The Vow
The test of the vow comes,

I Say With Fingers Crossed
Woke up this morning,
didn’t seize the moment well,
defeat was every corner,
whichever way I took.
It started with a blood test;
you know the type
where you have to starve yourself
for twelve hours.
The one where they can test
your cholesterol.
It wasn’t until I got there I found
there was two test you can have.
One you can’t eat anything
and with the other one you can
I was down for the latter
and I didn’t know.
I starved myself
only to find I didn’t need to.
Then I changed my Internet Supplier
and had problems one after the other.
The day was beginning
to look like another total disaster.
The more I tried,
the worse it got.
Eventually after a lot of trial and error
and almost pulling out my hair.
The problems resolved themselves
when it was time to go to bed.
Tomorrow can only get better,
I say with fingers crossed.

Sonnet: God Tests Us Often
Perhaps, God wants to test my loyalty;
The kind of faith I have in my Maker:
By causing suff’rings, tests my fealty,

Fondness Of
He entered from fondness and between the murders,
I know him by name, and his name has weakness of the heart.
I saw him being pulled and he staggered like a hound to hit,
Laughing with gusts of wind, squealing and kicking around.
The murderous slant began hitting me on the mouth,
Decent tests spring from the mind, as murders are discovered.
Asses work like donkeys as well, but the test is complete,
A devilish spitting session is afoot, like a test from above.

They are passing their tests so seriously,

My name is reckless;
I’ve passed my test
so I know how to drive.
I ignore all the honking horns
as I weave through the traffic
in the sports car I bought last week.
I’m the greatest driver
you ever want to meet.
You see my name is reckless;

No one can beat me
as I race down roads everywhere.
The speed limit
mean nothing to me,
that for only learners
Because my name is reckless,

I took my mate out
for a spin to show him all I new.
We raced around the roads.
I’d driven down them before
