With guests who are 'in the middle of the fight,' we're able to hear their point-of-view on the topics, as well as advance our own feelings.

Can I Go Now
What's the point of trying to meet you in the middle
You got your point of view
There's nothing I can do
Can't change your mind
Can't leave it all behind
You're living in the past
We talk and talk
THIS GOES ON for hours
About how I should be
Why is it all me
Don't wanna fight
Don't wanna waste my time
Baby THIS CAN'T LAST
I'm moving on

P.o.v.
From my 'point-of-view',
We all have the ability to reminisce.
We all have the gift to pick and choose,
From which selected memory to visit.
There is a choice involved...
That decreases the likelihood,
To stir up argument or debate.
Wouldn't it be easier,
When and if in conversation...
Someone announced,
'From my 'p.o.v.'...
This is how I perceive things to be.'
Opening the door to receive comprehension.
Without trying to convince anyone...
A 'point-of-view' expressed,
Is the best one anyone can get.
And at these prices,
Who can afford therapy?
Just say what it is...
To get it out in the open.
Allowing other topics to be discussed.
Why keep the fussing done,
Over spilled milk!

A Different Point Of View
(tennant/lowe)
----------------------------
When Im sitting so close to you
Theres only one thing that I wanna do
But I know what youre likely to say
That Im going about it the wrong way
We cant agree about anything
Where to go or even where weve been
And I know what youre likely to do
Say that Ive never cared about you
And all I wanted to say was that I love you
But you tell me now you dont believe its true
You got a different, a different
A different point of view
You got a different
Point of view
You dont believe a single word I say
If Id say black was white, youd say it was grey
But in spite of being treated this way
I still dream of you all night and day
And all I wanted to say was that I love you
But you tell me now you dont believe its true
You got a different, a different
A different point of view
You got a different
Point of view
Just this once
Just say yes
Please
Youve got a clever way of haunting me
Im never scared, but youre still daunting me
cause I know what youre likely to say
And I know that youll get your own way
And all I wanted to say was that I love you
But you tell me now you dont believe its true
You got a different, a different
A different point of view
You got a different
Point of view
You got a different, a different
A different point of view
You got a different
Point of view

What Is The Point Of Life
What is the point of life if it is just disappointments?
What is the point of life if we are just going to die?
What is the point of life if we just get divorced?
What is the point of life if we just get in trouble?
What is the point of life if we are just sad?
What is the point of life if we just fight?
What is the point of life if we feel pain?
What is the point of life if we just hurt each other?
I know what the point of life is!
the feelings i have for the one i truly love.

Sitting In The Middle Of It
My heart feels like it's split open wide and bleeding.
As I'm sitting in the middle of it.
Nothing I had lived prepared me for what I had to see.
As I'm,
Sitting in the middle of it.
I do feel guilty.
I am no saint.
I am not trying to hide away,
What it is that I'm feeling.
I do feel guilty.
I am no saint.
I am not trying to hide away,
What it is that I'm feeling.
Sitting in the middle of it...
I am no saint.
I'm not trying to hide away,
What it is that I'm feeling.
Sitting in the middle of it...
I do feel guilty.
But I'll never hide away from you...
My feelings.
Sitting in the middle of it...
I do feel guilty.
But I'll never hide away from you...
My feelings.
Sitting in the middle of it...
I am no saint.
And I'll never hide from you...
My feelings.
And I'll,
Never hide from you...
My feelings.
And I'll,
Never hide from you...
My feelings.
Sitting in the middle of it.
Sitting in the middle of it,
And I'm...
Sitting in the middle of it.
Sitting in the middle of it,
And I'm...
Sitting in the middle of it.
Sitting in the middle of it,
And I'm...
Sitting in the middle of it.
And I'm...
Sitting in the middle of it.

Jealousy
(tennant/lowe)
------------
At dead of night, when strangers roam
The streets in search of anyone wholl take them home
I lie alone, the clock strikes three
And anyone who wanted to could contact me
At dead of night, till break of day
Endless thoughts and questions keep me awake
Its much too late
Whereve you been?
Whove you seen?
You didnt phone when you said you would!
Do you lie?
Do you try
To keep in touch? you know you could
Ive tried to see your point of view
But could not hear or see
For jealousy
I never knew time passed so slow
I wish Id never met you, or that I could bear to let you go
At dead of night, till break of day
Endless thoughts and questions keep me awake
Its much too late
Whereve you been?
Whove you seen?
You didnt phone when you said you would!
Do you lie?
Do you try
To keep in touch? you know you could
Ive tried to see your point of view
But could not hear or see
For jealousy
Whereve you been?
Whove you seen?
You didnt phone when you said you would!
Do you lie?
Do you try
To keep in touch? you know you could
Ive tried to see your point of view
But could not hear or see
For jealousy
Whereve you been?
Whove you seen?
You didnt phone when you said you would!
Do you lie?
Do you try
To keep in touch? you know you could
Ive tried to see your point of view
But could not hear or see
For jealousy
Whereve you been?
Whove you seen?
You didnt phone when you said you would!
Do you lie?
Do you try
To keep in touch? you know you could
Ive tried to see your point of view
But could not hear or see
For jealousy
I never knew till I met you

