They're all focusing on how John Roberts is going to decide Roe v. Wade. That isn't even the right question. I don't even know of a case in the (court) system that addresses it.

It's now up to the full Senate to move swiftly to confirm John Roberts so he can assume his duties and responsibilities as chief justice when the Supreme Court begins its new term in a matter of weeks. We call on the Senate to confirm John Roberts without delay.

Ipocalypse Now!
We're headed for Ipocalypse!
June eighth will soon be here.
IP addresses running out.
What will we do? Oh dear!
Four Billion addresses weren't enough
for every thing that beeps:
Desktops, laptops, mobile phones
and GPS in Jeeps.
Fear not! June eighth will be the test
of a higher protocol
and if the system doesn't crash
they'll be numbers for you all.
But if IP V six
should crash and burn
You should not be dismayed
The internet won't disappear
but slowly will degrade.

I think what we ought to be focusing on is that we are on path for the release of 75,000 pages of documents in connection with John Roberts' work in the White House, as in the counselor's office and as his time working as an assistant in the office of the attorney general.

Beyond all reasonable doubt For J.T ellison
Can it be that you believe?
that justice is what you receive.
If you submit your case to court.
It ought to be but it is not.
All thought of justice is forgot
bogged down in legal argument.
Though you have right upon your side
Although you know the witness lied
it does not mean you’ll win your case.
You cannot prove his words untrue
so there is little you can do.
and at that point your case will fail.
Justice is blind and can be found
outside the court with her eyes bound.
Because she cannot bear to see.
The happenings inside the court
Injustices of every sort
No justice just a travesty.

Dadzie
To spot your love in a bush near the River olla!
And like a case at hand by the 'Hohoe Circuit Court';
But, i am about a kilometre away! !
However, this very case which led you to court was because of,
Dadzie your friend who prepared the concoction for you.

An Ultimate Subpoena
A subpoena has been issued by the mighty judge.
Would you seek legal counsel for your case?
Apparently no counsel is available in this case.
In this court you alone must defend yourself?
No attorney anywhere has the power to subpoena you to this court.
No criminal defense lawyer anywhere has right to you defend?
No Government and Administrative Law to here with contend.
No Higher Court or Supreme Court to appeal to take your brief?
You have rendered unto Caesar what is Caesars.
Now it is time to render unto God what is Gods.
This is the Highest Court; in time all will face.
This is the scariest court; deciding eternal fate.
This one judgement; is binding for all eternity.
There will be no court of appeal; Jesus is ultimate judge.
I submit to you; that the milk of human kindness;
is a simple yet time tested; cosmic plan grand.
In the words of Fate Karma Kismet Destiny; or Hope Heavenly?
A creed of excellence; this is a real rewarding life philosophy.
Upon which to make a life time stand; as your indelible testimony.
Yet alas Jesus said; ‘I am the way and the truth and the light.
No one comes to the Father except through me.’ John 14: 6.
Accepting the blood
ransom sacrifice of Jesus
to cover all sin guilt
is the only pardon
permissible in this court
where all tried are guilty!

Wade in the water, children
Wade in the water

Well, who are these children all dressed in red?
Gods a-gonna trouble the water
Must-a-be the children that moses lead
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.
Wade in the water
Wade in the water, children
Wade in the water
Gods a-gonna trouble the water
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.
Well out of the mountain come fire an smoke
Gods a-gonna trouble the water
Jehovah nobody be he couldve spoke
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.
Wade in the water
Wade in the water, children
Wade in the water
Gods a-gonna trouble the water
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.
Well, Im walkin down the highway an the waters gettin low
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.
Walkin down the highway, nowhere to go
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.
But its wade in the water
Wade in the water, children
Wade in the water
Gods a-gonna trouble the water
Gods a-gonna trouble the water.

You can have many different selection systems, but the bottom line has to be a system that, once the judge takes office that judge will feel that he or she is to decide the case without reference to the popular thing or the popular will of the moment.

Last Request.
Paralysis progressively
attacks my system stealthily.
There’s no hope of recovery
from the disease affecting me
I must consider carefully
the choices which are left to me
I can decide to linger on
although I know all hope is gone.
There is no cure nor will there be
OR choose to die with dignity.
I see no point in lingering
just to prolong my suffering.
Will you assist my suicide
I don’t expect you to decide
immediately. If you help me.
You lay yourself wide open to
harsh penalties. Which may land you
before a court to justify
the reasons that you helped me die.
You are my friend I can depend
on you to help me make an end.
Despite the risks which you incur
I know quite well you will defer
your decision till you are sure
There is not and cannot be a cure.
Then you will honour my request
Because you think it’s for best.

The intellectual architecture means focusing on doing great work instead of focusing on agency politics.
My sense is that jurists from other nations around the world understand that our court occupies a very special place in the American system, and that the court is rather well regarded in comparison, perhaps, to their own.

Injectıon Sıtes
Organized groups have taken over countries in the past,
And left most ordinary people completely silent and aghast,
Is it possible that this is happening in Canada now?
As they implement injection sites for drug addicts somehow?
Of course they say it’s a health issue and they only want to help,
Therefore our politicians are silent and never scream or yelp,
Our Supreme Court decisions seem to have a secret agenda,
Seems like slanted politically correct propaganda.
No death with dignity as in the Sue Rodriguez case,
High court decisions are not accepted as wrong or a disgrace,
Their abortion clinics allowed where the unborn babies are killed,
And now injection sites where the Health System will be billed.
