Disguise Of A Face That Never Changes.
If one is to visit, one must also return.
As simple as a page being turned.
Whether being of this world or the next.
Some rules always apply.
Painting a portrait of the sky.
The clouds come and go but the blue underneath always remains,
It is the disguise of the face that never changes.

Blue
Lay at my side and shut out the world
Warm this cold heart and wrap me in love
Pour magic into a space made for you
Lifetimes of longing are to live through
Blue blue blue blue blue blue
All of my life Ive hungered for you
All my lost days of dreaming are through
Riding the clouds on a mission of schemes
Now you are here oh how simple it seems
Blue blue blue blue blue blue
Blue is my world cold is my name
Love was my problem with no one to blame and you
Taught me how to see light shine in me
Light is reflected so easily
I said blue no more blue dont say good-bye
You leave me breathless with nothing to say
Turned me burned me and blew me away
And if you leave like a ghost without trace
This night of love means a world I can face
Blue blue blue blue blue blue
Holding you close timeless together
Heaven just spoke freeze this moment forever and
All other images fall from my eyes
Love you have come to me straight from the skies
I said blue no more blue
I said blue no more blue dont say good-bye
I will always know that love can live

I'm Not One Of Those Peephole Old People
I'm not a portrait painting on a canvas.
Waiting for a visit to exhibit.
I'm not one of those peephole old people...
Peeking out of keyholes all day,
Hey...
I,
Am much...
Alive.
I'm not a portrait painting on a canvas.
Waiting for a visit to exhibit.
I,
Am much...
Alive.
I,
Am much...
Alive.
I'm not one of those peephole old people,
Peeking out of keyholes all day!

A Wonderful Painting
A Wonderful Painting
by Alex Lewis
I remember before my mother's art
When I was but an egg.
The painting took color in every part.
One shade is but a leg.
The lavish blues spread across the page like a waving, smiling sea.
The canvas was plain and bare, except the blues, happily set free.
With the blue, I went to play as childish as I may.
The one clam and I sat with ourselves on the whaling bay.
This is me, like a leaf, on my first day at green.
So, all the others spoke; I found that none were mean.
There were dark greens, light ones, and one stuck in the middle.
After math, my friend and I learnt to play the fiddle.
My friend and I continued to play our little tune.
We soon fell in pink to which neither one was immune.
Our pink grew and grew as each day had passed.
Green had ended blue; only pink would last.
We took our pink and ran right through to angry, waiting brown.
Brown was angry for making him wait with a black-white frown.
We explained that blue made us wait for an azure set of eighteen.
He forgave us. My friend, brown, pink, and I live for only one team.
We decided to get the canvas and add a dash of white.
Pink was overwhelmed as white carried on through the love-filled night.
We can add white to family before blue decides to return again.
Red will also join the painting party-Another eighteen before men!
It took a lot of work to make my dear reds come.
I enjoyed the work, but my reds were way more fun.
One red stayed with us, but the other ran away rather young.
Maybe brown kidnapped him early, but strange words travel by tongue.
We turned grey as brown dimmed down, but we swear we've never seen pink more bright!
Brown had completely gone, like both of our reds, but pink still made things light.
I then feared and cried as my pink's grey burned out like a setting sun.
My grey began to fade too, but I was ready. My life was done.
My mother handed me the canvas and the frame,
But I had to add all the colors (none I showed for shame) .
Blue, green, pink, brown, red, grey-my portrait is made of those colors,
But I am just one piece in a gallery, and all of you are the others.

Her Portrait
Im painting another portrait. Look at her just look at her. Shes what you made. How do you justify it. Well let me be her angel of darkness. Let me take away all her pain and absorb it into me. I'm a sinner and saint. Im the equilibrium that holds every thing together. I watched many suffer. That when they are the strongest they are ever gonna be. I'm painting another portrait. Look at her just look at her. Shes everything you are not. Are you feeling jealous of what shes got. The ability to heal. The ability shield those under her. Let me be her angel of darkness. Let me take away all her pain and absorb it into me. Let me make her sane. Children are lost as love fades. Revenge leaves so many scars. Families torn apart for justification. Just make it okay. Just make it okay and make it go away. I'm painting another portrait. Just look at her. Just look at her. Such pretty eyes in which evil hides. Pictures of slaughter. It was her three year old daughter. Let me be her angel of darkness.

