Get the Boogey When It's Hot

You're playing the right song,
But at the wrong time.

You see...
I use to love to boogey with my body
Sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

I use to love to boogey with my body
Sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

Then when twilight comes along.
With the fireflies twinkling bright.
And you have just begun to see the Sun.

You're playing the right song,
But at the wrong time.

You see...
I use to love to boogey with my body
Sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

I use to love to boogey with my body
Sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

You're playing the right song.
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
You're playing the right song.
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
You're playing the right song.
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
Play it.
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
Play it.
I use to love to boogey sweating hot!
And in that beat.
That heats the feet.

You're playing the right song,
But at the wrong time.

I love to get the boogey,
When it's hot.
I love to get the boogey,
When it's hot.
I love to get the boogey,
When it's hot.
I love to get the boogey,
When it's hot.

In silence the lambs die

In silence the lambs die
We dine in silence
Do not we hear?
Around the cliff the Eagle is flipping wings
The ocean about to turn in waves
Yet in silence the lambs die
We dine in silence
Do not we hear?

There's More To Me Than Meets The Eye

There's more to me than meets the eye
Look closely, I too also cry
There's more to me than meets the eye
I swear to God and that's no lie
There's more to me than meets the eye
Get a chance to know me then decide
There's more to me than meets the eye
What the eyes percieves isn't always right
There's more to me than meets the eye
I'll be that guy on whom you can always rely
There's more to me than meets the eye
I still believe in love, happiness and rainbows in the sky
There's more to me than meets the eye
Behind all this, I'm a shy guy
There's more to me than meets the eye
Give me a chance to be a part of your life
There's more to me than meets the eye
I'll give you my heart, in which you'll reside
There's more to me than meets the eye
I look into yours and feel alive
There's more to me than meets the eye
Reminicing on the first time we met, and those cheesy lines. To my face it brings a smile.
There's more to me than meets the eyes
Without you in my life I'd rather die
There's more to me than meets the eye
Now that I've told you, do you believe in us.

Unicorn 12

where the unlimited meets the limited,
and the unimagined meets the imagined;
where the unseen meets the seen,
and the eye meets the heart;

where the earth meets the seed,
and the seed meets the root;
where the root meets the earth;
and the flower meets the air;

where the heart meets the thought,
and the thought meets the sound;
where the sound meets the word;
and the word meets the voice;

where joy arises,
and where sorrow ends;
where love arises,
and the world is one;

where magic lives,
and miracles are law;
where childhood lives
and freedom is always now,

the unicorn is.

Upon The Silent, Lonely Hill

Many sleepless nights I spent
Upon the silent, lonely hill.
An invitation for others to join,
But I was the only one who went.
Silence is golden,
Especially in a crowd.
But having no one to share the silence with,
Cannot possibly make a man proud.

Silence among the trees,
Silence among the lakes.
And only by distraction silence breaks.
But overall,
Silence is desolate.
And bitter to the end.

Silence And I

(lead vocal - eric woolfson)
If i cried out loud
Over sorrows i've known
And the secrets i've heard
It would ease my mind
Someone sharing the load
But i won't breathe a word
We're two of a kind
Silence and i
We need a chance to talk things over
Two of a kind
Silence and i
We'll find a way to work it out
While the children laughed
I was always afraid
Of the smile of the clown
So i close my eyes
Till i can't see the light
And i hide from the sound
We're two of a kind
Silence and i
We need a chance to talk things over
Two of a kind
Silence and i
We'll find a way to work it out
I can hear the cry
Of the leaf on a tree
As it falls to the ground
I can hear the call
Of an echoing voice
And there's no one around
We're two of a kind
Silence and i
We need a chance to talk things over
Two of a kind
Silence and i
We'll find a way to work it out

A Night Passes In A Silenceless Torment

A night passes in a Silenceless Torment
Even the most beautiful songs
Cannot quell the restlessness-

There are times when one is not born for this
Or any other world-

Dissatisfaction restlessness frustration
Cannot yield the best poetry-

Tormented songs repeat themselves
What was once beautiful
Now irritates as relentless noise-

There is the need for a different kind of beauty
A song from within that no external song can give-

I want silence
No other song
Only silence
Silence and more silence
A poetry of silence
Or even a silence without poetry
Silence
The kind of silence in which the torment has ended
Sleep perhaps
Silence silence
Please.

Incoherent

on a long and lonely world
he becomes incoherent
someone meets to ask him
where did he come from
and where he is going
he's got no answers
he sits under a shady tree
and begins to stare at the blue sky
he has not words to say
everyone he meets must go
to leave him in his incoherent silence.

Silence Echos

Silence
makes my heart break
Silence
Love, does not make

Silence
Was it all just a terrible mistake?
Silence
Was love just a game, just fake?