Breaking Point
Is that the wind
On your face?
Are you sure youre alone?
Are you sure youre alone?
Feel the chill
Of an empty space
Are you sure youre alone?
Are you sure youre alone?
In the middle of the night
Is that your heart you hear
Or a train to nowhere
That pounding in your ear?
Have you reached your breaking point?
Have you reached your breaking point tonight?
Only when youre sleeping can you drift away
No one can hurt you
Listen to the secret of your dreams
Though you want to sleep forever
Still you must return
Hands of ice
Down your spine
Are you sure youre alone?
Are you sure youre alone?
Feel the grip
Of a clinging vine
Are you sure youre alone?
Are you sure youre alone?
In the middle of the night
Is that your voice I hear?
Or the wind thats calling
Back across the years?
Have you reached your breaking point?
Have you reached your breaking point tonight?

Positivity
When overcome by black despair you can’t find beauty anywhere.
There is no point in finding fault; it is past time to call a halt.
I find that when I’m feeling blue. It helps to change my point of view. Why it that the world seems grey, nothing is has changed since yesterday.
To find the answer look inside to where you’re inmost thoughts abide.
It’s not a choice, it is a must there’s something which you must adjust.
When that’s corrected you will see the world with greater clarity
There is still beauty to be found you merely have to look around.
It is entirely up to you to reassess your point of view
Accentuate the positive and disregard the negative.
By keeping to the middle way and treating every single day.
As a new challenge to be met your miseries you can forget.

Even While Sitting On The Shore
Why should I not want to share with you,
Your point of view?
Why would I not wish to hear what your eyes see?
Or feel what is in your heart to reveal?
Why should I not wish with you to connect?
When only you can describe the soil felt under your feet.
When only you have been touched by winds of fragrant breezes...
When I sometimes may choose to sit alone in a funk!
Why should I not want to share with you,
Your point of view?
My life is not always narrowly perspective.
Or retrospectively reflective.
I often wonder about you.
I do!
Even while sitting on the shore,
To observe low tides.

I Want To Hear It From You
I want to hear it from you
I want to hear it from someone who knows how it is
All the second-hand words seem to get in my way
I want to hear it from you
I want to hear it again
I want to know if the soft scented touch of your lips
Must be taken away like a mothers first kiss to the life that she gives
Ive got a right to get it straight from you
To give my life a different point of view
To find a way to keep from losing you
If you dont know what to say
To understand is my life and the question is why
You should cry in the night while your eyes look away
Every time that I speak and theres nothing to say
I want to hear it from you
I want to hear it from you
Let me know how you feel
Youve got to make up your mind
Tell me where I can run
When my roof tumbles in
I want to hear it from you
I want to hear it from you

Look How Limited And Dim That Point Of View Is
Racists can't help but be crazy.
Look how limited and dim that point of view is!
And to the extreme the protection of insecurities.
Racists can't help but be crazy.
Remember those cowboy and indian days.
And the cavalry lead by John Wayne...
Saved every studio making movies,
In old Hollywood.
And our sense of greatness,
Was raised to new heights.
We taught our picked enemies how to fight!
Look how limited and dim that point of view is!
Racists can't help but be crazy.
And in denial many wont admit it in public.
As if their mindset does not reflect their ideals.
It does.
Any human being can feel the insignifance of it!
Racists can't help but be crazy.
Look how limited and dim that point of view is!
And to the extreme the protection of insecurities.
Look how the punching of holes in a once floating boat,
Sinks it!
Racists can't help but be crazy.
And many just lay on the beach to tan.
Without knowing a thing about swimming!
Or which deeds to uphold in respect and demand.
Look how limited and dim that point of view is!
And I'm just observing it.
Not passing judgement on this at all.
I choose not to stall my forward pace.
I choose to widen my perceptions...
As I move my mind into a broader space.

Arguments
Loud voices, heated debates
started out small, escalated
many topics, never ends
stupid remarks, lots of barks
different stories, true or lies
always wrong, sometimes true
undecided, in the middle
does matter which side your on
things get said with no regards
feelings hurt, damaging words
screaming matches, fists a pounding
feet stomping, doors a banging
doesn't matter what it is
arguments happen everyday, anytime
any where, everyone has them
in the end its not worth the fight
worth the words, or the hurt
arguments are not worth the time
many senseless words, wasted time
time to cool off, heal from the words
regain the trust and the friendliness
sometimes it never end
carries to a new day
starts a new argument
let it go and begin a new day

The crescent moon can symbolise
so many things to different eyes
I think maybe it is not wise
to assume your view is right.
To me it means serenity
A symbol which eternally
floats on high for all to see
The silver lady of the night.
You have a different point of view
which to you seems to be as true.
I see no reason to argue.
It could be that we are both right.
A symbol of religion.
Something to meditate upon,
a mere relection of the Sun
Perhaps a cause for which to fight.
She shines on all men equally
Despite their inability
to agree to disagree.
Why should she care who’s view is right.
