Hypochondriacus
By myself walking,
To myself talking,
When as I ruminate
On my untoward fate,
Scarcely seem I
Alone sufficiently,
Black thoughts continually
Crowding my privacy;
They come unbidden,
Like foes at a wedding,
Thrusting their faces
In better guests' places,
Peevish and malecontent,
Clownish, impertinent,
Dashing the merriment:
So in like fashions
Dim cogitations
Follow and haunt me,
Striving to daunt me,
In my heart festering,
In my ears whispering,
'Thy friends are treacherous,
'Thy foes are dangerous,
'Thy dreams ominous.'
Fierce Anthropophagi,
Spectre, Diaboli,
What scared St. Antony,
Hobgoblins, Lemures,
Dreams of Antipodes,
Night-riding Incubi
Troubling the fantasy,
All dire illusions
Causing confusions;
Figments heretical,
Scruples fantastical,
Doubts diabolical,
Abaddon vexeth me,
Mahu perplexeth me,
Lucifer teareth me-
Jesu! Maria! liberate nos ab his diris tentationibus Inimici.

Friends And Foes
Better are foes than friends, sometimes, oh friend
Flip through thy pages friends, pretentiously
And say, “It's great, so nice, wondrous and good! ”
But foes! Rummage with spite them ruthlessly
In search of faults, they tear you piece by piece
God knows what foes unearth and well discern
In their inadvertence may discover
Precious jewels you hid in oblivion
And win you accolades of connoisseurs
So, friends or foes, never mind thee, oh friend
To friends say warm hello and thanks a lot
And there they come, your foes, with smiles crooked
Come on, up on thy feet and make salute

Cr687
One hot summer night with breezes blowing in
You started talking about real love
Like with no end
On highway 10 dreams were born
You were driving
Fate was riding
Destiny leading the way
And our future you told me
Was laid out for us down the road
I packed a bag and was ready to go
On CR687 we found a little piece of heaven
Getting by, staying high, making love
On CR687 dreams were born
You were driving
Fate was riding
Destiny leading our way
Always I'll hold in my heart
For that old farmhouse on CR687
Yea, you were driving, fate was riding
Destiny leading our way
Back to highway 10.

Foes Yet Friends(Roundel)
Foes Yet Friends, Tom and Jerry
Chase and face in their racing rounds
Tom is to chase running jerry
Foes Yet Friends
To win to eat aims Tom in rounds
To flee from Tom in rounds Jerry
Yet a foe to both sometimes hounds
Friends they fight in rounds in scurry
Just to win in proud rounds and rounds
But to part again in fury
Foes Yet Friends

Who Are My Foes?
I keep my battle cries.
But who are my foes?
With fears I can't release.
But who are my foes?
I feel much threatened too.
But who are my foes?
And when I close my windows,
I bolt and lock all doors.
I frisk my shadows cast.
But who are my foes?
I analyze all night.
But who are my foes?
Even my pet cat believes,
A spy on it has planted fleas.
I get that look from it,
And...
Brush until it's feeling freed.
I shower keeping glasses on.
To catch all my foes.
And drip to dry when done.
I don't use towels.
And when I make a mess and ready,
To take out the trash...
I take my cat with me,
And we both wear masks.
I frisk my shadows cast.
But who are my foes?
I analyze all night.
But who are my foes?
Even my pet cat believes,
A spy on it has planted fleas.
I get that look from it,
And...
Brush until it's freed.

Entertaining illusions
Entertaining illusions
~
Sleep deprived I twist and turn
While thoughts play upon my heart
Like a string quartet in symphony
Playing me into the night I follow
Picturing and hearing new sensations
Which burn my skin unbound with desire
I am at a loss to understand or comprehend
These landscape pictures I now witness
Into the night and the dark about me
I stare intent and transfixed
Upon the portrait of imagination
I now hear whispers talk of dreams
As though a madness has descended
I am sleepless and alive with thought
Almost controlling my dreams at a touch
Yet still only paying witness to them
I am here alone amid a silence
While wind howls beyond the window
And inside blinded by the night
I lay awake entertaining illusions

When You Wish Upon A Star
dreams come true (dreams come true)
dreams come true (oh oh, oh yeah)
dreams come true (na, na na, na na)
they do (they do)
when you (when you)...
When you wish upon a star, (a star,) makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires will come to you (it will come to you)
If your heart is in your dreams, (your dreams) no request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star as dreamers do (ooh ooh).
(Oh, Fate is...is kind...)Fate is kind, she brings (she brings) to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of their secret longing
(oh oh oh. like...) Like a boat out of the blue, Fate steps in and sees you thru
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(and they don't stop) dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(make a wish and) dreams come, (your dreams...) dreams come, (your dreams come...) dreams come true

