Desires

As darkness shrouds
The night sky,
The moon creeps in
Shamelessly
Into the privacy
Of my room.

Where,
tossing on the ambers
Of my melancholy,
You invade,
Tight lipped,
Entangled in my dreams.

Wherein,
Holding your hand
I escape,
The cages.
Breaking all chains
I flee,
to tread the unknown
Forbidden path of glee.

Where,
Beloved,
your gaze holds mine.
Your look,
Seeking my soul out of me.
Your taste,
A bitter sweet
In my mouth.
Your hands
Tracing,
bruising me
a little Blue
a little black.

Where thuds of your heart
Lie close,
Music to my ears.
And together we
Drown
into the swollen floods
of desires
absorbing,
the uniqueness of
“us”.

The flat of your palm
Still tracing,
Lingering with glee.

The moon
Still shamelessly
Invading
The privacy of my room.
Only its fire everywhere
But the smoke
No where to see.

Just A Kiss

Hold me close
So close.
My bosom
Heaves breathlessly
Hard
Against the thuds of your heart.
The nape of my neck,
Immobile,
For your grip
Holds it
A cage of feathers,
Tight…
and locked lie
our gazes,
your breath
mirroring mine.
My lips swollen,
Bruised,
Your taste a bitter sweet
Lingering in my mouth
Way past the moonless night.
Your tongue igniting
The deepest of my desires
And in cold fire
Burns "you" and "me"
Into ashes of" us".
My nape,
Still immobile,
In that feather grip
Of your hands
And all you asked for was
Just
"A kiss."

Beloved...

Beloved…
How I miss your gaze
Holding mine,
Grazing slowly
Over my lips
Sliding lower down
Caressing with sight…
And…
Over slow fire
I glow…
My knees going jelly
Over my surging desires…..

Beloved…
How I miss your fingers
Misty feathers,
Holding the back of my neck..
As your tongue
Fiercely seeks mine..
And my spine turns
a column of rubber…
Tingling to the earthy hues
Of famished hunger….

Beloved…
How I miss your hands,
Seeking, feeling, holding, kneading..
Turning my own bosom..
Rebels..
Against the confining garbs..
And all perked up
They ache..
For your lips,
Your mouth..
My deepest depths
All flooded…
Swollen ravines
set to drown..

Beloved…
How I miss you
In rhythm of mine..
Dancing to the wild tunes
And your soft sobs
As we drown in love..
Entwined,
No longer you and me
But together as "us".
Sinking beyond the confines
Of laws, norms, rights and wrongs..

Beloved…
How I miss you

Moon, We Look to You.

Moon, you have a shade of blue tonight –
Is it something that you saw or heard?
Only yesterday, your tone was proud and bright,
Yellow silver, full, and so assured.

Moon, despite the clarity of sky,
Metaphors of cloud that fluff with grey
Drift across your rounded face to spy;
Feeding back, there's awfully much to say.

Moon, you have a role to play up there –
We below must bear the earthly pain.
Duty bound, we shoulder sorrows fair –
You are free from our grotesque disdain.

Moon, we depend on you to shine
When the sun retires down below.
Add to that your grandest role divine:
Tidal Lord, to keep the seas in tow!

Moon, I hope you take to heart our plea –
Needless is the reason for your blue.
Beaming, you should give the night its glee:
We're despairing – so we look to you.

At Last My Heart Smile

as sun sets down into earths bed
the sky is filled with blazing red
behold the moon as it rise to the sky
for the night has come as time pass by

Into this place i watch them move
a solitary soul in this lonely room
the sky, stars and the moon embrace
i can see a glimpse of smile in my face

As the night cold wind whisper in my ears
i listen to my soul, i hear it sing
i gaze to the moon, star and sky
all wounds are healed, at last my heart smile

The House Of My Neighbor

no one lives there anymore
all left for good
there is so much fuss about
almost anything, a mess
of who must own it finally,

at night, a man with a striped
red and blue shirt climbs the fence
and enters the room
without breaking the glass window

the moon wants to scream
but it is ruled by its code of silence
there is tinkering bell
and tonight someone touches it
shakes it
to make a noise

the moon wants to scream again
but this time the black clouds come and
with their hands
the moon is gone.

