What is the good of experience if you do not reflect?

For Purposes To Sustain Exaggerations

When one speaks from experience,
And not from visions that are embellished...
It is difficult to call one like this a liar.
Especially when what has been mentioned,
Is validated and confirmed by documentation.

When one speaks from experience,
It becomes unnecessary to reflect...
With self indulging introspection.
Like others who accept invitations to entertain,
For purposes to sustain sugar coated exaggerations.

Let's Talk About Love!

Let's talk about love! Let's give hate the shove!
Let's celebrate all that love is!
Reflect on the joy for each girl and boy
Enmeshed in the thrill of a kiss!

Love glides round in style! Love guides with a smile!
Love looks up with hope in its eyes!
Reflect on the prayers of sweethearts in pairs
And listen to all of their sighs!

Let's talk about love! Let's think of the dove!
Let's cherish the heart's great reward!
Reflect on the peace that starts to increase
Whenever true love is outpoured!

Let's learn a love song! Let's sing it out strong!
Let's pass on Good News every day!
Reflect on God's grace! God's kindness embrace!
Determined to share love some way!

Let's visit Loveland! Let's walk hand-in-hand!
Let's honour the blessings we've known!
Reflect on this truth: Love's never aloof!
For true love cannot walk alone...

Tis the Season For Reflection

'Tis the season for reflection.
Let's reflect upon this year.
Was it one that you'll remember
all the good that did appear?

Or will the good be overshadowed
by the painful times that came?
Your attitude towards those around you,
was it different or the same?

We cannot change the sins of others
but we can if they're our own.
The year has come and gone so quickly.
Was it one in which you've grown?

Grown in spirit towards each other,
grown in tolerance for all men,
grown in peaceful ways of thinking,
grown in every way you can?

'Tis the season for the carolds
calling for good will towards men.
Let's be thankful for the singing
and reflect on this year again.

Living And Reliving An Experience....

it is nothing but experience
it shows, it is felt, and then
you draw it back again nearer
your face, take a closer look,
analyze, and feel and
reflect, many times, digest,
expand, do not decorate,
take it as it is,
freeze it, ...stay still,
be a sculpture, or a ladder,
a pillar, or even be a bowl
of water,
do not titillate
visualize, taper, sharpen,
no rattling please, just
the closer look at the closing of
the day....

it dances before you,
shows its best, becomes a tree with
so many ripe fruits for your
picking

really, this is what experience is all
about.

The Screen Behind The Mirror

(m.cretu.) .
Heres the mirror
Behind there is a screen
Turn around
On both ways you can get in
The experience of survival
Look around just people, can you hear their voice
Find the one wholl guide you to the limits of your choice
The experience / of survival
Try to think about it ...
Thats the chance to live your life and discover
Try to think about it
The experience of survival
The experience ...
The experience of survival
The experience ...

And I came away from that experience, and it was a very difficult experience - I came to understand that you have to practice at being a good father and practice at being a good husband, just as you have to practice at being a good journalist.

Sonnet -On Experience

One cannot learn from experience always,
For Knowledge is a sea; experience, Lake;
Some learn the same in hours or weeks or days;
Some never do all life, forever fake.

Experience implies one had done mistakes;
It is much wiser to learn from others;
To forget knowledge too, experience makes;
A continued process, it is, brothers.

Experience can't vouchsafe a man is wise;
And wisdom comes to one who God well loves;
Too much of experience could turn a vice.
All need not see the burst of bombs or stoves.
By experience, no man should turn haughty,
Nor should he try to be with peers, naughty.

We've always lived in dark times. There has always been a range of human experience from the sublime to the brutal, and stories reflect it. It's no less brutal now; each age has its horrors.

Reflects The Soul

Your eyes are like a mirror
that reflects your soul.
Some eyes are dark as cobalt
and reflect the deed they do.
Others are a shade of gold
reflect a heart that cares.
While others reflect great sadness
from ill treatment somewhere.
Whatever colour are your eyes
it is not the colour of your soul.
Some people with dark eyes
as jet black as the night.
Hold the gentlest touch
when it comes to others of mankind.
The colour of your eyes
is never an indication to your soul.
It is only passed the colour
does that reflect the soul.

A Writing Break

I sit and write
Literary expelling my mind
On thoughts and feelings
In words I sometimes reflect
Seeing my every image
My pretence of character
Both good and bad staring back
Between the lines of the page
There in stories made up
In verse I see captured
Broken up pieces of myself
That others may relate to
Its all a humane experience
Literary coming off the page
In poetic dedication
I sit here and I write
Feeding my obsessive addiction
Now back to writing

The Light of Life

We come to live.
Not to follow as shadows.
We come to reflect...
The best of efforts.
To glow in the giving of respect.