My Song
I wrote a song
It's called 'my life'
I tried my best to make it a good one
I'd never written a song
Twas indeed my first
I had an eraser
I couldn't clean my mistakes though
It turned out to be a long song
A hundred and twenty pages worth
A page a year
I made a mess of it
Blue pen made a mark
As depression took a quarter of it
Yellow pen made an entrance
I decided it was better than blue
Red pen tried to hurt me
As all anger was kept inside
Green pen whispered a note
I wished I had my neighbour's song
So many colours on just one song
Twenty-five pages were dark
I knew not which way to go
I tried to turn a page but couldn't
I basked in pages gone
Hence left several pages blank
Twenty-five pages were wet
As tears serenaded my heart, it did the pages
Too much pain in one song
Tried to change the words
The things I thought all made the song
On a scale of good to bad, bad stole the day
I searched and found other songs titled 'my life'
I wrote my song the way they had
My song was like a painting
One in utter disharmony
One drawn by a clueless artist
But an artist whose passion burned his painting
I set my heart on fire on page 35
There had to be more
And more I had
On page 120, my eyes were dim and hands tired
Since pages couldn't be turned
My mind sat, and looked back
What had I done?
I'd been mountain high
I'd been valley low
I'd been good
I'd been bad
I'd been....
I lay my head on my song
Took my last breath
But before I did
I held a girl
Who had a song called 'my life'
She read my song
And shed a tear
And said I had written....a masterpiece.

Kicks in return
Mighty rule here and weakest suffer,
Kicks in return when ordinary gifts offer,
Why no system which acts as buffer,
Is there no right to say right and differ?
This question always made me puzzle.
Rain did not offer peace even when dazzle,
It continued to hunt and troubled always,
I sit motionless and try to find new says,
Why I am not that powerful as sun?
Why I always think of using the gun?
Is there no peaceful alternate?
Where all are equal and no subordinate,
Rulers have gone influential have taken over,
Scene remain same but clouds still hover,
No kicks in return but distrustful eyes,
No gestures but unwelcome scene and byes,
Why still remain history and disparity?
Is there any sense or high morality?
Why do we face question of seniority?
This is question faced by most of majority
World will not change even after destruction,
Face the dishonour even after precise instruction,
Matter remains same even stiffer than question,
Even you forget and bury deep in bastion,
It may still for many more centuries,
Distance may reduce even between countries,
Many changes may come with new entries,
Rules may change but not the sentries

Art Will Show To Eternity Your Soul
I am a woman, using a mirror everyday,
Like all of you, i'm seeing my reflection into it,
Even i am sad, happy, tired or bored,
What i'm seeing in my mirror it's my physical reality, my own truth.
I combed my hair and looked into my mirror,
I felt so delicate, unique and simple,
Having a smile on my face today,
My mirror will smile me back as feedback in same way.
I am a painter, i adore art,
In everything i'm painting it's life,
In each painting and spot of paint my brush does,
It's a history of great ideas my minds holds.
A painting is a gate to our inner side,
Through it vibrates the universe to our hearts,
A mirror will always show your face reflection to the world,
But art will show to eternity your soul.

