By then, I was making the slow transition from classical biochemistry to molecular biology and becoming increasingly preoccupied with how genes act and how proteins are made.

The moment I saw the model and heard about the complementing base pairs I realized that it was the key to understanding all the problems in biology we had found intractable - it was the birth of molecular biology.

Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM)
God made the earth perfect for man,
With all comforts throughout life-span;
Man's activities change the earth,
Affecting life, even at birth!
When genes defective turn in womb,
And enzymes, proteins fail to form,
A host of symptoms, signs take on
The child, as soon as it is born!
Gone are some genes somewhat astray!
Enzymes, proteins can't form right way;
This change in gene does truly stay,
And life isn't normal any day!
Defects in genes block met-pathways -
Substrates to products held at bay;
Through autosomes, recessive way,
Or X-linked, genes forever stay!
Intra-natal screenings detect;
Treatment today is imperfect;
Avoid the protein, its effect:
Future outcomes, good hope inject!
Enzyme replacement, gene transfers,
Food supplements, dialysis,
Transplanting organs, bone-marrow -
Could make life better tomorrow!
Garrod brought diseases to light,
With Alkaptonuria's insight!
But continue will mankind's fight,
With scientific research and might!
Dedicated to all scientists, doctors, clinicians and students,
who toil to make the world disease-free!

Owing to the difficulty of dealing with substances of high molecular weight we are still a long way from having determined the chemical characteristics and the constitution of proteins, which are regarded as the principal con-stituents of living organisms.

What Is Biology
Bio Dreams
By: Jay Lude
Biology is clowns dancing
Pigs flying, Counting sheep,
And the Birds and the Bees
Biology is Friday night’s football games
Crowd Cheering, Speaker Blaring
And becoming the Champs
Biology is Arousing Women
Pleasing all my needs
Always feeling relaxed
But full of failing f’s
Biology is Mr. Bossick
Walking through the halls
Inspiring us all with
His words of wisdom
Chants storming through Western Reserve
BBB! BBB! BBB!
Obviously I don’t know what Biology is
Because to me
Biology is naptime
I decided that the University of Sussex in Brighton was a good place for this work because it had a strong tradition in bacterial molecular genetics and an excellent reputation in biology.

Biology
Hello - Im back again
Havent seen you since I dont know why
Its been so long - but you seem so cold
Is it something youve been told
She said
So this is what you think of me
Going with some whore somewhere out in germany
I said baby
Baby cant you see
Its nothing to do with you and me
Nothing to do with my heart
Nothing to do with my head
Nothing to do with our home
Nothnig to do with our bed
Its just b-i-o-l-o-g-y
Cant you see
Its just biology
Biology - coming in between you and me
Your biology lesson starts here
And first of all I would make it clear
That the species known as males
Have these little white things with little white tails
Which
Multiply and start to shout
Its getting crowded down here - let us out
Once relieved - they start again
Its not a process controlled by the brain
Nothing to do with their hearts
Nothing to do with their heads
Nothing to do with their homes
Nothing to do with their beds
Its just b-i-o-l-o-g-y
Cant you see
Its just biology
Biology - coming in between you and me
She said thanks - Im so relieved
What your saying I can well believe
Now I know, I feel no shame
About dave and tony and phil and james
I said
Baby baby this cant be true
She said well whats right for you
Has to be
Right for me
In any case Im sure youll see
Its nothing to do with our hearts
Its nothing to do with our heads
Its nothing to do with our homes
Its nothing to do with our beds
Its just b-i-o-l-o-g-y
Cant you see
Its just biology
Biology - coming in between you and me

The behavioral and cognitive disciplines are leading the way to a more valid framework for all science. Although the theoretic changes make little difference in physics, chemistry, molecular biology, and so on, they are crucial for the behavioral, social, and human sciences. They don't change the analytic, reductive methodology, just the interpretations and conclusions.

Slow Love
Young is the night
It feels so right
Now that ure mine
Lets take our time
The man in the moon is smiling
4 he knows what Im dreaming of
Tonight is the night 4 making slow love
The gentle breeze
It blows with ease
Lets make it slow
Just like the wind blows
Lets make it last forever
For a hundred times wont be enough
Tonight is the night 4 making slow love
Slow love
So much better when we take it easy
Slow love
So much better when we take our time
Loves in your eyes (in your eyes)
Eyes never lie
Dont rush the feelin
Youve got me reelin
U can see through race car drivers
Let me show u what Im made of
Tonight is the night 4 making slow love
[repeated to fade]
Slow love
So much better when we take it easy
Slow love
So much better when we take our time
