I think it's very important that whatever you're trying to make or sell, or teach has to be basically good. A bad product and you know what? You won't be here in ten years.

Marvel has put out good product. DC has put out good product. Even Image has put out good product, as far as I'm concerned... although it's few and far between. But it's not getting recognized, no matter who's doing it.

Our job is to sell our clients' merchandise... not ourselves. Our job is to kill the cleverness that makes us shine instead of the product. Our job is to simplify, to tear away the unrelated, to pluck out the weeds that are smothering the product message.

Teach Me To Trust
Maybe because its too good to be true
Maybe because I want it so much
Maybe I fear you dont really mean it
For I feel Im never enough
But I want you more
Than I ever wanted
Anything I can recall
But something inside
Keeps saying youll hurt me
Do I dare to trust it at all
Chorus:
Teach me to trust
Darling you must
Or else Ill go out of my mind
When Im not near you
I always fear you
Have somebody else on the line
Is it a fear
Or is it a knowing
A jealousy born out of truth
cause I watch you flirt
And its how you embrace
Them with your eyes
That say I could lose
2nd chorus:
Teach me to trust
Make me feel loved
Tell me Ive no need to fear
Just make me feel safe
Whatever it takes
Tell me what I need to hear
cause I need to feel
Important and special
Your cherished and only true love
And sometimes I think
Ill die from this feeling
If you dont teach me to trust
Tag:
Cant you reach me
And teach me to trust

I received from my experience in Japan an incredible sense of respect for the art of creating, not just the creative product. We're all about the product. To me, the process was also an incredibly important aspect of the total form.

Junk is the ultimate merchandise. The junk merchant does not sell his product to the consumer, he sells the consumer to the product. He does not improve and simplify his merchandise, he degrades and simplifies the client.

Good looks
Look, woman. Looks sell,
If you like that fact or loath it.
Good looks sell, sell on a premium.
Good looks open door on people.
Blessed with good looks, you reign.
You are selected, assistances pour.
If you had voice, it would sound sweeter.
If you made errors, it would blur out.
Women with good looks draw men
More with the promise of delivery
Than with the evidence of delivery.
Of course, it needs a constant grooming.
Long standing is the personality.

It May Not Be In Good Taste
A manipulation of space...
Is performed with decisions made,
Who will or will not...
Occupy it,
With an influence to make.
It is like a game of marketing,
To sell a product to feed.
It may not be as nutritious as others,
But an attention given to it...
Is definitely guaranteed.
A manipulation of space...
Is performed with decisions made,
Who will or will not...
Occupy it,
With an influence to make.
The same is applied,
To those who supply what becomes demanded.
It may not be in good taste.
However...
A repetition solicits a need with no limits.
And it may not be what the people wish.
But if a rating is given to it...
Whatever it is will be on everyone's lips.
With an unresisted craving.

A Place Called the Matador
They started cooking food
A very long time ago
Creating a recipe because
They loved the Chile relleno so
Perfection the objective
Ingredients fresh and fine
To bring forth a creation
That nowhere they could find
So the spent many hours
Of every single day
Cooking the best product
In their very special way
Chili’s are most important
Ingredient of this food
Dough was mixed as well
Oh, it was extremely good
The Matador still remains
The food still as delicious
Devotion to the craft
That has become infamous
I had a chance to see for myself
Cooks who know the score
A product like no other
A place called the Matador!

Feel Good Time
do do do do do
do do do do do
we go where we like
we got overtime
we get paid to rattle our chains
we go in the back
paint our money black
spend it on the enemy
sleepin in the church
ridin in the dirt
put a banner over my grave
make your body work
make it bigger hurt
sell me somthin big and untamed
now our time
feel good time
now our time
feel good time
now our time
i said now our time
feel good time
its a realy good time
yeaahhh be our man
we know how to play
party every day
make our destinasion look plain
ridin on the road
till our powers gone
we dont even have a good name
sleepin in the church
ridin in the dirt
put a banner over my grave
make your body work
make it bigger hurt
sell me somthin big and untamed
now our time
feel good time
now our time
feel good time
now our time
i said now our time
feel good time
yeaahhh be our man
do do do do do
do do do do do
do do do do do
do do do do do
sell me somthin big and untamed
now our time
feel good time
now our time
feel good time
now our time
i said now our time
feel good time
its a realy good time
real good feel good
its the same old same
feel good real good
i dont got no brain
real good feel good
its the same old same
feel good real good

Used Car Sales People
With the gift of the gab they would talk their way out of hell
These used car sales people they know how to sell
On their selling ability their jobs are at stake
The more cars they do sell the more commission they do make
On any deals they clinch they have never lost
And your trust on such people can come at a cost
The more cars they sell the more money they get paid
A hard job to succeed in the used car trade,
Shy and sensitive used car sales people one might say are rare
To sell one a car no effort they do spare
They have to sell cars or their boss them will fire
And other used car yard owners as car sales people them will not hire
The more cars they sell the greater is their pay
So to sell you a car they try every which way.

What Makes You Think You Will Like It?
How long have you been riding your motorcycle?
'Many years now.
Why? '
Will you teach me how to ride it?
'Do you have the desire to learn? '
I don't know yet.
'What makes you think you will like it? '
You make it look as if I will.
'Suppose I told you it took me years to like,
What it is you see me do? '
YEARS?
Are you kidding?
'I wish it was a joke.
I had to learn to like it.
But...
I wanted to.
Because I had the desire.'
Oh no!
I don't have that kind of time,
To learn to do what somebody else likes?
You think I can learn to ride without desire?
'Do you think I would have the patience,
To teach somebody without it? '

This is the way I look at sex scenes: I have basically been doing them for a living for years. Trying to seduce an audience is the basis of rock 'n roll, and if I may say so, I'm pretty good at it.

Teach Me How To Fly
It's never to late to open the gate.
'Teach me.
Teach me.'
Age is nothing but an excuse to make.
'Teach me to free myself.
Teach me like no one else.'
Moons come and those Summers go.
It's never too late to open the gate.
Minds in fear keep those dreams slowed.
Age aint nothing but an excuse to make.
'Teach me.
Teach me.
Teach me how to fly.'
It's never too late to open the gate.
'Teach me,
I'd like to try.'
You're the only one who decides it's too late.
You're the only one afraid to open the gate.
You're the one with urges wishing to escape.
'Why can't you reach me to teach me,
To break away from those limits made? '
You're the only one who decides it's too late.
You're the only one afraid to open the gate.
You're the one with urges wishing to escape.
'Teach me.
Teach me.
Teach me how to fly.'
I can't.
It was something I desired.
And with that desire...
I found it could be done.
