As the Edge of the Moon
I have stained my soul with scarlet colors, thus this work
The ballad of merlot and mandolins, the bliss is midnight blue
The deep black is but her hungry delight
Thus I dye her desires a darker scarlet within the foils of my flesh
As the edge of the moon watched over our swallowing dance
Evening had long settled into the wit of the light and slow rain
Distinct in the thought of our lust consuming the blackberry wine
As the bottle overflowed throughout the frolic of our ecstasy
Her heart is but scarlet colored, her kisses are like tight fisted flowers
Her gentle hands in the threshold and the deep suite waters
The sharp love that blots my soul somewhat like her devilish shadow
Thereafter, my emotions are stained with her sweet scarlet
The bare bedroom in the pulp and the deep black music
As I come to bed where she lays sweet and in favor
I have stained my soul with her scarlet color, thus this work
Evening having settled into the song as the edge of the moon

Scarlet Ribbons
I peeked in to say good-night,
When I heard my child in prayer.
And for me some scarlet ribbons,
Scarlet ribbons for my hair.
All the stores were closed and shuttered,
All the streets were dark and bare.
In our town no scarlet ribbons,
Not one ribbon for her hair.
Thru the night my heart was aching,
Just before the dawn was breaking.
I peeked in and on her bed,
In gay profusion lying there,
Lovely ribbons, scarlet ribbons,
Scarlet ribbons for her hair.
If I live to be a hundred,
I will never know from where.
Came those lovely scarlet ribbons,
Scarlet ribbons for her hair.
Scarlet ribbons- theres magic in the air,
Scarlet, scarlet ribbons for her hair.

Scarlet Fever
I stood outside the Lucky Star
Staring at the flashing sign
It read: come on in and watch young
Scarlet's body come alive
Let her dance for you and catch your spell
You'll swear you can believe her
Be careful not to catch the scarlet fever.
So I paid my fare and walked down front
And found an empty chair
As I settled in young scarlet took the ribbons from her hair
The moves her body made while the music played
Were the likes I've never seen
And she became the envy of my dreams.
One by one her teasing movements
Brought the crowd out of their seats
And all at once young scarlet
Danced straight up in front of me
From the moment that her eyes found mine
I've never been the same
Scarlet locked another heart upon her chain.
Now I get scarlet fever every time I see her
But she's a night club teaser
Not paid to notice me
Yes, I get scarlet fever
If she knew how much I need her
She'd place her hand in my hand
And dance away with me.
She looked 25 but I was told
That she was just 16
She had a way of making a man believe
She danced for only him
As she tantalized I fantasized
And felt the sound of my heart beat
And every night I'd dream
She'd fall in love with me.
Then one night while driving in
My eyes begun to tear
'Cause the sign outside the Lucky Star
Said: scarlet isn't here
She'd left that day to find a life
Of bigger and better things
And she left behind my chain of broken dreams.
But still get scarlet fever
In my mind I still see her
Out there dancing somewhere
To another fool like me.
Yes, I get scarlet fever every time I see her
But she's a night club teaser
Not paid to notice me
Yes, I get scarlet fever
If she knew how much I need her
She'd place her hand in my hand
And dance away with me...

Scarlet And Sheba
Scarlet wants to hold me, wearing just a red-veiled hat
Sheba's in the shadows waiting for her turn at bat
In the parlour where the lights are low
A vulture sister act, I watch their show
They're trying to kill me, want to pick my bones
Methodically, erotically
I just want your body, Sheba
I don't want your brain
Scarlet gets what's left of my remains
I just want your body, Sheba
You lock me up in chains
Scarlet, she can referee the game
Scarlet likes to scold me, showers me with all her love
Sheba's in a bad mood, sharpening her black fur glove
With blood and honey attitude
They'll never know my gratitude
I'm crossed with longitude and latitude
Upon my back... with a crack
I just want your body, Sheba
I don't want your brain
Scarlet gets what's left of my remains
I just want your body, Sheba
You lock me up in chains
Scarlet, she can referee the game
I just want your body, Sheba
I don't want your brain
Scarlet gets what's left of my remains
I just want your body, Sheba
You lock me up in chains
Scarlet, she can referee the game

Racism Is Not Justified
racism is based on how we are different
but that cannot be justified
we are the same on the inside
we all have feelings
we all have souls
no matter what colour flesh
we all bleed scarlet red
that warm scarlet
we all live off it
we all need it
we are all the same
the same where it truly counts
the inside counts