Take Your Time
Take your time, your dreams have not altered;
Take your time, to address what faltered
That caused you to let go of these aspirations;
Soon, you will discover many illusions
Were played by your then-afeared mind,
And that you would do well to leave them behind.
Trust in yourself, it will all come back into focus-
It is the natural order of things, not some hocus-pocus,
Merely the way that your life is supposed to be.
Gradually, you shall see again, as you were supposed to see-
Not clouded by undue fright and irrationality,
And that time is the best anti-dote for this failure's causality.
Time heals all, including a fear made very real
By confabulation, that caused you to feel
That there must be something to the impediment
That you placed in the way of your dreams and their embodiment.
Take your time, analyze it every step of the way;
Take your time, think for a moment, of the day
Before it all started to 'come apart':
Think of the way you felt in your closely-guarded heart.
Dissect everything that was said and done;
Nary do any of them stand the test of time or truth-not one!
Your dreams are your's, and your's alone:
They are the only thing that you really ever own;
So, why not again believe in their verity! ? !
Only then will you see again, with clarity
Of purpose, and absolute truth of heart;
Only then can you begin again, to impart
To yourself, the reality of your dreams.
Take your time; all is never as it seems
To be, under the fog of frenzied fright.
Your dreams shall again make themselves right,
If you believe in the way you remember
You felt, that glorious day in December,
Before it was all taken from your sight,
To haunt you, as a spectre, in the night.
Take your time, your dreams are the only truth you possess-
This is the awe-inspiring gift of God's Bless!

Can You Share a Piece of my Dream?
All my dreams every night
Take me far away.
But all those dreams are never right.
There's not a place I can stay.
‘Cause where I am right next to you
is the place where I belong
and in all those dreams I have at night,
to me everything's wrong.
*** So can you share a piece of my dream?
Can you come with me?
I'd look forward to falling asleep
for I know there'd be
No black and white dreams
with no moonbeams,
No colorless places
with all the wrong faces.
‘Cause if you share a piece of my dream
your face is the only thing I'll see.
So come along and enter my dreams.
There are so many places to see.
And every place we travel to
we'll remember and I'll know
that wherever I am, asleep or awake
everything is right.
So can you share a piece of my dream
when I fall asleep tonight?

I make friends from contacts
And pick foes from those friends.
My foes are on increase
In proportion to friends.

Dum Vivimus Vigilemus
TURN out more ale, turn up the light;
I will not go to bed to-night.
Of all the foes that man should dread
The first and worst one is a bed.
Friends I have had both old and young,
And ale we drank and songs we sung:
Enough you know when this is said,
That, one and all,—they died in bed.
In bed they died and I ’ll not go
Where all my friends have perished so.
Go you who glad would buried be,
But not to-night a bed for me.
For me to-night no bed prepare,
But set me out my oaken chair.
And bid no other guests beside
The ghosts that shall around me glide;
In curling smoke-wreaths I shall see
A fair and gentle company.
Though silent all, rare revellers they,
Who leave you not till break of day.
Go you who would not daylight see,
But not to-night a bed for me:
For I ’ve been born and I ’ve been wed—
All of man’s peril comes of bed.
And I ’ll not seek—whate’er befall—
Him who unbidden comes to all.
A grewsome guest, a lean-jawed wight—
God send he do not come to-night!
But if he do, to claim his own,
He shall not find me lying prone;
But blithely, bravely, sitting up,
And raising high the stirrup-cup.
Then if you find a pipe unfilled,
An empty chair, the brown ale spilled;
Well may you know, though naught be said,
That I ’ve been borne away to bed.

Dead Man Walking
Theres a pale horse coming
And Im going to ride it
Ill rise in the morning
My fate decided
Im a dead man walking
Im a dead man walking
In st james parish I was born and christened
Ive got my story mister
Aint no need for you to listen
Its just a dead man talking
Once I had a job I had a a girl
Between our dreams and actions lies this world
In the deep forest their blood and tears rushed over me
All I could feel was the drugs and the shotgun
And my fear up inside of me
Like a dead man talkin
neath the summer sky my eyes went black
Sister I wont ask for forgiveness
My sins are all I have
Now the clouds above my prisonmove slowly across the sky
Theres a new day
Coming and my dreams are full to-night

The Dreams We Have
THE DREAMS WE HAVE
The dreams we have
The life we have
What does it all mean?
Each day in so many other places and thoughts
Other realities go their own way
Our small small small world
Struggles on
With its own illusions and dreams
And what it all amounts to
Silence will forever say
Because silence is all we ever are forever
Perhaps.

Just A dreamer
I know what others do not know.
I see what others do not see
I know exactly where to go
to enter worlds of fantasy.
I’m just a dreamer I confess.
Something I would much rather be
Than striving always for success.
I don’t care what you think of me.
The dreams you dream depend upon
becoming a celebrity.
When your dreams fail, you’re still unknown
I’ll still be dreaming happily..
I value my ability
to create worlds of fantasy.

