Surveys have shown going back as far as you and I can remember that people have perceived a leftward tilt in the basic coverage that they get on TV news.

The Iraq War marked the beginning of the end of network news coverage. Viewers saw the juxtaposition of the embedded correspondents reporting the war as it was actually unfolding and the jaundiced, biased, negative coverage of these same events in the network newsrooms.

The whole problem with news on television comes down to this: all the words uttered in an hour of news coverage could be printed on page of a newspaper. And the world cannot be understood in one page.

Bid For Exclusive Olympic Coverage
a corporate news agency which shall not be named
bid for exclusive Olympic coverage purchased
games exclusive rights from an equally greedy Olympic
committee then stole a global athletic dream
of premium competitive competition
sliced diced sold coverage to its own networks
to highest secondary bidders for maximum
revenue profit reducing Olympic dynamic
motion into pathetic still photographs on most...
news channels for viewer poor who did not
sign up for elite audience viewing dreams
have been sold rendered a superbowl of pin

Their coverage on the Fox News Channel has been atrocious. The stuff that comes out of Sean Hannity's mouth has been infuriating. The stuff that Bill O'Reilly says has been illogical. You go up and down the schedule and it's insanity over there. The number of lies, perpetuated, promoted by Fox News is just shameful and it hurts everybody.

But by showing us live coverage of every bad thing happening everywhere in the world, cable news makes life seem like it's just an endless string of disasters - when, for most people in most places today, life is fairly good.

It's hard to tell if the world is actually growing worse, or if the news coverage is just better.
Although many seniors are happy with the generous drug coverage they have from their former employers, the number of companies offering that kind of coverage has decreased by one-third since the mid-1980s.

The basic needs
If you don’t have one
Wonder if you come
When you don’t come home,
It is a basic need.
If you don’t have one
Listen to the feelings
You want to share with,
It is a basic need.
If you don’t have one
Attend you away
In case you fall sick,
It is a basic need.
Food, clothes, shelter
Alone aren’t the basic needs.

Remember Then And Now
Remember little jack sprat
Remember three little pigs
Remember all those fairy tales
That seemed so real to us a kids
Remember mother goose
Remember Cinderella going to the ball
Remember the old lady in the shoe
Remember sleeping beauty eyes closed and all
Remember growing up and out
Remember getting rid of baby things
Remember watching Disney
And not singing barney songs we used to sing
Remember getting grow up
Remember sleeping in big kid beds
Remember ditching Barbie dolls
And tiring to flush their heads
Remember going to jr. high
Remember how scary it seemed
Remember getting used it
But not to getting picked last on teams
Remember when people had cliques
Remember when you were not part one
Remember when people started acting weird
But with your friends you still had fun
Remember eight-gread graduation
Remember high school seeming tough
Remember the day you got there
And it really wasn’t that rough
Someday you’ll look back
And remember doing this too
It seems weird now but
But it depends on your attitude

I remember now
I remember wanting it back
I remember all the boredom
I remember all the security
I remember holding myself back
I remember the want
I remember the denial
I remember getting it back
I discover all of the excitement
I discover all the new ways
I discover all the acceptance
I discover all of the interest
I discover all the greenest grass
I remember all of the dreams
I remember all the waiting
I remember all the uncertainty
I remember all the letting down
I remember what I ought not to have forgotten
I remember the limbo of my decisions

Let It Be Known, Let This Be Shown
I am wild
I am crazy
But to you
I am your lady
Let this be known
Let this be shown
I am more than meets the eye
Imp not gone sit back and let the world fly
My feelings for you will never die
Let this be known
Let this be shown
Momma didn't raise any fool
I might seem bad
But I follow the rules
Let this be known
Let this be shown
My body is not your toy
I want a man not a boy
I am a woman not a little girl
Let this be known
Let this be shown

They Are Not That Kind Of People
Remember all the people that you backstabbed,
Gladly.
Now they are the ones you turn to fulfill your needs.
Remember all the people that you laughed at,
And attacked?
Now they could but they don't...
Laugh at you back.
Since they are not the kind of people,
Who are like that.
They are not that kind of people who backstab.
To then discover as time passes,
Their lives are sad.
Remember all the people that you backstabbed,
Gladly.
Now they could,
But they don't...
Laugh at you back.
Now they could,
But they don't...
Backstab!
Remember all the people that you backstabbed,
Gladly.
Now they could,
But they don't...
Laugh at you back.
Now they could,
But they don't...
Do tit for tat.
Now they could,
But they don't...
Laugh at you back.

Do You Remember Any of It? I Do
i remember when i met you
i remember when i fell in love with you
i remember when you said 'i love you'
i remember when i said it back
i remember what we had planed
i remember how perfect we were
i remember the late phone calls
i remember the songs you sang me
i remember when everything turned up side down
i remember the endless nights of tears
i remember wishing things were back to the way they were
i remember how you hurt me
i remember feeling like i was nothing to you
i remember waiting to hear from you again
i remember your last words to me
i remember they were ' i dont know if i love you anymore'
i remember feeling like i just died
i remember thinking you died
i remember the pain
do you remember any of it? i do

Limit Of Tolerance
It is best to be shown,
By the one detected they are not to be bothered.
Than it is to be known,
As the one who collects other's junk to dump.
Inconvenienced by this and misunderstood to be a chump.
People wont say it but that's what they think.
When someone is designated always available,
To be believed to have a loosened link.
People wont say it but that's what they think.
Yes, it's best to to show,
There is a limit of tolerance.
Than to be the one chosen...
With unlimited patience when there isn't.
Some people may pretend they comprehend,
With a patience given.
But a patience it isn't.
Some people 'look' as if they're there to listen,
With a patience given.
But a patience it isn't.
Some people may keep their mouths kept closed.
Preferring to keep their distance.
And some may not want their thoughts exposed.
Even if their thoughts may make a difference.
If one is deemed as approachable.
And perceived to have a desperate disposition.

To most people), distant pepper is perceived as being sweet, and close sweets are perceived as being bitter.
But, if you don't like your current Rx coverage or don't have any coverage to begin with, you'll now have the choice to add this new affordable option to your current Medicare plan.