The Flowers I See
The belladonna in the valley, so magical in purple, so deadly within me, the nightshade thou possess, and in thee my life fade. The amaryllis in mine soul, thy scarlet leaf haunts me, for in thy scarlet stained grief, mine love and life I see. The blossom canna even thee! with lips stained with vice, from the vice of pleasure you chose, to create the beauty of thine treasure for our souls to greed. The begonia of beauty delicious thy beauty leave, and like all beauty thou deceive, the love pregnant in me. The oriental poppy, thy aroma helps me to sleep and dream of colors as vivid as thee and as unreal as thy petals be, unreal my dreams of thee. O fairy blossoms, in pink and white wing, inside thy petals the butterfly dwells and the spring ferries sing. Ah! there is the rose, with all its beauty in she which grows, wins the hearts of all whom know, that in the rose our love to doth grow. Still all these flowers look pale next to she, the panther in brown, with eyes of ebony, whom stares at me and sees flowers in my gleaming eye and preys on me before I die.

Dear In The Headlines
Still in moonlight the scarlet sings
silver and black like piano keys
somewhere an angel gets her wings
call her for supper
and other things
still the the moonlight the scarlet sings
candy wrappers voices
pinned to the screens
somewhere an angel gets her wings
caught in the arms of a speakeasy
still in the moonlight the scarlet sings
bathing in the flashbulbs
and the legalese
somewhere an angel gets her wings
breathless and smoking chambers sings
of pages of magazines
stillin moonlight the scarlet sings
somewhere an angel gets her wings

A Memory of June
When June comes dancing o'er the death of May,
With scarlet roses tinting her green breast,
And mating thrushes ushering in her day,
And Earth on tiptoe for her golden guest,
I always see the evening when we met--
The first of June baptized in tender rain--
And walked home through the wide streets, gleaming wet,
Arms locked, our warm flesh pulsing with love's pain.
I always see the cheerful little room,
And in the corner, fresh and white, the bed,
Sweet scented with a delicate perfume,
Wherein for one night only we were wed;
Where in the starlit stillness we lay mute,
And heard the whispering showers all night long,
And your brown burning body was a lute
Whereon my passion played his fevered song.
When June comes dancing o'er the death of May,
With scarlet roses staining her fair feet,
My soul takes leave of me to sing all day
A love so fugitive and so complete.

Even In The Driest Of The Desert
out there
in the driest part of the desert
a flower still thrives
thin leaves
and tiny petals
stalks like wires
and roots
penetrating the softness
of the sands
out there
it is preaching of hope
resiliency
some flowers are scarlet
deep blue
but nowhere can you find
black
black is the color of death
red is the color of
the wounded sands.

Pretty In Scarlet
Pretty in scarlet
So pretty in scarlet
We slept a while
To turn it up and get it off our minds
I slept a while
To get it all
It seems allright
To find a place without a single life
Where is the night
We run into
Cause nothings good I can explain
Im falling down and caught up the rain
I turn myself into changes
The night I kissed you goodbye
Cause nothings good I can explain
Im falling down and caught up the rain
To turn myself into changes
Your death is over
You wanna live a life pretty in scarlet
Come on
You wanna wash it down Im pretty in scarlet
To myself to say goodbye
You wanna live a life pretty in scarlet
Come on
You wanna wash it down Im pretty in scarlet
To myself to say
Its ok
Doesnt count
For my place
Deeper sound
Let me dive alone
Let me dive alone
You gave me wine
To poison me and take away my time
I can hear your cry
I wonder why
Cause nothings good I can explain
Im falling down and caught up the rain
Cause I turn myself into changes
The night I kissed you goodbye
Cause nothings good I can explain
Im falling down and caught up the rain
I turn myself into changes
Your death is over
You wanna live a life pretty in scarlet
Come on
You wanna wash it down Im pretty in scarlet
To myself to say goodbye
You wanna live a life pretty in scarlet
Come on
You wanna wash it down Im pretty in scarlet
To myself to say goodbye
Pretty in scarlet
Pretty in scarlet
Pretty in scarlet
You wanna live a life pretty in scarlet
Come on
You wanna wash it down Im pretty in scarlet
(2x)
Pretty
Shes pretty
Shes pretty
And I run, and I run, and I run, and I run away
And if you throw a stone on me
And if you need some pain to see
And if you live your lies
I will run, will run, will run, run away
And if you throw a stone on me
And if you need some pain to see
And if you live your lies
I will run

