It is by doubting that we come to investigate, and by investigating that we recognize the truth.

Too Blind To Recognize

Too blind to recognize.
No one really knew,
Who they saw on a regular basis.
And this was not encouraged,
To be expected to accept.
Yet discussing other people,
Was what they did best.
Too blind to recognize.

Too blind to recognize.
Disrespecting was all they knew.
And this they did with a full effect.
No one knew who did what.
Or who had experiences to share,
That would provide benefits all would get.
So no one saw to see to receive opportunities,
They would meet but too blind to recognize.

Too blind to recognize,
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.

Too blind to recognize,
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.

Just too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize...
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.
Too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize.
Too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize...
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.
Too blind to recognize.

What Is Truth?

What is truth? said Pilate, groping
In the darkness of his ire.-
Trembling, doubting, fearing, hoping,
Calmer souls may well inquire,
What is truth?-that prize whose worth
Far exceeds the gifts of earth.

Truth-of love and light the presence,
Truth-the stepping-stone to heaven,
Truth-of knowledge soul and essence,
Truth-celestial pole-star given,
Wandering barks to cheer and guide
Through the tempest and the tide.

Shake The Nightmare From Your Head

Shake the nightmare from your head
Awaken…
Let not the black magicians beguile you
Fan away their dark clouds of confusion
Refuse them your blood and life essence

The time is ripe for transparency/truth
You’ve hungered for sovereignty
Take it…

Recognize your divine self
Recognize your true destiny
Recognize your place in the Cosmos

Eternity awaits you…

More Spice Is Needed

Wouldn't they make better use of their time,
Investigating why their investigations
Need investigators who investigate?
Instead of wasting valuable resources...
Employing those selected to monitor
The actions of those responsible
For creating such tactics to spy
On each other's activities!
While illegal 'aliens' demand top dollar
For their silence and co-operation
In keeping the game of hide n' seek
A lucrative game they all share
In keeping their pockets full!
Any 'truths' overheard by wiretaps...
Are only ignored for lack of originality,
That feeds nothing to the imagination!
More spice is needed,
To implement a heightened excitement!
And perhaps that is why the whole process
Is constipated!

Maybe forever

My eyes wandering
My heart pounding
My mind doubting
My soul searching

Wandering across the sea
Pounding with all its might
Doubting about the facts
Searching for what’s right

The sea was just tranquil
But my heart just seems to cry
The facts were all true
But my soul was hard to satisfy

I need some peace of mind
I need someone to love me
I need to accept the truth
I need to find my identity

Peace to keep me focused
Love to keep me kind
Truth to set me free
Identity to be not blind

Focused on things I do
Kind to people I see
Free to do what I want
And just to be me

Things that I do
To people I see
And to be free
Free to be me

I tried to achieve these
But then I failed again
But I wont give up
Though it reaches a billion ten

My eyes wandering nonetheless
My heart beating even harder
My mind doubting all the more
My soul searching, maybe forever

Beyond Recognition

no my friend
no, you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
burnt in the firmament of
my unadulterated desire for you
i'm now reduced to
a whiff of thin vapour
quickly carried away by the wind
and in no time absorbed by ether

no friend, no
you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
i'm now a tomb with all
love and hurt accrued
buried deep within with
no epitaph inscribed

no my friend
no, you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
as i sit in a corner of a cold bed
drawing my empty limbs closer
as if they're all that's left of me...

no my friend, no
you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
as much as i can't recognize me myself
through this vacant mirror...
wait, there from a corner
i recognize you simply gazing
at nothing in particular...

why, you alone?
i recognize my self
no more...

A real reconciliation of East and West is impossible and inconceivable on the basis of a materialistic Communism, or of a
materialistic Capitalism, or indeed of a materialistic Socialism. The third way will neither be "anti-Communist" nor "anti-Capitalist". It will recognize the truth in liberal democracy, and it will equally recognize the truth in Communism. A critique of Communism and Marxism does not entail an enmity towards Soviet Russia, just as a critique of liberal democracy is not entail enmity towards the west. … But the final and most important justification of a "third way" is that there must be a place from which we may boldly testify to, and proclaim, truth, love and justice. No one today likes truth: utility and self interest have long ago been substituted for truth.