Silence
Leaves me heartbroken
Silence
Kills he feeling behind words unspoken

Silence
has is a shield you hide behind
Silence
Guards what's on your mind

Silence
Chills your heart's sound
Silence
Love cannot silently be found

Silence
has turned your dreams blind
Silence
is darkness in which you cannot find

Silence
Crushes the hopeful feelings that were kind
Silence
Of emptiness it did remind

Silence
Silence took all I sought to find
Silence
Silence was hurtful and unkind

Silence
Will kill love before it ripens on the vine
Love will go silently
But it's lonely hurt will echo for all time

Urges of lust

Sexual urge meets with the coitus.
Carnal urge meets with the bites.
Bio-urge meets with the impregnation.
Psycho-sex urge meets with the child-care
And socio-sex urge meets with self welfare.
Lust is the force behind.
Lust is the source for all forces.

(Attention Seeking Poem) A Whisper That Wants To Be A Scream

That kind of validation should be but the silence among the lambs.
A quietness to never be heard.
A whisper that wants to be a scream but doesn't exactly know how.
As if to say I have a question, yet I'm to afraid to ask.
A game of self pity.
Beckoning for attention.
As if it's our fault of that which they did not mention.
A homeless man walking on the poorest streets of the city.
A prostitute getting in the car with another Jon in a place known for such vices.
We have to take notice and We have to stand out to be noticed.
And pessimism does nothing to farther such a cause.
Unless that is what one desires.

Youthful Steps

I aint trying to get down with the beat,
Or keep it funky for 'nobody'.
To boogey to impress,
I can address with sweat...
A few youthful steps,
With a shaking of my booty...
Is not a challenge.

What is?
And there is nothing complex about it.
But...
I've discovered that an acceptance,
Of the aging process harnesses for me...
A self respect I did not expect I would enjoy.

I know my comments annoy a lot of old folks.
But I aint trying to stay timeless,
With a hip and with it attitude.
Plus...
I am not living with a wish to have done things,
I did not or could not do.
I've made attempts and will continue.

Although I could,
If I so desired...
To get down and sweat with the best!

But,
I aint trying to get down with the beat,
Or keep it funky for 'nobody'.

To boogey to impress,
I can address with sweat...
Youthful steps,
With a shaking of my booty?
Is stressful.

And poppa don't want to prove,
I can be an aging fool.
Too many are doing that already.

Wolf

Never believe all you hear.
Wolves are not as bad as lambs.

And have two lovely daughters
To show for it, while I could
Tell you sickening tales of
Lambs who got their just deserts.

A Stream

there is a certain stream that all of us
would like to swim
where we are like children
following no other person's command

it is not a stream of water
that makes us wet and shiver
and make us think about some
kind of thirsts and satiation

it is something that we must not
cross lest we find ourselves in another
world and leave everyone
everything as they are and we
do not want it

we are scared we hesitate
to throw our feet in there
but then there is no choice
the nights, the lonely nights
take us all there

this is the stream of consciousness
that we all have
we think and love and speak in silence
in the light of our hearts

we travel inward, we hope we
truly become ourselves
invented, reinvented over and over again
to see our real faces

we simply float in there
we flow and we can never stop
gladly beyond as he calls it.

Dumb, Stubborn and Young

When the printed money ends.
Will you love me like back then?
Often spending every dime we had.

When the heat this Winter cools.
And my toes are cold to touch.
Will your love for me be half filled...
Gladly in an empty cup?

Can we still do the boogey like we ate peanuts.
Sipping on one glass of powdered juice?

Can we still do the boogey with the shells...
From licked cream puffs?
Each rubbing on our loose caboose.

Oh remember when we weren't bling stung!
Oooohhh remember when we were so dumb...
Stubborn and young!

'Sounds like the names of my lawyers.
Trying to convince me,
The money I have invested with them...
Will help restore the economy.'

Oh remember when we weren't bling stung!
Oooohhh remember when we were so dumb...
Stubborn and young?

And to those days we should say...
Goodbye and...so long!
Since we are now held captive...
By those who love the wrong!

Discover ‘SILENCE ‘

I discovered a stunning stillness,
‘SILENCE’ a musical wave,
My thoughts dint appear beautiful than this time,
I felt, I regained my inner dead Emotions,
And now ponder more on …Silence’s Beauty...

Silence is a mystery,
And a magical union,
Silence is of soul and heart,
And mind’s internal peace,
Silence unite love with all creations,
And form attachment with all disclosed hearts.

Silence belongs to everyone,
It is beyond word ‘SILENCE’….
It inculcates an extreme essence to fasten together,
And embody a true peace and love within and around.

Silence is present every moment...
And it alerts you to open yourself towards life.
Silence is present every moment...
Within the stillness of nights and peace of early mornings
Silence is present every moment…
To intimate its appearance in all worldly needs.
