I think the future of psychotherapy and psychology is in the school system. We need to teach every child how to rarely seriously disturb himself or herself and how to overcome disturbance when it occurs.

Who is a good child?
The child that does not disturb, nor request,
Nor expect, is a good child to father.
The God has no disturbance from atheists.
The theists are a nuisance, God may hold.

America's future will be determined by the home and the school. The child becomes largely what he is taught; hence we must watch what we teach, and how we live.

I Sent My Child To School Today
I sent my child to school today
With his little lunch box
When he came home he said his friend
Had gotten the chickenpox,
I sent my child to school today
And asked him what he learned
He told me about firemen
They taught him how not to get burned,
I sent my child to school today
He said, 'Do you know what they taught me? '
He told me they taught him numbers
As well as his ABC’s,
I sent my child to school today
A smile on his face
I gave him a kiss and a hug
And said, 'See ya funny face! ',
I sent my child to school today
His smile bright and wide
But an older child brought in a gun
How did he get it inside? ,
I sent my child to school today
As in every day
But the child with the gun started shooting
The reason? No one could say,
I buried my child after school today
All I can do is cry
I lost my child at school today
And nobody can tell me why.

There thus appears to be an inverse correlation between recovery and psychotherapy; the more psychotherapy, the smaller the recovery rate.

Psychotherapy theory turns it all on you: you are the one who is wrong. If a kid is having trouble or is discouraged, the problem is not just inside the kid; it's also in the system, the society.

The Lesson Left Untaught
School teaches us that 2+2=4
School teaches us that an essay has an intro, body, and conclusion
School teaches us that history is his story
We learn alot in school but not enough
School doesnt teach us how to deal when a love one dies
School doesnt teach us how many lies are truth
Or how many truths are lies
School doesnt teach us what to do when your heart has been broken into so many pieces, you find it difficult to trust anyone
To open up to anyone
......to love anyone
No
Because these things cant be taught
They can only be experienced through the course of life..

Teach Me How to Eat
If you notice I stay hungry,
Teach me how to eat.
If you notice no baloney,
Teach me how to eat.
More discipline I may be needing.
Teach me how to eat.
More seriousness I may yet miss.
Teach me how to eat.
No medications do I take,
To keep a pace that irritates.
No longer young with dumb ideals.
Teach me how to eat.
I wish a peace that keeps me feeding.
So teach me how to eat.
I see in you more than in some.
The ones who can not overcome.
I see some stumble as others run.
But you,
Know how to eat.
Success you've reached and still you seek.
Teach me how to eat...
I'm hungry.
Teach me how to eat.
Success you've reached and still you seek.
Teach me how to eat...
I'm hungry.
Teach me how to eat.
If you notice I stay hungry,
Teach me how to eat.
If you notice no baloney,
Teach me how to eat.
I'm hungry.
Teach me how to eat.
Teach me how to eat.
I'm hungry.
Teach me how to eat.

Teaching the Hardened Youth
Teaching to hardened youth
Anger, Cold, Hard Anger
The eyes Hateful, his face pinched
How dare I try to tell him
That his choices brought him this.
Why is this important?
This is a waste of time.
Leave me alone witch
My future is mine to find.
These skills I try and teach you
Will make that future prime
It isn't in the details
But in the use of your mind.
People will try and manipulate
To use you for their own
You need to be smarter
And Walk your path alone
Friends will always be there
Some will lead the way
Others will block your path
To improve their life another day.
You are an individual
You allow others to make the rules
Questions every reason
Or be their little fool.
Your brain is your treasure
The more you use the more you have
Step up to the plate
And find your own path
Be educated in your choices
Know what it is your want
Always seek the answers
Your intelligence to flaunt
It is cool to be the dumb kid
Middle School is a pain
The future is coming
Try not to disdain.
I fight this fight today
I fought it yesterday
I believe in the future
This youth will lead the way.
He is full of anger
They are all overcome by hate
They are frightened and alone
And terrified of the worlds fate.
We have left them a mess
A broken planet from excess
A fragmented democracy
A future filled with stress
Support them as I can
Teach them to believe
For it is in their minds
That one solution we need.

The Paperback Years
A friendship has been formed
Throughout these past three years
We have come together
To overcome our fears
The future is upon us
High school is coming fast
Mature is what we need to be
For the jobs we have been cast
Turn in our school books
Weathered and torn from use
We give them sad looks
From all the locker abuse
We’ll have to part our ways
And say our last goodbye
Will we meet another day?
Or watch as the years go by
Gather our belongings
Zip up our backpacks too
Look back on our school
And realize how much we grew

In Despair
What is the world coming to?
Though carrying weapons is taboo
Children are happy totting the gun,
Whether to settle scores or just for fun.
When did innocence get lost and things changed?
It some how seems shocking and strange.
Too much T V, films is the reason
Reason elders for this violence and aggression.
Isn’t there lack of communication?
This has had deeper ramifications.
The young yearn for someone to share
Their confusion, but no one has time to spare.
If you are not there when your child needs you,
You will be the last to know what he brews
When he turns to his peers
To share his angst and fears.
A child is born out of a moment of ecstasy,
It is sad then you become too busy
To teach your child right from wrong,
And make him morally strong
Did you consider the likelihood
Of sacrifices you’ll have to make for parenthood?
And teach him to stand his ground
And not be bullied by any hound.
It is time to figure out
How to bring a turnabout.
In order to sort out this mess
Everyone has to try to impress
That none is above the law.
We have to overcome our flaws,
So our kids do not go astray.
Good sense prevails, I hope and pray.
Its already late
Don’t leave their future to chance and fate.

That child in me
Just like any other child, I never experienced being brought to school by a nanny.
My family couldn’t provide me one.
Just like any other child, I never experienced being fetched by a chauffer.
My father could not afford any.
Just like any other child, I never experienced being prepared a lunch box for my snack.
Nothing was there to prepare anyway.
Just like any other child, I never had a bag of my own.
What I had was a plastic bag that could accommodate all my belongings.
Just like any other child I never had good shoes to wear.
I got broken slipper; sometimes, none.
Just like any other child, I never had a good pair of socks.
An old pair of Boyscout knee socks is all I got
Just like any other child, I never had a uniform for my school.
Well, I inherited two faded ones from my grade six cousins.
Just like any other child, I was never allowed to go out camping in school.
No one could provide me the things to bring.
Just like any other child, I was never allowed to participate in any school games.
I was too thin to play any games
Just like any other child, going to school without breakfast became a habit.
Not because no body’s preparing it for me but because there really is nothing to prepare.
Just like any other child, I can hardly pay for my school tuition fees.
My mom barely had enough money after she does the neighbor’s laundry.
But unlike any other child, I never quit.
I never quit! I never quit!

Spitting And The Principle Of Utilitarianism
it starts with a little agitation inside your throat
the nerves send the signal to the brain
for a clearer understanding of this tiny disturbance
reverberating this tickle
not really pain, this mass of liquids telling you
it is a saliva wanting to get out from your system
and all the nerves now keep telling you
there is no use keeping such a mass
of disturbance inside your throat
there is no need anymore
and the last thing you know
is what you did
without regret
you spit it out away from you

Grade
We go to school and we learn
We go to school and we laugh
We go to school and we make friends
We go to school to know life
But parents are thinking something else
You should do better
You should do harder
It's just a year or two do your best
Are grade only part of us?
Does school offer us nothing more than grades?
School teach us how to laugh and cry
School is not only for grade
Please Mom Dad respect that