We are here to influence this experience.
In support of others.
Not to distort their paths.
Or bestow upon their journeys...
Obstacles we inject!

We need not wish,
For these acts to be done.
To selfishly benefit!
When eventually...
There is none!

We are individually energized.
All of us are,
By the rays from the Sun.
To appreciate everyone's gifts given!
Not try to take away.
But share, grow and obey.
That which within us is divinely sent.
Minds to adventure.
Not to despise and hide in devilment.
To deceive to end in shadows...
Alone to grieve.

We come to live.
Not to follow as shadows.
We come to reflect...
The best of efforts.
In deeds that are sewn,
To produce an increased 'betterment'.
Making this known as it is shown.

Not to suffer from our deceits.
In belief there comes a gain maintained.
When tears from our eyes produce nothing,
But rain.
And overflowing suffering sustained!

We come to live.
Not to follow as shadows.
To discover too late...
When our 'lights' are turned out,
That darkness awaits our fate.
And that experience...
Is seldom in need of replication!

Dedicated darkness,
Has its own agenda!
And only then do we seem to get the message.
Taught in a silence.
Yet 'missed' when given the light of life!
That should excell in the dedication of growth!

But greed has fed us into blindness!
Behind which we...
Allow ourselves to follow!

Good Morning To Morning

Whoever wants good must respect the morning
whoever need a goodday must have a good morning
Morning is the mother of the day
Morning is the root of hardwork.

Morning is a time to make hay
morning is the time to gain experience of which
you will use in experimentingyour future
in order to expect a good result.

Respect the morning and tell us your result
disregard the morning and we shall you
your returns.
Good morning only comes to determaned people, people who are ready to explore it.

If you want to have a good morning, respect it
for I have repect for my morning and
I have experience an illustrious returns.
Good morning to my morning so he may do me good.

Taking Something Given

No one can teach
How eyes should observe.
What to focus on.
What to hear...
And leave unheard!
Like beliefs one has,
Passed and received
Without an experience to reflect.
When one accepts
And there has been no introspection...
What one rejects,
May be what one should not disrespect.
Like taking something given
When it should be suspect!
But how does on know that...
To avoid heartbreak and regret?

What Re-action From Me Do You Expect?

Observing...
With a giving to someone,
Undivided attention.
To listen as they reflect retrospectively,
A doing done to achieve their success.

This 'should' be an event to experience their happiness.
And not an opportunity for them to solicit empathy...
To pour from their hearts,
Highlighted aspects of their regrets.
As a forgiveness is mentioned for them to accept,
During a process of it being expressed.

But many find and discover,
Happiness is not one's ability to acquire possessions.
Or listening to someone confess this.
Since it is boring enough to watch them try,
To cry fake tears.

'You don't know how I wish,
Things between us had been different.'

~For what reason?
To experience the reality of feeling something real?
Or to relive your comments,
That I am not addressing my potential to impress.
Which thoughtless direction would you like to reminisce?
And what re-action from me do you expect? ~

Bad For Good

BAD FOR GOOD
Music: Rudolf Schenker
Lyrics: Klaus Meine, Dieter Dierks
Bad for good
She tells it like it is
The french word of a kiss
She's so bad for good to me
She's so bad for good
She wants more of this
You can feel it with a kiss
She's as bad as she can be
The thoughts in my head
Where would they be going ?
Seems to me
It's a tough call for one to imagine
They're saying they do when I win
I look in the mirror
Reflect from the ceiling
She wears next to nothin
Next to nothin but only
A touch of perfume on her skin, oh yeeeaaaahhhhh
She's so bad for good
She tells it like it is
The french word of a kiss
She's so bad for good to me
She's so bad for good
She wants more of this
You can feel it with a kiss
She's as bad as she can be
She's so bad for good
She tells it like it is
The french word of a kiss
She's so bad for good to me
She's so bad for good
She wants more of this
You can feel it with a kiss
She's as bad as she can be
If those were my fingers
What would they be doing
Is pouring along
From head to toe like a stranger
To be once again lost and found...yeeeaaaahhhhh
She's so bad for good
She tells it like it is
The french word of a kiss
She's so bad for good to me
She's so bad for good
She wants more of this
You can feel it with a kiss
She's as bad as she can be
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
She's so bad for good
Bad for good
Bad for good