Scarlet Cloak
The scarlet cloak of loneliness
covers my sorrowed soul
and my gentle heart is benign
to any chosen fact.
Each day I gather straws
I reach out to cling to
but each one snaps within my grasp
and I wonder what I’ll do.
The hollow world I live in
echoes my vacant thoughts.
Even the hues of colours that
surround me everyday
cannot remove this scarlet cloak
that wants to smother me away.

Scarlet Pussy
Once upon a time in the land of fever, there lived a scarlet pussy
This kitty cat of fine descent, was cherished by her mother
Who wouldnt let another, pet her, unless he was qualified
Every 1st of the month this pretty feline got the hots
And thats when the neighborhood (d-d-dogs)
Theyd line up around the block
Meow
When my little scarlet feline roars
The locals come around (come around)
When they see the scarlet light
They know its time to come chase her down (chase her down)
Lo and behold the fantastical way
In which their bodies groove
My scarlet pussys furry magic alters any mood
Scarlet pussy (its cool)
Scarlet pussy
Pussycat, pussycat
Wherefore art thou, puppy?
She can make u crazy if ure too close to her heat
She can make u sad when ure happy as can be
She can make u shoot your ego all over her sheets
All is hers in love and war, my little scarlet pussy
Every dog would try his lines
To get pussys attention ([...])
All they want is so exposed
In ways too gross to mention (eew!)
Green virgin teenager
A filthy rich yuppie
Pussycat pussycat
Wherefore art thou puppy?
Scarlet pussy
She can make u crazy if ure too close to her heat
She can make u sad when ure happy as can be
She can make u shoot your ego all over your sheets
All is hers in love and war, my little scarlet pussy
Meow
Now whats going on?
Oh, no, man, look out!
Somebody come get this meow-meow of my leg!
Meow!
Scarlet pussy
Pussycat pussycat
Wherefore art thou, puppy?
Meow
She can make u crazy if ure too close to her heat
She can make u sad when ure happy as can be
She can make u shoot your ego all over her sheets
All is hers in love and war, my little scarlet pussy
All is hers in love and war, my little scarlet pussy
She can make u happy, she can make u sad
She can make u crazy (crazy)
She can make u shiver from your head down to your feet
She can make u shoot your ego all over her sheets (oh!)
She can make u crazy if ure too close to her heat
She can make u sad when ure happy as can be
She can make u shoot your ego all over her sheets
All is hers in love and war, my little scarlet pussy

Sa'adi's Roses
This morning I wanted some roses to bring
but so many I took that they buckled the spring,
the buckle, too tight, couldn’t keep them all in.
As belt burst, the roses flew off in a string
on the wings of the wind, to the sea for a fling,
they followed the current’s fin, won’t wheel back [s]wing -
the waves seemed blush scarlet wash, fiery flame fling.
Roses’sweet souvenir scents so closely cling,
this evening my dress seems a perfumed-stained skin!

Peace and rest for the soul
Come let us reason together
for I want you to know
that though your sins are as scarlet,
they will be white as snow.
Come to Me all you that are burdened
and feeling so weary
and find My deep peace in your soul
as you rest upon Me.
Come all you that are thirsty
and drink wine for your soul
The living water from heaven
that will make you feel whole.
Come. For all things are ready
and the table is spread
My Banner over you is love.
Come to me and be fed.
Scarlet Flower
The East is Red at the Great Wall.
My heart and soul yearningly-long
For my Scarlet Flower all day long
My love is magenta blood
It burns with crimson flames.
Scarlet, my beautiful beloved
Your dark almond eyes
Glow in tender purity and passion
With balmy warmth and devotion.
And we walk around ancient Xi’an
Kuomintang General Chiang Kai-shek
Was captured here in nineteen thirty six
At the foot of the Hills of Lishan.
Now the camera has another film roll
And you pose for the picture where long ago
Tang Emperor Xuanzong’s concubine
Lady Yang Guifei used to stroll.
The red buttons on your black garment
Wink with joy in the park, enchanted
At the white marble-sculpture:
Backward leant
Lady Yang Guifei steps out naked
From the emerald pool
Of the Huaqing hot springs.
Scarlet, your ebony hair in chignon
Adorns your delicate ivory skin
Oh how graceful is your face, my love.
In the afternoon-light the blue scarf
Beneath your chin playfully converses
With purple magnolia and red roses
And golden chrysanthemums.