Toward Sky
my eyes always see
toward sky
always i have
in my mind
await for clouds
when black and thunder clouds
acquire entire sky
it is a vamp scene
when black coverlet
covered sun light
the same trend repeated
in my mind
when a dust storm
from desert of mind
blow with velocity
a puff rise from
my willing
and covers whole sky
of mind
my eyes starting on raining
a lukewarm water begin to fall
this water wash your obscure portrait
and i can see you properly
face to face
for some minutes
in this holy time
i exchange some dialect with you
through your portrait
when i want to meet with you
i rise my head toward sky

Silhouettes In Disguise
Silhouettes debate then they test their fate
Pride is on the line the signs are dangerous
Hands too number to feel wrapped around the wheel
Tonight they face the fact some are never coming back
Silhouettes in Disguise leather hearts lawless eyes
Dancing shadows over rock and under fire
Some will cry "table's turned."
Some will die but none will learn
Silhouettes in Disguise crash and burn.
They pick the time and place then they fall from grace
They're riding on a rail trying to chase the dragon
Engines never cool trade their sins for fuel
That's what they're running on
When they're blown to kingdom come
Silhouettes in Disguise leather hearts lawless eyes
Dancing shadows over rock and under fire
Some will cry "table's turned."
Some will die but none will learn
Silhouettes in Disguise crash and burn.
Silhouettes in danger on the wrong side of the tracks
Eye to eye. Eye to eye.
Rising up in anger. Disguising their attacks
On the edges of the world.
Silhouettes in Disguise leather hearts lawless eyes
Dancing shadows over rock and under fire
Some will cry "table's turned."
Some will die but none will learn
Silhouettes in Disguise crash and burn

Mr. Blue
Our guardian star lost all its glow
The day that i lost you
It lost all its glitter the day you said no
And its grey skies turned to blue.
Like him i am doubtful
That your love is true
So if you decide to call on me
Ask for mr. blue.
I'm mr. blue
When you say you love me
The prove it by goin' out on the sly
Provin' your love is untrue
Call me mr. blue.
I sleep alone each night
Wait by the phone each night
But you don't call
And i won't hurt my pride
Call me mister,
I won't tell you
When you paint the town
A bright red to turn it upside down
I'm painting it too
But i'm painting it blue.
I sleep alone each night
Wait by the phone each night
But you don't call
And i won't hurt my pride
Call me mister.
I won't tell you
When you paint the town
A bright red to turn it upside down
I'm painting it too
But i'm painting it blue.
Call me mr. blue.
Call me mister.

Clouds Across The Moon
Standing here on the brighter side of life,
I realize missing out on the things I loved.
Walking down the shady lovers lanes
as the clouds moved across the moon.
I’ve seen the glamour and glitz of life
and long for the simple things of yesterday
when we walked arm in arm together
as the clouds moved across the moon.
Tomorrow is another day in the spotlight
regretting for another time again
of giving up all those yesterdays
as the clouds moved across the moon.
It’s hard to try not to regret
all the things you rushed forward to
even though at the time it meant losing you
as the clouds moved across the moon.
One day I may return home again,
when my dreams have turned to dust
then I may walk again with you
as the clouds move across the moon.

Im Painting The Town Red
A smile on my face
A song on my lips
Pretending is all I do
Im painting the town red
To hide a heart thats blue
Im gay with the crowd
I play with the crowd
But oh, if they only knew
Im painting the town red
To hide a heart thats blue
Must I go on carrin on?
My merry song is just pretend
Loving you so, wanting you so
Where will it end, how will it end?
A smile on my face
A song on my lips
But never forgetting you
Im painting the town red
To hide a heart thats blue

Little Lies
If I could turn the page
In time then Id rearrange just a day or two
Close my, close my, close my eyes
But I couldnt find a way
So Ill settle for one day to believe in you
Tell me, tell me, tell me lies
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
(tell me lies, tell me, tell me lies)
Oh, no, no you cant disguise
(you cant disguise, no you cant disguise)
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
Although Im not making plans
I hope that you understand theres a reason why
Close your, close your, close your eyes
No more broken hearts
Were better off apart lets give it a try
Tell me, tell me, tell me lies
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
(tell me lies, tell me, tell me lies)
Oh, no, no you cant disguise
(you cant disguise, no you cant disguise)
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
If I could turn the page
In time then Id rearrange just a day or two
Close my, close my, close my eyes
But I couldnt find a way
So Ill settle for one day to believe in you
Tell me, tell me, tell me lies
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
(tell me lies, tell me, tell me lies)
Oh, no, no you cant disguise
(you cant disguise, no you cant disguise)
Tell me lies
Tell me sweet little lies
(tell me lies, tell me, tell me lies)
Oh, no, no you cant disguise

