We ought not to judge of men's merits by their qualifications, but by the use they make of them.

No Qualifications
Now he wanted to fly all those big aeroplanes
Trans-continental and back home again
But his brain, it was grounded
His head could not cope
No qualifications, no reasons for hope
They told him the right way to fasten his tie
Beat him for laughing and never said why
They left his for dead when the results came through
And still never asked what he wanted to do
No qualifications so late in the day
Weve screwed you up, well, now you make your own way
Now to label your trousers and label your shoes
If you dont wear nothing then label that too
No qualifications, you are the time born
If you wanna succeed you better get some qualifications
So late in the day
Weve screwed you up, well, now you make your own way

Qualifications
Qualifications give me a license
To treat that I know more than what I know
And give others a notion about me
That I know more than I truly know.
Qualifications misguide in two ways:
A confidence booster to the holders;
A hall-mark to the estimators.
Qualifications are sold for a price.

Judge
Judge is not here to decide
Who is winner and who is loser.
Judge is here to decide
Who is in right point.
No judge is empower to
Pronounced death sentences
No judge has got power
To give life to the lifeless.
Judge can not decide
The synonyms and antonyms
Judge can not say
The right source for right word.
Judge is not judge
So long as the judge is mortal
Judge is judge
If judge is eternal.

We respect the role of the Senate. We respect the authority of the Senate to look at the qualifications of Judge Roberts, and at the end of the day I'm optimistic that if given a fair hearing and a fair opportunity, that he will be confirmed.

Do not Judge me (First Poem Submitted)
As I stand before you
with the reality of the shame of my sins in my arms.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
You do not know the pains I have suffered,
As you look at me like I am a demon from the pits of Hell.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
Picture youself alone as I, needing the comfort and touch of another.
Would you not do the same?
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
And my child has already been marked like a person with the plague.
Not given a chance,
Do not judge him,
You do not know him.
We all have sinned and it is not our job to judge,
So do not judge me.
You do not know me.

Who is to judge?
Family Heads, are you right to judge?
Political Heads, are you wise to judge?
Religious Heads, are you just to judge?
Judicial Heads, are you true to judge?
Individuals, are you free to judge?
One is right to one’s act.
Each act ends with its fate
As each birth meets its death.
Which birth is not just?
Which act is not just?
Who are you and I to judge?
Time is supreme and beyond us.

If we can modernise the workforce, make them better qualified, have this framework of qualifications, then I think they have a very good case for more money.

Sonnet: God is the Best Judge
Which man can judge others accurately?
Is it a thing easy to judge others?
The human judge best though learned be, errs;
No one can judge his neighbor ev’r ably.
A man has both a good and bad backgrounds;
Only the proportion varies with time;
No man is perfect, not even his rhyme!
Can one predict the layers within mounds?
Man is so complex; so is his action;
No man can be perfect akin to God;
God’s judgments will be free of mal-function;
No man is perfect, his judgment is odd!
Let not a man judge his neighbor rashly!
God is the only Judge who does justly.

You Cant Judge A Book
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover
When I was young and went to school
My mama taught me the magic rule
And what she said I tried my best to follow
She said
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover
Then I left school and moved around
And what I saw and what I found
Made me remember what she said to follow
She said
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover
And now I think, by now Id know, that what appears is not always so
And I remember what she said to follow
She said
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover

To perpetuate is to exist
One’s thoughts spread, not on their merits alone,
But on one’s skill to perpetuate them.
Men grew great for their skill in perpetuation,
Rather than for the merits their thoughts hold

Qualifications
'Mister Pertillar,
Based upon your 'experience'...
What makes you qualified,
To fly a 747? '
I have flown in a 747 twice.
And I once walked the streets of Paris,
Behind someone wearing a Captain's uniform.
'Fabulous! Great news.
And you...
Mister Chester?
Same question.'
~First and foremost...
Giving honor to God,
With true patriotism.
I have flown 747s for twenty years as a pilot.
And I have also...~
'Very well stated Mister Chester.
However...
Did you or did you not walk the streets of Paris?
We wish to hear of your 'experience' that led to your qualifications.
Not your 'actual' qualifications!
Do you wish the question to be repeated? '

We Are All Sinners
Why should i judge you? !
We are all sinners and,
I judge no one;
But we can surely change for the better on this earth,
For the Father in Heaven is watching over us all!
And, He has the authority to judge.

You Cant Judge A Book By Looking At The Cover
1: you cant judge a apple by lookin at the tree.
Cant judge a honey by lookin at the bee.
Cant judge a daughter by lookin at the mother.
You cant judge a book by lookin at the cover.
Chorus: oh-oh, cant you see? you misjudged me, baby!
I look like a farmer but--Im a lover!
Cant judge a book by lookin at the cover.
2: you cant judge sugar by lookin at the pan.
Cant judge a woman by lookin at her man.
Cant judge one by lookin at the other.
You cant judge a book by lookin at the cover.
Chorus: oh-oh, cant you see? you misjudged me!
I look like a farmer but--Im a lover!
Cant judge a book by lookin at the cover.
3: you cant judge a fish by lookin in the pond.
Cant judge right by lookin at the wrong,
Cant judge a-one by lookin at the other.
You cant judge a book by lookin at the cover.
Chorus: oh-oh, cant you see? you misjudged me!
I look like a farmer but--Im a lover!
Cant judge a book by lookin at the cover.

When we went to school we were told that we were governed by laws, not men. As a result of that, many people think there is no need to pay any attention to judicial candidates because judges merely apply the law by some mathematical formula and a good judge and a bad judge all apply the same kind of law. The fact is that the most important part of a judge's work is the exercise of judgment and that the law in a court is never better than the common sense judgment of the judge that is presiding.

I'm Not An Angel Nor An Evil
I'm not an angel
Nor an evil
I'm who i'm
just little bit different
From the people around
Just Because I can't put on masks
And change them with every character and situation
Every while and while
Does that make me bad!
How they make me admire
when every while and while
They wear on and off
Different face
and face
They just make me smile.
I can't change colores
I can't wear masks.
I can't act happy
When i'm sad
I Can't laugh when someone is sad
Then I'll feel so bad
I'm not perfect
But I try to do my best
Sometimes a nice word
Can give me the world
A smile of a child
Makes me fly
A sad glance can make my heart cry
I'm just a human being
I laugh
I cry
I try
I shout
I feel
I fear
That's the way it is
Even with my faults
Still I can feel proud
I judge myself and sometimes even make fun.
But never ever want to be like those
Who act angel
Then they make million faults
Yet they never feel shy to judge others
How they make me admire!

Life beneath the surface
Life on the surface is all well for people to see,
but the most inportant thing is inside,
people judge people from outside,
but what they should judge is what is true,
which is inside,
but who are they to judge? ,
no one has a right to judge,
but its still happening,
people have enough problems,
with out another problem,
thinking about what people would think...
