For the novice runner, I'd say to give yourself at least 2 months of consistently running several times a week at a conversational pace before deciding whether you want to stick with it. Consistency is the most important aspect of training at this point.

Running Away Doesn't Free
Deciding to come out of hiding,
To run away...
From what's inside,
Kept still denied.
But then...
Why does one keep believing,
Running from something...
Frees.
Deciding to come out of hiding,
To run away...
From what's inside,
Kept still denied.
But then...
Why does one keep believing,
Running from something...
Frees.
So many do it thinking...
Running from something frees.
And keep a pace believed...
A running from something frees.
To only feel defeated,
By a running with no relief.
So many do it thinking...
Running from something frees.
And keep a pace believed...
A running from something frees.
To only feel defeated,
By a running with no relief.
Deciding to come out of hiding,
To run away...
From what's inside,
Kept still denied.
But then...
Why does one keep believing,
Running from something...
Frees.
So many do it thinking...
Running from something frees.
And keep a pace believed...
A running from something frees.
To only feel defeated,
By a running with no relief.
So many do it thinking...
Running from something frees.
And keep a pace believed...
A running from something frees.
To only feel defeated,
By a running with no relief.
It's hard to stop it but...
A running away doesn't free.
Those who have stop it know...
A running away doesn't free.
Believe or not...
Whatever isn't dropped,
Will continue to come knocking.
Oh....
A running away doesn't free.
Those who have stop it know...
A running away doesn't free.
Believe or not...
Whatever isn't dropped,
Will continue to come knocking.
Oh....
A running away doesn't free.
No. No. No...
A running away doesn't free.
There is no doubt about it...
Running away doesn't free.

‘ The Race For Life (Heb.12: 1) … ’
We Came Up Out The Water
Our Feet Were Barely Dry
As We Started Running
In The Race For Life
Bodily Trained For Endurance
Minds Learned Rules Of The Track
Hearts Believed We’d Become
Spiritually Athletic
We’re Headed For The End
We’re Keeping Steady Pace
We Can Make It Over Hurdles
By Power Of GOD’s Grace
This Isn’t Just A Sprint
We Know It May Seem Long
If We Fall Asleep In Relay
When We Wake, We’ll Be Home
This Isn’t Just A Dash
It’s A Mighty Marathon
But We’re Determined To Make It
… To Kingdom Come
We’re Heading On To Victory
Going Towards Jehovah’s Day
Christ Kissed Each Runner’s Forehead
To Start Us On The Way …
Torch Held High In One Hand
Keeping Eyes On The Prize
Faith Lifting Each Footfall
… Onward To Paradise
Holy Spirit In Our Faces
Holy Angels At Our Back
When A Runner Starts To Tire
Wind and Wings Take Up The Slack
We’re Running Over Impossible
We’re Running Over Doubts And
Running Shoulder To Shoulder
And Running Up A Mountain!
We’re Running Thru Dark – Times
Running In The Day
There’s No Fear Of Getting Lost
We Hear King Jesus Say …
“I Am The Way
The Truth and The Light” (John 14: 6)
He Is The Daystar (Rev.22: 16)
To Guide Us Thru The Night
And There In The Near Future
Blue Ribbons Shines So Bright
For When We Reach The Finish Line
To Everlasting Life
… We’re In The Winner’s Circle
With Heaven Smiling On
We’re Laughing, Crying, Shouting
Singing ‘ Thank GOD! ’ Songs

Step right up...
Let\'s go see the elephant...
Well I\'m a road runner honey... yeaaaoooo yea

And you can\'t keep up with me
Well I\'m a road runner lover

You got a green light baby
Baby baby you will see
Well... move over honey

Here\'s mud in yo eye
Wellll... eat my dust
Lets have a road runner wedding
And we gotta get it right
They\'ll be a road runner wedding
Yeah but it can\'t be white
Wear the dress that I wanted
And burn some rubber tonight... huh huh ha ha...
Joe\'s solo...
Well I\'m a road runner honey... beep beep
Well I\'m a road runner honey... beep beep
Yeah I\'m a road runner honey... beep beep
Well I\'m a road runner honey... beep beep
Well I\'m a road... run... ner

Well I\'m a road runner
A road runner

A road runner... honey
Yeeeeaaahhhhh...

Because interrogations are intended to coerce confessions, interrogators feel themselves justified in using their coercive means. Consistency regarding the technique is not important; inducing anxiety and fear is the point.