His Counterfeit Life

His beasts grow hungry
Breaking free, the cages of his soul
Wind spirits breathe the secrets of fire
As naked flesh rises in the stir
She’s calling, calling…soft as snowflakes
Coaxing desires from stone cold ash
Voices…thick in whispers, claw at his door
Wisdom succumbs to the licking of flames
Passion…transformed by persuasion,
Laps soft the candied lips of seduction’s embrace
Embers rage to the rhythm of night songs
Hot…in the blood red fire of kisses
He is rigid and wanton of the flame
She purrs at him…sweet as a kitten
Then, bearing teeth…sharp as knives
Cuts gashes…deep into the clay
Piercing midnight in screams of rebirth
Her stilettos carve the ivory path…
Bearing blood to the cold heart of their master
Black lipstick paints soot on his dreams
Drowning him in black shadows
Suffocating his pleas for release
He is wicked, but no match
He is wanton, but weak
His beasts, slaughtered at the hands of denial
And then he wakes, cold…unfulfilled
Still holding tight…his counterfeit life.

The Room

(chris waters/tom shapiro)
When I pull in the drive where your car used to be
It doesnt hurt me like it used to
I can walk through the door, and not wonder anymore
Where you are, like I used to
I can go down the hall, see the pictures on the wall
And not miss you
But I just cant bring myself to go into..
The room
Where I spent every night with you
And the light of the moon
Came through the window
And I held you
We were so close
And its just too soon
For me to go into the room
Id remember too much if I opened that door
And Im not sure if I could face it
The beds emptiness would remind me youre with
Someone else, and I couldnt take it
So, I sleep on the couch in our living room now
Since our love died
cause Im still not ready yet to go inside...
The room
Where I spent every night with you
And the light of the moon
Came through the window
And I held you
We were so close
And its just too soon
For me to go into the room
Where the light of the moon
Came through the window
And I held you
We were so close
And its just too soon
For me to go into the room

Your Blue Room

Its time to go again
To your blue room
Got some questions to ask of you
In your blue room
The air is clean
Your skin is clear
Ive had enough fun hanging round here
Its a different kind of conversation
Your blue room
Saw me coming
In outside
Saw me coming
Somewhere I can hide
And time is a string of pearls...your blue room
(Im a swinger)
See the future just hanging there...your blue room
A new frame, a new perspective
Looking down on my objectives
Your instructions whatever their directions
Your blue room
Saw me coming
East by the moon
Saw me coming
Can you feel
(its allright)
Your blue room
One day Ill be back...your blue room
Yeah, I hope I remember where its at...your blue room
We see me slide
Wont you give me a home
So much for change
Zooming in
Zooming out
Nothing I cant do without
A lens to see it all up close
Magnifying what no one knows
Never in company
Never alone
No car alarm
No cellular phone

Absence

My cup is empty to-night,
Cold and dry are its sides,
Chilled by the wind from the open window.
Empty and void, it sparkles white in the moonlight.
The room is filled with the strange scent
Of wistaria blossoms.
They sway in the moon's radiance
And tap against the wall.
But the cup of my heart is still,
And cold, and empty.

When you come, it brims
Red and trembling with blood,
Heart's blood for your drinking;
To fill your mouth with love
And the bitter-sweet taste of a soul.

My Empty Room

Empty room today
And here I sit
Chalk outline upon the wall
I remember tracing it
A thousand times, the night she died.
Why? [why? ]
Theres no sleep today, I cant pretend
When all my dreams are crimes
I cant stand facing them
Now who will come
To wash away my sins
Clean my room, fix my meals
Be my friend?

