Why Do They Need To Fiddle
Life's a struggle that's a fact,
But that can't be said for all,
Life's billionaires don't give a damn,
Their lifestyles will never stall.
They get tax relief for donations,
That's a fact they try to hide
How much wealth does a person need?
We're being taken for a ride.
They manipulate their tax returns,
While we're on pay as you earn,
They abuse every loophole as our money burns,
Finding more is what they must learn.
So why do these rich celebrities,
Tell us to give more money,
While they make billions every year,
It really isn't funny.
Politicians on the take,
Their expenses are truly ill gotten,
It proves that everyone's a fake,
To the core they are all bloody rotten.
Yet they all dictate what we should give,
Just what gives them that right?
They'll be hypocrites as long as they live,
They don't know the meaning of contrite.
Who are they to lecture us?
As they live their lives of leisure,
A million pounds from each of them,
Would give the starving untold pleasure.
While we must pay our taxes due,
It really is a riddle,
If these bastards are worth so much,
‘' Why do they need to fiddle ‘'

'money' in 'e'"
One, two, three, four!
The best things in life are free,
But you can keep it to the birds and bees;
I want money,
That's what i want,
That's what i want, yeah,
That's what i want.
Money don't get ev'rything it's true,
What it don't get i can't use;
Now give me money,
That's what i want,
That's what i want, yeah,
That's what i want.
Ow!
Your love give me such a thrill,
But your love don't pay no bills;
Now give me money,
That's what i want,
That's what i want, yeah,
That's what i want.
Hey! now give me money,
Whole lot of money,
Lots of money,
Give me money,
That's what i want, want,
That's what i want.
Well, now give me money,
Whole lot of money,
Yeah, give me money,
Whole lot of money,
That's what i want, yeah,
That's what i want.

The Money
Can money kiss you?
Can it give you a hug?
Will money save you from death?
Often people kiss their money
As if money were a person
but does money kiss you back?
Does money make the world go round?
Perhaps money can bring you down
When you spend it all, it’s just gone
leaving you with... possessions?
It’s true; money can buy you things
but it shouldn’t be the main motivation
or reason to live
It’s the root of all evil
Too much love causes greed
Some people have way too much
While others are in real need
Why are people starving?
The rich dictate the poor
Nothing less and nothing more
Everyday prices just rise
Every night we have to pay more to be alive
Dollar signs and question marks
are what I contemplate
Than money breaks up people
and causes them to hate
Never really seeming to be able to relate
What is real and what is fake?
Money isn’t something death will let you take
So why are riches passing by us daily?
On a path to no where, the money is failing

I Wanna Live
I've been thinking it over
And I know just what to do
I've been thinking it over
And I know I just can't trust myself
I'm a Gypsy prince
Covered with diamonds and jewels
But then my lover exposes me
I know I'm just a damn fool
I give what I've got to give
I give what I need to live
I give what I've got to give
It's important if I want to live
I wanna live
I want to live my life
I wanna live
I want to live my life
As I load my pistol
Fine German steel
I never thought I'd be so down and out
Having my last meal
But I know I can do it
It just took a few years
As I execute my killer
The morning is near
I give what I've got to give
I give what I need to live
I give what I've got to give
It's important if I want to live
I wanna live
I want to live my life
I wanna live
I want to live my life

Love Or Money
I dont want your silver castle
And your money like a king
I dont want your lovely woman
She dont even mean a thing
For I wont live for love or money
Make me a slave to none
I wont live for love or money
Give me them as they come
Give me them as they come
All your money will only hurt you
Will only make you blue
Your lovely woman will love and leave you
Will break your heart in two
Cos I wont live for love or money
Make me a slave to none
I wont live for love or money
Give me them as they come
Give me them as they come
Once I had me love and money
I was standin so high
I lost my love and I lost my money
A lonely man am i
Now I wont live for love or money
Make me a slave to none
I wont live for love or money
Give me them as they come
Give me them as they come
Now I wont live for love or money
Make me a slave to none
I wont live for love or money
Give me them as they come
Give me them as they come

