Is it making healthy choices

If that's true than perhaps no one is perfect
but if it's achieving the right balance of healthy/ non healthy
than perhaps its true we all achieve perfection in our own

Land Of The Living
i found myself
in another world
i found myself
alive and well
i am the vapor
i am the gas
you be the angel
of everything
this is the land of the living
this is the land of reprisal
this is the land of the living
the living
the living
i lost myself
too wide a plane
i opened up
i'm not the same
i am electric
made of wire
you be the match
i'll be the fire
this is the land of the living
this is the land of reprisal
this is the land of the living
the living
the living
the living
in myself i try for you
walk a thousand miles to get us through
airways
jet planes
safe landings
no branding
land
land
this is the land of the living
the land of reprisal
this is the land of the living
the land of survival

In The Land Of Make Believe
(burt bacharach / hal david)
In the land of make believe
Youre mine tonight
Although you are far away
In the land of make believe
Im holding you tight
The silver moon is shining above
And theres love in your eyes
And Im kissing you
Like I used to do
Yesterday in paradise
Ive been living in the land of make believe
Since youve been gone
I need you so much
That without your love
I must deceive myself
To go on
Your loving hand caresses my face
We embrace tenderly
Never will we part
Deep down in my heart
You are always here with me
You are always here with me
In the land of make believe
In the land of make believe
In the land of make believe
Your loving hand caresses my face
We embrace tenderly
Never will we part
Deep down in my heart
You are always here with me
You are always here with me
In the land of make believe
In the land of make believe
In the land of make believe
In the land of make believe

Forests Of Growing Green Gold
living forests
touristic gold mines
if market mined
diverse flora fauna
sources of memories
seed imaginations
sold not once
as deforestation
but countless
times as living
life tapestries
creative webs
children of forests
bless all eyes all
hearts spirit seen
“weep child
the mighty totara
is (blade) fallen
no longer
forests thick
stretching
120 feet high
above life dense
canopy bird song
broad leaf trees
linear sharp
pointed leaves
(grew) dark
green-brownish
female totara
flowers red swollen
nut embedded”
who will
replant sacred
forests?
who will come
centuries on to
watch totara grow?
living sacred
ancient forest giants
were timber
sold when tourism
was life sustaining
growing green gold

Land Of The Living
(waylon patton/tia sellers)
(track 1 - time 3:33)
You gave him some good years
Now youd like them back
Mistakes become clearer
After the fact
Now when you pick up the pieces
But you cant make them fit
Dont waste all your time
Trying to make sense of it
Just hurry back
To the land of the living
Things have changed
Since youve been gone
The world is turning
In the land of the living
Take a deep breath
Life goes on...life goes on
Come down from that dark cloud
Whats done is done
Dont you go down believing
Youre the only one
That ever felt heartache
Turn to regret
Weve all got something
Wed like to forget...thats right
Just hurry back
To the land of the living
Things have changed
Since youve been gone
The world is turning
In the land of the living
Take a deep breath
Life goes on...life goes on
Lean on my shoulder
And whisper your tears
We all need someone
To echo our fears
Just hurry back
To the land of the living
Things have changed
Since youve been gone
The world is turning
In the land of the living
Take a deep breath
Life goes on...life goes on
In the land of the living
The world is turning
Life goes one
In the land of the living

Banapple Gas
Banapple gas, oh banapple gas
Everybodys sniffing it banapple gas
O-o alas!
All the world is stuck on it banapple gas.
Does it do you good, make you better
Set you healthy when youre bed-tied?
Well I dont know if it makes you well...
But it must be healthy
cause it dont smell.
Banapple gas, oh banapple gas
Everybodys living on banapple gas
O-o alas!
All the world is grooving on banapple gas.
Do you know what goes inside to make it
What kind of strange spice makes it right?
Well I dont know what kind of spice
But it must be healthy cause its sterilized.
Banapple gas...banapple gas
Give me more banapple gas
O-o...o-o-o
Does it help you smile more to wake up
Make you happy just to be alive?
Well I dont know if it makes you happy...
But it must be healthy
cause its certified.
Banapple gas, oh banapple gas
All the world is breathing banapple gas
O-o alas!
No one knows whats inside it banapple gas
Oh banapple gas.

A healthy environment is essential to a livable Oregon and a strong economy.

