They talked about me as if I were Mother Teresa, and that every time I get a paycheck I go and send it to poor people and that we spend every free moment helping out people less fortunate. That was an enormous exaggeration.

Denver
Denver, giver, wherever, moreover, never, server, ever;
And of the water and the spirit! !
But, the very poor people still live around them.
Whenever, preserver, receiver, river, shiver, hiver, believer!
But the poor people are still staying around you people;
So, try to give in your helping hand to see to thier needs.

Sad to see
Its sad to see,
That no ones free.
Its sad to see,
No one like me.
I cry,
Then die.
I fall,
On a wall.
Its sad to see,
People pass by the homeless.
Its sad to see,
They dont help the poor.
I try to help,
But people say no.
I try to help,
But no one will isten.
Its sad to see,
Animals abused.
Its sad to see,
No one helping them.
I try to save them,
But I'm always late.
I try to save them,
But people wont give up.
Its sad to see,
When people hunt animals.
Its sad to see,
Anything bad,
Because animals,
Are humans,
And humans,
Are the animals.

Please Send Me Someone (Anselmo's Song)
Some people said, if I could only care for you
Some people said, he will never love again
Some people said, you can see it in his eyes
He keeps it all inside and yet . . . .
Some people say, in time, we all teach ourselves to live this way
And for a thousand days, I was lost
I thought never to be found,
Underground
And don't you think I'm ready now?
So please send me someone to love . . .
Please send me someone, someone to love
As much as I loved you
(The way I loved you, darlin')
Please, please send me someone, someone to love
Please send me someone
Any time, any day, any time, any day now
Any time any day, any time, any day now
Please, please send me someone
Just to hold me now that you're gone
Some people say, "I hope you know I'm there for you"
Some of the people said - nothing,
And nothing was just fine
(You know how I get sometimes . . .)
And for a thousand days, I was lost
I said, "Heaven knows I'm ready to be found",
Underground
But I think I'm ready now
So please send me someone to love
Please send me someone, someone to love
As much as I loved you
Please, please send me someone, someone to love
Please send me someone
Please send me someone
Any time any day any time any day now
Any time any day any time any day now
Please, please send me someone
So say that you will, because the nights are long
Without our song to sing
Just search the clouds until . . . until
So say that you will
Show me right from wrong,
Without our song to sing
Just search the clouds until . . . until
And Darlin' darlin' though I can't replace you, there's a-ac

Some People Can Do What They Like
(robert palmer)
Im restless when I see the likes of you
Ill take it any way you want me to
If youre hungry I know youre gonna move your ground
I get breathless when I see the likes of you around
Some people, some people can do what they like
I said that some people, some people can do what they like
Know that some people, yeah some people can do what they like
When Im with you
Dont want to be with no-one else
Lets get up on it
Till we just cant stand ourselves
Theres times when love is just like poetry
Hey dont you think thatss how it ought to be
Some people, some people can do what they like
Some people, some people can do what they like yeah yeah
Some people, some people can do what they like
Hey lover will you be polite with me
Be covered if you spend some time with me
Im restless when I see the likes of you
Ill take you anyway you want me to
Some people, some people can do what they like
Some people, some people can do what they like
Some people, some people can do what they like
Some people, some people can do what they like
Some people, can do what they like
Some people, can do what they like

I was just very interested in the American frontier and the growth of capitalism - those enormous fortunes that were being made, more often than not, on the blood of poor people, black people, Indian people. They were the ones who paid very dearly for those great fortunes.

-"alright, boys, this is it, over the hill!"
We don't care what flag you're waving,
We don't even want to know your name.
We don't care where you're from or where you're going,
All we know it that you came.
Your making all our decisions,
We have just one request of you,
That while you're thinking things over,
Here's something you just better do.
Free the people now, (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now.
(do it, do it, do it, do it)
Free the people now, (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now.
Well, we were caught with our hands in the air,
Don't despair, paranoia's ev'rywhere.
We can shake it with love when we're scared,
So let's shout it aloud like a prayer.
Free the people now, (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now.
(do it, do it, do it, do it)
Free the people now, (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now.
We understand your paranoia,
But we don't wanna play your game.
You think you're cool and know what you're doing,
666 is your name.
So while you jerking off each other,
You better bear this in mind;
Your time is up, you better know it,
But maybe you don't read the signs.
Free the people now, (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it (do it) now.
(do it, do it, do it, do it)
Free the people now, (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now.
Well, you were caught with your hands in the kill,
And you still gotta swallow your pill,
As you slip and you slide down the hill
On the blood of the people you killed.
Stop the killing!
(free the people now) (do it, do it)
Do! (do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now)
(do it, do it, do it)
Stop the killing!
(free the people now) (do it, do it, do it, do it)
Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now.
(do it, do it, do it, do it)
Stop the killing!
(free the people now) (do it, do it, do it, do it)
(do it, do it, do it, do it, do it now)

IF I Had 'Their' Time
Time and again,
People say they have none of it...
To do that which needs,
Their immediate attention.
And time and again,
The time that is wasted...
For them procrastinated to selected excuses,
Easy for them to make.
These are the people who say it's never too late,
To again...
Be freed of making decisions,
With a putting off what they see others do.
To say like most people who choose foolishness...
'IF I had 'their' time,
Of course I could achieve similar accomplishments.
But unlike them...
I don't have that kind of time to do what I wish.
I am not that fortunate.'

At the time that my two cars were stolen
At the time that my two cars were stolen
an older black gentleman gave me a lift
and day after day for two months
I travelled with him for free
and as far as we were travelling
he told about the greatness of God
and we sometimes talked about the Bible
and he told me about the things
that he was doing in his free time
at prisons and among poor people
and every morning at that contracted position
he prayed for everybody there and for me
and at times he encouraged me
and when the time came for me to leave I knew that:
everybody is His missionary,
His messenger and His prophet
that you measure a man, rather on his deeds
than on mere words.
