they rollin too
If you livin phat, Then they ballin too
That sounds stupid to you, Not to me
They winning one move when it takes us three
Cars, Big houses, And shopping sprees
While most of us see the penitentiary
[Chorus 2x]

Diminished Cash
Do I want this?
Or is it needed?
Do I wait until a craving demands?
Or do I resist...
Until I feel it as a command?
With a clarity I understand.
But can afford to ignore it.
Since I refuse to get it on credit...
Or seek a loan I will regret.
And if I can do that...
I can remove it from my wish list!
To keep payments off my back,
That leaves diminished cash...
A commodity,
That seems to grow more unfamiliar.