Naked Pearl Of Lust (Triple Acrostic)
My kisses miss your sweet kisses; and when I'm lonely, I
yearn for your open arms. Now, my life is an anathema,
hardly worth the mention nor open for debate. No great gem
ever glows without the light. When the moon shines over sea,
a particular thing happens, the moon makes magic while shining down.
Rivers run into the heart. Everything whispers of love; and a
tidal wave of desire rushes through the soul. A blushing cheek
is kissed by silken lips, open in amorous affection and love.
Sweet effluence of the night! Universe of stars! I am embraced
in the arms of eternity, clinging to the pleasures I keep,
never knowing if or when he will suddenly disappear with the
yellow lantern of the moon. My breasts mingle with the sea -
orphic nipples on azure ripples, echoes of ecstasy; and the nebular
universe may stop turning but the heart blossoms like the soil.
Ravenously hungry, it desires more - always deeper than the sea - so
hungry for an undying love, searching calmly and so certain of
a never-ending triumphant bliss. The heart is like a pearl -
naked in length and girth - enjoying the moist and wet milieu.
Discover this pearl of love. Make metaphors move magic within us,
salaciously sliding into my sex, erupting in scarlet lips of lust.
Among this treasure of words, the reader, upon close examination, will discover three “hidden” messages. The first letter of each word down the left column forms the message: “My heart is in your hands.” In skimming down the right column at the last letter of each line, the reader finds the title, plus a few more words: “I am a naked pearl of lust.” Each line contains eleven words with the middle word being the sixth word. The first letter of each sixth word forms the third message: “Know me, touch me, taste me.'

Lovely Razor
Cut deep lovely razor
Into my tender flesh
Release the scarlet torrents
Flow free
Bright and fresh
Scar me lovely razor
Where ever you can touch
Let me lean upon you
My shiny silver crutch
I ask you lovely razor
Make my outside match the in
So the world sees what's it done
And that they might just win
Heal me lovely razor
Of the pain deep in my soul
And keep my feelings locked up tight
Now that is my end goal
Stop me lovely razor
Before I cut to deep
Or else I shall be on my owm
In the long and final sleep
Don't my lovely razor
Cross the empty void
For I want to rest in peace
Cause my life you've destroyed

Two Halves of a Soul (song)
A beautiful new spring day
The grass, new tender and green
The trees, sprouting new leaves
A small rose vine climes a tree
And flowers pedals of scarlet red
‘A crystal pond paces away
All the little golden sun perch
Enjoying its fresh sparkling waters
A flock of pure white swans
Swimming their graceful way
A perfect wedding, for a perfect love
As we hold our hands so tightly
And look so deep in each others eyes
We know the other is the one
The missing half of our loving soul
Two collared dove light in a tree
And coo a sincere love song
It sounds like it was written for us
As we walk this pedal sprinkled aisle
Pledge our vowls and say “I do”
A perfect wedding, for a perfect love
As we hold our hands so tightly
And look so deep in each others eyes
We know the other is the one
The missing half of our loving soul

On That Day
on that day the color of the sun
shall be as scarlet, as red as drying blood
the clouds shall all be gray
and the sea is darker than blue
the air is humid and the sounds of
rocks grinding themselves to sand
shall be heard. You will not be there
to witness the birth of a new sun
the moons as round as the halo of light
on the head of saint
the silence as deep as the sea
the murkiness you must condemn
but only for a while. The light in your eyes
comes out. The angels sound their trumpet.
The skies split into two.
You shall hear the sound of the rain.
The sky is not empty.
And the stars shall stay.

Pittoresque
My passion is my art
And my brush is my heart
With it I color my own flame
Beauty, love, my name
With sadness's blue
melancholic hue
Happiness's yellow
A light mellow
A jaded green
Where anger is seen
A shy pink
For love to link
A scarlet red
That envy bled
Into a hint of mauve
Gentle and suave
A touch of auburn
That my soul govern
The vivacious picture
Of my minds frame
The color of my name
My own flame
My passionate heart
The love of art..