Lonely & Alone
Lonely when someone feels
Alone is he the only one
He thinks
Never is it the true
For the one is
Always preoccupied
With thoughts and whelms
With friends and foes
With good and bad
Which is always inside the one?
So he should never think of himself
As the one lonely and alone
Who is left deserted in the world
The redeeming feature is that
The lonely and alone is always
The one surrounded with people
And friends and foes
Where he is always left deserted when
He needs them most.

Dreams
You're always there with in my dreams.
Oh what joy could be the wonderful things.
My hopes and wishes al fulfilled,
my endless prayers answered God has granted his precious will.
But in my dreams it's never so.
Dark turns they take pushng hope below.
I lose you just like in real life.
Disappearing causeing anguish and strie.
In my dreams you're always just right there.
Beyond my grasp It makes me so damn scared.
I always know that when I turn my back,
I'll turn around and the future fades to black.
In my dreams I feel you so.
Sometimes good but mostly no.
I don't know what these illusions mean.
A psychic message or a subconcious gleam?
You're always there I don't know why.
When all in life has been deprived.
I miss you much to the core it hurts.
Perhaps it's just I'm going nuts.
Am I in your dreams you precious thing?
Holding his heart out for you to live and breathe?
I try to send this message through,
I doubt though that it gets to you.
Hopefully one day my dreams willbe true.
Only the best for me and you.
A fairytale ending within reality bounds.
Our loving feet planted squarely on the ground.

May slip sometimes
Dreams are dreams
Don't allow your love to fall short in realms
Beware of wrong goal and fantasy
Trust in power that rests with almighty
It is nice to have high expectations
It is equally good to have good relation
Not for gender preference alone
But for weaving the threads that had been gone
It is one of wonderful adventure
Work in day time and dream in night for bright future
Think it right when something is troubling
Night to provide some sort of positive inkling
Go and probe that is not possible
Struggle with thoughts to come over trouble
It may certainly come to rescue
When some thrust is needed to get preview
Never dishearten if dreams not come true
You must attempt next time to get through
The luck will click and definitely smile
You may win the score in your own style
So dream but on concrete proposals
It must need quick disposals
Realize it quickly and waste no time
It may give you slip sometimes

Oceans Of Fantasy
My world is filled with oceans
Oceans of fantasy
The never never land of emotions
Come down and follow me
Youll see the secret places
Where all the rivers end
And pirate ships of old
Filled with diamonds and with gold
Just waiting for a friend
All you can hear is the music of stillness
And pure harmony
Magical mirrors reflecting the light
That colors the sea
Youll be surrounded by angel like creatures
Who tend to your dreams
Deeper and deeper you fall in a trance
Much more real
Much more real than it seems
Come share with me the oceans
Oceans of fantasy
Where you can lose your soul forever
Like in a melody
Oceans of fantasy, oceans of fantasy
Oceans of fantasy, oceans of fantasy
My world is filled with oceans
Oceans of fantasy
The never never land of emotions
Come down and follow me

Now And Then
Now and then
I must admit I wonder if I had the chance
To vanquish foes with nothing more than just a glance
How perfect every single day would be
To never wait in driving rain
For the bus that never came
Not to be the one to blame
For anybody else's misery
Now and then
I contemplate a different way around this day
With nothing more than simple words, so I can say
I'm quite content and happy being me
Walking tall with peace of mind
To leave no childhood dreams behind
Arriving home to always find
Things just as I know they ought to be
Now And Then
I must admit I wonder if I had the chance
To vanquish foes with nothing more than just a glance
How perfect every single day would be
To never wait in driving rain
For the bus that never came
Not to be the one to blame
For anybody else's misery
Now and then
I wake up, when it hits me like a ton of bricks
I realise it's me who has to take the licks
No angels up there looking after me
No rainbow with a pot of gold
No cloak to shield me from the cold
No pill to stop me growing old
Dreams fading into stark reality

Reverie
Reverie
Dreams have always been vital to me they have been a wing
To fly on for my consciousness, but lately there have been few
dreams and when I dream it is about places I have been to in
other thoughts, meeting people and seeing a nature that is
interior where the landscape it thorny and cannot be shared
with others. There is strangeness to see friends that do not exist,
familiar faces forever young they will just be there and not tell
me what to do, a burden one has to tolerate in conscious life.
My phone doesn’t ring although I’ve a funny, musical ringer tone.
By the lake of wonder virtual friends silently gather, look at me
as to say: “When are you going to be our real friend? ”But I will
not leave before I feel the joy of embracing you again, when
you stroke my vanishing hair and tell me that you love me
