Lost The Meaning
I don't even know what to say anymore
And somewhere along the way
I lost the meaning to words
and the ability to understand what they meant
I sit here waiting for the words to come
It's like trying to catch a sheet of paper
When the wind took it up in the air
and blew it a couple of miles away
Are we supposed to walk
a couple of miles to find the words
that seem to be lost in the corn field
or do we just let them decay in the field

Pleasure Dome
Now I know none of this was planned, it all just kinda happened
I got more than I wanted, but how is still a mystery
Obsessed with this feeling, I trusted it, so I followed it
Im tripping and stumbling across the land, full of miracles
Into a world so far from home, miles and miles from nowhere
Rooms without doors open for me, oh no
Taking me miles and miles from nowhere
Oh (miles and miles), oh yeah
Lost in this pleasure dome, lost in my own pleasure dome
Oh man, I aint got a clue, how you get out, or how to find this place
I want my control back, but Im afraid, Ill lose that feeling
Lost in a world so far from home, Im miles and miles from nowhere
Falling inside my own pleasure dome, Im miles and miles from nowhere
Oh (miles and miles), oh yeah
Lost in this pleasure dome, lost inside my pleasure dome
(solo)
Lost in a world, cant find my way home, miles and miles from nowhere
Falling inside my own pleasure dome, miles and miles from nowhere
Millions of miles, oh no, miles and miles and miles from nowhere
Miles and miles and miles and miles, oh
Lost in this pleasure dome, lost inside my pleasure dome, yeah

Wind Words
WHILST THE WIND BLOWS
THOUGHT-LOSING WORDS BLEW ALONG
REFLECTING ON THEIR OWN MONOLOGUES
KNOWING MORE THAN THEY SAY
WOULD STAY SILENT
IF WORDS UNDERSTAND
WHAT THEIR CONTENTS IS
BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT WORDS KNOW
WOULD THEY SHARE
WHAT WORDS UNDERSTAND
WHISPERING THEIR KNOWLEDGE
THOUGHT-LOSING AND SILENT
TO THE WIND
OH, WIND - WHAT WOULD HAPPEN
WHEN YOU KNOW
WHAT WORDS UNDERSTAND
ALL THEIR MEANINGS
SPOKEN INTO YOU
AND BEEN HEARD
READY FOR A NEW VOICE
PUTTING THOUGHTS SOFTLY
BETWEEN YOUR LETTERS
OH, LOVELY WIND
WOULD YOU CARRY YOUR WISDOM
ABOUT SPOKEN WORDS CONFIDENTIAL
TO THE WAITING ONES
AND GIVE BACK ALL YOUR KNOWLEDGE
TO SENDERS IN RETURN
WHAT WOULD THE WORLD KNOW
WHEN WINDS SHARE THEIR WISDOM
WHILST THE WIND BLOWS

In My Field
Im in my field
Im in my stream
And Im love
Im in my tree
I take a walk
Nine hundred miles
I cross the stile
Im in my field
And Im in love
And its for free
Im in my field
Im in my field
Im in my field
Im in my stream
And I will yield
Im in my field
And Im in love
Across the stile
Come in my field
Just you and me
Well take a walk
Nine hundred miles
And Im in love
Well count the stars
Im in my field
Im in my stream
Well Im in love
Just you and me
Im in my field
Im in my stream
Well Im in love
Im in my tree
I take a walk
Nine hundred miles
I cross the stile
Im in my field

This Month Messiah
I'm just a pilgrim here looking for holy ground
I'm just a body lost but my soul can be found
How many miles to go
How many miles to babylon
I don't know where to turn when answers all fade clear
But I must find a place there's only questions here
How many miles to go
How many miles to babylon
How many miles to go
How many miles to babylon
I feel...feel like I'm on trial
Who made a judge of you
Are you this month's messiah
I am a fightin' man tired of living under the gun
But am I looking for love or am I looking to run
How many miles to go
How many miles to babylon
How many miles to go
How many miles to babylon
I heard...I heard it on the wire
That it's all up to you
Are you this month's messiah
How many miles to go
How many miles to babylon