Tell me sweet little lies

Underneath
Waking up this morning thinking
Maybe this can't be real
And they say there is nothing love can't heal
Why don't you come on down
So you can feel what I feel
Sitting all alone in this place
Even though we're here face to face
There is nothing gone but there's something wrong
Can't you see that I'm stuck here underneath
And you're making it hard to breathe
Take a look around and tell me what you see
You'll find me
Underneath
Said Underneath
I know what to say but don't know where to begin
I fear I'm losing you beneath my skin
What is the resoloution for this pain that I'm in?
Sitting all alone in this place
Even though we're here face to face
There is nothing gone but there's something wrong
Can't you see that I'm stuck here underneath
And you're making it hard to breathe
Take a look around and tell me what you see
You'll find me
Underneath
Said Underneath
Oh whoa oh whoa oh
If only you could feel what I dream
Baby you could hear what I mean
There is nothing gone but there's something missing
Can't you see that I'm stuck here underneath
And you're making it hard to breathe
Take a look around and tell me what you see
You'll find me
Underneath
Said you'll find me
Underneath
Underneath
Said Underneath

Blue Moon Monday
So scared of the dark
Frightened now to close heavy eyes
Escape this dream
Haunts my every cell
Whenever I sleep
I wake into a world
After the war
Cities turned to sand
We live underground
Ever since the end of the fall
Nations erased
Programmed 20 years ago
I'm alive
Blue Moon Monday
Blue Moon Monday
I can't believe the scene
Some day, some day
So safe within my arms
One day, one way
We will return again
Blue Moon Monday
Again I awake
Into a perfect world
The sun always shines
Here I feel so safe
I'm living two lives
The darkness and the light
Heaven and Hell
I don't wanna die
Don't let me sleep
Why can't just you hear what I say?
Which is the dream
Now I don't understand
Am I alive?
Blue Moon Monday
Blue Moon Monday
I can't believe the scene
Some day, some day
So safe within my arms
One day, one way
We will return again
Blue Moon Monday

There is something inside us which we don't like to face up to, from which we try to protect ourselves, but which nevertheless remains, since we don't leave Earth in a state of primal innocence. We arrive here as we are in reality, and when the page is turned and that reality is revealed to us — that part of our reality which we would prefer to pass over in silence — then we don't like it any more.

A Child's World
Welcome to my world
Some say it's a simple place
Well that may be so
But at least, there's always a smile on my face
Welcome to my world
It's a world full of joy
It's a world full of love
The world to me now is just one big toy
If ever you're feeling low
If ever you have no place to go
I'll always welcome you to my world
That's something you should know
Welcome to my world
It's a world free of hate
It's a world free of wars
So please don't hesitate
To come and visit my world

Return To Blue
(gernot rothenbach/ eric brodka)
Producers for bonnie: harold faltermeyer and gernot rothenbach
I saw your eyes, I felt your passion
And still I cant decide, what to do
I heard you lies, I felt your hunger
Ill have to realise what is true
Im not the one looking out for perfection
I believe in love and I believed in you
But its so hard for me to understand
To keep on loving you, the way you want me to
I return to blue, I dont know what to do
To keep on loving you, I need to know the truth
I return to blue
I just dont want, want to lose
So I make the move, return to blue
It might be hard, sure wont be easy
But its the way it has to be
Too many nights, without you near me
Without the love I need to feel
Im not the one looking out for perfection
I believe in love and I believed in you
But its so hard for me to understand
To keep on loving you, the way you want me to
I return to blue, I dont know what to do
To keep on loving you, I need to know the truth
I return to blue
I just dont want, want to lose
So I make the move, return to blue
I return to blue
Return to blue
Return to blue
Return to blue
Return to blue
I return to blue