The truth won't set you free

We all try to Sugar coat the truth but you and I know there can't be no juice in a pimple
people will say'The truth will set you free'
see the truth to be a dude and it stares you in the eye, watching you throw heavy loads of lie to its face without a form of grace
Like a man in pain, it's gonna fly into rage,
irritated at this height of disgrace, it could spit one into a cage, letting it rain till water sinks into the liar's brain
'The truth will set you free' yet people say again
The letters still remain unchanged and now I am starting to feel people just use this quote in vain
Not the truth and not the constitution is gonna set us free
look at judges....don't you think they slam the hammer of justice too often
If d truth would set us free then the word jail would have never came
we all can choose to tell the truth but then what will the cops have to investigate
cos whether you confess or you are being confessed, telling the truth, or choosing to lie will partially make your social life die.

(V - 2009) The Truth of the Truth

The Sages and Seers
That be and have been
Cannot have seen
The truth of the Truth!

What they see as Truth
Is Truth merely
It’s not really
The truth of the Truth!

The Ultimate Truth
Cannot be known
We aren’t that grown –
The truth of the Truth!

We’re part of the Truth
We’re trying to see
We’re yet so tiny –
The truth of the Truth!

Though hard and great
The pains we give
We cannot outlive
The truth of the Truth!

What’s Truth to you once
Remains not the same
So changing the game –
The truth of the Truth!

What’s Truth to a man
Is not Truth to all
That’s what we call
The truth of the Truth!

These thoughts as I pen
It’s Truth to me
It’s to me only
The truth of the Truth!

The Old Doubting Thomas

The old doubting Thomas is living today
And most of his school friends long with the dead lay
To the war cry of the leader they took up the gun
And they paid with their young lives for the war to be won

The young doubting Thomas he was young back then
He did not march off to war with the other young men
And though in his honour never a parade
He feels no regret at the choice he had made.

The old doubting Thomas he feels rather sad
That in World war 1 he lost his young dad
To his widowed mother a devoted son
He promised her never to take up a gun.

He still talks of the father he never did know
A war hero almost nine decades ago
The only regret in life he's ever had
Is that he never did know the one who was his dad.

The old doubting Thomas from time looking gray
His grandchildren have school going children today
Many of his school friends died in World War 2
And the dreams that they had were not meant to come true.

Recognize

Well I've had enough
Of these selfish crimes
I hurt myself again
Not knowing why
It seems so easy
To leave it all behind
And avoid the truth I think id rather just go blind
Then everything erupts
My life has come unglued
And the ties that bind have left me
What am I to do?
Cant seem to recognize
That stare behind those eyes
Who is this man I see?
Who's looking back at me?
Cant focus through the grey
And I am fading into nothing
The reflection must get clearer
I think I'm cracking up
Like I've lost my mind
I hurt myself again
Still don't know why
I end up the same way
Each and every time
I cant avoid the truth
There's just nowhere to run and hide
Cant seem to recognize
That stare behind those eyes
Who is this man I see?
Who's looking back at me?
Cant focus through the grey
And I am fading into nothing
The reflection must get clearer than it appears to be right now
There must be someone I can see....
THERE'S GOTTA BE SOMETHING FOR ME
SHOW IT NOW, LET IT GO FREE
I KNOW ITS THERE WAITING ON ME
LET IT OUT, LET IT GO FREE
Cant seem to recognize
That stare behind those eyes
Who is this man I see?
Who's looking back at me?
Cant focus through the grey
And I am fading into nothing
The reflection must get clearer

Costly

Costly life costly time
Truth is costly life is costly.

No one can say
The exact cost of life
No one can investigate
What is life
No one can speak
Bare truth of life
No one can
No one can.

Living To Adopt Doubt

Without you,
To have never known of your presence...
I would be now as I live,
Without.

Without you,
Doubt would I know.
With a doubting I would show,
No growth.

And I am grateful,
Not to live that way.
Doubting each day.

No.
I live to place each step I make,
Knowing...
That without you,
I could never say...
Living to adopt doubt is my ambition.