We shall never understand the natural environment until we see it as a living organism. Land can be healthy or sick, fertile or barren, rich or poor, lovingly nurtured or bled white. Our present attitudes and laws governing the ownership and use of land represent an abuse of the concept of private property.... Today you can murder land for private profit. You can leave the corpse for all to see and nobody calls the cops.

My Land
This is my land
Calm and quiet
This is my land
Come and try it
This is my land
No contradicting
This is my land
Everything living
This is my land
Everything together
This is my land
We sing in good weather
This is my land
Everything's connected
This is my land
Nothing's tethered…
Yet
This is my land
It's getting darker
This is my land
Vanished
Beside us-
Not just me,
Us
If you want my land to change,
Our land has to change first
If we work together
We can bring my land back

Love is the condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.... Jealousy is a disease, love is a healthy condition. The immature mind often mistakes one for the other, or assumes that the greater the love the greater the jealousy.

Be healthy
You should eat healthy
and be healthy.
Instead of having juice,
have fruits.
Instead of having junk,
have some green fun.
So, stay healthy
by eating green
and advise others also the same green fun
you should eat healthy
and be healthy! ! !

Land Of La La
You were brought up in a small town
Where everyone greeted with a morning smile
I mean the place was so free from crime
You could leave your front door open
And if your eyes were drawn from a lack of food
Or your pockets were short on cash
There was always someone close at hand
That you could always run to
You could have been a doctor
And you could have been a nurse
But these things werent good enough for you
So you decided to pack up all you own
And get a one-way ticket there
To a place where all the successful people went
In order for them to do
Im a big boy now, shes a strong girl
Remember only the strong can survive
Living in the land of la la
Im a big boy now, shes a strong girl
Remember only the strong can survive
Living in the land of la la
L.a., l.a., la la, la la, l.a., hey hey, land of la la
L.a., l.a., la la, la la, l.a., hey hey, the land of la la
You get off the bus, pick up a paper
And look through the classified
So that you might find a place
Suitable for you to move into
Then you turn around to pick up the duffle bag
That you brought along
But much to your surprise you find
Your bag has taken off walking
You dig in your wallet
To get your last dime
But then recall you just spent your last dime on the newspaper
Youre much too prideful
But pride has no defense
When all youve got in your possession
Is the wallet in your hands
Im a big boy now, shes a strong girl
Remember only the strong can survive
Living in the land of la la
Im a big boy now, shes a strong girl
Remember only the strong can survive
Living in the land of la la
(repeat)
L.a., l.a., la la, la la, l.a., hey hey, living in the land of la la
(repeat)
You might get everything you want
But not want everything you get
Being in la la land is like nowhere else
Living in the land, one hell of a land, a land full of lost angels
Movie stars and great big cars and perrier and fun all day
And thats enough to make anybody go wild
In the land of la la
Hes a big boy now, shes a strong girl
But only the strong can survive
Living in the land of la la

My Merry Christmas Wish
My Merry Christmas Wish
By Lori Triggs
Copyrighted Jan.5 2009
At one time their was an Santa Clause
Today people are greedy even selfish
over money made by man to make more money,
Even over land will fight to their death
When the land was never theirs in the first place,
It is mother earths land and the animals even mammals with fishes.
So how can people believe in Santa Clause all they want to do is take.
At one time we believed in flying reindeer
today people have no courtesy or want to be friendly,
They are ignorant even self indulged into themselves
Thinking this is my money or my land even my car.
So how can people believe in flying reindeer.
At one time we made snow angels
Today people say you will get dirty,
Or that it is childish to make snow angels
Because people have no imagination anymore,
So the mammals with fish have clean water to live.
So how can people want to make snow angels.
At one time we put up a real or fake Christmas Tree
Today people say lets not decorate this year,
But when it comes to cutting down forests
even rain forests it perfectly ok in doing that,
So the animals with birds do not have a home.
So how can people want a Christmas Tree.
At one time we where given gifts
Today people are forced to give you gifts,
They think you need to earn them or not get them at all
The gifts I think we need is a clean earth, the land,
The sea, the air we breath even the water we drink
We do not need a brown earth, but a green clean earth,
With no wars, no starving people, no people living on the street
We need free medical care even housing the best education.
So how can people give gifts.
At one time we filled hung stockings
Today people just keep them in the closet,
I guess people forgot how to fill them?
So did I pull the stocking over you?
So what is the philosophy here?