Never Give You Up
Theres never been a doubt,
But sometimes I feel afraid.
We need to talk it out;
That always makes it okay.
Sometimes friends dont understand
The love I have for you,
But everywhere I go, I know,
I just want more of you.
I will never give you up, lord,
Not in a million years.
I will never give you up, never give you up,
Not for as long as I live.
I will never give you up, lord,
Not in a million years,
cause you have put this love inside my heart.
(oooo-oooh, oooo-oooh, oooo-oooh.)
I know you know me well;
You know the struggle thats in my mind.
But since you hold my heart,
Ill leave the struggles behind.
I dont have to understand
This love I have for you,
cause everywhere I go, I know,
I just need more of you.
I will never give you up, lord,
Not in a million years.
I will never give you up, never give you up,
For as long as I live.
Im so glad I found you. (so glad I found you.)
Want to build my life around you. (oooo-oooh.)
Oh, youve got to know
That Ill never let go of you. (never let go.)
Oh, I will never give you up, lord,
Not for a million years.
I will never give you up, never give you up,
For as long as I live.
I will never give you up, lord,
Not for a million years,
cause you have put this love inside my heart.
(never give you up, lord,)
For a million years.
I will (never give you up, never give you up,)
For as long as I live.
I will (never give you up, lord,)
For a million years,
cause you have put this love inside my heart.
(never give you up, lord,)
For a million years.
I will (never give you up, never give you up,)
For as long as I live.

Sonnet- What’s Life Truth?
The Sun bestows its light during the day;
The Moon's mirror reflects the same at night;
In life, we learn to give others some way;
Or help others see life in God's true light.
In life, we give others more than we take;
Mind you, we bring nothing with us at birth;
The flour God gives determines what we bake,
And when we cease, we go to Mother Earth.
Why slog all life to earn a wealth we leave?
'Tis wiser sharing it with those who live;
The yarn of life decides fabric we weave;
'Tis wise to take lesser and more to give.
True happiness on earth is when we give,
Our excess wealth to men, struggling to live.

A Last Appeal
KNOWING our needs, hardly knowing our powers,
Hear how we cry to you, brothers of ours!--
Brothers in nature, pulse, passions, and pains,
Our sins in you, and your blood in our veins.
First in your palace, or last in our den,
Basest or best, we are all of us men!
Justice eternal cries out in our name,
What is the least common manhood can claim?
'Food that we make for you,
Money we earn:
Give us our share of them--
Give us our turn.'
Landowners, bankers, and merchants, we make
Out of our lives this new wealth that you take.
Have we earned only such pitiful dole
As just holds worn body to desolate soul?
When that soul is bewildered each day and perplext
With the problem of how to get bread for the next,
Is it better to end it, as some of us do,
Or to fight it out bravely, still calling to you--
'Food that we make for you,
Money we earn:
Give us our share of them--
Give us our turn'?
Ever more passionate grows our demand--
Give us our share of our food and our land:
Give us our rights, make us equal and free--
Let us be all we are not, but might be.
Our sons would be honest, our daughters be pure,
If our wage were more certain, your vices less sure--
Oh, you who are forging the fetters we feel,
Hear our wild protest, our maddened appeal--
'Food that we make for you,
Money we earn:
Give us our share of them--
Give us our turn.'
Hear us, and answer, while Time is your friend,
Lest we be answered by God in the end;
Lest, when the flame of His patience burns low,
We be the weapon He shapes for His blow--
Lest with His foot on your necks He shall stand,
And appeal that you spurned be new-born as command,
And thunder your doom, as you die by the rod
Of the vengeance of man through the justice of God.
'Food that we make for you,
Money we earn:
Give us our share of them--
Give us our turn.'

They're More Equal Than Others
Democracies, Dictatorships and Communism,
Are contradictions they'd have us all think,
Yet as all of them head for cataclysm,
It's the poor who are left to sink.
As our leaders tear our economies apart,
It's time to stand up and be counted,
These idiots are determined to tear out our heart,
Mass protests against you will be mounted.
We're in this together they'd have you believe,
But it's we who must follow their rules,
While they live in splendour we're left to grieve,
Working people are treated like fools.
We are taxed us from birth till the day we die,
To ensure we stay under the thumb,
While they're on the take we're left to cry,
They look upon commoners as scum.
Those who preside at the top of the tree,
Politicians and fat cat millionaires,
The plight of the poor they refuse to see,
If truth be told not one of them cares.
These hierarchies dictate how we all should live,
We must struggle just to stay alive,
While their lives are based on take not give,
They leave us barely enough to survive.
We're being squeezed to death by these parasites,
Who want nothing but fortune and fame,
It is us they condemn they're abusing our rights,
While their excuses are always the same.
They bring all of our countries to their knees,
Through sheer incompetence and greed,
Then walk away rich denying the sleaze,
Their lavish lifestyles they go on to feed.
While they live their lives in prosperity,
The workers end up unemployed,
We must suffer a life of austerity,
While their lives are being enjoyed.
The fat cats claim it is never their fault,
Whenever the stock markets crash,
To fix it they enter the taxpayers vault,
Then they walk away with our stash.
We're then left to pick up the pieces,
As taxes and prices all rise,
It's the workers the speculator fleeces,
By so called experts, another myth dies.
They lie so much they forget the truth,
Then get caught in their venomous webs,
Their indignant attitude is then so uncouth,
When they call us nothing but '' plebs ''
The truth is none of them would be rich,
Without us they'd be walking the streets,
For a life of austerity they don't have the itch,
They're the epitomy of low life cheats.
Fact is for us they do not give a damn,
The truth a liar always smothers,
We are being conned by their illegitimate scam,
They believe,
‘' They're More Equal Than Others ‘'
Sonnet: Be Optimistic
Give me some wood and I will make a boat;
Give me more wood and I will build a ship;
Give me the cloth and I will stitch a coat;
Give me the years and I will make friendship.
Give me just mud and I will build a hut;
Give me cement and multi-storeys rise;
Give me my crosses; I'll keep my mouth shut;
Give me more sufferings, I'll keep of vice.
Give me courage to do away with strife;
Give me a job to earn my livelihood;
Give me the chances to succeed in life;
Give me the love I need in my childhood.
Give me something, I'll do accordingly;
Give me a spouse or I will live singly!