Tha Moon

Once wen i see the moon
My heart steal away.
I were seeing,
Slowly, silently the moon
Walks to night holding my heart.
after a day,
Moving moon going up to sky..!
But thre was a girl next to me calling for my heart.
I felt i just wink and play off against her!
she fly to moon for bring off.
I could see moon have lost it...
cause' i knw she was desperated to get into my heart.!
Moon fades away and darkness came across.
I felt I'm gonna to night
I humbly harass myself
Oo moon..why do u revenge by darknes?

As the Edge of the Moon

I have stained my soul with scarlet colors, thus this work
The ballad of merlot and mandolins, the bliss is midnight blue
The deep black is but her hungry delight
Thus I dye her desires a darker scarlet within the foils of my flesh

As the edge of the moon watched over our swallowing dance
Evening had long settled into the wit of the light and slow rain
Distinct in the thought of our lust consuming the blackberry wine
As the bottle overflowed throughout the frolic of our ecstasy

Her heart is but scarlet colored, her kisses are like tight fisted flowers
Her gentle hands in the threshold and the deep suite waters
The sharp love that blots my soul somewhat like her devilish shadow
Thereafter, my emotions are stained with her sweet scarlet

The bare bedroom in the pulp and the deep black music
As I come to bed where she lays sweet and in favor
I have stained my soul with her scarlet color, thus this work
Evening having settled into the song as the edge of the moon

The 'Good' Life

Wake up in the morning to screaming,
Reporters getting into your personal life,
No privacy,
As you walk down the street,
You are followed constantly by people you do not know
No privacy
You break up with your girlfriend, for the fifth time
It’s on the cover of a magazine
No privacy
Every fucking shit we take,
It’s recorded somewhere
No privacy
You die a tragic death at a young age,
People who you have never met attend your funeral
No privacy
This is what we call the “good” life…

Sweetie, Moon and The Sun Moving Strangely!

Sweetie, Moon and the Sun moving strangely!
Since I travelled far away working for a living
Busy when the hot Sun rushed through the day
I failed to pick flowers for sweet Sweetie
Sun gave the night to the cool moon
But the moon is too slow in the sky
Slow when thoughts go to my sweet Sweetie.

Tonight I want to sleep so that I don't notice the darkness
Dark outside and dark inside my heart
Because sweet Sweetie's presence would have brightened it
But I see emptiness of sleep in darkness
Not filled by my books and work
Sleep is fleeting like snowflakes, untouchable
As my heart desires my sweet Sweetie

How lovely is sweet Sweetie when asleep?
I pray that the moon will push the night
That the sun runs slowly during the day when I am busy
That the moon moves faster at night to lessen desire
Desire for her welcome hug and kiss
When sweet Sweetie comes to her place in my arms
The Sun and Moon should stop in bliss!

The Little Girl and The Moon

once upon a time there was a little girl.
she liked to sit outside at night and talk to the moon.
everynight she kept the moon company.
one night she noticed the moon seemed tired, so
she climbed upon the roof, to tell the moon a secret.
the old moon smiled, so she reaches up
takes the moon in her hands and puts him in her pocket.
then she climbs down and goes into her house, up the stairs
to her room.there she takes the moon out and lets lay on
her bed.for hours they talked, told secrets and giggled.
then they heard people asking where the moon was.
outside was so dark, they couldnt find their ways.
the old moon says to the little girl
'maybe you should put me back into the sky,
so the people can find their way home at night'.
the little girl agreed.so she picks up the moon,
puts him back into her pocket.
she walks downstairs and goes outside.
it was very dark, but she wasnt afraid,
she had her friend the moon to help
show her the way.
she climbs back upon the roof, takes the moon out
of her pocket. holding him with both hands
she tells the moon'i love you,
we will still talk every night, but you must go back
give people light at nightime'.
she leans over kisses the moon goodnight.
then reaches back and tosses the moon
hard as she could back into the
nightime sky.
then the little girl and the moon hear, all the people
shouting and laughing.
after everything quietened down
the stars who were so happy the moon returned
all gave the moon kisses.
the little girl climbed down
with the moon lighting her way
went inside up to her room
took 1 last peek out
blowing the moon a big kiss goodnight.

