Man cannot degrade woman without himself falling into degradation; he cannot elevate her without at the same time elevating himself.

Falling
(lenny leblanc/eddie struzick)
I think about winter when i was with her
And the snow was falling down
Warm by the fire, i love being by her
When there's no one else around
And i'm falling, i'm falling
I'm falling in love with you
I think about summer, my head was swimming
You wrote my name in the sand
We walk together hoping forever
Please don't let go of my hand
Cause i'm falling, i'm falling
I'm falling in love with you
Fall into spring time, like in between time
You're here and then you're gone away
Oh i just wanted to say that i really wanna stay
Cause i'm falling, i'm falling
I'm falling in love with you
Cause i'm falling, i'm falling
Oh,i'm falling in love with you
In love with you, in love with you

As much as you can
And if you can't shape your life the way you want,
at least try as much as you can
not to degrade it
by too much contact with the world,
by too much activity and talk.
Try not to degrade it by dragging it along,
taking it around and exposing it so often
to the daily silliness
of social events and parties,
until it comes to seem a boring hanger-on.

Her Hidden Treasure
Her flame was only for the women –
Not for us unlucky men;
A weakness lay for feminine way:
To feel an even fairer skin
In silky slide.
Her lips were for the satin love that
Only flows from rising breast;
The creamy tan was not for man
To pull towards a chiselled chest
In weathered hide.
Her hidden treasure down below
Would shy away from macho length
And only rouse upon the blouse
Undone by other sapphic strength –
In time, inside!

Re-elevate
Elevate,
Two wrongs can't make a right;
Re-elevate,
Maybe it was a mistake;
But negative attitudes are more prone to negative influences and choices!
So try to be aware of my love and change for the better in this life.

Falling Off
I was a young man
Whose intentions were good
Kept my hands in my pockets
The way that I should
I soon found out
They got a mind of their own
Beginning to think
I had a heart
Made of stone
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I try to remember
I try to forget
I┬┤ll keep my promise
Is that what I said
I had your number
But I didn┬┤t call
I got no excuse
I got my back to the wall
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
My eyes don┬┤t want to see
My ears don┬┤t want to hear
The things that make me feel
That keep me so endeared to you
It makes me think
Is that the best I can do
It doesn┬┤t matter
The time that I fall
I'm up for the next one
Like I'm ten feet tall
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off
I keep falling off

Sonnet-Sexes Are Unequal
No man can do all things, a woman does;
No woman does the things, a man can do;
Unequal are the sexes, why make fuss?
Some things a woman does, a man can too!
And what an adult does, a child can't too;
What children do, an adult surely can't;
The things the elderly do, can youth do?
None can like how the priests do, prayers chant.
Each sex and age is meant to do some things;
The others can't outdo them in their field;
Yet, constant practice much perfection brings;
Vying alone can't improve each farm's yield!
Let’s strive to do better, the things we ought;
Never degrade those for things they cannot.

Falling In Love
Two of hearts, lace and satin, something in the air
Feel like another crok that's been captured by your stare
Uh-oh, uh-oh
Falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, and i don't wanna no, no, no
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling, falling
Jealous feelings, reappearing, such a wicked dare
I'm just so damned confused and i wonder, do you care?
Uh-oh, uh-oh
Falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, and i don't wanna no, no, no
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling, falling
Like walking in the park
Or dancing in the dark
Just wanna hold you through out the night
Prince of fire, sweet desire, with devil may you care
Release me from your spell
I don't want this, love ain't fair
I'm falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh
Falling in love
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling, falling
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling in love, falling in love again uh-oh, uh-oh, and i don't wanna no, no, no
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling in love, falling in love again
Uh-oh, uh-oh, falling, falling

Unfinished (?)
even spring has post-partum depression:
a flower spoke of her mother.
quotes, falling with the rain
(from the toungues of beggars
rich men laugh
and die in ignoance)
(it was a just-off haiku
from the czar of my own private Russia)
you were a gambler
of time
wasted, gained
or not yet spent
knocking at my room
with dead flowers in your fist
aw, you tried so hard
but I am not a wordly woman
or a talking woman,
or a seeing woman
or a laughing woman
or a singing woman.

Chauvinist
I’d never really comprehended such a mighty range of
Shapes and sizes down behind, it’s really rather strange:
The buttock muscle in a woman, overlaid with fat
Is actually such a focal point for men to want to pat
Or squeeze, and then to tease her if it’s eminently stout,
Or even risk a stay in clink to sting it with a clout!
After all, we men are tuned to be that way inclined –
And tho’ our needs are varied, girls, they’re all perverse of mind!
Best of all, our sacred dream: to see her shed her gown
When gliding to the shower for the ritual sponging down.
But then alas! With body lathered, oops! she drops the soap;
‘Please! ’ we beg her, ‘bend and bare! ’ But we can only hope!
I’m sure by now you get the picture – like a rule of thumb –
That men like me obsess all day about the fairer bum.

