I think it is tragic that a situation should arise where civilians on any side are killed. But it is almost a cliche to say that it is virtually unavoidable and this isn't unique to us alone.

Unique National Characters!
Which is better character among nations
Of emotional, reactionary and cold ones?
Indians react emotionally to a situation;
French react immediately and forget;
English react in a cold way to a situation.
Likewise other nations in another ways
React to a situation joyful or tragic in real life.
National characters are built on Nature, culture
That are typical and distinct with each other!
Their characteristics can be seen in sports,
Other activities of arts, culture and technology.
These traits cannot be compared and criticised
Based on the quality of each and everyone
For, they are all unique in their own ways!

Yellow Pearl- Phil Lynott
we all must beware of the yellow pearl"
The yellow pearl control, attack, attack, attack, attack
Yellow pearl
It is foolish to venture into strange enchanted places
If they aren't the places you want to be
Attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack
Is what we lack
We will arise
We will control
We will command
We will patrol
It is foolish under the guise of love and liberty
That we should capitalize and rob and fell
The poor for the socialistic tree
We will arise
We will control
Attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack
Is what we lack
That's what you lack
We shall arise
They will arise
We shall control
They will control
We shall command
They will command
We shall patrol
They will patrol
We must fight back
We will arise
They will arise
We will control
We are now living in a situation
Where that self same situation depends on the yellow pearl
Attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack
Is what we lack
We will arise
They will arise
We will control
They will control
We will command
They shall command
We will patrol
They will patrol
Arise
Yellow pearl's upon us now
We must fight back
We will arise
They will arise
We will control
Attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack, attack
Is what we lack
Is what we lack
Don't trust in liberty
To save your soul
It is genocide to let liberty lose control
Control
We must decide
Control
We the yellow pearl we will control

Head On Collision
I've been waiting for a good day
I've been holding back long enough
I've been hurting to tell you some things
it's not the falling of the temperature
that's making all our bones run cool
it's the breeze you make
the presence felt when you're around me
and it feels like I'm at an all-time low
slightly bruised and broken
from our head on collision
I've never seen this side of you
another tragic case of feeling
bruised and broken
from our head on collision
I've never seen this side of you
another tragic case
and I'm still waiting for a good day
I think I've held this long enough
I think it's safe to tell you some things
it's not just what you say to people
and it's not the way you look at me
it's the way you present yourself
for all your worst critics to see
and it feels like I'm at an all-time low
slightly bruised and broken
from our head on collision
I've never seen this side of you
another tragic case of feeling
bruised and broken
from our head on collision
I've never seen this side of you
another tragic case
then you were gone
you were gone
all this time you just didn't know it yet
you were gone
all this time you just didn't know it yet
you were gone
and it feels like I'm at an all-time low
slightly bruised and broken
from our head on collision
I've never seen this side of you
another tragic case of feeling
bruised and broken
from our head on collision
I've never seen this side of you
another tragic case
another tragic case of feeling
bruised and broken
another tragic case and I've been
still waiting for a good day
still waiting for a good day

Whatever Happened To Pong?
My brother and me used to play it
Down at the bar
Taking money from guys
More used to the playing of cards
Paddle the paddle to the side to the side
To the side to the side to the paddle the paddle
Paddle the paddle the side to the side
Pong
Ball in the machine
Now virtually everyones singing
A popular song
But I still believe in
In the excellent joy of the pong
To the side to the side to the paddle the paddle
To the paddle the paddle the side to the side
To the side to the side to the paddle the paddle
Pong
Ball in the machine
Now if they take it h.g. wells
Well, Ill be on the first flight
To a time before the kong
Whatever happended to pong?
Paddle the paddle to the side to the side
To the side to the side to the paddle the paddle
Paddle the paddle the side to the side
Pong
Ball in the machine

Just Fit In, We're Going
here comes the sun, is a cliche.
i put a spell on you, is another cliche.
i think i love you, most abused cliche.
you complete me, movie cliche,
strawberry fields,
scents of magnolia, fresh and soothing,
vanilla ice cream,
chocolate Popsicle,
mint puffs,
and cotton candy, and black forest.
coca-cola and ice cubes,
inside a glass
against the summer sun
your lips sucking the straw
your face covered with my shadow.
i am no longer conscious about their
taboos
got mine, and i like it
when i am finally free.
i store more cliches and
lick them
like Popsicle on a hot
summer day.
no hard feelings. Just fit in.
we're going.

Mubarak Orders Attack Upon Protesters
Mubarak is an old military commander ordering attack upon civilians.
Mubarak said this is a war I will not be beaten by our hungry civilians.
Mubarak in Stalin like style orders attack upon own Egyptian civilians.
Mubarak orders mufti secret police to attack with clubs knives stones.

Branded
Tragic is the self misplaced.
Tragic is a lost identity...
And no familiarity on anyone's face.
Tragic in denial
Sits the misfits feeling on trial
For lives lived reeking and stinking of bile.
Tragic for them,
Love is not recognized at all...
Nor suitable to start,
From a place within them that begins.
And this becomes tragic for those
Unlike them but comprehending,
These tragedies
May not always be self inflicted...
As they are branded!

Clichés I Have Loved
‘My life has been one long…
cliché! …’ she sobbed.
He put his sunburned
muscular forearm flecked
with golden hairs
around her shaking shoulders.
She lifted her tear-brimmed,
reddening eyes to meet
his steady gaze.
‘Oh my darling..’
she breathed.
And they fell into
a passionate
cliché..
I’ve said it before and
I’ll say it again.
One man’s cliché is
another woman’s love-byte.
John Ciardi said,
The craft of poetry
is not easy.
It is better than easy.
It is joyously difficult.

I Am Afraid I Have To Say It Is Too Hot Too Here
Fighting between Islamic rebels and Philippine troops intensified Sunday, dimming hopes of renewed peace talks with the southern separatists, government and military officials

More than 100 Muslim fighters have been killed in four days of clashes with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) on Mindanao island, said military spokesman Colonel Julieto Ando.
About 90,000 people have been displaced by the upsurge in fighting, according to local and foreign relief agencies operating in the region where government troops have battled insurgents for 40 years.

'Fighting intensified overnight with battles raging near the towns of Datu Saudi Ampatuan and Datu Piang, all in Maguindanao province, ' said Ando, who blamed recent rebels attacks for the deteriorating situation.
'We have done our best to embrace peace, but the MILF started the hostilities by pillaging villages and murdering innocent civilians in Mindanao, ' Ando said.

'Now we are implementing the full force of the law and we will arrest those responsible for the traitorous attacks against civilians.'
The National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) said Sunday that more than 240,000 people have been displaced since the fighting began two weeks ago.
The NDCC put the number killed in two weeks at 50, conflicting with military figures.
Glenn Rabonza, NDCC executive officer, said nearly 100 evacuation centres have been set up across the affected areas in Mindanao.