Sleeping with the night's seas cry

Take me on your flight bird of prey,
float me above the doom of the last poet

reading the last poem. Like the entire sky
beats off into a fire of night stars with your wings

and touches itself along a cool and swollen highway.
Where we are driving into its dark womb.

My ears what you soul fights to explain. My eyes
the tides of the moon to their fullest,

and your heart having that opportunity
to mercilessly crack and break.

As i include it into my dreams, where i am going
into the dark side. As i have just seen the bottom,

and i consecrate the copulation of the sky
with my soul slightly open, unafraid if a dead person laughs.

Unafraid as my salt wind goes ashore,
and dawns sun rises up holding herself with her hands.

Wearing out after one glimpse this child of mine.
This man that is begging the gods, to spend

the whole day hopelessly gazing. Tears shed
in large drops, and that divines retirement.

That that descends from heaven, and doesn't follow my heart.

Why The Moon Hides Itself In Cloud

Suppose, let us suppose
There is none but you, moon and me
The moon shines above
Sprinkles drops of light on me
You are there near me
dropping dewy kisses on my forehead
I close my eyelids to drown myself in a dream

A sweet dream, let us suppose
You gaze at the moon
I feel jealous, my moon
How beautiful thou art
The moon will hide itself in clouds
You will never know why
She has been shy.

What About The Music

I don't mind talking, girl
But there's a time and place
Right now we're alone, yeah
But it's just gone to waste
Look up and see the moon
Slide down the clouds
The radio is playing softly now
So if you talk above a wisdom
It's too loud
What about the music, babe
What about the moon
It's a shame if we talk music
We'll be leaving soon
You keep on talking, girl
We can talk on the phone
We should be kissing, babe
Now that we're alone
Though when they're singing
Love songs to the moon
You know it's love
That makes the flowers bloom
But you keep saying things you
Could tell me in a crowded room
What about the music, yeah
What about the moon, babe
It's a shame if we talk music
We'll be leaving soon
What about the music
Sweet soul music
What about the moon
Hey, what about the moon, babe
We are loving and i can't lose it
We'll be leaving soon
What about the music, yeah
What about the moon
I said it's a shame if we talk music
We'll be leaving soon
What about the music, yeah
What about the moon
It's a shame if we talk music
We'll be leaving soon
What about the music, yeah
What about the moon

Nocturne III

One night
one night all full of murmurings, of perfumes and music of wings;
one night
in which fantastic fireflies burnt in the humid nuptial shadows,
slowly by my side, pressed altogether close, silent and pale,
as if a presentiment of infinite bitternesses
agitated you unto the most hidden fibers of your being,
along the flowering path which crosses the plain
you walked;
and the full moon
in the infinite and profound blue heavens scattered its white light;
and your shadow,
fine and languid,
and my shadow
projected by the rays of the moon,
upon the sorrowful sands
of the path, joined together;
and they became one,
and they became one,
and they became only one long shadow,
and they became only one long shadow,
and they became only one long shadow....

Tonight
alone; my soul
full of the infinite bitternesses and agonies of your death,
separated from you by time, by the tomb and by distance,
by the infinite blackness
where our voice cannot reach,
silent and alone
along the path I walked ...
And the barking of dogs at the moon could be heard,
at the pale moon,
and the chirping
of the frogs ...
I felt cold. It was the coldness that in your alcove
your cheeks and your temples and your adoréd hands possessed
within the snowy whiteness
of the mortuary sheets.
It was the coldness of the sepulcher, it was the ice of death,
it was the coldness of oblivion.
And my shadow,
projected by the rays of the moon,
walked alone,
walked alone,
walked alone along the solitary plain;
and your shadow, svelte and agile,
fine and languid,
as in that warm night of springtime death,
as in that night full of murmurings, of perfumes and music of wings,
approached and walked with mine,
approached and walked with mine,
approached and walked with mine ... Oh, the shadows intertwined!
Oh, the corporeal shadows united with the shadows of the souls!
Oh, the seeking shadows in those nights of sorrows and of tears!