Head For The Barricade
FIGHT, FIGHT
FIGHT, FIGHT
FIGHT, FIGHT
FIGHT, FIGHT
Sometimes you gotta fight for your right
When your not sure you're in a fight for your life right?
If you ain't packin any tactics
You might get ass kicked
Even if you are you little knucklehead
I'm kinda sick of being aggravated
I'm glad I'm hated
I guess I'm doing something right
But that's what happened back in Columbine
You gotta know when to stop
And not go over the top
Cause there's a chamber deep inside the brain
It's covered with chains
So don't be shaking them loose
And if you do I'll be running for the hills
Cause I'm ready to rock and now we're playing for real
I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
You better watch out when my adrenaline kicks I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
IT'S TOO LATE, YOU ALREADY BEEN HIT, DAMN!
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricades)
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricades)
This world can make you stick to your stomach so I
Put on my headphones, listen to the Deftones
It's getting crowded in my spaceship
Living in a dream
Running from the hate machine
You know it's,
Such a drag when there's people talking down to ya
Such a drag when everything sucks do ya,
Walk away with spit on your face or do ya,
Draw lines and give them a taste cause I,
Know it's never gonna end
If it happens again I'm going straight for the throat
Another note
Don't forget you had a chance
Now I'm over the sidelines and ready to dance
I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
You better watch out when my adrenaline kicks I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
IT'S TOO LATE, YOU ALREADY BEEN HIT, DAMN!
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricade)
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricade)
IF YOU GOT THE GUTS (Head for the barricade)
Then come on down (Head for the barricade)
IF YOU GOT THE GUTS (Head for the barricade)
Then come on down (Head for the barricade)
AND HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
GET UP GET UP
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
GET UP GET UP
FIGHT
HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
I ain't playin around
HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
I ain't playin around
HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricade)

If one can stick to the training throughout the many long years, then will power is no longer a problem. It's raining? That doesn't matter. I am tired? That's besides the point. It's simply that I just have to.

All Come Down
(Here it goes and
There it goes again
Such as innocence
It’s important where and when
I saw that car come in
And back out of my eyes
And along with you
My innocence dies)
It’s been seven years and a week since it happened
And all I see when such irony comes around
Was how it is that though you’re gone
I’m the one whose been buried underground
I haven’t ate in days, haven’t slept in a week
Haven’t spoke in months yet too hoarse to speak
I wish it would all come down soon
I wish I could lie down soon…

To My Unborn
I miss you lil one,
I never got to know you,
You were only in my stomache for only 3 months 1 week,
I felt you moving,
I wish I heard your heartbeat,
This kills me that I never got to know you,
I Always wonder what sex you would be,
I know that you would have been 2 yrs old,
I miss you so much,
It feels like I lost apart me the day you past away that late summer in July,
Never got the chance to cry over you or even got the chance to burry you or give you life,
I miss you so much.
This is to my unborn baby that never got the chance to live or even get to be born. May he/she R.I.P passed away on July 20,2008 at 10AM. I was only 3 months 1 week.

Naresh Sonee Gave A Run
Once on road a male Naresh Sonee was furiously acting funny,
On to get hold of some body, he was continuously running,
People stopped him, and asked - “Why the hell you are so urgently running? ”,
'To catch hold the former runner, who is trying hard to escape while dodging',
Naresh Sonee was asked by people, Some on by crossers-n-passer,
“Is the one to whom after you are running robber else murderer? ”,
“Had he fingered or flirt your wife, sister, daughter, or kidnap your child, either?
Naresh Sonee replied running in haste, “No, he is not any, but a cheater ',
The onlookers demanded “Had the former runner cheated some dollars or coin?
Naresh Sonee replied, “No, I have listened to all of his poems, he is not listening mine”

We all laughed. It was more like that whole thing that I was talking about earlier. You go to training camp and after the season is over, you might not see the guys for six months until you go back to training camp.

I Never Walk Alone
I remember our old neighborhood
Everyone there, they understood
You could wind up stranded in the lost and found
So you better stick together if you want to stick around
Now me and the boys got our own little plan
Somebody out there will understand
And well have the world in the palm of our had
I never walk alone, I never walk alone
It isnt what youve got its who you know
We take that with us wherever we go
We stick together and we have our fun
You know were taking our days one by one
And when theres trouble in my face
Im a tired runner in the human race
Its so good to see a familiar face
I never walk alone, I never walk alone

In France they spend six months training policemen, then they give them a gun and put them on the streets, and I don't know that that's enough. The film's not against the police - although I think that if someone wants to be a cop there's got to be a problem.

Im A Road Runner
Written by holland, dozier, and holland.
Money, who needs it
Let me live my life free and easy
Put a toothbrush in my hand
And let me be a travellin man
Cause Im a road runner baby
Im a road runner baby
Cant stay in one place too long
Im a road runner baby
One look at me and Ill be gone
Well you can love me if you wanna
But I do declare
When I get restless, Ive got to move somewhere
Cause Im a road runner baby
Anywhere is my home
And I love the life I live
And Im gonna live the life I love
A road runner baby
Dont want no woman
To tie me down
Got to be free baby
To roam around
All my life Ive been like this
And if you love me its your own risk
Cause when the dust hits my shoes
Ive got the urge to move
Yes Im a road runner baby
Got to keep movin on
Hey, and I live the life I love
And I love the life I live
Im a road runner baby
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Dont want no woman
To tie me down
Got to be free baby
To roam around
All my life Ive been like this
And if you love me its your own risk
Cause when the dust hits my shoes
Ive got the urge to move
Yes Im a road runner baby
Got to keep movin on
Hey, and I live the life I love
And I love the life I live
Im a road runner baby
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
Road, road runner...