As They Lay Me In The Ground
Every day brings me more pain,
I just pray there's no tomorrow,
My life is truly inhumane,
It's filled with grief and sorrow.
I used to be a normal guy,
Quite happy with my lot,
Family, friends no need to lie,
My life just couldn't be bought.
Then I thought, this can't be right,
There's more to life than this,
What I was missing was out of sight,
So I tried some cannabis.
It made me feel relaxed and cool,
Then I mixed it with some drink,
I never knew I could be so cruel,
But I refused to see the link.
I progressed on to stronger drugs,
They made me feel immune,
The warning signs are just for mugs,
I won't stop anytime soon.
I then lost my family and my friends,
How dare they interfere?
As into farce my life descends,
To me it's still unclear.
My legs are full of holes and sore,
I've no veins left to inject,
My body's rotten to the core,
Yet my fix I must collect.
I have no money to buy my kit,
No family from which I can steal,
I'd give my life for another hit,
I need cash for one more deal.
Addiction is an abject curse,
You imagine it gives you joy.
When you think things can't get worse,
Your spirit it will then destroy.
Your mind and body then give in,
You can no longer cope,
You're in a battle you can never win,
It's then you give up hope.
I've caused those close to me untold grief,
A fact I refused to see,
My leaving will bring them scant relief,
But I need to set myself free.
My will to live has disappeared,
At last my peace I've found,
The chaos in my life has cleared,
‘' As They Lay Me In The Ground ‘'
Battels lost here is my death
I have won the Battles
But Lost the war
Bastards are bastards.
And hurt me to much.
I don't want to live anymore
I can't go on
I have suffered for to long
To much Depression and pain
Its hard to stay Sane
Lived through rape and abuse.
Never got over it.
It over road my life.
I don't want to live
So my life I give
Its time for me to go
I won't be missed I know
Cause you don't care
and Life isn't Fair

Give Thanks!
Give Thanks! For what?
The fact that your alive!
Give thanks for everything,
man, that ain't no jive...
The wonder of it all,
the mystery of life,
The winds that blow,
and cut you like a knife.
The fact that you are healthy,
the fact that your still here;
the love that you possess,
for that, stand up and cheer!
Give thanks for friends and family,
Give thanks for being unique;
and glory in the God above,
of which we all do seek.
Give thanks that there's tommorow,
and be glad that there's today;
Laugh and be yourself,
There isn't any other way.
Most of all, thank God,
In all you say and do;
He's waiting for your praise,
He did it all for me and you.

Its the way I live my life!

People hear little things and they start to shout
You see me on t.v. or a magazine cover
Lose our bonus, move under cover

You dont even know how I live my life
Dont point your finger cause Ill do what I like