Falling Down
You think
I don't know
I swear
That I do
This time
On my hands
I've had all this time
And I got a kick out of you
Now I'm falling down
And I'm feeling sick how bout you
Oh I'm falling
But you seem
Out of sorts
But I know
We'll be fine
These chances
We take
Time wastes
So much time
But I can't stand up anymore
Without falling down
And I'm getting used to the floor
Forever falling
And I got a kick out of you
Now I'm falling down
And I'm feeling sick how bout you
Oh I'm falling
Yeah I'm falling

Polythene Girl
I wish that I could touch the sky
Elevate me
I hope that I dont burn my eyes
As I drift free
Dont think that I can help myself
Guess its true
Chorus:
Polythene, polythene girl
Wrap me up in a cellophane world
Polythene, polythene girl
Im breaking the seal, never thought I would
I wish that I could heal myself
Addicted to you
Wrap me up in cotton wool
Just to feel new
Dont think that I can help myself
But its true
Chorus
Suffocate, elevate
Suffocate, elevate
But its true
Chorus

Down To Earth
(J-P. Maunick / D. Maunick)
Life has cast a smile
In this game of chance
But you can't take for granted
That you've got it all worked out
Fool if you think there's nothing left to learn
You got to get down, get down, get down
Back down to earth
How could you not know?
There's quite a way to go
The wheels won't stop from turning
The chapters ever changing
We can't allow ourselves to be blinded by pride
We are so small in the plan of creation
Gravitate, gravitate, gravitate
Elevate, elevate, elevate
Your mind
So, you think there's nothing left to learn
You got to get down, get down, get down
Back down to earth
There's a story of a man
Who bragged he knew it all
Arrogance outspoken
He died alone and broken
Fool if you think there's nothing left to learn
You got to get down, get down, get down
Back down to earth

Battered Doll
A red dress for blood spilt,
Torn blouse for flesh rent;
Ladders in the stockings –
A rung for every callous blow landed.
Scuffed shoes winked about the kicks –
After all, bruise-gorged eyes can’t –
Just permanently closed.
Burning tears were scant warmth
Against a chill from ugly cries.
Lipstick smudges on the chin to
Nullify all vestiges of beauty –
Those that constituted rare patches
Of purest cream skin, from
Days of feminine joy, telling once
Upon a time there was an angel…
But now, a battered doll.

We found nothing grand in the history of the Jews nor in the morals inculcated in the Pentateuch. I know of no other books that so fully teach the subjection and degradation of woman.

I’m Falling Again
I’m falling again
is it real this time,
or just an illusion
put up by my mind.
I’m falling again
like too many times before.
Will she have me
or walk out the door?
Love is a beautiful stranger
who waits with beckoning arms
to dazzle this fool
with the might of her charms.
I’m falling again,
how far will it go this time.
Will love say to me
will you always be mine?
I’m falling again
and I hear church bells ringing,
does this mean
I’ve really done it this time.
I pray that my prayers
have finally been answered,
that this time is the real thing
because I’m falling again.

This Woman
Well she walks like you in so many ways
It's a different look
It's a different time of day
One look in her eyes
How can I make you understand
She's the one good thing that's happened in so many years
There's been so many tears
When we lost the dream
And the winter came
And you said goodbye
And I don't want another reason to cry
You be all you wanna be
You got the longest night
Baby, be alone
I share my dream with someone else
I don't wanna talk about her
This woman - she's tearing my world apart
This woman - don't know what she's doing
This woman - touchs me and I lose control
She's living inside my soul
This woman - I don't even know her name
This woman - don't know what she's doing
This woman goes through me like a hurricane
Falling in love again
To make those long legs mine - is all I care about
She's got so much to give - I got to be the one
I got to have
Someone to hold
I got to make it with that woman
When the nights get hot
And she goes walking by
And the city lights - and the city lights
They make you blind
I go insane
But am I crazy if she feels the same
You believe what you believe
You got the darkest night
Baby , be alone
I take my love to someone else
She was made to measure for me
You be all you wanna be
You got the longest night
Baby , be alone
I share my dream with someone else
I don't wanna talk about her
This woman - she's tearing my world apart
This woman - don't know what she's doing
This woman - touchs me and I lose control
She's living inside my soul
This woman - I don't even know her name
This woman - don't know what she's doing
This woman goes through me like a hurricane
