Let us carefully observe those good qualities wherein our enemies excel us and endeavor to excel them, by avoiding what is faulty, and imitating what is excellent in them.

Let us carefully observe those good qualities wherein our enemies excel us; and endeavor to excel them, by avoiding what is faulty, and imitating what is excellent in them.
To-day it appears as though it may well be altogether abolished in the future as it has to some extent been mitigated in the past by the unceasing, and as it now appears, unlimited ascent of man to knowledge, and through knowledge to physical power and dominion over Nature.

Lazyman's Wise Prayer
LAZYMAN'S WISE PRAYER
If to that extent RICH indeed
I need not have to toil hard instead
If to that extent SHREWD indeed
I would have skipped some years instead
If to that extent BRAVE indeed
I could'nt have lost on more counts instead
If to that extent READY indeed
I should'nt have to repent now instead
If to that extent FOUGHT indeed
I ought to have won fast instead
If to that extent all B A D indeed
Better I should'nt have the right to live instead

I shall suggest, on the contrary, that all communication relies, to a noticeable extent on evoking knowledge that we cannot tell, and that all our knowledge of mental processes, like feelings or conscious intellectual activities, is based on a knowledge which we cannot tell.

My riches consist not in the extent of my possessions, but in the fewness of my wants.

One that desires to excel should endeavor in those things that are in themselves most excellent.
I am beginning to have a healthy dread of possessions, be it of a country, a house, a being or even an idea. If we are bothered by possessions we cannot really live either from without or from within; we are the possession of our possessions. All wars and most loves come from the possessive instinct. Why grab possessions like thieves, or divide them like socialists when you can ignore them like wise men: that you may belong to everything and everything be yours inclusive of yourself. Could we, and we can, have the vital necessities for all, we should do away with this cry of class and begin to differentiate between individuals.

A Knowledge Light For Bright Future!
Nothing can be known in darkness;
Darkness makes one ignorant in life.
Light only makes one see in darkness;
Light removes darkness to show a way.
Ignorance is removed by knowledge;
Knowledge is light power leads in life.
Festival of lights celebrates brightness
And Festival of lights starts light of life!
Light of knowledge gives confidence
And helps gain courage and wealth.
Wealth without knowledge can’t last
And can’t give courage and power!
Knowledge is must for bright future
As knowledge is bright power in life!

Powerful Questions
Power has a question to raise over power,
And nobody answers it.
Power rests our clothes on the line,
And lets our sleep contain dreams.
Power is an image of distaste,
And a find of extreme disgust.
Power has a bang
And is held in a battery.
Power must
Be a knowledge.

Americans are uneasy with their possessions, guilty about power, all of which is difficult for Europeans to perceive because they are themselves so truly materialistic, so versed in the uses of power.

Sonnet: On Knowledge
Knowledge is one thing priceless, people want;
Knowledge is something gained by labor long;
Knowledge is infinite; master, you-can't;
Knowledge is changeable, much like a song.
Knowledge is deeper than the oceans deep;
Knowledge is larger than the Universe;
Knowledge is barely in life, just a peep;
Knowledge if badly used becomes God's curse.
Knowledge remains undiminished, tho' you- share;
Knowledge gives man, a civilised outlook;
Knowledge if improper, you ought to pare;
Knowledge is gained from Nature and by book.
Knowledge can make a man a wiser one;
Knowledge gives Wisdom in the longer run.

Above the Level
If man can rise above the level
That will be glorious moment to excel
All earthly belonging looses charm
Nothing keeps you in sprit and warm
You are not taken by any surprise
You stand firm in your goal and promise
You have divinity already mixed with soul
That is your ultimate aim and goal
How many are looking towards you
This has been proved and very true
You are only seen as hope for world
You can only take them out of cold
You are away from materialistic environment
It is seen as inspirational path and strong movement
People look with great faith and some solution
All their thoughts and actions are vitiated by pollution
How best you have mauled yourself?
As sea remains calf despite having so much at shelf
You are endowed with so much knowledge and power
All humanity to benefit from your lovely acquaintance and shower
The knowledge and power is reflected on your face
It has to be beneficial for universal race
World may find little here and there some traces
They must act wise if wants to benefit in case
Not all can sacrifice for the world cause
There prevails lull and danger with pause
We may have to do something for world family at large
Limit ourselves to tiny object and not enlarge

Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.

The utmost extent of man's knowledge, is to know that he knows nothing.

Great Pride
I have a day of great pride,
My hazards excel the side
I call danger, an abrupt end,
An excellent way to bend
The light inside and outside.
Alone my nightmares clash,
Wherever my burdens bash.
On the right laws is my mind
And after impressions of the blind
The nights do send an electricity.
