The Crime Victims Fund is distributed to service providers who assist millions of crime victims annually throughout our communities in a host of ways. It is paid for by fines levied on criminals, not taxpayers.

Regent's Court

Regent's court
Is the court were the police brings the criminals to be sentenced
Every singe day during the week
Some criminals caused serious offences in the city
That they need to be punished by the Regent's court
Also some of the Judges will be hard on the criminals
Because they need to pay for what they done to their victims
And the crown procecutor also works with the judges at Regent's court
But the criminals have their lawyers at the court that defends the Criminals because the criminals are their clients
When the day comes for the judges at the Regent's Court to deliver The sentence for each criminal every single day they will be there At The Regent's Court every single day giving the sentence to the criminals depending on what crime they commited like assault, Domestic violence, child abuse,
Drug trafficking, manslaughter, and murder
For first degree murder is 25 years and for the second degree murder is less

OLD McPFIZER HAD A PHARM

Old McPfizer had a pharm
Ee eye ee eye oh
On that pharm he made some drugs
Ee eye ee eye oh
With Prozac here and Ambien there
Here a drug, there a drug
Everywhere a drug-drug
Old McPfizer made big bucks
Ee eye ee eye oh

Old McPfizer sold his drugs
Ee eye ee eye oh
With no regard for “Side effects”
Ee eye ee eye oh
With depression here and suicide there
Here a death, there a death
Everywhere was death-death
Old McPfizer killed with drugs
Ee eye ee eye oh

Old McPfizer paid big fines
Ee eye ee eye oh
Then he stood trial and went to jail
Ee eye ee eye oh
With a crime here and crime there
Here a crime there a crime
Everywhere a crime-crime
Old McPfizer did some time
Ee eye ee eye oh

557 Million Dollars

Criminals are all over the world!
And the world loses 557 Million Dollars annually to Cyber Crime;
But the Americans are on top of this list.

It is followed by the United Kingdom, Nigeria (419) and Malaysia;
Then Ghana, Spain, South Africa, Cameron and Canada!
But who the cap fits must surely wear it.

A cap on your head and a cup of water to drink,
But any level of criminality is a crime! !
o put the wrld into better footing than destroying it,
For it is written: 'Thou shall not steal'.

Posting Pictures

i'm going to quit writing poetry,
and start taking pictures...
pictures of the homeless,
the jobless, the hungry,
the war victims, drug victims,
crime victims, victims of oppressive
regimes, beaten, imprisoned, threatened...
starting right here!

the elderly left to die in want,
those left to live on the street,
families sleeping in cars,
parents burying their children...
smoke stacks smoking,
nuclear disasters, oil spills,
mountains being mined,
timber being cut...

lonely people walking alone!
small children crying...
lovers left in the cold...
empty churches full of people.

i'm going to post these pictures in color
for all the world to see,
post them in dead silence...
maybe then someone will hear,
hear, and offer a hand!

I believe the best service to the child is the service closest to the child, and children who are victims of neglect, abuse, or abandonment must not also be victims of bureaucracy. They deserve our devoted attention, not our divided attention.

I Hate the Thought of Hate Crimes

A crime is a crime no matter how cut it,
A murder is a murder, a rape is a rape,
An assault is what it is,
A crime scene is a crime with the yellow tape.

If the prisons were to be abundant,
We can then send to jail all are convicted,
We don’t have to pardon anyone out overcrowding and time off for good behavior,
We must send all the criminals that indicted,
Guilty as charged that is what should fuel our endeavor.

Are we really up to the cost?
Are we really up to taxation?
Are we saying we have lost?
Are we saying we’ll pass another law,
such as hate crimes,
without a suitable explanation?

Victims Of Circumstance

They stand bewildered by all that goes around them,
living within their own little worlds,
which we cannot even understand.
These victims of circumstance stand.

We all look on and bow our heads,
when they bury victims of war,
but turn away whenever we see
these poor lost souls.

Some are there because of defects at birth,
others the aftermath of disease,
while others involved in accidents,
and left to suffer humiliation.

The brain is a wonderful thing,
when it functions properly,
functioning wrong its host
is charged with insanity.

There are those who are violent,
and in institutions are the only life they will ever see.
Others have strange ways, and act in a childlike manner be.
While others need constant attention, because of hardly any brain activity.

All are victims of circumstance,
beyond anyone’s control.
They would live a normal life,
if they had a choice to be.

They are victims shunned by society,
who say they are a blight, on our lives,
and locked away out of sight,
every one of them should be.

No one wants to associate with them;
their only friends are of their own kind.
They look out with pleading eyes,
for someone who may be kind.

The names they are called are hurtful,
yet they do not understand.
These poor lost souls
only ask for a helping hand.

Those who have worked with the mentally ill,
will tell you, not all of them are stupid.
They can feel just like us, love, hurt and pain.
Some can do what we call menial tasks
and others look after themselves.

Sadly, some do need to be institutionalized
because they are dangers to themselves or others,
and some have to be there for the constant attention that they need.

Yet others because they look somewhat strange,
and do childish things at times.
They are all labelled under an umbrella,
and simply called insane.