I Hope You Still Love Me
I sometimes wonder
If God will still love me
After all I have done
I've thrown away a couple of bibles
I've burned his words
I torn pages out
I used the paper to smoke out of
But worst of all I abused his words
And cursed his name
I'm so sorry
That I took my anger out on you
I blamed you for a lot of things
I hope you understand
I never meant to do things I did
I did them out of anger
The anger just consumed me
Than it somehow turned into hate
I'm so sorry God
That I went as far as I did
I hope you will forgive me
I'm not asking you to forget
But please don't use
What I did against me
I hope you will
Love me after all that I did
Words Sometimes Take On A Own Meaning
Words sometimes take on a own meaning
and sometimes they are sharp and painful
as if there is much more to words
as if a kind of secret knowledge hides in them
that are sometimes something moving.
Words sometimes take on a own meaning
but somehow words can at times miss things
and are sometimes dependent on feelings
as if there is much more to words
when through it all love brings a kind of bonding
and so you and I are attractive to each other.
Words sometimes take on a own meaning
and daily a bond develops between us,
while you become more considerable to me,
as if there is much more to words
you constantly live in my thoughts,
while love becomes real through words.
Words sometimes take on a own meaning
as if there is much more to words…

Little Roland Lost
Im lost, Im lost, find me
Im lost, Im lost, find me
He wondered too far now
He is lost and lonely
Little roland all alone
Cause he cant find his way
Wish I was home in the arms of my mom
Shes the one to protect me
But here I am in the woods by myself
Wont somebody find me
Im lost, Im lost, find me
Im lost, Im lost, find me
I see a path maybe this is the way
That leads to safety
No just a dead end leading to nowhere
Wont somebody find me
Im lost, Im lost, find me
Im lost, Im lost, find me
Little roland see your field eyes
Little legs running wildly
Comes the night, strange noises
Guess hes lost forever
Im lost, Im lost, find me
Im lost, Im lost, find me

Words conspire and words annoy
Words spread freedom and words detain
Words believe them in sound refrain

Untitled 15
there is a mountain of words
an ocean of words
a continent of words
there is a rain of words
a flood of words
a river of words and true to their being words
they also disintegrate as syllables
on the other hand some form the clauses
conditions and terms
some make sentences and paragraphs
a world of words full of words
i am not a word and i am buried in a mountain of words
a sea of words i drown
a continent of words i am condemned to walk all the days of my life
too may words my ears do not listen anymore.
my eyes do not like to read anymore.
i like something not having to do with words.
what about a touch? what about a picture?
what about a kiss?
why don't people just make love without saying a word?
let us start touching the hearts of people
to avoid this war of words that lead us to our own perdition.

When I Write These Lines
when i write these lines it is as good as
thrown paper, some words are written but
they are meant to be discarded because they have
occupied much of sadness
worn out memories
overused mumblings
they are meant to be crumpled
and thrown away
this one, this one is not meant to be kept
it is written
but meant simply to be deleted
some words are meant to be said
and be forgotten
because of pain and because they do not mean anything anymore.
goodbye lines, goodbye
take your time, there will be a little waiting
until another fool takes you in
another poet in the state of an inevitable
writer's block

Cassidy
I have seen where the wolf has slept by the silver stream.
I can tell by the mark he left you were in his dream.
Ah child of countless trees, ah child of boundless seas.
What are you, what are you meant to be?
Speaks his name for you were born to me,
Born to me, cassidy.
Lost now on the country miles in his cadillac.
I can tell by the way you smile he is rolling back.
Come wash the nighttime clean, come grow the scorched ground green.
Blow the horn, tap the tambourine.
Close the gap on the dark years in between.
You and me, cassidy.
Quick beats in an icy heart, catch colt draws a coffin cart,
There he goes and now here she starts, hear her cry.
Flight of the seabirds,
Scattered like lost words,
Wheel to the storm and fly.
Fare thee well now, let your life proceed by its own design.
Nothing to tell now, let the words be yours, Im done with mine.
Fare thee well now, let your life proceed by its own design.
Nothing to tell now, let the words be yours, Im done with mine.

