Doubting God's existence is okay and perfectly acceptable within Christianity as long as the person doubting remains obedient and committed to the Christian path.

The Old Doubting Thomas
The old doubting Thomas is living today
And most of his school friends long with the dead lay
To the war cry of the leader they took up the gun
And they paid with their young lives for the war to be won
The young doubting Thomas he was young back then
He did not march off to war with the other young men
And though in his honour never a parade
He feels no regret at the choice he had made.
The old doubting Thomas he feels rather sad
That in World war 1 he lost his young dad
To his widowed mother a devoted son
He promised her never to take up a gun.
He still talks of the father he never did know
A war hero almost nine decades ago
The only regret in life he's ever had
Is that he never did know the one who was his dad.
The old doubting Thomas from time looking gray
His grandchildren have school going children today
Many of his school friends died in World War 2
And the dreams that they had were not meant to come true.

Living To Adopt Doubt
Without you,
To have never known of your presence...
I would be now as I live,
Without.
Without you,
Doubt would I know.
With a doubting I would show,
No growth.
And I am grateful,
Not to live that way.
Doubting each day.
No.
I live to place each step I make,
Knowing...
That without you,
I could never say...
Living to adopt doubt is my ambition.

The Christian cannot be satisfied so long as any human activity is either opposed to Christianity or out of connection with Christianity. Christianity must pervade not merely all nations but also all of human thought.

Doubting Heart
WHERE are the swallows fled?
Frozen and dead,
Perchance, upon some bleak and stormy shore.
O doubting heart!
Far over purple seas
They wait, in sunny ease,
The balmy southern breeze,
To bring them to their northern homes once more.
Why must the flowers die?
Prison’d they lie
In the cold tomb, heedless of tears or rain.
O doubting heart!
They only sleep below
The soft white ermine snow,
While winter winds shall blow,
To breathe and smile upon you soon again.
The sun has hid its rays
These many days;
Will dreary hours never leave the earth?
O doubting heart!
The stormy clouds on high
Veil the same sunny sky,
That soon (for spring is nigh)
Shall wake the summer into golden mirth.
Fair hope is dead, and light
Is quench’d in night.
What sound can break the silence of despair?
O doubting heart!
Thy sky is overcast,
Yet stars shall rise at last,
Brighter for darkness past,
And angels’ silver voices stir the air.

Unthinkable
when you feel that
there is a subsumed
trouble, when you
have in mind a certain
doubt, like doubting
me and my existence,
like you have only
questions for all
the answers.
when you think that
the world will stop
revolving,
please try to
rest a while, these
things are
unthinkable.

What Is Love?
I love you whether or not you love me
I love you even if you think that I dont
Sometimes I find you doubt my love for you, but I dont mind
Why should I mind, why should I mind
Chorus
What is love anyway, does anybody love anybody anyway
What is love anyway, does anybody love anybody anyway
Can anybody love anyone so much that they will never fear
Never worry never be sad
The answer is they cannot love this much nobody can
This is why I dont mind you doubting
And maybe love is letting people be just what they want to be
The door always must be left unlocked
To love when circumstance may lead someone away from you
And not to spend the time just doubting

Maybe forever
My eyes wandering
My heart pounding
My mind doubting
My soul searching
Wandering across the sea
Pounding with all its might
Doubting about the facts
Searching for what’s right
The sea was just tranquil
But my heart just seems to cry
The facts were all true
But my soul was hard to satisfy
I need some peace of mind
I need someone to love me
I need to accept the truth
I need to find my identity
Peace to keep me focused
Love to keep me kind
Truth to set me free
Identity to be not blind
Focused on things I do
Kind to people I see
Free to do what I want
And just to be me
Things that I do
To people I see
And to be free
Free to be me
I tried to achieve these
But then I failed again
But I wont give up
Though it reaches a billion ten
My eyes wandering nonetheless
My heart beating even harder
My mind doubting all the more
My soul searching, maybe forever

Where Am I Now In This World Of 'Only Alone
WHERE AM I NOW IN THIS WORLD OF ‘ONLY ALONE’?
Where am I now in this world of ‘only alone’?
I am not ‘only alone’ now
It has been a long time
Since I knew the real loneliness the devastating loneliness the loneliness of doubting the reality and value of my own existence-
A long time since I had to hesitate before each and every small decision
Before time of completely lost confidence in myself
Before the time of terrible fear of losing myself completely-
Yet when I last week at the fresh grave of a good acquaintance
Suddenly I sensed again the ultimate ‘only alone’
And feared that one day not so long from now
All the love in the world
And all the help of others
And all the kindness and caring
Will not prevent
The final ‘only alone’
The one the non- believer knows
Goes on ‘forever’
And I pray will not be as real as it seems.

Only Roses
To a garden full of posies
Cometh one to gather flowers;
And he wanders through its bowers
Toying with the wanton roses,
Who, uprising from their beds,
Hold on high their shameless heads
With their pretty lips a-pouting,
Never doubting - never doubting
That for Cytherean posies
He would gather aught but roses.
In a nest of weeds and nettles,
Lay a violet, half hidden;
Hoping that his glance unbidden
Yet might fall upon her petals.
Though she lived alone, apart,
Hope lay nestling at her heart,
But, alas! the cruel awaking
Set her little heart a-breaking,
For he gathered for his posies
Only roses - only roses!

To believe with certainty, we must begin by doubting.
We are not necessarily doubting that God will do the best for us; we are wondering how painful the best will turn out to be.

You Dont Have To Worry
Chorus:
No fear, no shame, you dont have to worry
bout a thang
No fear, no shame, you dont have to worry
bout a thang
Makes no difference
Near or far, baby
Its you I love no matter where you are
My dedication will never die
Im always faithful till you break my heart
You dont have to keep seaching for dishonesty
Its always safer to let your love flow
I can guarantee
Theres no need for doubting me
There is no other thats worth the trouble
Chorus
Theres no reasoning for your dismay
Our loves been good up to this very day
No time for wondering
Its takes away
From all the time we have to share together
You can best believe
No one can just come between
Me and you and what we built together
I guess in time well see where our dedication leads
And in the end I know Ill be there for you
Chorus
Bridge
I can guarantee theres no need for doubting me
No time for wondering
You can count me