In Heaven Capitalism Doesn't Exist
America, the capitalist's prodigy,
Their debts multiplying every day,
It proves that capitalism doesn't work,
Eventually someone has to pay.
Four billion pounds debt every 24 hours,
To reduce it they're not even trying,
Politicians not caring leaves a taste that sours,
Fact is we know they're all lying.
The Eurozone is in crisis now,
Great Britain is in a mess,
While our politicians don't lose out,
We're left with all the stress.
Britain now owes over a Trillion pounds,
Despite all the governments cuts,
The Grim Reaper is now doing his rounds,
We're doomed, no ifs or buts.
What happened to being accountable?
Our politicians just never learn,
They tell us, don't spend what you don't have,
Live only on what you earn.
They then go and do the opposite,
How stupid can these bastards get,
While they're living the life of Riley,
We're left to pay their debt.
The workers are forced to bail them out,
But these scumbags have got it cracked,
While we all lose our jobs and homes,
None of them are sacked.
They ruin their countries whilst in power,
Which proves they haven't got a clue,
They then just up and walk away,
While we're left to see it through.
They then come out with their bullshit books,
The contents would make you wince,
They all claim it wasn't their fault,
But we know they're talking mince.
Why do we reward them for failure,
It's in prison they should be confined,
The ordinary guy would be sacked on the spot,
But these deadbeats are wined and dined.
Capitalism is a fantasy ideal,
Corruption and greed it compounds,
Manipulated by greedy bastards,
Why we tolerate it is what confounds.
The only consolation is,
They're so obsessed with wealth,
They forget all their wining and dining,
Is detrimental to their health.
So when they reached the pearly gates,
There stood a white robed sentry,
Who told them all, sorry mates,
For your sins there'll be no entry.
What do you mean, they all shout out,
We can buy anything we want,
I'm sorry but money means nothing here,
You have nothing left to flaunt.
When you lived in your Earthly home,
You just loved to kiss and tell,
For all your greed and corruption,
You're now heading straight for Hell.
The one who dies rich dies disgraced,
So I'm afraid that's the point you've missed,
You can't buy your way into Paradise,
‘' In Heaven, Capitalism Doesn't Exist ‘'
Pure Feeling
Isn't it funny how we all end up in dirt?
Its not about the money
or the way in which you have to work...
to get what you want in this life we live!
We give, we give, we give everything...
I hear the echoes of the angels as they sing
from the throne above which you think is owned by the kings
but this, this right here is what destiny
its what destiny brings.
The feeling from a place they can not feel
because the reflection of your eyes shines through
and shows you your real
and the poem is in the heart of the letter
the envelope you seal
the party is not a celebration of life
because there is no party left for you in the dark of the night.
Isn't it funny? Its not funny, not no more
you see the life you don't want behind the closed door
and its not pure! Its not pure!
like the feeling, like the feeling
it has no meaning...
not no more.

Money And Life
Isn't Money Funny?
Money, money, moneyIsn’t it funny?
Some crave for a penny
Some own cores many
When I was younger
I would believe indeed
That money is not all
That we need
But we grow up
And so we learn
That we earn to live
And live to earn
Food, clothing and shelter
Is not everything we require
These things even
A beggar does acquire
I thought all we need
Is love and friends
And our search
For happiness there ends
But in this world
Nothing comes for free
To win these too
Money holds the key
Money not, only god,
Earning the only prayer
Spending the only religion,
It’s the only thing we care.
No One Makes Money From Poetry
'No one makes money from Poetry”
“No one makes money from Poetry
If you need Money get it somewhere else
If you live your life by poetry
Be rich from something else,
Or poor forever.
Or have a job on the side
Which is not on the side
Like Wallace Stevens
If you need money
Don’t give your life to poetry
Give your life to making money
Money and Poetry they are not made together.

Give Me An Inch
(robert palmer)
Give me an inch, girl
Give me an inch, girl
Give me an inch, girl
Give me an inch, girl
My eyes show me more than Ive seen
But unlike my poor heart theyre not cautious
I got to thinking love was a dream
Misunderstanding my fortunes
I should have taken more heed of my heart
Telling me how to live
But if you give me an inch, girl
Ill give you a mile
Oh, Ill make it all worth while
And Ill make you see
Just how much you mean to me
Well aint it easy to go head-over-heels
When you need the right person
You got to learn to smile about it
Nothing you do will feel certain
Here I stand with my heart in command
And its you I want to be with
Give me an inch, girl
Im in need of you
Dont leave me in the cold
When I want to trust in you
Dont turn me away
Life can be a worry
When its all work and no play
Give me an inch, girl
Ill give you a mile
Oh, Ill make it all worth while
And Ill make you see
Just how much
Just how much you mean to me
Give me an inch,
Ill give you a mile
And Ill make you see
Just how much, just how much you mean to me
Give me an inch, girl
Oh , Im in need of you
Dont leave me in the cold
When I want to trust in you

Money
(b. gordy, jr./j. bradford)
The best things in life are free
But you can give them to the birds and bees
I need money
That's what i want
That's what i want, yeah
That's what i want
Your love gives me a thrill
But your love can't pay my bill
I need money
That's what i want
That's what i want, yeah
That's what i want
Money
Lots of money
Whole lot of money
Lots of money
That's what i want, yeah
That's what i want
Money don't get everything it's true
What it don't get, i can't use
I need money
That's what i want
That's what i want, yeah
That's what i want
That's what i want, yeah
That's what i want
Money, money
Is what i want
A whole lot of lean green
That's what i want
Give me money, money
Is what i want
That's what i want, well
Now give me money
Ow, money
Wow, yeah, you need money
Now, give me money
That's what i want, yeah
That's what i want, yeah