Words
Words on this paper
Words in my head
Words while I'm texting
Computing
Unsaid
Words between people
Words on the phone
Words upon words
Even when I'm alone
Words from the Bible
I question
Don't mesh
Words from pornography
Making them flesh
Words with flat letters
Written in black
Good words and bad words
You cannot take back
Words that are shallow
Words that are deep
When they're too many
They put me to sleep
Words that I'm writing
And rhyming you read
Whatever I'm saying
There's prolly no need
Words from the alphabet
Words that can't be
When you are blind
And it's Braile that you see
Words that are worthless
And said on the fly
My words or your words
Are most likely lies
Words in a sentence
Wise words or fair
The only words earnest
Are those said in prayer

Across The Miles
For Suzanne Gaddess
A voice with no sound
Stretches across invisible miles
A voice of words like an outstretched hand
Its fingers waiting to be touched
By another in a much sought bond of friendship
The words are read and treasured like precious jewels
The fingers have touched
Another voice of words
Extends itself across the miles
Like an invisible thread
The much sought link is forged
Friendship through words of unseen faces grows
Trust follows in the distance
As words of comfort, sorrow and joy
Move back and forwards along the invisible thread

Paper, Only for a Limited Time
Paper, blank and empty
A metaphor only meant for loneliness
White as new born snow
Lets add some words
To make a prophesized poem
Words, only meant for rhetorical use
Clouds that clear, only meant to hide the blue
The living, moving ocean that is our sky
Words, only meant for questioning
What are words but meaning
Clearing clouds, our living pulse bleeds through
Now this blank piece of paper
Has a shadow, and my shadow -combine
Lets make music together
Beautiful, wonderful, majestic music
Lets be music together-
And dance our hearts to something holy
Paper, blank and empty
But easily filled to create art
Art that can change the world
Turn it upside down, or nothing
Paper, blank and empty
But only for a limited time.

Isn't Simplicity Easy
If my words are read for content,
Why do some believe...
Other interpretations are meant?
As if there is something to define,
Between the lines.
As if there are clues,
Deep hidden in secret...
AND up my sleeve!
If my words are meant for content,
Why do some miss the obvious?
'Come on children.
Today we are taking a field trip.
Hold my hand! '
Why isn't simplicity easy for some to see?
And if I chose to write something abstract,
And detached from most lives...
I would receive standing ovations,
For the innovation of it all!
'And over there,
We see an interracial couple...
Doing 'interracial' things,
Interracially.
And over there...
We see some people closer to their pet animals,
Than to their own children, family and friends.
And way over there...
Can most of you see those folks being respectful?
That's how all of this should be done!
Any questions before we go back to take the quiz?
Good.
I am glad this has been worth time spent! '

Three Words
Baby
Every time you go
Feels just like another rainy day
baby does it show
that I count each hour when you're away
When I'm out to learn
to trust in your return
I want you to know what it is you do to me
[Chorus]
All I want are three words from you
baby three words from you
There's no way life will ever be the same
Every time you go
You leave me in a room of emptyness
baby does it show
I'm waiting for the warmth of your caress
Every time you steal
Attention that was never meant for you
I've got to let you know what it is you do to me
[Chorus]
All I want are three words from you
baby three words from you
There's no way I could ever live wihout you
I'll be here forever
Lost in your eyes
It's not nice to reason why
There's no way life will ever be the same again
Affection is the fantasy
The troubles are reality
baby (baby)
I need to know
but when I see the look that's in your eyes
my fears are gone I hope you realise
Baby (baby)
I need you so
Baby when I'm lost in your eyes
It's not nice to reason why
There's no way life will ever be the same
[Chorus]
All I want are three words from you
baby three words from you
There's no way I could ever live wihout you
I'll be here forever
Lost in your eyes
It's not nice to reason why
There's no way I could ever live wihout you
I'll be here waiting for
Three words from you
baby three words from you
There's no way I could ever live wihout you
I'll be here forever
Lost in your eyes
It's not nice to reason why
There's no way I could ever live wihout you
I'll be here waiting for You

Lost poem...Lost love..
Lost poem...
Lost words...
Lost feeling..
Lost love...
Nay, these are not lost, it is a deception
Nay, these are not lost, a false perception
Lost poem...
Lost words...
Lost feeling..
Lost love...
Nay, these are not lost, they exist deep in my soul,
Ultimate forgiveness, a high ideal, and yet a worthy goal.
Lost poem...
Lost words...
Lost feeling..
Lost love...

In twin
It needs a couple of wings
To fly
A couple to walk
A couple to talk
And for love a couple of hearts
to beat
To rain it needs a couple
To shine it needs a couple
And the life it needs to share
With couple
For one smile it needs
two hearts
In one band
in the bundle of love
The heart is not alone
Not bachelor
That is way
They beat
In twin.