But, for the grace of God,
we might have walked with them there,
these victims,
victims of circumstance.

Slaughter In A Grave

It's a killer and it's prowls
Night after night
It's murderer in the vault
It lives for a fight
It's a story of soul
That has come for revenge
On murderous grounds he
Seeks his victims for the night
Listen to the night for
The shout of the skull
It's the call of death's return
And the vengeance of the God
It's a bad land and the
Storm comes to chill
It's a passage and the killer
Feels remorse to kill in fear
It's a victims who fixes the man with hate
A dead man drives crime in his
Fate so near
In the black vault the strange
Spirit commands the victims soul
To return in his body and to
Revenge his bloody murder so cold
On the screaming place
Mad spirit reighs with his killing soul
On his crazy face the vengeance
Makes it's course with fever...
In vaults

The Juvenile Offenders Act

The Juvenile Offenders Act gives soft-on-crime judges an out,
While the names of young criminals don’t get published throughout,
The statisticians do surveys that say everything is fine,
And it doesn’t matter who got off with a whole bunch of crime.

The people don’t have referendums nor required to vote,
And young criminals know they can get away with it and gloat,
The height of political correctness with lawyers by the score,
Nodding and waving as the criminals walk out the courtroom door.

Are we the only people in the world with these stupid laws?
As the judges, the lawyers and the pink socialists applause,
Where can we find a politician that really means what he says?
How do we go about getting binding referendums these days?

Victims No More

Victims No more on this Mother Earth,

No More killing of her

people, animals, mammals, fish and birds,

to them she has given birth.

Yes, victims no more,

For all of us as one,

what you do unto the innocent

with your weapons,

has devastating repercussions.

From a standpoint of victims you make us your slaves,

bringing all of us to an early grave.

No Victims of the Sea,

the sea creatures are meant to have a destiny,

and swim in an ocean that is clean.

No one is here to have their homes taken away from them,

be it through pollution of oil from which it stems.

This oil drilling has to end.

So put down your weapons.

the boy must be tried
and be duly sentenced
pursuant to the evidence

bread or fish or a cookie)

Famine victims in Africa! !
Onions, opinions, millions, billions, trillions, zillions;
But expressing my views with what i've seen around,
However, this hardships of the famine are now seen on your Television sets as well.

Surgery can lead to disfiguration,
And like the muse of the famine victims of Africa! !
But, i am Cowper who wants to put in my help for the others;
Because, this famine in Africa is so severe.

The Sinking Fund Cried

["Now what, we ask, is become of this Sinking Fund - these eight millions of surplus above expenditure, which were to reduce the interest of the national debt by the amount of four hundred thousand pounds annually? Where, indeed, is the Sinking Fund itself?" - The Times]

Take your bell, take your bell,
Good Crier, and tell
To the Bulls and the Bears, till their ears are stunn'd,
That, lost or stolen,
Or fall'n through a hole in
The Treasury floor, is the Sinking Fund!

O yes! O yes!
Can anybody guess
What the deuce has become of this Treasury wonder?
It has Pitt's name on't,
All brass, in the front,
And R--b--ns--n's scrawl'd with a goose-quill under.

Folks well knew what
Would soon be its lot,
When Frederick or Jenky set hobnobbing,[1]
And said to each other,
"Suppose, dear brother,
We make this funny old Fund worth robbing."

We are come, alas!
To a very pretty pass --
Eight Hundred Millions of score, to pay,
With but Five in the till,
To discharge the bill,
And even that Five too, whipp'd away!

Stop thief! stop thief! --
From the Sub to the Chief,
These Genmen of Finance are plundering cattle --
Call the watch, call Bougham
Tell Joseph Hume,
That best of Charleys, to spring his rattle.

Whoever will bring
This aforesaid thing
To the well-known house of Robinson and Jenkin,
Shall be paid, with thanks,
In the notes of banks,
Whose Funds have all learn'd "the Art of Sinking."

O yes! O yes!
Can any body guess
What the devil has become of the Treasury wonder?
It has Pitt's name on 't,
All brass, in the front,
And R--b--ns--n's, scrawl'd with a goose-quill under.

Who Are the Victims of This Misguidance?

They were not aware they were being treated special?
Like one who waves,
From the backseat of a limousine.
Did it occur to them...
As they passed those homeless,
Hungry and poor.
Their very presence had been considered obscene?
And why was it necessary...
To careen through lost and vacant dreams?

Who are the victims of this misguidance?
Who are the victims of this scene?

They were not aware they were being treated special?
Even when hints were dropped...
They should continue and not stop.
They should not ask any questions,
But proceed to throw bread...
Out of the window instead.
And consider those who ran after crumbs...
As birds without wings.
Since they do not like to be called bums.

Who are the victims of this misguidance?
Who are the victims of this scene?

And they were not aware they were being treated special?
Those who rode inside by a driver.
Nor did they who chased collecting another's waste.
Believing their needs were being met.
By someone who accepted them...
And left them to forget.
As those electing to choose values of poor taste.
Something neither chose...
As they ran or rode,
To remember or regret!

Who are the victims of this misguidance?
Who are the victims of this scene?
